Start immediately

The immediate solution to this problem is to allocate at least five minutes a day for meditation and by doing so; you will get the impression that it will not take away too much time from your hectic schedule. The repetition and familiarity will eventually lead to the formation of a new habit and you can also set an alarm to have a better awareness about the duration.
