Month 10 - Financial Focused Goals
Objective: Similar to month nine, financial goals cannot be ignored or forgotten if you truly want to reach the levels of success that most of us aspire to reach. In month ten, you are going to spend some quality time focusing on your financial situation and looking for 4 major opportunities to create improvement.
This exercise is powerful for people at both ends of the spectrum. Whether you are doing well financially or whether you are struggling, you can receive a ton of benefit from this.
Work Breakdown: Each week you are going to set one financial goal to focus. Choose your goal based on your situation. If you are a student and you are trying to budget your spending for the year, your 4 goals might focus on money management, budgeting, reducing personal costs, etc.. If you are an established business person, your financial goals might include investing, tax or estate planning, etc..

Then, as you spend time on these goals each day, document your progress. Indicate both what you did to move towards your goal and describe what results you were able to produce.
Month 11 - Relationship Focused Goals
Objective: Continuing the trend from the previous couple of months, the focus of month 11 is relationships. Relationships can make or break a person. You could be the most dedicated person in the world when it comes to your fitness routine but your happiness is going to be severely impacted if you have terrible relationships with spouse, children, friends, parents, co-workers and so on.
The objective for the month is to get you focussing on areas where you can improve your relationship development skills. Relationships are definitely “twoway” agreements but this month will allow you to make sure you are doing your very best to get the most out of your relationships in life.
Work Breakdown: Each week you are going to set one relationship based goal to focus on. Choose your goal based on your situation. If you are married, you might want to spend some of this month looking at goals that strengthen your marriage. If you are single, you might want to spend some time setting and working on goals that give you more opportunities to connect with potential partners.

Month 12 - Recreation and Fun Focused Goals
Objective: For the twelfth and final month of our program, we are going to lighten things up a little and spend some time focussing on fun and recreation. After all, if you don?t set goals to have fun in your life, you very well end up forgetting to do so! Obviously you don?t need to “goal set” every fun activity in your life but the real purpose of this month is to get you actively setting time aside in your life to do the really important fun things that may have been put off due to your busy goal achieving schedule!
Work Breakdown: Each week you are going to set one fun or recreation based goal to focus on. This is totally meant to be a fun exercise so that is how you should treat it. Don?t spend too much time on the workbook because that cuts into your fun time. Some of your fun goals may not be able to occur this month (for example, you might want to go on a cruise but you need to plan a vacation like that 6 months in advance). The key is to take action on the fun goal. In our example, this would be a great time to plan the trip, book the time off work and start saving up for some spending money!
