Thanks again for doing this for me. If possible, can you really make it sound like you know me. Just have fun and don’t be so serious. You can wear ordinary clothes or nothing for all I care. LOL :) Just make it fun and look playful. I want you to look playful and general since I will be sending this off to different business owners via email to buy (the service) from me. Anyways, have fun and thanks again."

So, you see. This is easy to do and implement. Now, you probably want to know how to get people to watch the video, right?

Step 3: Upload

Once you receive the video from the gig provider, you want to download it to your computer. You then want to upload the video to YouTube. Just sign up at the "Create a YouTube

Account" button which usually shows up at the right side of the YouTube homepage.

Click on "Upload" in the YouTube homepage after signing up and upload your video. After the short video is uploaded, you want to set the settings to a "PRIVATE VIDEO". Why? Because you really want to showcase to your potential clients that the video was made just for them.

Now, the only people who can watch that video are those who get the link. This gives you the chance to get as little views as possible, making it seem like a really personal video.

TITLES and Descriptions

In the title of the video, simply write "Mobile Site Design! I made this vid for you!"

However, what you will experience when uploading your video is that it has the file name as the main title. Usually this will be like "MP4videol2312xxxbvx". If you get some weird code, KEEP IT. I honestly find this to be authentic because business owners will see that you hadn't had the time to do anything to the video. If you say the words "I made this vid for you" it can sometimes not feel so personal. But when you make the video look like it was just uploaded, they will feel more connected to it.

In the description, I usually don't write anything. I've reuploaded the same video many times and found that no description really works.

Step 4: Find Business Owners To Email

Once you generate your very first video, get the link and save it. You then want to start emailing business owners. Want to find a good looking offline client and their emails?

I didn't want to make this WSO focused on that alone. So.........

I decided to give you my other PDF file which teaches you how to sell mobile sites. Flowever, in the first couple of paragraphs in that WSO, you will learn how to find clients in a precise manner. This alone is worth the several dollars you invested in my WSO. I released that WSO and sold a lot of copies. I uploaded that as an additional UNANNOUNCED BONUS. If you want to find clients, read the beginning of that WSO. It is attached with this WSO.

Once you get those emails, then you need to email them. Use the following message to email them:

Subject Line: Hey!

"Hey (business name),

I really wanted to call you about something very important, but I decided to create a video about it instead. I usually call business owners like you, but I just didn't want to bother you guys. Anyways, please watch this video here: VIDEO LINK

Regards,

NAME"

Last minute tips!

Let's say you uploaded the video last week and it has gotten around 100 views from different business owners, you actually want to consider reuploading that same video and keep it private again. This way, the next business owners see that the video date was just recently updated, making it pretty personal.

I really do hope you enjoyed this cool new WSO! I wanted to make it as short as possible. It is one very smooth and simple way to get yourself a client as soon as possible. If you are looking for a new way to make money, then take action on this.

Thanks again for buying!

Introduce yourself

Talk about what you have to offer

but change the subject to showcase that you are interested in talking about other things

continue doing this until he or she brings up the topic again

This is when you just have to talk to them about w What you have to offer

This is the exact formula I used to land 17 clients in just four days. YOU WILL make money if you use this system. It can work like a charm if you are willing to put in the work.

Emotional Triggers

An emotional trigger is something somebody feels as you speak with them.

If you play around with this over and over again, you will find that the key to making them pay is to be very close to them. Find a common interest.

These are people you are selling to, not robots. You need to deliver everything that you can to them. If you can do that, then you be very sure that you will succeed. You need to be kind.

If you were on their side, you know that you won't be spending that

much right away. So the one thing you need to know is that you can 11

make big sales if you know what to do.

How to scale this up

The way to scale this up is to talk to as many business owners as possible.

If you can, hire one or two people to send out the email swipes for you. Some Indians would be more than willing to send it to more than 50 business owners for as little as $3 - $5.

Scaling this business is really not that tough. The key is to be very consistent with what you do to help you make the most amount of money. Consider having a personal assistant make endless emails.

NOTE: NEVER LET ANOTHER PERSON DO THE SKYPE CONVERSATIONS. THEY MAY TRY TO TAKE YOUR CLIENT

Selling to the same business

After several weeks of selling to the same business, send them an email asking them about the service you offered. If it was a mobile site, ask them how exactly they are enjoying it.

You can tell them that you just wanted to drop by. Ask them exactly whether or not they like the service that you gave to them.

99.999% of the time they will say everything is completely fine.

After that, you ask them about their SEO or something else on their site they may possibly benefit from.

Selling reputation management is the best thing to sell afterwards if they happen to have

In the end, your goal should be to talk to them several days after you sell them the initial service, and then continue talking to them every few days just to catch up. Do not always try to sell.

By the time you have reached your fourth or fifth casual Skype chat, take it to the next level and start talking about something else you could ever.

If you are not so sure what to offer, here is a quick list that can help you:

Facebook likes Twitter manager Social media marketer Reputation marketing Flyer marketing via Fiverr PPC SEO

Website Redesign

Mobile sites

Splash pages

Print out flyers for them

Print out business cards for them using Vistaprint.com

And practically anything you see on Fiverr can be sold, as long as it 13

is marketing related.

ANY TYPE OF MARKETING THAT CAN BE OUTSOURCED CAN BE SOLD TO A BUSINESS OWNER!

You know this system now. The key is to send out emails constantly, and to also gain the confidence to chat with business owners via Skype.

Skype is a professional platform that you can use to start growing your brand and to create relationships.

How does an online business owner succeed using Pinterest?

Or better yet..

How will an offline marketer make money using Pinterest off of these online store owners?

The key is to offer them different services that revolve around Pinterest. You first want to make them learn about Pinterest. Some of them may actually already have a Pinterest account to begin with.

You will be offering these business owners everything from followers, pins, likes, repins, and other kinds of services to help them with their online Pinterest brand.

Again, these business owners with their online stores will drastically gain more business when you help them with their Pinterest businesses. When people see their crafts or items on Pinterest, they can gain so many customers and have people buying from them so easily.

So. Let's go deep into what you should do first! There are several different ways to go about doing this, but here is a powerful system to help you do this the right way:

Create a FREE website

This is the first part that you need to take care of.

I promised you that I will teach you how to create a professional website. The way to doing this is super easy.

Click on Get The Template, and then upload it to your Blogger blog. You will find that it works great if you get a simple blog to use. Fill up your blog with useful information on a daily basis and give away FREE info. (You can also use a free template already on Template. I would suggest the plain one they first give each blog.)

However, your goal should be to create one special page to showcase your packages.

Pricing On Pinterest Services

You want to start off small.

$150 for 2,500 followers (go higher with time) $250 for 1,000 repins

I would suggest going to Elance to try and find a skilled manager who can help you out with this. I sometimes just use the different websites found on Google and even some people on the Warriors For Hire section for outsourcers. If you have to pay $50 for 1,000 followers, it is very worth it. I like to buy from cheap Pinterest followers sites because of how easy they can be utilized. They have a professional reputation to protect, so they always watch out for their reputation and name.

Create your buy buttons

You can read through the site and easily create graphics and buy buttons. Make sure that you WRITE DOWN THE SERVICE ON EACH BUTTON.

You can edit them, and then upload them to your site. I like to add them through PayPal so that you can write down the price and have your customer instantly click on the button and go straight to PayPal.

MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS TO YOUR SITE

Creating the site first is very important. Once it is done, this may take two hours or so to complete. The next step is to actually go to CZ CC

Getting the clients

After your site is right, you need to reel customers in. You can't just build a site and instantly get clients.

You need to be marketing.

There are different ways I go around trying to accomplish this.

Where to find business owners

There are so many online stores on the Internet. One of the best sites to go to are Etsy.com. On Etsy, you can find plenty of different sellers.

There are practically millions of newbie marketers using this site to get themselves the money they need selling their very own items online.

On certain sites like Etsy, you can create a profile and send them a message. We all know how cool it is to scrape emails and things like that online. I sometimes like to type in site:facebook.com "@gmail.com" ""etsy"" on Google, and it will showcase every single email.

In your email, you can message them in two different ways.

Send them an email saying this

"Subject line" -1 love your (etsy, ebay) page "Hey there,

How are you? I have been a fan of your work for quite awhile!

I found your page, and your items are amazing. You should consider using Pinterest. It is one of the best ways to get your product images showing on the Internet.

A great thing about Pinterest is that when people click on the images of your product, they can easily be brought to your official product page, so you can gain a lot of traffic to your site.

Okay, now that you know how to get a campaign set up, it is up to you to decide if you would like to create a campaign for a local business.

As for me, I will stick to the simpler side of things and offer only posters to help with their marketing ventures.

Now where were we?

Okay, so after you find their websites, you should then look for their emails which is quite simple to do.

Just visit their site and look through their Contact Us Pages or About Us page. It will be mezmerising to see their emails because once you get their email, it is go time. Now I'm going to show you a few email swipes/strategies that will increase your chances of getting more and more customers to buying those posters from you.

Remember, you don't even need to see if they have a Foursquare account. I have contacted a few of businesses who didn't have an account but only had one

setup by other people, and I told them to "CLAIM" their business. I gave them the links above that I gave you for setting this up. A few days later I would message them back and ask how it went. (I don't like setting Foursquare accounts up, so I let them do it. You can do this if you want! Don't forget to charge more!)

I then told them that I could create professional posters for them to post around their store. Eight business owners out of ten was my ratio on the businesses who took advantage of this offer after I told them about Foursquare.

Before I give you my email swipes, here is how you can use Foursquare to find business owners who have low check ins and tips.

Simply visit Foursquare.com and type in the business owners and the place that you want to target. Just type in "nail salon, burgers," or anything that you want. Look for the business owners that have low check ins and Tips and simply visit their site found on their profile.

Email Swipe #1 - The Friendly Approach

"Do you guys use Foursquare to offer discounts? My friends have been visiting your "restaurant/establishment" for a long time and would love to get a few discounts for when they check in your restaurant?"

They will usually say that they have one up and stuff like that. Below is the next email swipe you should use. Make sure that you add a bit of it to make sure that it fits into the email which they reply back to you. But below is a sample email swipe that you could use.

"I was asking because I actually offer business owners posters as stickers to display across their store. It helps get the attention of customers. I can design a few of them for you if you'd like and have them shipped to your establishment/restaurant."
Email Swipe #2 - The Offer

Here is an email swipe that you can use today that can help make you sell plenty of Foursquare sales right off the bat. I use this if I want to get their attention right away. I send this only to those whom I know have low check ins.

"I noticed that your restaurant/nail salon/establishment uses Foursquare. You guys have very little tips and check ins. How would you like it if I helped increase those check ins and tips for you?"

Feel free to add in your name as well!

Here is the email swipe that you can use which is simple for convincing them about your service. Basically, they will reply to the above email in a nice way, but it still does depend upon the business and how they think of your professionalism. After you get that first reply, answer back with this email: "I actually design posters, and I can create 3 to 5 of them for you that you can place throughout your establishment to help increase your check ins. You just need to decide on what kind of free service you want to offer for free every time somebody leaves a tip, and I will just design it to convince them to buy. I can design them for you and have them shipped to you within the next few days."

Usually they will reply saying to you yes or no. The majority of them who already have an account on Foursquare will probably say thank you and be happy to ask you about price. I will let you decide on what kind of way you will talk to them about price, but below is one of the messages that I have sent out a few times that may be of great help. Just remember that you may not be able to use this email based on what they reply back to you.

"Great! I only charge $397 for the posters. I will design it all for you and make sure that your logo and business name is on it. Oh yeah, what do you want to give away for every tip/check in so I can write it down on the poster? The size of the posters will be 18 x 24. Do you want me to send you a PayPal invoice?"

We are charging $397 since it will cost you around $100 or so to charge for the shipping costs and the designing fees if you don't know how to design your own poster. After all of the shipping and designing fees, you get $297 easily!

As you can see, all it takes is a couple of email swaps with the business owner to succeed. Now that you know how to grab clients and make them want to pay for this service, along with how to find those business owners, now it is time to find out how to deliver this service.

Delivering this service is definitely easier than what most people believe. No, you do not need to learn how to design posters, and no, you can do this all without any problems. You can even outsource this. In fact, you get an additional PDF attached to this that showcases how your outsourcer does this. Nonetheless, I will show you exactly how I go about delivering this service to offline business owners. It is easy and simple to follow.

6. Affiliate Program Management Part 2

Ok so we've had a good look at aspects relating to the selecting of percentages, levels and whether or not to run an affiliate program. Right now, we're going to jump ahead a little bit, and start talking about how to actually manage those affiliates once you have them. The most important factors that we're going to address will be related to keeping your affiliates promoting, keeping them loyal, promotion spurts using offers, and at the same time, take a look at some of the biggest mistakes I still see people making every day whilst running their affiliate program.

6b. Big Mistake Number One - Recycling

First up, lets look at how many people manage their affiliates. Here's the situation that I come across most. Person A sets up their website, their product and sales system, and integrates an affiliate program. They go ahead, launch the product, and have their affiliates promote for them. That's all very well, in fact there’s nothing wrong with this until you consider what happens when this person goes on and creates a second product.

What you'll likely see is they'll create the product, put up the sales letter and sales system and go about things the same way as they did with their first product. The problem is many marketers don't seem to utilize the affiliates they gathered through the previous product in the promotion of their new product. What a waste. All that promotion and affiliate gathering, and you're just going to throw it all away by starting all over again when you come up with your next product. People say to me, well that’s common sense. Sure, but how many are actually doing it?

This is definitely a big no no. For affiliates being such a great part of online marketing, if you do have several products, you'll want to remember all your affiliates. I wouldn't expect you to get a list of subscribers from one website, then throw them aside and not mail them when your next site launches. The same goes for affiliates. Utilize this powerful tool. There's several ways of doing this of course, you may want to send a mail to your affiliates and let them know about this new promotion opportunity. Your best bet however is to keep all affiliates in the one system for all your websites, and hit them with introductory offers every single time you launch a new product.

Now I know some of you may not have the budget or software to do this, and if you're doing it manually it can take some time. If you're running affiliate promotions though, you'll need to figure out a way of doing this effectively, even if it's just a manual import of all previous affiliates into a second affiliate system, and a mailing that tells them their account is already open, and ready to go, along with an ad they can use, complete with their promotion URL to get them started immediately. Whilst we're talking about this in fact, I'll let you in on a little something.

6c. Big Mistake 2 - Dead Ends.

Next up, we're going to look at the final part of the actual set up of the affiliate program. It’s something that's really important and fundamental in online business, not just for affiliate programs, and that's to link it up, and give your customers a path to follow. Ok that might sound amateurish and maybe a little patronizing, so my apologies for that, however the other day I was browsing around checking out the competition and what they're up to related to my next product, and what I found was many of them, both in their sales letter (if there was one) and in their affiliate signup pages, they dead ended me.

What I mean by that is, I go to signup for their affiliate program, and they have this great sales page that tells me how much I'm going to earn per sale, a really nice bonus scheme for top affiliates etc, and I got to the bottom of the page, and guess what I found? Well, not much actually. They sold me on this affiliate program, but the page just ended. No click here to sign up, no nothing.

Now that's an extreme example I have to admit, but lets be honest here, if you're seriously getting into affiliate marketing you can't afford to do that. If you have an affiliates button that leads to a page that explains a little about your affiliate program, try to fit the form in at the base of the page, or at least have a click here to sign up. Granted, normally I wouldn't have mentioned this, but looking around it's definitely worth it. So never forget, a nav bar is good, but you have to show the customer where to go, with click here's, or forms that tell the story for themselves. You're still selling yourself here, and getting the all-important affiliates can be more profitable than making the sale yourself. Don't overlook small things such as this, pick through your setup with a fine toothcomb and make sure no page has a dead end anywhere.

6d. Sell It Like A Product.

Still concentrating on the selling aspect of getting your affiliates, we need to plug some more gaps. Mistakes, mistakes everywhere, it's not easy to sign up for some affiliate programs even if you wanted to. Don't be one of those people. They're losing thousands and they probably don't even know it. So here's another little tip for you. Sell your affiliate program.

If I click on your 'Affiliates' button on your website, I don't want to be presented with a form that asks for my details. I see this all too often. Write a mini sales letter that explains some things to the potential affiliate. Information you must include can be as basic as how much they'll earn on how many levels, and for how long, and any bonuses they may get for a particular amount of sales in any given time, and of course, how often you pay out.

Exercise I.Begin by taking some familiar object and placing it before you, try to get as many impressions regarding it as is possible for you. Study its shape, its color, its size, and the thousand and one little peculiarities about it that present themselves to your attention. In doing this, reduce the thing to its simplest parts--analyze it as far as is possible--dissect it, mentally, and study its parts in detail. The more simple and small the part to be considered, the more clearly will the impression be received, and the more vividly will it be recalled.

Reduce the thing to the smallest possible proportions, and then examine each portion, and mastering that, then pass on to the next part, and so on, until you have covered the entire field. Then, when you have exhausted the object, take a pencil and paper and put down as nearly as possible all the things or details of the object examined. When you have done this, compare the written description with the object itself, and see how many things you have failed to note.

The next day take up the same object, and after re-examining it, write down the details and you will find that you will have stored away a greater number of impressions regarding it, and, moreover, you will have discovered many new details during your second examination. This exercise strengthens the memory as well as the Attention, for the two are closely connected, the memory depending largely upon the clearness and strength of the impressions received, while the impressions depend upon the amount of attention given to the thing observed. Do not tire yourself with this exercise, for a tired Attention is a poor Attention. Better try it by degrees, increasing the task a little each time you try it. Make a game of it if you like, and you will find it quite interesting to notice the steady but gradual improvement.

It will be interesting to practice this in connection with some friend, varying the exercise by both examining the object, and writing down their impressions, separately, and then comparing results. This adds interest to the task, and you will be surprised to see how rapidly both of you increase in your powers of observation, which powers, of course, result from Attention.

Exercise II._ This exercise is but a variation of the first one. It consists in entering a room, and taking a hasty glance around, and then walking out, and afterward writing down the number of things that you have observed, with a description of each. You will be surprised to observe how many things you have missed at first sight, and how you will improve in observation by a little practice. This exercise, also, may be improved by the assistance of a friend, as related in our last exercise.

It is astonishing how many details one may observe and remember, after a little practice. It is related of Houdin, the French conjurer, that he improved and developed his faculty of Attention and Memory by playing this game with a young relative. They would pass by a shop window, taking a hasty, attentive glance at its contents. Then they would go around the corner and compare notes. At first they could remember only a few prominent articles--that is, their Attention could grasp only a few.

But as they developed by practice, they found that they could observe and remember a vast number of things and objects in the window. And, at last, it is related that Houdin could pass rapidly before any large shop window, bestowing upon it but one hasty glance, and then tell the names of, and closely describe, nearly every object in plain sight in the window. The feat was accomplished by the fact that the cultivated Attention enabled Houdin to fasten upon his mind a vivid mental image of the window and its contents, and then he was able to describe the articles one by one from the picture in his mind.

Houdin taught his son to develop Attention by a simple exercise which may be interesting and of value to you. He would lay down a domino before the boy--a five-four, for example. He would require the boy to tell him the combined number at once, without allowing him to stop to count the spots, one by one. "Nine" the boy would answer after a moment's hesitation.

Then another domino, a three-four, would be added. "That makes sixteen," cried the boy. Two dominoes at a time was the second day's task. The next day, three was the standard. The next day, four, and so on, until the boy was able to handle twelve dominoes--that is to say, give instantaneously the total number of spots on twelve dominoes, after a single glance. This was Attention, in earnest, and shows what practice will do to develop a faculty. The result was shown by the wonderful powers of observation, memory and attention, together with instantaneous mental action, that the boy developed. Not only was he able to add dominoes instantaneously, but he had powers of observation, etc., that seemed little short of miraculous. And yet it is related that he had poor attention, and deficient memory to begin with.

If this seems incredible, let us remember how old whist players note and remember every card in the pack, and can tell whether they have been played or not, and all the circumstances attending upon them. The same is true of chess players, who observe every move and can relate the whole game in detail long after it has been played. And remember, also, how one woman may pass another woman on the street, and without seeming to give her more than a careless glance, may be able to relate in detail every feature of the other woman's apparel, including its color, texture, style of fashioning, probable price of the material, etc., etc.

When and How Will Your Pay Affiliates?

I pay my affiliates on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s commissions to allow time for refunds. But you could pay your affiliates twice a month, once a week, or every day if you want.

If you only have a few affiliates to pay, you could just send them the money through PayPal. But a better option is to use the Mass Pay service. Just download a file from Surefire Profit System and then upload it to PayPal. You can pay thousands of affiliates in seconds.

If you don’t want to deal with paying your affiliates manually, you can use the Instant Pay option, which will pay your affiliates at the time of the sale.

Here’s how that works:

If you pay 100% commission, every sale will go directly to the affiliate’s PayPal account

If you pay 75% commission, the first sale will go to you and the next three sales will go to the affiliate

If you pay 50% commission, the first sale will go to you and the next sale will go to the affiliate, the third sale will go to you and so on...

If you pay 25% commission, the first three sales will go to you and the 4th sale will go to the affiliate

The only downside to the Instant Pay option is when your customers request a refund and you have to track down the affiliate who got the sale.

Finally, you can use ClickBank to process payments and pay commissions to your affiliates. ClickBank handles everything for you and pays your affiliates via check or direct deposit.

The biggest downside to ClickBank is the fees. PayPal charges 2-3% and ClickBank charges 7.5% plus $1 per transaction.

PayPal allows you to pay 100% commission to your affiliates. The maximum commission you can pay at ClickBank is 75% and the “instant pay” option isn’t available.

Action Steps

To summarize, there are four steps you need to take to create your affiliate program:

Step 1: Decide your program name. Something memorable that has something to do with making money should work well.

Step 2: Decide where you’ll offer your program. That could be a new or existing domain...and that second option is probably the fastest way to get started.

Step 3: Decide your commission offer. All affiliates care about is the numbers, meaning dollars per visitor. So make your offer attractive. When you’re just starting and don’t have conversion proof, it’s smart to offer higher commissions.

Step 4: Decide when/how you’ll pay affiliates. Surefire gives you the Instant Pay and PayPal Mass options.

Once you’ve decided what you’re going to call your affiliate program, where you’re going to set it up and what you’re going to offer, it’s time to write your affiliate salesletter.

Your Affiliate “Sales” Process

One of the keys to recruiting affiliates is giving them a convincing reason to join your program. Why is your program better than others?

So, in a sense, you’re “selling” your affiliate program to prospective affiliates. You can do that with a compelling salesletter that stresses the benefits of your program and gets people excited.
Your Affiliate Program Benefits

Here are a few benefits that will help convince new affiliates to join your affiliate program:

An incentive. When affiliates sign up for my affiliate program, they get my free report called, “Super Affiliate Marketing.” I even had an eCover graphic designed to increase its perceived value. This is a great way to get people in and get them motivated by giving them a plan of action.

Ongoing training. Let affiliates know that they’ll receive weekly updates and tips on generating traffic and increasing conversions. Then load your autoresponder with articles and reports on affiliate marketing. You could even hold a weekly teleseminar or webinar.

Lifetime profits. If you use the Surefire Profit System affiliate tracking software, your affiliate will get commission on all the products you sell (if you choose). That’s a huge incentive because they can refer one customer and get paid on multiple products.

Promotion tools. List all the tools available in the affiliate center—solo ads, banners, classifieds, brandable reports, bonus offers, etc. and update your page as you add more.

Monthly contests. You can run a new contest each month to motivate your affiliates to promote your products. Keep it fresh by offering different types of prizes (cash, iPods, laptops, etc.).

What affiliate program do you personally know of that offers these kinds of incentives on a regular basis? It’s a tremendous way to not only attract new affiliates, but to also train your existing affiliates to be more active in your program.

The last step is to add a registration form to the bottom of your affiliate salesletter. That form will add the affiliate’s information to your database and add them to your mailing list so you can follow up with tips, updates, and information about your affiliate program.

Once they submit that information, they are immediately redirected to the affiliate center where they can log in and get their affiliate link.
Action Steps

To summarize, there are four steps you need to take to create your affiliate program salesletter:

Step 1: Write your salesletter...or use my template.

Step 2: Create a new affiliate list at Aweber. This list will let you stay in touch with your affiliates, which is likely to boost your referral sales.

Step 3: Add an opt-in form to your salesletter. This will put new affiliates on your affiliates list.

Step 4: Redirect to your account activation page. This is where affiliates can log in to get their affiliate link and promotion tools.

Once you have your affiliate sign-up process set up, it’s time to add promotion tools to your affiliate center.

If it’s not selling in the Warrior Forum, then it probably isn’t a successful product. And if it’s not selling well, then you will probably want to try something different.

So, one place to look for successful products is Warrior+Plus. You definitely want to have a Warrior+Plus account, so you can look at the Warrior+Plus alerts. So you can see who the most popular sellers are and find out which products of theirs are selling the best. It’s simple, find something that is already proven to sell and then do something a little different.

You can also look at the most popular keywords and at the time of this video, they were PLR, WordPress, Offline marketing, Software and Facebook, and you can obviously combine these different topics to create something that has a great value.

You can also look at statistics for different WSO’s ones that have the most comments and the ones that have the most posts. You can look at the different affiliate offers and sort them by sales. You can look at the best converting offers and the ones with the highest earnings per clicks.

You can look at affiliate stats; you can see who is sending you junk traffic and hurting your conversions. If someone is sending you 5,000 visitors and they only make one sale, you can actually unapprove that affiliate, so your conversion rates don’t drop.

You want to keep track of all of this stuff for your next WSO. Now I will talk about this in the post-launch video, but you want to make sure you keep a spread sheet with all your best and worst affiliates for your next WSO.

Okay, let’s move on to the Warrior Forum. You have to be logged in to get to the advance search, but you want to use this every time, because you can enter specific keywords. Select a date range of WSO threads, start and select the WSO Forum, so you are only getting results from the Warrior Special Offers. So, you can search for keywords like PLR or WordPress Theme or Wordpress Plugin and look at the ones with the most views and replies. That means, it is a hot thread and there’s a lot of activity which makes it a popular thread.

Okay, you can also look at the thread start date, because that will tell you a couple of things. If you do your research in Warrior+Plus and you find a product that sold really well, and then, you look at the thread start date...and it’s 6 months old, 8 months old. It could be out dated information, so you need to make sure that the information or the technology is not out dated, but it could also be something that was really popular a few months ago...and you could bring it back...and sell it with a different twist.

Now, we will talk more about that in the pre-launch video but I just wanted you to be aware of the different types of bonuses you can offer so you can start thinking about those right now during the product creation phase.

Okay, upsells are anything that adds value to the product. You can do an ‘on-page upsell’ or like a One Time Offer. So, an ‘on-page upsell’ would be something like a developers license or resell rights license that they have to pay more for.

And then an OTO upsell would be something that adds more value to the product like templates, software WordPress plugin that goes with a training system or private label rights. You can offer that after the sale, as well.

Upsells are great, because they increase the earnings per click and it gives affiliates more incentive to promote for you. A downsell is for people who don’t buy the upsell. You typically take something away (like a bonus) from the upsell offer and lower the price.

And the way to get exactly way you want... is to find something that you like and then send them a screen shot. Or make a video for them and say, “Hey, this is what I want, but I want it in this color.” “I want to change that and this, but I want this package.” Find exactly what you want and then show it to them. That way, 100% of the time I get a better graphics, if I do that...instead of just giving them a title and description and say, “Yeah, something blue and cool”.

Okay, so for your product creation, you want to create a project description with screen shots, so you can show them exactly what you want. So I would create a word document, add some screen shots, show them exactly what you want okay? And then later, you could create a supplemental video that...like walks them through it. So you could log into a WordPress platform, show them the plugin and you say, “I want it like this, but I want this changed and that changed and I want to add these different features just like I showed you in the PDF document.”.
