Introduction

The first goal of any search engine optimization strategy is to get your web pages indexed. But even before that can happen, you need to get the search engine crawlers to visit your website.

Depending on the search engine or directory and the overall circumstances (how you invite and solicit crawlers), that first visit could take days, weeks, or even months.

And while it’s true that the initial crawler visits can be somewhat unpredictable (or take a long time in coming), once the ice is broken, future visits can be controlled to some degree…

Basically, the more frequently you update your pages, the more frequently the crawlers will show up on your website doorstep.

Of course, that’s only half the battle. The other half is getting the search engines and directories to actually index your pages.

In order to do that, you need to start at the beginning. And the beginning in this particular instance is developing and enhancing pages in such a way that the search engine crawlers will be impressed.

The overall search process is simple…

All the text content that search engine crawlers gather is stored and indexed. People conduct searches based on certain phrases (keywords). Whatever content possesses the most relevancy with regard to any given keyword will be placed in the top positions of the search results.

And since the title of the page and the text content generally carry the most weight - at least with regard to what search engine crawlers deem most relevant during their visits - it stands to reason that improvement in page rank and/or search results listing can most often be attributed to having individual and specific keywords properly incorporated into those two prime areas.

Of course, if keywords were the only basis for which page rank and position in search results were determined, optimizing web pages would be pretty much cut and dried…

pick a keyword > use it in your title and throughout your content >
achieve high page rank and top position in search engine results

The problem is, there are so many variables that not only come into play but change on a regular basis, it can seem as though achieving solid and effective search engine optimization might never be possible.

Fortunately, it’s not only possible, it can be relatively painless as well. All you have to do is satisfy the top three requirements of pretty much all major search engines…

provide quality content

update content on a regular basis

get numerous top-ranking websites to link back to your site

And the search engines and directories you should be trying to impress the most are the top four contenders…

Google
http://www.google.com

Yahoo
http://www.yahoo.com

MSN Search
http://search.msn.com

DMOZ (Open Directory)
http://dmoz.org

Beyond that, there are countless other search engines and directories like AltaVista, Ask Jeeves, and AllTheWeb.

Should you optimize for those as well, or simply level your sites on the major players and bypass all the search engines and directories below them? Not necessarily. You still want your pages listed in as many locations as possible. You just shouldn’t try to satisfy every one of them with regard to optimization.

Satisfy the top four contenders. Then, if you have the time and ambition to broaden the scope of your SEO efforts, do it. If not, don’t worry about the hundreds (or even thousands) of other search engines and directories that exist.

You’re only human. And just meeting the optimization criteria of the top four is going to be challenging and energetic enough.

Of course, unless you plan to make search engine optimization your life‘s work, it’s not likely you’ll invest most of your energy in that one single area (even when restricted to the top four players). But you do need to invest a fair amount of quality effort.

And that basically equates to these two missions…

1. Get your pages indexed by major search engines.

2. Improve your page rank and position in search results.

In order to accomplish both of those, you need to carefully balance the line between good optimization techniques and the urge to take things a bit too far.

In other words, you need to make certain you carry out your two missions without stepping over the line into what’s commonly referred to as “black hat” search engine tactics.

That dark and evil territory would include things like…

Keyword Stuffing - repeating keywords over and over again for no logical or practical reason

Hidden Content - including keywords or text that’s the same color as the background for the purpose of manipulating search engine crawlers

Doorway Pages - not intended for viewers to see but rather to trick search engines into placing the website into a higher index position

Although these types of practices were once considered intelligent and effective methods of optimization, they can now result in having your website banned from search engines entirely.

In general, it’s better to concentrate on the most popular and most reasonable optimization techniques. By doing that, you’ll not only achieve the results you’re looking for, your efforts will have long lasting results.

And when you consider how much work is involved in getting any website to the top of search engine rank and position, it’s worth whatever effort it takes to get it right the first time.

Video Sales Formula PLR Ebook

1. The very first thing you need to have on your video is a strong headline which encourages people to watch the remaining video and stay for longer.

This is very important because you need to create interest and some curiosity from the very start and tap into the mind of your potential customer otherwise most people will not hang around for long and your conversions will suffer badly.

So…. It all starts with the headline in your video.

The headline I use for my sales video is:

“Who Else Wants to Create their own Highly Profitable List Building Machine that Sends you Hoards of $7 - $47 payments all on 99% auto-pilot?”

The type of traffic that I generate to this sales video are all interested in list building so when they see this main headline they are instantly curious and many people stick around to at least find out more.

If you were creating a sales video for something to do with losing belly fat it could read something like this:

“Who else wants to Lose Belly Fat, Build Muscle and Sculp the Body of Your Dreams in only 30 mins a Day?”

This sales video formula would work in any niche as long as you follow the fill in the blanks template below.

This is the script for my sales video:

Hey it’s Paul here and I’m super excited because today I have a very special announcement for you so you need to keep your eyes Glued to this video because I’m about to share with you how a very select group of people are going to get the opportunity to get an exclusive behind the scenes the look at my exact highly profitable list building system.

With your permission I would like to invite you to watch over my shoulder as I show you the inner workings of my complete list building system and how I’m able to generate hoards of $7 - $47 payments all on 99% auto-pilot.

And no this is NOT some garbage push button secret software, this is a system that I hear very few people talking about.

Now I do realize that being able to generate hoards of $7 - $47 payments all on 99% auto-pilot may sound like a bunch of BS, without knowing the details of this technique I would be skeptical too but when you hear the details in just a moment you’re going to be pleasantly surprised at just how easy it can be to create your own highly profitable list building machine and start generating income in as little as 12 hrs.

As you probably know there’s nothing more profitable than having your own list unfortunately most people never end up building a list because they think it’s too difficult or too technical.

And usually they’re right.

Lots of people spend weeks, months even years trying to build a list and make money, in fact this is exactly what I went through when I first started trying to build my own profitable list.

Months of late nights, plenty of coffee and me racking my brains trying to figure out how the hell I was supposed to build a list and make money.

And yes I did end up building a list but for the amount of hours I was putting in and the amount of profits and money that I was making when I was building my list it was “pretty embarrassing” to say the least.

It became quite clear to me that dreams of the internet life style were going to be a distant fairy tale if I didn’t figure out how to build a list and make good money a whole lot faster.

Fast forward a year later and I have now discovered a simple formula for creating a highly profitable list building formula in record time.

Since discovering this simple list building formula I am now able to set up list build systems that generate $7 - $47 payments on demand while working on 99% auto-pilot.

I thought list building was supposed to be hard but little did I know that the most successful marketers online are keeping a few secrets in their back pocket for building highly profitable lists in record time, and I’ve discovered 7 of their secrets, 7 very powerful and profitable tactics that allow you to create an incredibly highly profitable list building system in record time and start making money in as little 12 hrs.

With your permission I would like to invite you to watch over my shoulder as I show you how to do the same.

I’ve been teaching my coaching students that pay me $127 per hour these exact same strategies

And they’ve been getting incredible results and I’m going to show you how to create your own highly profitable list building system that works on 99% auto-pilot.

But fortunately you’re NOT going to pay anywhere the price that my 1 on 1 coaching students are paying. I know that not everyone can afford to work with me personally so I’ve taken all of the information from my $127 per hour coaching program and put it into a video based interactive training program designed to turn YOU into a list building machine.

And I think the price will truly surprise you, we’ll get to that in just a moment.

But first I’m going to give you the details of exactly what you’re going to get when you claim your spot inside this interactive list building video series.

What you get?....

Super Affiliate Shortcuts PLR Ebook

Introduction

You’ve probably watched those so -called super affiliates with envy, haven’t you? Don’t be embarrassed. Everyone started somewhere, and they all looked on with wide-eyed wonder as a select few individuals seemed to pull money out of thin air.

But is it really that difficult?

No! Honestly, it’s not some kind of voodoo magic. Absolutely anyone can pull in the kind of sales super affiliates do. You just need to know the tricks!

Here’s the thing… those super affiliates will often tell you to just put up some links online and that the products really “sell themselves”. Nope. That’s total bull. The fact is, only a very few products sell themselves. The rest need serious help!

Why?

Because most vendors are totally lame. Like, to the max, dude.

They may have the greatest product ever made, and they may have poured their heart and soul, and tons of money, into its development. It may have even taken them months or years!

But they fell so in love with their product that they believed everyone in the world could see its value just like they do, so they slapped up any old sales page and figure it would work.

Then they went out and tried to recruit some affiliates to sell it for them, figuring it would sell itself because it’s just such an awesome product.

WRONG!

The prospect can’t see the quality of the product until after they’ve bought it! So it doesn’t matter how good that product is if the sales page doesn’t sell it!

Here are a few of the most common factors that cause problems on sales pages:

Low response sales copy – It just doesn’t excite people. It doesn’t push any emotional buttons. It’s just blah.

Sloppy page design – This makes people fear the quality of the product and also makes them worry about scams. A professional design puts people at ease.

A sales page leak – If the sales page links to a bunch of stuff that won’t make you any money, it’s costing you sales! It shouldn’t have ads on it. It shouldn’t link to Facebook or Twitter. It shouldn’t link to the vendor’s blog. It should have critical links only!

Commission hijacking – Sometimes the vendor is just plain shady. He might have multiple payment links on the page, but only one gives you commission. The other gives him the direct sale. (It could be accidental, but it still costs you money!)

So should you promote a sales page with these types of problems?...

Yes!

If the product is solid, but the sales page is terrible, you can work with it! There are some tactics you can use to boost your conversions even on products with terrible sales pages.

In this report, you’re going to learn how to get killer sales on products with really lackluster sales pages. As long as the product is good so you don’t harm your reputation, you’re all good!

Super Affiliate Secrets

Super affiliates have a bevy of tricks at their disposal. They use these tricks to amplify their sales in a number of ways.

They Become An Authority

One thing you’ll probably notice among super affiliates is that they don’t just promote affiliate products, they also create their own.

There’s a really good reason for that. Two, actually:

It helps build authority in the niche
It helps warm audiences for other products

Think about it…

If you’ve bought a product from someone and it was a really killer product, doesn’t it give them some credibility in your eyes? Doesn’t it make them seem like an “expert”? So wouldn’t it go without saying that it would make you more likely to buy something they recommended?

Building authority is a great way to improve sales, because it gives you the credibility you need to really establish trust.

10 Kinds Of Blog Posts PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview

Introduction

No matter what kind of business you run online, there’s a good chance you have a blog. And if you have a blog, then you need a lot of content.

But here’s the problem…

It takes a lot of time to create that content. If you outsource it, then it’s going to take a lot of money. Either way, creating content is a big investment.

Until now…

If you think you can’t create great content fast, think again. That’s because you’re about to discover 10 types of blog posts you can create in 10 minutes or less. Take a look…

1. Create Articles Out Of PLR

Sometimes you might purchase PLR (private label rights) articles that you can minimally tweak and post right to your blog. In other cases, you might take excerpts out of PLR reports or ebooks, and then post these excerpts on your blog. Either way, it takes just minutes to create something unique and post it for your readers.

Here are some other tips for using PLR to create content:

Use the transcripts from a PLR video to create an article for your blog. These transcripts may be included with the package, or you can create your own.

TIP: This is particularly easy if the video includes slides, as you can simply create your article from the content of the slides.

Compile multiple pieces of PLR content to create something entirely new. For example, you might take excerpts out of three or four PLR articles to create an entirely new article.

And speaking of excerpts…

2. Take Excerpts From Your Products

Obviously, this is a super-quick way to create an article. But the other bonus of this particular strategy is that you can quickly insert a pitch at the end of the article to promote the full product.

Now, there are two ways to use these excerpts:

One way is to simply pull the excerpt directly out of the product, create an introduction and conclusion, and post it on your blog.

For example, let’s suppose you have a report that lists ten strategies for cutting calories. You can excerpt out three to five of these strategies to create your article. Then at the end of the article, you can pitch the paid report as the place to get more of these great strategies.

The second way is to cut some of the meat off the excerpt so that people will want to buy the product to get all the details.

Let’s take the example of the report with ten strategies again. This time you excerpt out all ten strategies, but you edit out some of the details. So readers will get an article that tells them what to do, but they don’t get the exact instructions of how to do it. They’ll need to purchase the product to get those exact instructions.

3. Make Link Lists

A link list can come in a variety of formats, including:

A gear list. These are tools you use that you’d recommend to others. It saves beginners a lot of time and money, since they don’t have to do as much research.

For example, you might list all the plugins you use on your blog. Or if you’re writing to bodybuilders, you might make a list of all the “must use” supplements.

A list of free resources. Here you might link to blog posts, reports, videos and other free sources of content to help your readers achieve some specific goal.

A list of paid resources. In this case, you’d write a short review for each resource to let people know who can use it and its benefits.

A mix of paid and free resources. For example, “The Top 10 Resources Every Aspiring Copywriter Ought to Read.”

Again, the point is to save your reader time by doing some of the legwork and research for them. It’s much easier to get recommendations and content all in one place from a trusted source, rather than having to find products and sources yourself, and then have to separate the wheat from the chaff besides.

25-point Flash Sale Checklist PLR Ebook

The 25-Point Flash Sale Checklist For Creating Cash On Demand

A flash sale is a great way to generate a lot of sales and excitement in a very short period of time. The best way to do this is to plan it several weeks out, bring in your marketing partners to promote the event, and build anticipation among your prospects.

How do you do that? By following this 25-point checklist. Take a look…

1. Define a Goal

The very first thing you need to do is define your goal for this sale. Ideally you should have just one primary goal to focus on, though you may have secondary goals as well. These goals may include:

Customer acquisition.

Generate sales for frontend profits.

Boost backend profits.

Create affiliate excitement.

Create a buzz in the niche about your products.

Establish yourself as a “big player” in the niche.

Build your mailing lists.

Generate excitement about a particular product.

Pick your primary goal, and then move onto the next step…

2. Pick An In-Demand Offer

No matter what your goal is, you need to promote an in-demand offer. Throwing a flash sale for one of your most popular products serves this purpose. However, you can also run a flash sale on a new offer—just make sure it’s something your market really wants.

In other words, do your market research first! Specifically:

See what the hot sellers in your niche are in marketplaces like ClickBank.com, JVZoo.com, and even Amazon.com.

Survey your market to see what they want.

Take note of what the top marketers in your niche are selling on their websites, through their newsletters, and to their social media followers.

Check out what type of products people are paying money to advertise on Google, on top sites in your niche, and even on Facebook.

Use a keyword tool like WordTracker.com or MarketSamurai.com to uncover what your niche is looking for.

Once you have a popular product in hand, then move on…

3. Choose a Date

Now choose a date for your flash sale. Keep these points in mind:

Choose a date that is at least two to three weeks away. This gives you and your affiliates time to prepare.

Research the date to find out if there is anything major going on at the same time. For example, if a really popular marketer in your niche is launching a huge product on the same date, you’ll have a harder time getting affiliates onboard and getting customers to take notice.

Next…

4. Decide on Your Sale Offer

Here’s where you decide on the following points:

What all will you include in the offer? For example, are you going to toss in an extra bonus or two to make the offer even more attractive?

What percentage-off or discount are you offering? Hint: A flash sale should be a really attractive offer, such as 40% off or more the regular price.

What percentage will you give to affiliates? This is partly going to depend on your goals. If you’re looking at building a list, getting affiliates really involved and generating backend profits, then you may consider giving all or most of the frontend commissions to affiliates. If you’re looking at generating a lot of frontend profits, then you can offer a more standard 50% commission rate for affiliates. (This is assuming you are selling digital products—commissions of course are smaller if you’re selling physical products.)

Next…

5. Determine How Long It Will Run

As the name implies, a flash sale happens fast – it’s usually over in a matter of hours. Generally, this may be anywhere from four hours twenty-four hours.

Determine the start and end times.

Figure on running it for at least 8-12 hours for maximum exposure.

Take your prospects’ time zones and activities (such as work) into consideration when deciding the start and end times. In other words, you don’t want the entire sale to fall within the work day, otherwise you’ll have a lot of people missing out.

The 10 Step Plan For Writing Blog Posts That Sell PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview

Introduction

No matter what kind of business you’re running, you’re going to use your blog as an important sales tool. Every post is a chance to make a sale or warm someone up to an idea. You might be selling a product, or you might be selling people on the idea of joining your list in exchange for a lead magnet. Either way, your blog posts are some of the most important sales tools in your arsenal.

But heads up…

This is only true if you know how to write blogs posts that sell. In other words, not just any blog post will get people clicking through to your sales pages and lead pages.

So how do you craft effective blog posts that sell like crazy? Simple: by following this 10-step plan….

Step 1. Decide What To Sell

The first thing you need to do is figure out what you’re going to sell, and then you need to determine what type of post will best help you accomplish your goal. This is something you’re going to want to spend a lot of time considering, because it is a big key to your success.

Generally, think of how to create content that’s useful yet incomplete. This is a blog post that solves part of your prospects’ problems, but then directs them to a paid offer to solve the rest of their problem.

So let me give you five examples of choosing a post format to sell a specific offer:

You’re selling a software service, such as an autoresponder. You can create a step-by-step guide for setting up a mailing list, and then embed a recommendation for the autoresponder within this guide.

You’re selling an app like meal-planning software. You can offer a blog post with 10 nutrition tips for losing weight. The final tip can be centered on using meal-planning software.

You’re selling a social media marketing course. You can post an article about how to get more followers on Facebook, and then point to the course as a way to monetize and leverage this traffic.

You’re selling a physical product, such as golf clubs. You can write an article about how to select the right clubs, and include your recommendation within the content.

You’re selling a comprehensive course in how to write a sales letter. You can post a “cheat sheet” that tells people what to do for each step, but it doesn’t provide the in-depth instruction they need to write a good letter.

See how that works? You can post tips, you can post an overview of a process, or you can even post in-depth instructions for part of a process. But in all cases, they format of the entire article should be a good fit for the product and naturally lead to the offer.

Next up…

Step 2. Know Your Audience

Don’t even think about writing a single word until you know your audience and you know what they want. This allows you to not only pick an offer that you know they’ll want to buy, but it also gives you the ability to “get inside their head.” The more you know and understand your audience, the easier it is for you to create content that connects with them on an emotional level.

So how do you get to know your audience? Try out these three tips:

Eavesdrop on their conversations. This means visiting niche forums, social media groups and blog discussions. This simple step will give you a great insight into what your audience thinks about certain topics and products in your niche.

Interact with them on social media. Here you take it a step further by actually talking to your audience. Ask them questions, find out their pains, figure out what kind of solutions they’re looking for.

Hang out with them offline. For example, if you’re selling products to bodybuilders, then go hang out at the nearest bodybuilding gym in your area and spend some time getting to know your target market.

Next step…

Step 3. Outline and Research

At this point you have a pretty good idea of your article topic and format—basically, something that naturally leads to you promoting the paid product. So for this step you need to outline and research.

Even if you know the tips or procedures you want to share in your post, it’s still a good idea to do some research. Your research can help with things such as:

Finding a good quote or inspirational story to share at the beginning of the article. This is a great way to engage someone emotionally.

Statistics and other data to back up your claims in the article. For example, you might share a sobering statistic about how much money an average online marketer makes. And then you can launch into an article about how the reader can avoid becoming another marketer who can barely cover the hosting bills.

Ideas about how to structure your content. For example, if you notice that a lot of articles in your niche are big lists, then you might want to create something popular since it’s an in-demand format.

Once your research is complete, then outline and organize your topics and subtopics in the way you want them to appear in your article. Then move onto the next step…

Techniques And Tips For Building Character PLR Ebook

Techniques and Tips for Building Character

UNCONSCIOUSLY we are forming habits every moment of our lives.

Some are habits of a desirable nature; some are those of a most undesirable nature. Some, though not so bad in themselves, are exceedingly bad in their cumulative effects, and cause us at times much loss, much pain and anguish, while their opposites would, on the contrary, bring as much peace and joy, as well as a continually increasing power.

Have we it within our power to determine at all times what types of habits shall take form in our lives? In other words, is habit-forming, character building, a matter of mere chance, or have we it within our own control? We have, entirely and absolutely. "I will be what I will to be," can be said and should be said by every human soul.

After this has been bravely and determinedly said, and not only said, but fully inwardly realized, something yet remains. Something remains to be said regarding the great law underlying habit-forming, character building; for there is a simple, natural, and thoroughly scientific method that all should know.

A method whereby old, undesirable, earth-binding habits can be broken, and new, desirable, heaven lifting habits can be acquired, a method whereby life in part or in its totality can be changed, provided one is sufficiently in earnest to know and, knowing it, to apply the law.

Thought is the force underlying all. And what do we mean by this? Simply this: Your every act - every conscious act - is preceded by a thought. Your dominating thoughts determine your dominating actions. In the realm of our own minds we have absolute control, or we should have, and if at any time we have not, then there is a method by which we can gain control, and in the realm of the mind become thorough masters. In order to get to the very foundation of the matter, let us look to this for a moment. For if thought is always parent to our acts, habits, character, life, then it is first necessary that we know fully how to control our thoughts.

Here let us refer to that law of the mind which is the same as is the law in Connection with the reflex nerve system of the body, the law which says that whenever one does a certain thing in a certain way it is easier to do the same thing in the same way the next time, and still easier the next, and the next, and

the next, until in time it comes to pass that no effort is required, or no effort worth speaking of; but on the opposite would require the effort. The mind carries with it the power that perpetuates its own type of thought, the same as the body carries with it through the reflex nerve system the power which perpetuates and makes continually easier its own particular acts. Thus, a simple effort to control one's thoughts, a simple setting about it, even if at first failure is the result, and even if for a time failure seems to be about the only result, will in time, sooner or later, bring him to the point of easy, full, and complete control.

Each one, then, can grow the power of determining, controlling his thought, the power of determining what types of thought he shall and what types he shall not entertain. For let us never part in mind with this fact, that every earnest effort along any line makes the end aimed at just a little easier for each succeeding effort, even if, as has been said, apparent failure is the result of the earlier efforts. This is a case where even failure is success, for the failure is not in the effort, and every earnest effort adds an increment of power that will eventually accomplish the end aimed at. We can, then, gain the full and complete power of determining what character, what type of thoughts we entertain.

Shall we now give attention to some two or three concrete cases? Here is a man, the cashier of a large mercantile establishment, or cashier of a bank. In his morning paper he reads of a man who has become suddenly rich, has made a fortune of half a million or a million dollars in a few hours through speculation on the stock market. Perhaps he has seen an account of another man who has done practically the same thing lately. He is not quite wise enough, however, to comprehend the fact that when he reads of one or two cases of this kind he could find, were he to look into the matter carefully, one or two hundred cases of men who have lost all they had in the same way. He thinks, however, that he will be one of the fortunate ones. He does not fully realize that there are no short cuts to wealth honestly made. He takes a part of his savings, and as is true in practically all cases of this kind, he loses all that he has put in, Thinking now that he sees why he lost, and that had he more money he would be able to get back what he has lost, and perhaps make a handsome sum in addition, and make it quickly, the thought comes to him to use some of the funds he has charge of. In nine cases out of ten, if not ten cases in every ten, the results that inevitably follow this are known sufficiently well to make it unnecessary to follow him farther.

Where is the man's safety in the light of what we have been considering?

Simply this: the moment the thought of using for his own purpose funds belonging to others enters his mind, if he is wise, he will instantly put the thought from his mind. If he is a fool, he will entertain it. In the degree in which he entertains it, it will grow upon him; it will become the absorbing thought in his mind; it will finally become master of his will power, and through rapidly

succeeding steps, dishonor, shame, degradation, penitentiary, remorse will be his. It is easy for him to put the thought from his mind when it first enters; but as he entertains it, it grows into such proportions that it becomes more and more difficult for him to put it from his mind; and by and by it becomes practically impossible for him to do it. The light of the match, which but a little effort of the breath would have extinguished at first, has imparted a flame that is raging through the entire building, and now it is almost if not quite impossible to conquer it.

Shall we notice another concrete case? A trite case, perhaps, but one in which we can see how habit is formed, and also how the same habit can be unformed. Here is a young man, he may be the son of poor parents, or he may be the son of rich parents; one in the ordinary ranks of life, or one of high social standing, whatever that means. He is good hearted, one of good impulses generally speaking, a good fellow. He is out with some companions, companions of the same general type. They are out for a pleasant evening, out for a good time. They are apt at times to be thoughtless, even careless. The suggestion is made by one of the companies, not that they get drunk, no, not at all; but merely that they go and have something to drink together. The young man whom we first mentioned, wanting to be genial, scarcely listens to the suggestion that comes into his inner consciousness that it will be better for him not to fall in with the others in this. He does not stop long enough to realize the fact that the greatest strength and nobility of character lies always in taking a firm stand on the aide of the right, and allow himself to be influenced by nothing that will weaken this stand. He goes, therefore, with his companions to the drinking place. With the same or with other companions this is repeated now and then; and each time it is repeated his power of saying "No" is gradually decreasing. In this way he has grown a little liking for intoxicants, and takes them perhaps now and then by himself. He does not dream, or in the slightest degree realize, what way he is tending, until there comes a day when he awakens to the consciousness of the fact that he hasn’t the power nor even the impulse to resist the taste which has gradually grown into a minor form of craving for intoxicants. Thinking, however, that he will be able to stop when he is really in danger of getting into the drink habit, he goes thoughtlessly and carelessly on. We will pass over the various intervening steps and come to the time when we find him a confirmed drunkard. It is simply the same old story told a thousand or even a million times over.

We are living in a fast-paced world that is changing more than ever in human history. In this century you cannot solve today’s issues with the previous solutions. While some wealth creation advice are timeless, it makes little sense to refer to old advice from decades or centuries ago to succeed today.

It seems that the majority of people are pretty lousy when it comes to an understanding why people succeed or fail. They will give you an answer which is just one small piece of the puzzle - the high achievers are born predisposed to certain productive talents and lacking in those that cause failure. In fact, successful people are the ones who live their life the way they want to live. They reach their personal and professional goals not because of who they are but because of what their qualities or characteristics are which in turn develop their habits or the things they do every time.

Today there are new problems: money is facing hyperinflation, the US Dollar is losing its value, property prices are going up so fast the average family cannot even afford, and the middle class is being wiped out

The first thing you would require, to get what you want in life, would be an unprecedented surge of motivation. You would waste your precious time looking here and there for the sake of getting motivated. What we have done is that we have researched the top and common qualities of the super successful people in the world, mostly from the 20th and 21st century. We have also researched on their real-life stories that are in harmony with these top qualities. Each time you would read a story, you would start getting boosted up. You would simultaneously like to acquire those qualities into your life and make them your habits. The short and to the point details of each quality are also provided in each chapter for this purpose.

While you are reading about these qualities, listen to the words in your heart as well as in your mind. Slow down and let each quality feel like your own for the time being. Imagine what it would be like if that characteristic trait was already yours and then work towards acquiring that quality in your life. Just dreaming about being the person you want to won’t take you there. You have to see what makes them different from you. You have to see what makes them do those things differently which, to your surprise, you too might be doing almost daily. Then you have to analyze what thing stops you from acquiring that quality if you ever tried it. Remove that impediment and see the magic. - However there are also new opportunities: the Internet, Cryptocurrency, Forex, E-Commerce, and more.

Neither we have any personal liking for the people mentioned in this book, nor do you need to have. The real motto behind writing this book is to make it clear that the humans are such smart creatures that their highest potentials are locked in the process of possessing and using these qualities (or maybe a few more). The people mentioned in this book have unlocked their respective highest human potentials, and it is the need of the hour to spread those stories, and the qualities associated with them, to every person living on this planet now and to those who will be born shortly (our kids). We can make ourselves achieve whatever our minds perceive, just by having a little bit of discipline in acquiring and enhancing these qualities. Then, the excellence and perfection that would embrace our world would be worth watching. This is why I created this Training - to bring you up to speed with how wealth creation can still work for you.

Chapter 01 - Habits of Successful People

Think of the first thing that you do in the morning when you wake up. Do you hit the snooze button and go back to sleep? Or do you get up with a smile on your face as soon as the alarm goes off and start getting ready to face the day? If you answered the latter, they could be well on your way to achieving your success.

It might not sound like a big deal but start the day early and having a good morning routine are habits that most wealthy and successful people have. Have a look at why these two habits are important and think about how you start your day.

* Starting the Day Early

Most regular people set their alarm at night before they go to sleep. They set it at a particular time because they know that waking up at that moment gives them enough time in the morning to get ready and get to work. Some people hit the snooze button for an additional 15 minutes of sleep. This throws off their morning routine. The 15 extra minutes that they spent sleeping would need to be compensated later on by hastening their other morning rituals. The haste adds unnecessary stress and anxiety so early in the morning.

The stress from the morning could be carried over throughout the rest of the day as schedules could get thrown off even with just 15 minutes of extra sleep. People could end up being late for work and missing important meetings. In their haste to leave, they might forget important documents at home. Worse still, they might end up getting into minor accidents because they are driving faster than usual. The possible consequences of hitting the snooze button on the alarm clock are endless.

Unlike other people, a successful person would usually set his alarm at night and then wake up promptly as soon as it goes off. This is his way of controlling his day instead of just reacting to it. When you do your morning routine without the need to hasten your actions, you start the day relaxed and focused. You are not reacting to the idea of being late by rushing through breakfast or skipping it altogether. Instead, you have complete control of your morning and have the peace of mind knowing that you have enough time to do your routine and get to work. When you have complete control over your actions and emotions, you are setting the pace for the rest of your morning routine and the rest of your day as well.

For some people, getting ready means waking up at 5 AM, while for others, it could mean waking up at 7 AM. That’s because some people take longer to get ready while others don’t. There’s no exact formula for the right time to wake up, but most successful people wake up very early in the morning to be able to do more and maximize their day.

Part One

All about Heart Attacks

Chapter 1: What is a Heart Attack or Myocardial Infarction?

Heart attack occurs when there's death or necrosis of a segment of heart muscle due to the loss of blood supply. The blood supply is usually lost due to blocked coronary artery, one that provides blood to the heart muscle by blood clots. This condition is also known as coronary thrombosis.

When it happens, one will experience distressing symptoms such as chest pain and electrical instability of the myocardial tissues.

Heart disease is a very general term used to describe all the different disorders and diseases that can affect your heart and its operation. One of the most common causes is oxygen starvation; this is usually the result of a blockage in the arteries that carry the flow of oxygen-rich blood from the lungs to the heart. This condition can lead to heart damage and if left untreated, the damaged heart will undergo necrosis. In other words, the heart cells will start to die. Often times, this condition is caused by a buildup of a waxy substance known as plaque.

As plaque builds up inside your arteries, it can result in the coronary (or heart) arteries being partially or totally blocked. This condition is known as atherosclerosis. This will restrict blood flow to your organs and tissues. If this condition is not treated quickly, the areas of the heart that rely on this artery will die. The once healthy heart tissues will also undergo fibrosis, forming scars that impede the usual functions of the heart. Sometimes, such condition will go off radar and difficult to be discovered. So if you leave it as it is for a long time, many heart health problems will arise in the long-term.

Symptoms of a Heart Attack or MI

With so many people suffering from heart attacks, many people are looking for ways in order to prevent these heart attacks. But before that, we should learn the early warning signs and symptoms of a heart attack or MI.

The symptoms of a heart attack can vary widely. For instance, you may have only minor chest pain while some else has excruciating pain.

Some typical heart attack symptoms for men and women are:

- Feeling of heaviness, pain, pressure, and even discomfort inside of the chest, below the breastbone, or in the arm.
- Discomfort that radiates to the back, arm, throat, or jaw.
- Feeling indigestion, fullness, and even a choking feeling. It may feel like heartburn sometimes.
- Dizziness, vomiting, nausea, and sweating.
- Extreme shortness of breath, anxiety, or weakness.
- Collapse or lose consciousness.

How to Diagnose a Heart Attack or MI?

There are thousands of people every year who fall prey to heart attacks without even realizing that they have it in the first place. They act as if nothing has happened because most who had early stages of heart attacks are asymptomatic until the crisis happens.

Think of it as a walking time bomb. To identify any diseases, we look at the symptoms a person is suffering from. Such symptoms for heart attack differs from one person to another. They can be mild or grave. Also, the severity and susceptibility of contracting the disease depend on the age, sex, presence of risk factors or underlying diseases. For instance, those who have diabetes usually demonstrate subtle or unusual symptoms.

In any case, if you find yourself suffering from any heart attack symptoms, you must get emergency treatment immediately. The speed of treatment is of utmost importance when dealing with episodes of heart attacks. In fact, the faster the emergency treatment, the higher the chance of survival.

When you're having an attack, bear in mind to seek help from others. Do not attempt to drive or walk yourself to the hospital when you're in excruciating pain as you'll only exacerbate the symptoms and inviting further complications. Get someone to call for an ambulance and seek prompt medical attention. Every second counts and by seeking early medical care, you can prevent further injuries to your heart tissues and even stay alive!

Chest Pain – Cardiogenic VS Non-Cardiogenic

Most people experience chest pain to some degree, at one time or another over the course of their lives. This is often caused by anxiety because chest pain is so often associated with heart disease. Fortunately, almost all chest pain has little to do with the heart, but it is not something you should ignore.

Understanding the difference between the different types of chest pain helps in diagnosing heart diseases. Pain in the left part of the chest is one of the earliest signs a person can have to pinpoint the disease. The next step is to determine whether the pain originates from the heart or other factors.

The chest and lung areas are made up of many different structures all of which can produce pain. The most common type of pain or tenderness is in the muscles and bone joints around the chest. The lining or pleura around the lungs can be associated with pain if it becomes inflamed or irritated, but the lungs do not contain any of the nerve connections that will induce the feelings of pain.

The esophagus or the tube from your mouth to your stomach is another area in your chest that can give you pain. Heartburn, as it is often referred to or refluxing has nothing to do with your heart, but can often give a pain that feels like a heart disorder. The esophagus can also have or give spasms, which is also non-cardiogenic.

Cardiac or heart-related chest pain is more often experienced in the morning. Symptoms include a dull, constricted pressure with burning or squeezing sensation.

Instead of superficial pain, people usually find that the pain comes from the deeper areas of their chest. However, it can be difficult when it comes to describing the location of the pain.

It may feel like the pain originates from all areas such as back, neck, head, and throat or even from the arms (often the left upper arm). Not knowing where the pain comes from, people commonly described that "the pain came out of nowhere." Chest pain is often brought on by some form of exertion like carrying a heavy bag, sweeping or digging.

Extreme temperature while exercising or working can also cause a heart attack. It can also follow after eating a heavy meal, then doing physical work. These types of pain usually last as long as the physical activity you are doing continues, but in most cases reduces quite quickly once the activity that brought it on is stopped.
Some forms of heart-related pain, such as angina, can be aggravated by lying down, but standing or sitting and even leaning into the discomfort area can help to relieve it.

If you feel these types of discomfort or pain, then it is very important to seek medical help immediately. Other types of chest pain that are not related to the heart most often manifest in or towards the end of the day. The pain often feels much sharper and is usually in one area that can be identified easily. This type of pain normally occurs without any real warning or specific reason apart from doing an unusual activity.

Heartburn may develop after eating oily or high carbohydrate foods. Often these types of pain come and go quickly, sometimes lasting only a few seconds or minutes, at other times they may remain for several hours. Simple exercises, especially breathing exercises will often help relieve or stop this type of pain. It will usually respond well to analgesics such as aspirin and heat packs.

Introduction

We, as human beings, are a product of habits, both positive and negative. Everyone, whether we like it or not, has hundreds of patterns that are activated daily that range from taking a shower to watching a particular television show, to getting ready to work.

Every day we consciously and unconsciously we are performing habits, and whatever you call them, whether it be your routines, rituals, or behaviors, habits are a part of all of us.

Habits can be divided into three different areas. First, are those habits that we don't notice anymore because they are deeply embedded in our daily lives. These habits include brushing our teeth or tying our shoelaces.

The second kind of patterns is those that are healthy for us and that we tend to try and build upon — these kinds of habits, including eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, and exercising regularly. The third kind of habit involves those habits that are seen as unfavorable, like overspending, smoking, and procrastination.

Every January 1st, a majority of people are filled with enthusiasm for changing their lives. They hope and desire to start the new year off fresh and setting goals that will change our lives.
However, within a few weeks, we find ourselves battling the same bad habits from the previous year.

The worst part about this is that we revert back to our bad habits unknowingly and unwillingly. Over time, the ritual of setting New Year resolutions and quickly breaking those resolutions ends up disappointing use to the extent that we give up with the idea of changing our bad habits and instead choose to opt out of the yearly ritual.

Eventually, we end up with a negative connotation about change. We are made to believe that change is meant only for a few who have a lot of will power or a unique self-drive.

Unfortunately, this revelation leaves most people with questions that often go unanswered. If you find yourself in this place with lingering questions, then you can find answers here. Not only can you rest assured that you will be able to take control of your habits after reading this book, but you will also learn the necessary steps for overcoming the bad habits that are holding you back. You will gain the knowledge and tools that are needed to break the bad habits and replace them with good ones.

Since a habit is something that you acquire as a result of the influences in your life, being able to change it will require some skills. Like any other skill, it needs both effective techniques and practice to be successful. You need to equip yourself with these skills so that you can be competent enough when facing your habit. If you want to change your habits, then you have to work on developing your skills continually.

This is because your habit becomes automatic when it is practiced with consistent, repetitive patterns that are created in your mind. The only way you will be able to defeat your bad habits is by standing up and equipping yourself for the tasks.

Chapter 1 – What Are Habits?

In order for you to understand how to break your bad habits, it is essential that you first understand precisely what habits are.
According to the dictionary, a habit is a recurrent and often unconscious pattern of behavior, which is usually acquired through regular repetition.

To understand this concept, you need to know how your brain works. Your mind is created by and connected with a complex array of neurons. These neurons are fed with input from our sensory nerves and organs, which are then delivered to the brain.

These neurons are interconnected with others throughout the body and form one of the most significant frameworks of interconnected elements of the body. The brain registers, as well as maintains pathways of various neurons through the chemical impulses that it receives from the neurons. To increase cognitive ability, the brain has to keep a simple, streamlined process. This process includes setting the most used pathways as connections, which allows them to run automatically.

For example, you might find yourself in a room and can't remember what brought you there. The same applies to driving and walking. But what about bad habits?

There isn't a specific definition of bad habits. This is because a habit isn't bad or good on its own. What matters is what you do with the habit. Consider whether your habit has a positive or negative impact on your life and the life of those around you.
Asking yourself this question can help guide you in defining your habits.

A positive habit will bring you success in all areas in your life, while a bad habit is one that can ruin the success you experience in life.

A bad habit can be considered as anything that takes up your time and prevents you from achieving your immediate or long- term goals, without providing you anything in return. For example, you might have the habit of playing video games during your free time.

This could be a good or bad habit, depending on how you do it. If you usually play video games with your family, it could mean achieving your goal of spending more time with your family, making it a positive habit. However, continually playing video games by yourself every day contributes to nothing, making it a bad habit. When determining whether your habits are good or bad, you have to be honest with yourself.

Take the time to weight your habits and see if they are beneficial to you. If something hinders you from achieving your goals, define it as a bad habit, and start devising a plan to break the habit.

While you can pinpoint specific bad habits, something's you are so used to the habit that you actually don't recognize how it is affecting you. Therefore, you need to understand how you can realize your habits so that you can do something about them.

How to Recognize Your Habits

Most of us are so used to our habits that we don't actually realize that you have those habits. The first step that you need to take if you want to change your habits is being aware of which ones you have. You can't change what you don't know.

You can become aware of both your positive and negative habits by doing a self-assessment. Here are two methods that you can use to help you identify both your good and your bad habits.

Internal Review

Doing an internal review of your habits requires self-reflection. Self-reflection is nothing more than analyzing your daily behaviors and taking note of how they make you feel. If you always find yourself snacking on sugary foods, and feeling guilty about it each time it happens, then you've just narrowed down one of your bad behaviors.

You can also use measurement as a way to recognize your bad habits. Most of the time, we tend to lie to ourselves about our bad habits or ignore them completely. With measurement, you can quickly note your bad habits.
