Chapter 1: You Can Control How Fast (or Slowly) You Age

No one wants to get older but unfortunately, until they discover an elixir of youth, it’s fairly unavoidable.

But just because you have to get older, no one said you had to do it quick-ly. And no one said you couldn’t age well and keep your youthful good looks, energy and health!

Many of us make the assumption that getting old automatically has to mean getting covered in wrinkles, losing our ability to walk around and eventually developing incontinence and dementia. As it happens though, none of these things are inevitable and most of them are only partially related to age!

And you can see this too just by looking around! While some people seem to be struggling to stand up straight and remember their name at age 65, others are still playing sports and writing books well into their 80s and 90s.

Is the difference entirely genetic? Not at all! In fact, there are numerous lifestyle changes that can make all the difference to the way you feel as you age and many of the problems that are associated with old-age can actually be avoided entirely.

So yeah, Aging is still inevitable. But the way you age is almost entirely up to you!

The difference comes down to your knowledge and your ability to apply that knowledge to make the most of your own body and health. YOU have the choice and the sooner you take action, the more effectively you can stave off the most unappealing aspects of getting older.

Yes, that’s right, this isn’t just a book for ‘old people’. It’s for young people too. In fact, it’s more aimed at young people because you are the ones who have the time to ensure you get the very most out of your body and mind as you get older.

But How Do You Slow Aging?

Anyone can claim that Aging is something you have control over. The hard part is backing that claim up with some hard evidence.

How can you really slow down your Aging? And how can your decisions end up putting your body in ‘fast forward’ mode?

Here are some examples…

Mobility

A lot of people will tell you that your knees have a finite amount of time before they start to tire out. The same goes for your back.

But more and more, we’re discovering that’s not true. The ‘functional strength’ crowd are making it very apparent that you can keep on training into old age and that in fact, things like running should give you more longevity.

The problem is just the way we’re training. And our lack of activity generally.

The way it goes for many people is that they stay very fit and healthy when they’re younger because they run around, play sports and generally engage in activity. Once they’re middle aged though, they slow down and they start sitting at the computer all day long. Their metabolism slows down yes but most of the changes they see in their body are really a result of being constantly stressed and constantly static. This results in muscle imbalances caused by maintaining the same posture for so long and it results in injury

when they do get active. Don’t use your back long enough and it’s sure to go when you try and lift that suitcase!

This injury then leads to ‘corrective’ posture and biomechanics. You have a bad knee or back, so you put more weight on the other leg/you hunch over.

This in turn means that you actually exacerbate the muscle imbalances that you already had. And the longer this goes on, the more of a hunch and a limp you can start to acquire and the more pain you can expect to experience.

The solution is not to be less active but to be more active – while making sure to use the correct technique.

Energy

Meanwhile, staying active can also boost your energy levels and help you to start feeling better. That means the tiredness and sluggishness that we feel as we get older again isn’t inevitable.

Actually, when you combine the right exercise regime with the right diet, you can increase not only your heart strength and circulation but also the efficiency of your mitochondria. Mitochondria are the small ‘energy factories’ of your cells. They exist to help you convert glucose into useable energy (ATP) and their number and strength is one of the big determining fac-tors that influences your energy output and the way you feel.

In fact, differences in mitochondria have been suggested to be one of the main differentiating factors between the energy levels of young children and those of older individuals. It’s why kids seem to be able to run around and around in circles for hours screaming, without ever tiring out.

Nutrition

Nutrition is also responsible for a large proportion of the problems you’ll struggle with as you get older. Contrary to popular belief, many of the health issues associated with old age are actually cumulative and result from years of poor nutrition. A lack of nutrients can lead to problems with vision, problems with hormone production, problems with bone density and much more. Thus by eating the right diet, you can stave off numerous conditions and stay healthier and stronger into older age.

Toxins, Cell Damage and Heart Problems

Many of the health complaints associated with old age can also be combated with the right lifestyle. Sure, it’s always possible to be unlucky and to suffer from cancer with no ‘cause’ as such. But this is much less likely if you are able to protect yourself with the very best, healthy lifestyle choices. For example, heart disease is one of the leading killers in men by far but it is very much possible to reduce the risk of this problem by getting plenty of exercise and sticking to a diet designed to keep your blood pressure and cholesterol at the most desirable levels.

Brain

The same rules apply to your brain as to the rest of your body. In other words, if you keep your nutrition up and actually keep using your brain it will stay nimble.

***

We’ll get into all of this and a lot more in greater detail in the subsequent chapters but hopefully this is enough of an explanation to make a believer of you. The point is, you do have control over the way you age and if you take the right precautions then you can stay healthy, mobile and able well into older age.

This book is going to act as your road map and your blueprint to help you do exactly that. Follow these tips and you’ll be able to fortify your body against the invading forces of old age!

Chapter 2: Fine Tuning Your Mental Clarity on a Daily Basis

So where to start? How about with the mind, seeing as the mind leads and the body follows. If you can keep your brain sharp and your mind nimble, then you will be able to enjoy life in at least some capacity and maintain your dignity. What’s more though, is that a healthy mind will help to automatically give you a stronger and healthier body. Your mind controls your movements after all and this is the key to maintaining good biomechanics and muscle control.

So let’s take a look at the issues that you might struggle with in this department as you age and how you can keep those problems at bay…

Cognitive Decline With Old Age

The thing we most often associate with age-related cognitive decline is forgetfulness.

When you reach a certain age, you start to forget where you left your keys a little more regularly and eventually you start to forget the names of your family. Just call everyone ‘Frank’, it’s easier.

Some degree of memory loss is fairly normal with age and is referred to as ‘age related cognitive decline’. However, in some cases it might take the more serious form of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. The latter is caused by amyloid plaques and neurofibrillary tangles, which are caused by a build-up of protein fragments attaching to the cells.

This can lead to confusion and severe memory loss, which we know as dementia or Alzheimer’s. In some cases, confusion and memory loss are exacerbated by damage to the brain caused by a stroke or traumatic brain injury.

But long before that, comes the slight tiredness and the brain fog. It’s almost imperceptible but it’s definitely there. Like a computer that takes just an extra minute or two to boot up. No one else would notice, but you know it’s not running on all cylinders anymore. Not like it used to.

Think back: how much harder is it to wake up in the morning than it was five years ago? Back then you would likely be out all night drinking with

friends and then wake up the next day with energy to spare. It’s not your body that’s changed at this point: it’s your brain…

Or how about you think back even further (memory allowing…) to when you were just a little kid. Back then you could run around in circles for hours without ever tiring out. Likely you know kids who can still do the same thing.

These days though, many of us struggle just climbing the stairs!

Constantly feeling tired is no fun and neither is having half the enthusiasm you used to have when you were younger – or the ability or the passion for learning. Notice how young people are always learning new skills, making new friends and changing careers and that gets harder as you age.

Oh and what about mood? Have you noticed how you’re just much angrier all the time these days? What once wouldn’t have caused us pause for thought now has us growling under our breaths like mad people. What happened to that youthful optimism? If you understand the ‘law of attraction’ then you’ll know how being angry all the time will only lead to fewer opportunities and less enjoyment. Apparently it’s at the age of 60 when these changes really occur.

So what’s actually happening inside that cranium of yours to cause all this change?

Increasing Brain Energy and Mood With Nutrition and Nootropics

There are many things that change in the brain and that are responsible for the changes we see in our abilities and our personalities. Many of these can be somewhat mitigated by the right nutrient and/or supplement regime however and when nutrients, herbs or medications are used in this way they’re referred to as ‘nootropics’ – compounds that can help to enhance brain performance.

Let’s start with that low energy – what causes this?

7 Secrets To Achieving Personal Freedom MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview

Everyone has the right to achieve personal freedom, but the sad truth is that not everyone is going to get it. In one form or another, we’re enslaved by our jobs, by our finances, by our health, by our family, and many other reasons.

We may not realize it, but the things we hold near and dear are often the factors that imprison us. It prevents us from doing what we want to do in our life.

But what exactly is personal freedom?

Many of you may say it’s the freedom to do whatever you want in life. Some may say it’s the freedom to eat ice cream in the middle of the night or whenever they want without getting judged by others.

Others may say it’s their financial independence – being wealthy enough to never have to go to work again.

Some may say it’s the freedom to come and go as they please without anyone stopping them.

You’re free to define your own definition of personal freedom. It’s personal after all. However, let me just be clear here: personal freedom still has boundaries.

You can’t go ‘borrowing’ someone else’s car without asking for permission first simply because you’re ‘free’ to do what you want. You’re not free to enter other people’s houses and take whatever you can get your hands on.

If that’s how you define personal freedom, then that’s not right. Imagine a world where we all go do as we please without regard to other people’s rights. That would be anarchy, plain and simple. There would be no law and order, just chaos and mayhem.

As civilized people, we observe human rights, and we respect freedom of speech. Just make sure you don’t go beyond your personal space. You need to recognize that you’re not always entitled to get what you think you deserve.

Personal freedom, in the context of this short report, is all about having the freedom to pursue your passion and living the life you’ve always dreamed of. All without infringing or stepping on other people’s rights.

It’s also important to mention here that being financially free is not necessary for someone to achieve personal freedom. You can be happy without being rich. Likewise, you can have all the money in the world but be neither happy nor free.

For instance, would you feel secure and happy if you know you’re earning your money through illegal means? I think not.

You’d most probably be paranoid, and you’d be looking over your shoulder all the time. In short, you won’t have the peace of mind necessary to achieve personal freedom.

With that said, here are the 7 secrets to achieving personal freedom:

Live with integrity

Knowing and doing what’s right are two different things.

At first glance, it may look like they’re referring to the same thing, but nothing can be further from the truth.

For instance, when people are faced with tough choices, they’d often choose something that will benefit them even though they know they’re doing the wrong thing. That’s not integrity.

When you have integrity, you always do what’s right whether someone’s looking at you or not. You strive to live your life according to your moral principles. You don’t let your actions be dictated by negative forces even though most people would be happy to.

To enjoy personal freedom, you need to have integrity.

Otherwise, you’re going to be living life on the edge – constantly afraid someone’s going to come and burst your bubble. Or that someone’s going to come and take away what you stole from them.

When you have integrity, you don’t become defensive when someone questions your decisions and your actions.

You don’t make excuses and point fingers when your shortcomings are exposed. You face everything head-on, and you remain honest even though you know it’s going to lead to negative consequences for you.

Your integrity is going to save you from a lot of headaches, you’ll sleep far better at night knowing you did the right thing and you didn’t step on anybody just to achieve your goals in life.

You’ve got nothing to hide, you’re literally an open book.

Your reputation is beyond reproach and others will view you as someone they can look up to. When you embrace honesty, you can live your life fully and freely.

Think positively at all times

Positive thinking is an important aspect of personal freedom. Without it, you’re never going to believe that you can, in fact, live freely. You’ll always be held back by your doubts. Your negative thoughts are going to consume you, and you’ll find it hard to get out of your comfort zone to go and chase after your dreams.

How can you be free if it’s you yourself holding you back? You’re never going to achieve greatness if you listen to all the naysayers out there. Your confidence will be shot, and you’re going to wallow in self-despair.

To break free from negative self-talk, you’re going to need help. Surround yourself with positive people and let them help you build your self-confidence. They’re going to cheer you up and encourage you to reach for your dreams.

They’re not going to give you a detailed list of why you’ll never succeed. If you don’t have any positive influencers in your life, you can read up on self-help books. Follow motivational and inspirational speakers. Let their wisdom guide you.

To become a positive thinker, you need positive influence. Seek that influence, and over time you’ll slowly improve the way you think.

When you start thinking positively, you’ll be optimistic, and you’ll then learn to envision a positive future where you have personal freedom.

Be happy for other people’s success

When you hear other people’s success stories, your initial reaction is probably one of envy or jealousy. Here you are working so hard to reach your goals, and you meet someone who’s a relative newcomer suddenly stealing the spotlight with his ‘overnight’ success.

We’ve all got different journeys ahead of us. We may be in the beginning stages, or the middle, or maybe even close to the end. We all didn’t start at the exact same time, so it’s futile to compare your growth to someone who’s been at it for the last 5 years. Or maybe you’re bootstrapping, and you’re comparing your progress to someone who’s had access to resources you didn’t have.

When you put things into perspective like this, you’ll feel a whole lot better. Sure, you may feel sorry for yourself, but don’t let it affect you for far too long. Remember to control your thoughts and always look for the positive side of things.

Jealousy and envy are not going to get you anywhere. It’s not going to bring you closer to achieving your goals. What you can do instead is learn from other people’s success.

Be genuinely happy for others’ success. Use it as inspiration to carve out your own path to success and ultimately, freedom. If they can do it, then so can you!

Always be grateful

One of the secrets to achieving personal freedom is gratefulness. You may not have much in the way of material possessions, but you’ve still got a lot to be thankful for.

You’ve got the gift of life, the gift of family and friends. As we’ve mentioned earlier, you don’t need money to feel free.

It’s all about your state of mind really.

When you’re grateful, you exude positivity. The people on the receiving end of your gratefulness will feel better about themselves, you’ll help boost their self-esteem.

You’re basically spreading positivity around you.

When you’re grateful, you don’t take things for granted. You live in the moment. You don’t look for what you don’t have and ignore what you do have.

1.0 Building Your Own Gold Mine

Congratulations! Thank you for investing in this manual. Within the coming pages, I will detail out to you how you – or anyone – can build your very own highly responsive list consisting of the best type of prospects there is – willing-to-pay customers!

It fascinates me even now as I write this because I’m more than convinced that anyone can easily achieve this if done right. It doesn’t matter whether you fancy using other people’s products you acquire the Resell Rights to or that you crave creating your own digital products.

And you don’t have to be technically savvy or own a membership site to achieve this, either!

Regardless of whichever way is your cup of tea, there’s a temperament for every marketer but ultimately, I’ll be showing you how you can build your own list of responsive customers at warp speed in the fastest time possible using ingenious methods not many had really thought of!

1.1 Virtual Gold Mines – Profitable?

Today, it’s more than possible to actually build your own “virtual” gold mine from scratch without having to join the early days of the Gold Rush. Just to offer you some ideas to start with, your neighbors or anyone with computer and Internet access can form your gold mine so you can rake in cash over and over and over again.

You’ve guessed it: the best kind of gold mine today is customers.

Customers are the best kind of prospects to have because:

- They are ready to pay,
- They have the money to pay,
- And if they’re familiar with you and your business, they’ll likely return!

As in the case of Internet Marketing, you will come to realize that unlike publishing a regular newsletter, your customer un-subscription rate can be significantly lower as well!

This is true because if you could make them trust you with their money for the first time (and that you make this a good!), the chances of them returning is likely to be high. Evidently, many top marketers report that their customer lists bring in a sales conversion rate of 15-20%, and above! The result: repeat customers = repeat sales!

Every time you have a new product to launch and sell, you don’t have to really look anywhere further than your own paid customers gold mine. That’s really worth building your business on!

Now this manual assumes that you have NO subscriber/customer list to start with so if you follow any one of the two plans (of your choice) carefully, the end result should be that you own your own list of responsive customers (provided that you take action, please).

1.2 A Word of Thought Before Getting Started

Before I get started, here’s a word of thought and caution as well: the concepts and techniques you are about to learn would require some guts (balls, chutzpah, bravado, bravery, whatever you call it) on your part to carry them out.

I’d tell you in advance that in effort of achieving your very own list of paid customers in the fastest time possible, you would be required to do some temporary sacrifices, one being the up-sell. But don’t get intimidated by this – as you read, you’ll discover why this is being the case. Having said that, let’s get started!

2.0 Using Other People’s Products to Build Your Customer List

If your hard drive is packed with digital products you acquire the (Master) Resell Rights to and you haven’t take advantage of them just yet, this Resell Rights plan is for you.

Another motivating factor for you to use this method to build your paid customer list is that perhaps you’re not keen on creating your own products may it be due to time congestion or unable to commit.

2.1 The Concept
Sales Letter
Offer a bundle of
Resell Rights
products at an
unbelievably low
price!
Traffic from
Affiliates &
JV Partners
Thank You
Give download
link and offer 50-
100% Commission
Affiliate Program!
Have all the Customers
Opt into Your Mailing List!

You want to achieve your objective of building your paid customer list by reselling a bundle of digital products you have acquire the (Master) Resell Rights to. It is preferable if you have the Full Master Resell Rights so you can pass on the rights to your customers and that your customers can do the same.

You bundle a group of digital products with (Master) Resell Rights and sell for a very, very low price, preferably $10.00 - $20.00.

And then, you recruit Joint Venture (JV) partners and affiliates to promote your bundled package to their subscriber/member list for high commissions. It gets even better if you offer 90-100% of the product price as commissions to your affiliates and JV Partners.

While this sounds nutty, the rationale behind this is that:

- You want to motivate your affiliates and JV Partners to sell for you, and

- You don’t mind forsaking the up-sells for building your paid customer list, which is more important and profitable in the long run for you because you can later endorse your next product launch.

And every time you receive a customer whether through your own effort or that of your affiliates, convert your customer into your affiliate as well via your Thank You page where you offer the same invitation to your affiliate program.

They won’t mind doing that as long as you provide convenience (that they don’t need to set up their own sales letter and package from scratch), and that your commission reward is irresistible (90-100%).

Your customers can in turn become your promoting affiliate partners and the result will be viral: your affiliates and customers building your customer list for you!

2.2 The Pros

1. There’s absolutely no need for you to create your own products from scratch. You can easily acquire Resell Rights products from paid membership sites or purchase exclusive reseller licenses if you can afford to invest.

2. This business plan can be started overnight.

3. With the help of your affiliates and Joint Venture partners, it is very possible to build your paid customers list heavily in a short period of time.

2.3 The Cons

1. If you bundle a lot of high-ticket Resell Rights products in a paid package and sell at a very low price, not only will it devalue the products, you risk creating a bad impression with Internet Marketers.

However, this can be easily solved if you sell very few but unique products or low-ticket items in a paid package. Alternatively, you can source and handpick niche (non-Internet Marketing) products with (Master) Resell Rights.

2. Selling bundled products with Resell Rights can prove to be very competitive as there are several other bundled products on offer across the Internet.

2.4 What Do You Need?

1. Web Hosting & Domain Name – Get your domain name from NameCheap.com and as far as hosting goes, I recommend HostGator.com or BlueHost.com for beginners.

2. Autoresponder accounts – this is your primary asset, as you will need it to collect your paid customers leads. I recommend Aweber.com or MailChimp.com.

3. A collection of (Master) Resell Rights products of your choice to form your unique package. 5 to 30 products is sufficient to form a low-ticket package.

4. Credit Card Payment Processor – to accept payments. I recommend PayPal and Stripe if possible.

5. Affiliate Program – you’ll need this to manage and recruit affiliates. You can consider JVZoo.com, WarriorPlus.com and even ClickBank.com.

6. Sales Letter & Thank You Page – to sell your package and your Thank You page is not only used to offer download links, it should also be used to collect customer leads into your autoresponder and later recruit them as affiliates to help promote your package for you.

2.5 Build Your Customer List – Step-by-Step

1. Choose your collection of products with (Master) Resell Rights carefully to form your unique package.

Be sure to check out each product’s reseller license before using as each product creator’s terms and conditions vary. You want to be able to bundle the product into a paid package so make especially sure you’re really allowed to do that.

Tip: You’re only going to charge $10.00-$20.00 per package so there’s no need to necessarily bundle 50 to hundreds of products in the package. In fact, 5 to 30 low-ticket Resell Rights items will do. The newer the products are in the market, the least products you can bundle in because not many

5 Common Juicing Mistakes MRR Ebook With Audio

Introduction

Juicing has become very popular lately. Hardly a day goes by when we don’t hear some celebrity trumpeting his or her juice cleanse. It’s not the celebrity endorsements, however, that are important. The fact is, juicing can make a serious difference in how you feel.

The glitterati aren’t the only ones benefiting from juicing. Athletes, Olympians, and weekend warriors are improving their performance by adding fresh juice to their diet. Green in your diet builds red blood cells in your body, which leads to higher endurance and better athletic performance. Athletes need more than juice to stay in the game, but healthy juices are seen by many as an additional boost that can make or break athletic success.

Juicing does have some amazing benefits. It can provide an abundance of vitamins, minerals in concentrate form that you wouldn’t get otherwise, thus increasing your energy and general health. Fruit and vegetable juices also deliver antioxidants that can prevent serious diseases. Juicing can provide you with more energy, protect you from common toxins, and make your skin glow. The fact is, you should definitely be juicing. But you should be juicing the right way. Juicing works best as a part of a healthy lifestyle, not a quick fix to health problems.

It’s been known for a long time that fruits and vegetables are necessary for a healthy diet and in the prevention of chronic diseases. But getting those recommended five to six servings every day isn’t easy, if not close to impossible. That’s an entire bag of apples!

Many of us are lucky to munch on two pieces of fruit a day. Most of us are getting less than that. That’s where juicing can come to the rescue. By condensing four to five helpings of produce into a single glass of juice, you’re greatly increasing those needed nutrients on a manageable level.

But many people rely on juicing alone as the answer to their health woes, and that is a huge mistake. Juice to supplement your healthy diet, not replace it. A diet of just juice, regardless of how nutrient-packed, can lead to extreme hunger, which can cause severe binging.

If juicing is approached incorrectly, it can cause health problems instead of preventing them. Before you start juicing and enjoy all the great benefits, you need to be aware of the pitfalls and mistakes people can make when starting to juice. Yes, juicing is better than not juicing. Your body craves those fresh fruits and vegetables. But let’s start off right and do it correctly for maximum juicing benefits.

Start juicing slowly, with one glass of concentrated juice each day, then gradually add a second, then a third glass. This will get your body used to the additional boost of nutrients. If you start in full-blown, your body can release toxins into the bloodstream too quickly. Start your juicing regimen gradually, and allow your body to adapt in a healthier way. This is especially important for someone who is used to a bad diet and has accumulated an abundance of toxins. Too much of a good thing too quickly can cause your body to protest. Imagine starting a new exercise regime by running a marathon!

The best way to get started is with four to six ounces of concentrated juice daily for up to a week. Then just add four ounces each subsequent week until you reach 32 ounces, which should be enough to provide plenty of needed nutrition when incorporated into a healthy diet.

This book is designed to help you avoid the serious pitfalls made by many beginning and eager juicers. Juicing done right can improve your health in so many ways.
Drinking too much Sugar

Juicing provides plenty of nutrients fast and directly into your bloodstream. It can act very quickly because it is absorbed directly into the blood stream instead of digestive tract, so you feel the effects immediately. One big mistake people make when starting to juice is using too many fruits and too few vegetables. Yes, that freshly squeezed orange or apple sure tastes great. And you’re getting an instant boost of energy. What you are also getting is a large amount of fruit sugar called fructose.

We all know the hazards of too much sugar. It can lead to obesity, diabetes and heart diseases. That fact doesn’t change when the sugar comes from an excess of healthy fruits. The body will process most sugars the same way, whether they come from a cake or an apple.

The best ratio of vegetables to fruit when juicing is 80/20. That provides you with plenty of sweetness as you enjoy the health benefits of vegetables you might not otherwise eat. Many people try to improve the taste of their green juices by adding too many fruits. What they are adding, instead, is too much sugar. This will cause your blood sugar level to rise to dangerously high levels.

Sweet fruit juices can be addictive, like any other sugary product. While juicers may bask in their healthy habits, all that fructose can lead to serious obesity. Consider the following: one or two apples a day are a great health benefit. When you start juicing six, seven or more for one glass of juice, you’re overloading your body with many additional calories without the fiber necessary for slow digestion. The body turns fructose into FFAs (free fatty acids), most of which gets stored in the liver as fat. This can easily turn into Type 2 diabetes. If you consume 120 calories in fructose form, 40 of those calories remain in your liver as fatty cells.

A glass of juice in the morning can start your day off right. If you continue juicing fruit throughout the day, you are risking serious weight gain. For the remainder of the day, be sure to juice plenty of green, leafy vegetables and add just a bit of fruit as a sweetener. The best juices are green in color.

Fruits with a heavy sugar content are plums, pineapple, oranges, kiwi, and pears.
Fruits with a low sugar content are berries, lemons, and rhubarb.

Even vegetables aren’t immune to high sugar content. Take a 16 oz. glass of delicious carrot juice. It contains 41 grams of sugar! And carrots aren’t even the most sugary vegetable. A 16 oz. glass of beet juice contains 64 grams of sugar.

This certainly doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be juicing. It means you need to become an educated juicer. The best vegetables for juicing will always be green. These are the ones highest in nutrients and lowest in sugar. Think cucumbers, broccoli, cabbage, celery, kale, spinach, collard greens and Swiss chard. These greens should form the basis of most of your juices. You can basically consume an unlimited amount of them.

Vegetables with the highest sugar content tend to be root vegetables such as yams, beets, carrots and potatoes. These vegetables do have other, obvious health benefits, so don’t omit them from your diet altogether.

All vegetables are good for you. This list is merely a juicing guide when you are watching your sugar intake.

If you’re juicing, eating some whole, fresh fruit in addition to the juice will provide you with the fiber necessary to help your body process all that additional sugar. Therefore, consider fruit juices an enhancement to fresh fruit, not a replacement.
