10 Superfoods That Promote Anti-aging MRR Ebook With Audio

Introduction

If we were to identify one common wish that unites humanity, it's probably the desire to live as long as possible. A long, healthy and happy life has been one of man's major pursuits since the dawn of history.

The ancient Egyptians relied on magic spells and strange herbal mixtures thought to prolong life and even achieve immortality. Ancient explorers went on perilous quests in hopes of finding the mythical "fountain of youth". Alchemists through the ages experimented with a range of substances to create the elixir of life. Some of these substances were actually highly toxic!

Many more myths have continued to abound and even today are believed by some people in our modern culture. One such myth is drinking powdered gold. Interestingly, another myth is that early retirement promotes longevity (this could make sense but sadly there's no evidence to back it up!).

What does real science tell us? A huge volume of research has concluded that a healthy lifestyle is the mainstay of a longer life span. More specifically, it is the type of food we eat that can delay aging and keep us vibrant and active well into our eighties and beyond.

These in-depth studies have further found that specific foods contain powerful anti-aging components as well as amazing nutrients - hence, the term "superfoods" was invented.

Living longer requires nothing more than adding superfoods to your diet and consuming them on a regular basis. This book will discuss 10 of these most potent superfoods and how they can help you defy the aging process. The more you eat of them, the more years you will be adding to your life. And here's an added bonus: not only will you live longer but these superfoods will also boost your overall immunity and strengthen your physical and mental health.

What are Superfoods?

"Superfoods" is a relatively new term that refers to foods that have extremely high nutritional value. The common properties of a superfood are:

Usually plant-based.

Packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Usually low in calories.

Have a very high nutritional density, meaning they may contain the recommended daily intake of certain vitamins and minerals.

Very high in antioxidants, substances that are known to neutralize free radicals (energy by-products that can be very harmful to the body). Free radicals can increase the risk of age-related diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, as well as heart disease, respiratory ailments, stroke, and cancer.

Although superfoods don't cure chronic diseases, they can prevent them and alleviate some of their symptoms if they do occur.

Many superfoods have rich colors, an indication of their high antioxidant content.

The list of superfoods is long and varied. Some of the most common ones include spinach, broccoli, raspberries, walnuts, garlic, lentils, black pepper, and tomatoes, among many others.

Benefits of Superfoods

Although there's no formal categorization for superfoods, they have been found to have a wide range of health benefits depending on the specific substances found in each one.

Introduction

Public speaking is a skill that takes some time to learn. When it is done well, you can use it to convince someone to act a certain way, evoke certain emotions, and more. For many people, public speaking can be hard to learn and get right, causing them a good deal of anxiety along the way.

The good news is that anyone is able to learn some of the skills that come with public speaking so you can give one of the best speeches possible. Whether you have a background in public speaking or not, the tips below are going to give you a head start so you can give a great speech too.

1. Know Your Audience

Before you give any speech and start to work on the message, you need to consider who will listen to that message. While most of the research should be done on the topic you would like to present on, you also need to know about the audience. This can help you decide the level of information, the words, and how you would like to organize the information. This can do wonders when it is time to start preparing the speech.

2. Organize the Information

You will likely have a lot of information to share with the audience. Organizing it can sometimes be the most difficult part. Think about the topics you have and how you would like to present them based on the purpose of the speech. Write down some of the main points and see whether they flow together, moving things around as you see fit.

3. Watch for Feedback

While you are giving the speech, gauge some of the feedback that you get and see if you should make some changes. See how others respond to the message and try to stay as flexible as possible as you do the delivery. If the speech is canned or phoned in, the audience will notice and they will stop listening or get confused. Having the flexibility to work with the speech and make it move around can help.

4. Work with the Nerves

Everyone gets nervous when it comes to giving a speech. The way that you handle the nerves will determine how well you will do with the speech. Whether you practice the speech a million times or you use meditation or visualization, it is important to learn how to keep the nerves calm and collected during the speech.

5. Smile

Smiling is a great way to put everyone at ease and it is something that you should consider doing as well. First, when you smile it is easier to kick out some of the nerves and can make you appear more confident as you go.

Plus, it is a great way to connect with your audience, ensuring that you are able to have a great speech that they are excited to listen to.

6. Use Visualization

Visualize how the speech is going to go and what you would like to see happen while you are giving the speech. This will help you to imagine what will happen during the speech and is a great way to prepare for all of the steps that will occur when you give the speech as well. Try to imagine all of the good things that can happen during the speech as well as all of the bad things so that you are able to be prepared for everything.

7. Use Humor

Everyone in the audience will respond well to humor, as long as it is placed well in the speech and makes sense for what you want to say. Try to avoid inappropriate humor that does not do well in most groups. A funny anecdote is a great way to open up the speech and help everyone to have a good laugh or chuckle before you get into the meat and potatoes of the speech.

8. Tell a Story

Another way that you can start your speech is with a story. Make sure that the story has something to do with your topic and that it is interesting enough that the audience will want to listen to it. This is a great way to start the speech if you struggle with getting humor to go off well.

9. Use Language That is Effective

The right language will make all of the difference with your speech. You do not need to use language that is full of fillers and a lot of other nonsense just to try and impress others. In fact, this may just distract from the message that you are trying to share instead. Focus on choosing the most effective language, not the language that is the most flowery or impressive and see what a difference it makes.

5 Strategies To Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

Do you not feel adequate at work? If you do, then you are not alone in that way of thinking. An outstanding 70% of people admit to feeling like they aren’t good enough at some point in their career. However, you need to realize that you are good enough.

This feeling is known as imposter syndrome. It is something that sticks with you for long periods of time, making you feel almost crippling amounts of self-doubt. We will be covering everything that you need to know in this short report, so be sure to continue reading if you or someone you know suffers from imposter syndrome.

What Is Imposter Syndrome?

To briefly define this way of thinking, imposter syndrome is very loosely like doubting all of your skills and abilities. Many people that suffer from it feel like a fraud in their success- making them worry that they will be “found out” some day.

These feelings usually stem from perfectionism and a childhood with critical parents. Plus, those who felt excluded early on in their lives can also suffer from it, making it more common among minorities, those with learning disorders, or people with social anxiety. The condition mostly affects very successful people, who tricked themselves into thinking their wins came from luck alone, and not from their many talents and hard work.

Anyone can feel like an imposter when they start a new job or attend a new class. However, when those negative feelings persist and don’t go away- that is when it becomes imposter syndrome.

How to Overcome Imposter Syndrome

If you have imposter syndrome, you will want to start changing your mindset right away. You can take several different steps to make your thoughts more positive. When you do, you will notice opportunities you never saw before-they were always there, you just never felt as though you could take them.

Plus, overcoming imposter syndrome can improve your relationships with your loved ones and friends. Overall, there are many different reasons that you should start working on yourself as soon as today. Here are five different strategies that you can use to overcome imposter syndrome.

#1. Stop Thinking Like an Imposter

First, you will need to stop thinking like an imposter. While this is one of the more challenging strategies you can try, it is also one of the most effective options for most people. If you feel like you don’t belong at work, then changing your thinking will be very beneficial to you.

You will need to learn to recognize when you should feel fraudulent and when you shouldn’t. You can try changing how you view your self-doubt into something entirely different. Instead of taking it as a sign that you don’t belong, realize that this feeling could be completely normal.

If you felt like you didn’t fit in as a child, those feelings can follow you into adulthood. Now, you are an adult in an adult workplace- you should not feel like a fraud after you worked so hard to get into your position.

Focus on the Positive

People tend to feel like imposters when they are perfectionists. If you are throwing so much time into your work and projects, then beating yourself up about it; you will want to take a step back and focus on the positives instead.

If you are a perfectionist, that means that you care about making high-quality final results. Your next goal should be to continue striving for quality when it matters, but don’t push yourself on everyday tasks. Then, you want to learn to forgive yourself when mistakes do arise.

Remember- you are good enough! You don’t need to focus on your mistakes. Instead, take time to think about the positives. Usually, making a mistake can be a learning experience for many people. Take what new information you can from the situation, then move on. You don’t need to think about the negatives any more after that.

#2. Talk About How You Feel

This strategy is also very challenging. Many people don’t like discussing their feelings with others. However, it will greatly benefit you in overcoming imposter syndrome. Remember, about 70% of people have felt this way. You are not alone and the odds are that who you choose to talk to about imposter syndrome can easily relate with you.

Talking with someone you trust about this mindset can be very freeing. They will likely let you know that your feelings are normal, but not something that you need to hold onto. They will remind you of your natural talents and skills, allowing you to feel better.

7 Simple Ways To Practice Being Present MRR Ebook With Audio

Introduction

The amount of time most people spend not being present is massive. More than that, it's a massive amount of unproductive, useless, wasted time. It's not an exaggeration to say that many people spend the majority of their day in a state of non-presence.

We waste time dwelling on the past, usually on depressing things like losses, failed relationships, or other negative experiences. We play these experiences over and over in our heads, thinking that if we had done this or said that things would have turned out differently. We often blame others but more often, we blame ourselves.

Oftentimes, these negative memories are accompanied by unhealthy emotions like bitterness, resentment, and guilt. These emotions, when left to simmer inside of us can literally become toxic, affecting both our physical and mental wellbeing.

The other side of the coin is the future. We spend hours thinking about the future - worrying, more precisely. We worry about our health, our finances, our children, and our careers. We overload our brains with 'what if?' questions. What if I lose my job? What if I fail the exam? What if I don’t meet that deadline? What if I can’t make my mortgage payments?

Whatever your fears and worries are, join the club. We all have our personal 'what ifs' that keep us tossing and turning at night.

Why is this a waste of precious time? Because the past and the future are out of your control. There's no way on earth you can control either.

Yes, you can learn valuable lessons from past experiences and move on. But will dwelling on them transport you back in time to fix things?

You can - and should - plan for the future as best as you can. But will worry and anxiety about the future steer things to go your way?

This is why learning to live in the present is the best option for living a happy, productive, and fulfilling life. When you live in the present, you're in control. You're in control of what you say and do in the present moment and how you react and behave in certain situations. This is very empowering.

Stop here and reflect for a moment. When was the last time you were present, fully in the moment and totally focused on the here and now? When was the last time you were in control?

Another word for being present is mindfulness. It is one of the most powerful and transformative qualities you can develop. Mindfulness is an innate quality that each person is born with. As young children, we had no conception of past or future. We lived fully and completely in the present moment.

Re-learning this powerful trait is essential in order to become your best possible self.

The benefits of mindfulness

Here are just some of the benefits of mindfulness that can dramatically shift your mindset and change your life:

- It significantly reduces stress and anxiety.
- It improves personal relationships by promoting higher empathy.
- It allows us to release toxic emotions like bitterness, anger, jealousy and deep grudges.
- It breeds acceptance and helps us cope better with hardship and adversity.
- It promotes physical and mental health.
- It promotes better sleep.
- It enhances productivity.
- It improves mental focus and clarity.
- It improves emotional wellbeing.

7 Ways to Become More Present

Living mindfully can become second nature to you if you train your brain to make it a habit.

These 7 exercises will put that process into motion. The more you practice them, the faster your brain will make mindfulness a habit and guide your behavior accordingly.

Mindfulness breeds mindfulness. As your brain starts to develop the habit, you will stay mindful for longer periods of time until you are able to remain present throughout your day.

These exercises require nothing more than a few minutes of your time each day to begin a dramatic transformation that will amaze you.

5 Secrets To Finding Balance MRR Ebook With Audio

Introduction

Everyone wants to add some balance into their lives. This balance allows them to feel better, to avoid all of the overwhelming things that show up in their day, and can make them happier too. But in our modern world, it is hard to figure out what we need to work on in order to gain some of the balance that our lives need.

Knowing what our priorities are and focusing on those, while letting go of some of the things that are just busy work, or at least are not important to us, will make a difference. Balance is possible, but we need to take some of the necessary proactive steps to turn it into reality. Some of the secrets that anyone can follow in order to find the balance, and then the happiness, that they need, includes:

Identify Your Priorities

The first thing that you need to do to help gain some more balance in y our life is to figure out what your priorities are in the first place. There are a million things that will pull at your attention all the time. And this is part of what will make life overwhelming if you are not careful. You will not be able to do it all, so you need to focus on what is the most important to you along the way.

The things that you hold onto as priorities will be different compared to what someone else finds as important. And these things can change throughout your life as well. Spending time with the kids and making memories may not be as important once the kids get out of the house. Or you may want to spend more time working on your career when you are younger, before you have kids and a family.

You need to take some time to learn what your own priorities will be along the way. You can pick a few that you will focus on all the time, improving your life in those areas to add in more balance. Over time, you may want to pick out 5 to 7 priorities during the week or the month that you will focus on. This can help you to keep your schedule in order and not take on too much.

For example, if it is near the holidays, your priority will be more around family and getting things done at work so you can enjoy the time with family.

Spend Your Energy On Those Priorities

After you have had a chance to figure out what your priorities are, it is time to take some action steps. It is not enough to just say that you find work as a priority or that you want to spend more time with your family. Talking and thinking are great, but you need to take some actions in order to reach your goals.

If you have decided that your priority is work, then you will need to find ways to get ahead in your career. You can learn how to work through some of the different time management options to help you get more done, learn how to say no so you are able to fit in the most important things, and even continue your education to make sure that you are ready for the next promotion.

Maybe you have decided that spending more time with your family is a top priority that you would like to work on. You may need to schedule time to get this done. Schedule a weekend away, a night to play some games, or even time having a meal together. This will allow you a way to get more done with your loved ones and get in some of that high-quality time that you want too.

The point is that you need to actively work towards your priorities. You can’t just say that they are important. You need to focus more on the actions that you are able to do to reach those priorities as well. With an action plan in place, you will be able to balance out your life and see great results.

Focus on One Things At a Time

When it is time to balance out your life, many people get excited and they want to jump right in and have a chance to do it all. This is an admirable quality to work with for most people, but they will overwhelm themselves and feel like a failure when things do not come into balance right away. This is because you are taking on too much at once, which can make it difficult to really focus and master the one thing that is the most important.
