Loads of guys I know want to add muscle mass. And why not? When you’re a guy, having lots of muscle mass makes you feel imposing, intimidating and powerful. It changes the way that other guys look at you (which is to say, with a lot more respect) and it changes the way that women look at you as well.

Seeing as I’m in pretty strong shape myself, a lot of these guys will ask me for advice when it comes to bulking up. They want to know how they can add muscle mass without the risk of a disappointing failure and sometimes they’ll present me with their various training programs.

All too often, I find myself rolling my eyes.

Why?

Because the training programs and diet plans they present me with are almost always far too ambitious or just plain ineffective.

Take a recent example. One guy I know paid in excess of $300 for a ‘personalized’ online diet plan and what he showed me was utter garbage.

The diet plan took into account the macros he needed to eat, sure. The calories were based on a solid AMR calculation…

So far so good.

But the diet plan itself consisted of several incredibly difficult-to-follow meal plans that no-one normal would have the time, ability, or inclination to make and eat. As soon as you see a diet plan that includes some kind of fancy smoothie, you know you’re in trouble. The same goes for diets that involve elaborate methods for cooking and seasoning fish, with nice fruit chutneys on the side.

The guy who’d bought this plan is a pilot. That means that he is often staying overnight in different countries and being invited out for drinks with his pilot friends. That meant he would have to cook the meals in advance, freeze them and then bring them in Tupperware, hoping that they would only be defrosted by the time he was ready to eat them.

It also meant that on the few nights he got to share with his wife, they would be eating different things (she doesn’t want to bulk up, unsurprisingly).

And it meant that he wouldn’t be able to go out for a drink when offered.

The plan offered no alternatives and was completely inflexible.

And if it’s going to be any use, then he’s going to need to stick with it indefinitely. That’s right: he’s going to need to follow all that advice to the letter every single day, forever.

Well, good luck to him is all I can say!

And as you can imagine, the ‘exercise’ portion wasn’t much better. Which isn’t a huge surprise, seeing as the celebrity selling the plan is pretty stick thin!

So the idea of this report is to show you a different way. This guide will show you the basics of bulking but more importantly, it will show you how to create a program and a diet plan that you actually stick with. And along the way, we’ll point out all the usual stumbling blocks where people normally fail…

The Diet Component

When it comes to bulking up, eating the right diet is actually more important than exercising.

That’s because building muscle happens in two stages. First, you exercise and this causes you to break down muscle tissue and create ‘microtears’. This acts as stimulation to tell the body that it needs to repair that muscle and bring it back bigger. It’s a bit like you’ve marked the muscle for subsequent repair and growth.

The next stage is the rest stage. After your workout, you’ll then go and kick back on a sofa somewhere while eating lots – ideally maintaining a caloric surplus so your body knows it has spare energy and eating lots of protein to provide the building blocks for muscle tissue. Then your body grows.

If you exercise hard but don’t get the rest, then you’ll keep breaking down the tissue but without the chance to build it back up. If you exercise hard and don’t eat enough, then your body will be in starvation mode and will believe it doesn’t have the necessary energy to spare in order to build muscle. Moreover, it won’t have the protein that it needs in order to actually create muscle.

Muscle is made from protein. Trying to make muscle without protein is like trying to make a Lego house without Lego.

The right PPC (Pay Per Click) strategy can do wonderful things for your business and send a huge amount of targeted traffic to your website. This is a method you can use to bring in new customers that are effectively qualified leads. That means that they have already demonstrated an interest in your product and are actively looking to buy it at the time they arrive on your site.

In other words, if you use a PPC campaign and place your ads on Google searches for ‘Buy hats online’, then you’re going to get visitors who want to buy your hats! Unlike search optimization, there’s no waiting here and no element of luck. As soon as you start paying, your audience will start clicking on your ads when they perform that search and you will start making sales. And you’ll pay precisely the amount that you are willing to pay, practically guaranteeing strong ROI for your campaign.

But this doesn’t always work. If it was that easy, then everyone would be earning a fortune through AdWords. The problem is that there’s just too much competition, which means you need to be much smarter about your approach.

And guess what one of the best strategies you can possibly use is? Placing ads with Bing instead of Google!

First, let’s look at how to build a flawless PPC campaign. This is some powerful, free information you’re getting right here that you can start using today to drive more visitors to your site. So listen up!

Because the key to an effective PPC campaign is to be precise and to know your numbers. If you do both those things right, then there’s no way that you can fail to get results.

So how do you go about this?

For starters, let’s very quickly recap on PPC. PPC means Pay Per Click, which of course means you are paying for clicks. That means you don’t pay if someone doesn’t look at or interact with your ad. This is good news because a click means a visitor and that means you now know precisely how much your visitors are costing you.

The next step then is to work out how much your visitors are worth to you. You can do this by doing some quick math: calculate how many visitors you have a day and how many products you sell a day. Then calculate how much profit you make on each of those products.

So if you have an ebook worth $50 and you sell one of those every two days, then 1,000 visitors a day means you make $100 for every 2,000 hits. Thus each visitor is worth 0.025cents to you right now. You can increase this by increasing the cost of your book or by improving your conversion rate. The higher you can make this number, the better your campaign will be.

Because once you have this number, you have an amount you can pay for guaranteed profits. If you make 10 cents per visitor, then you can pay up to 9 cents per click and come away with almost guaranteed money in the bank at the end of a campaign.

Now you can set up your campaign with that in mind. If you set your CPC (cost per click) to 9 cents then this will be your maximum bid. A lot of the time you’ll pay less than that (you enter into automatic bidding wars for each ad space) but this will be the maximum amount you spend. From there, you can then set your budget to however much you put aside for advertising. But you should make this money back if you’ve set this up properly.

Then what you’re going to do is to create an ad title and text that filters your visitors. And you’re going to target the precise right keywords that have the minimum competition while providing a lot of potential customers for your products.

For example, you should target specific keywords like ‘buy hats online’ to make sure that the leads you’re acquiring are qualified and ready to buy from you. At the same time, you should try to use phrases like ‘Buy $30 hat online’ to make sure that people looking for cheaper hats won’t click on your links!

The great news is that this will actually increase your profits more. Sure, right now your traffic is worth X amount to you per person. But this traffic is traffic that has shown an interest in your product and that already knows the price. The conversion rate for these specific visitors will be MUCH higher.

So that means you can start with your low estimate – your guaranteed ‘safe’ number – and then increase the amount you spend once you can work out the conversion rates for these highly targeted visitors. Once you know that number, you can increase your PPC, thereby winning more bids and gaining more exposure for your products and services and without ever risking investing money that you might not make back!

Additionally, skipping meals will deprive your body of essential nutrients, minerals and vitamins. Moreover it will also results in lean muscle loss and causes your boy into starvation state which in turn will slow down your metabolism, and once you stop skipping meals, your body would effectively gain weight twice as fast than the usual person. But when it comes to people who skip meals during the day and having a higher meal intake during the evening would cause harmful effects to the metabolic changes in the body.

2. MYTH: Eating Fatty Food Makes You Fat

FACT: Consuming fatty foods does not make you fat but there consuming it in moderation is suffice to maintain a healthy diet.

It would seem sensible to believe that consuming fattening foods makes us fat, but is it really the truth? Honestly because fat enters into our body does not meant it would be absorbed into our body, however long persisting myth does not make much sense. According to nutritionist experts, consuming fatty foods does not actually make you fat. Consuming fatty foods in moderation is essential part of any healthy and balanced diet. Gaining on more weight in the form of fat is a result of energy imbalance development. A person will gain more weight if he/she consumes more calories than he/she burns. Fat is a concentrated source of calories, but it is not essential to remove fat from your diet entirely.

Fat-laden products such as fast foods and snacks contain calories but a modest amount of consumption may help you feel full and consuming it with healthy foods, such as vegetables would even taste better. Additionally fats also helps with the absorption of certain vitamins and phytonutrients, which are compounds that are commonly found in plants that can help to improve our health.

Want to start building massive muscle?

Want to burn fat and become lean and toned?

Then you may perhaps assume you need a gym membership.

But let me stop you right there: all a gym membership is going to do is cost you a lot of money and ruin your enjoyment of working out. A gym membership is not the answer, in fact it is only going to make the problem worse.

Why?

Well, let’s take a look at what the problem is to begin with…

Why aren’t you in the shape you want to be right now? We can assume you aren’t because you’re reading this report. Even if you’re in good shape, you probably want to be in even better shape!

So you want to be in good shape and chances are that you know the basics of how to make it happen. Getting into shape is fairly simple after all, it tends just to be a matter of being active, lifting weights and eating right. Even if you don’t know all of the science behind muscle gain, even if you don’t understand how weight loss occurs – everyone knows the basics and everyone can apply this logic if they are so inclined.

So why haven’t you?

The answer comes down to energy.

Everyone thinks the answer is down to time. You think you don’t have time to work out. Without knowing you though, I can pretty much guarantee that this isn’t true. How? Because if you’re anything like most people, then you will probably have watched at least one TV boxset this week. And if you’re like most people, then you probably spent at least some time just crashed out on the couch.

And no matter who you are, you could probably get up 20 minutes earlier. If you really wanted to that is.

So the problem isn’t time. Rather, the problem is energy. You lack the energy to get into great shape and that’s the reason you aren’t already more active.

Just because you have time, that doesn’t mean you’re going to have the energy and that’s why you often can’t accomplish things when you really want to.

There are plenty more examples of this too. How about starting that book? Or setting up a home business? How about cleaning in the kitchen..??

The problem is that most of us lead very busy lives. We either spend all day working in the office, or we spend all day tidying and running chores. Come the evening, we’re crashed out, done.

So you need to make sure that your training is as simple, as easy and as quick as it possibly can be.

And that’s why you need to train from home.

So we know now that energy is the problem. We’re too tired, stressed and we have too much to do to face working out.

And then we decide that we need to get into shape, and we write ourselves training programs that involve going to the gym five times a week. That gym is 2 miles away of course, meaning there’s a 15 minute drive on either side in traffic. Plus you need to walk from the car park, you need to get changed, you need to put your things in the locker and you need to have a shower afterward.

Now your 1 hour workout is actually taking you one our forty five.

And now you don’t just have to muster the energy to work out – you need to muster the energy to drive, to talk to the receptionist, to talk to the other people in the gym, to head out into the cold.

You’re already too tired to be active and now you’re adding not five but near enough 10 hours of extra activity into your routine.

Hmm, I wonder why this doesn’t work!

Now let’s take a different approach.

Let’s workout from home. Now you can train at the time that best suits you, you can train in the place that is nearest to you and you can train with equipment that you like. There’s no commute, there’s no going outside and there’s no talking to the staff.

Now your 10 hours is back down to five hours!

But that’s not even how you’re going to start. You’re not going to start with five hours a week but rather just 20 minutes each morning before you shower. That’s something that everyone should be able to manage and this small amount is just enough to give you ‘the bug’ and to help you build the energy you need to really start training hard as you progress.

Now, this does bear repeating as it is one of the main themes of the book: Satisfaction does not equal stagnation, and it is perfectly healthy to be content, and still have the desire and the means for growth. But you can never build abundance out of lack and discomfort, so in order to properly grow, we need to reach the middle ground of being satisfied with where we are.

Chapter One: Understand Satisfaction Is A Mindset

Have you ever met someone with an insane desire to succeed with something? They might strive to get perfect grades in every single class, might want to get a perfect body, or go on dozens upon dozens of dates just to find ‘the one.’ These people seem to have it all, and yet for every victory they gain, they want to climb another mountain. For every step forward their feet take, their minds are already three steps ahead into the future.

You also might have met people who aren’t growing, but still have a desire. They want the dream body, the amazing grades, the perfect romance, and if the world would just give it to them they could make the most of it! These are the people who want to be satisfied and want their lives to improve, as long as someone else does the work for them and simply hands them the result. They live ten steps in the future while their feet haven’t moved an inch.

Still you probably have met people with no desire to succeed more than they already have. They have their life and while it might not be perfect or everything the world tells us we should want, it’s good enough. They might strive for small goals or want to make tiny improvements, but they really don’t care either way. If things go well, then they go well, and if things dip a bit, then they are just thankful the pendulum didn’t swing too far in the wrong direction.

All three of these types of people have one thing in common driving how they behave in life. It isn’t wealth, education, opportunity, their home life, or the hand that life ended up dealing to them. It actually isn’t anything physical at all, it’s their level of satisfaction, how they use it, and their mindset around it. What Does It Mean To Be Satisfied?

The dictionary defines satisfaction as “the fulfillment of one's wishes, expectations, or needs, or the pleasure derived from this.” All of us are satisfied every single day, especially when it comes to basic needs. When we are hungry, thirsty, or tired, we eat, drink, and sleep until we don’t need anymore. Too little of these needs and we feel bad and act badly towards others, while too much of these needs can throw our bodies off.

However, whenever we get just enough to where we don’t need anymore, we can be satisfied and go about our day. Satisfaction is something that keeps us content, where we are fine with where we are and we don’t need to have any more. But the level of satisfaction isn’t the same for everyone, and in fact it is a mindset that is different for each person.

What satisfies one person might not be enough or might be too much for someone else. That’s why people with a growth mindset for example are almost never content to rest on their laurels and want to seek out the newest challenges. However, for people without a growth mindset, they would be satisfied with any one of the things a high achiever could do and likely wouldn’t feel the need to do anymore.

Since satisfaction is a mindset, that means you can choose to be satisfied right here and now. You don’t need anything special, but of course that is easier said than done. Still, the idea that you can choose to be satisfied and content about anything, should be empowering to you. The situation that you are in doesn’t get to determine your level of happiness anymore, but instead that job falls to your mind and your mindset.
