Chapter 1: Introduction

Becoming an affiliate marketer is in many ways the perfect business model. Here’s a way to earn money online, while you sleep, without even having to build a product!

This is the method that is most commonly promoted by internet marketing gurus, and that has reportedly helped them to live the lifestyles of their dreams, to buy their own private jets, and to generally enjoy the kind of lifestyle that was once the sole reserve of famous celebrities and extremely successful CEOs.

You may be wondering if this is all too good to be true. Can you really earn that much money while you sleep? By selling someone else’s product?

If that’s true, then why aren’t more people online billionaires?

Here’s the truth: it absolutely is possible to earn a huge amount of money online as an affiliate marketer. Plenty of people genuinely have made a huge amount of money by selling affiliate products online.

The problem? The methods that they share very often don’t reflect the best strategies that you should employ. Why? This often comes down to one of two things:

1. They don’t want you to know the techniques they are actually using to get rich (newsflash:

it’s selling those books to you!)

2. They actually aren’t that successful. That’s because a large proportion of the people who are successful are already living on a sunny island somewhere and no longer need to sell eBooks!

The other thing to keep in mind, is that this is by no means a “sure thing.” There are no sure things when it comes to business, and there’s never a guarantee that any strategy you use will be effective. But with all of that said, the intention of this book is to cut through the noise. To do away with the distracting nonsense and to instead focus on just what actually works. In other words: this book will explain to you how you actually sell a product successfully. That means teaching you the very strategies that were probably used to sell you this book!

That’s not a bad thing by the way: the very fact that you have been a customer means that you will have a great idea of what it is that appeals to someone when buying an ebook. You can get inside the minds of your customers.

What you’re really going to learn then is a set of tools and strategies: a number of different methods and concepts that you can apply when selling anything, that will help you to be highly successful. You’ll still need to choose the right products and you will still need some luck. But you’ll also find that by applying these ideas, you’ll be able to increase your likelihood of selling anything.

In fact, you can consider the skills you will learn in this book to be what is known in business as a “force multiplier.” A force multiplier is anything that amplifies or exaggerates the success or the output that you might otherwise have achieved.

So, lets say you have a product that would normally shift 1,000 units. By applying the principles in this book, you will be able to sell 100,000 units… or maybe 500,000.

The key though, is to then find that product that would sell itself. That one breakthrough product that could sell hundreds of thousands of copies on its own. Then you apply these same principles and you sell millions of copies. That’s how you will succeed.

This comes down partly to luck, but you know what they say: you make your own luck!

That is to say, that by continuously trying and by setting yourself up to succeed, you will drastically increase your chances of success. If you start selling 30 products and use these principles on all of them… then either one of those products is going to be the huge breakthrough that you’re looking for, or the cumulative success of all 30 is going to help you to break through and succeed. Either way… you’re on to a winner!

You’ll learn these principles and concepts but, on top of that, you can also think of this book as being a place where you can find all the basic how-tos and practical advice you need to get started as an affiliate marketer. Plus you’ll learn how to leverage the inherent advantages of this type of business model, and how to avoid the potential downfalls that come from selling a product that is not your own.

Ready to start making some huge sales? Want to get rich from a product without even having to own a product to sell?

Then keep reading. You’re going to learn to do all those things.

I hope you’re excited, because this could be the start of something AWESOME.

Chapter 2: Affiliate Marketing Explained

Before we look at advanced concepts and strategies, it first makes sense to go over what we mean by affiliate marketing exactly. What is affiliate marketing and why is it such a popular option for those looking to earn money online?

Essentially, affiliate marketing means selling for commission. This works online in just the same way as it does for a door-to-door salesman. That is to say that you will be selling a product that you did not create and do not own the rights to, but in return, you will get to keep some commission.

This is a powerful option for those who want to earn money online but don’t necessarily have the skills or the resources to build an ebook, an online course, or something else from scratch.

The big difference between being an affiliate marketer and a door-to-door salesman of course, is that the affiliate is someone who will be able to sell their products to the entire world. Thanks to the web, it’s possible to reach pretty much anyone, right in the comfort of their home! This makes affiliate marketing endlessly scalable – and with the right product and the right pitch, you can make a HUGE killing.

Online affiliate marketing can generally be split into two categories:

- Affiliate marketing for digital products (such as eBooks and online courses)

- Affiliate marketing for physical products (anything you might buy in a store)

We will talk about option number 2 toward the end of this book. But suffice to say that the majority of people who get into affiliate marketing will be focused on the first option.

Selling digital products has a huge number of impressive advantages after all! Firstly, selling digital products means that there is no storage and no delivery. That in turn means that a much bigger cut of the revenue will be split between you and the owner of the product!

Another advantage, is that when you sell a digital product, there are no supplies and no materials. Moreover, the entire transaction is automated.

It’s for these reasons, that affiliates can often stand to earn 70% or even 90% from promoting digital products!

You might at this point be wondering why anyone would be willing to give away such a large cut – the lion’s share – of their profits!

The answer is simple: if you’re an ebook owner and you are selling copies of your book to a wide audience, then the more copies you manage to shift, the more money you make. You are probably doing everything you can to try and convince people to find your book (and to help them find it in the first place). As such, you have likely saturated your current market.

Now here’s the thing: if you decide to also let affiliates sell your product, then you will be inviting those people to make you extra sales. This doesn’t detract at all from the sales you make – it’s all additional. So if you’re making $2,000 per month from your sales and you get an extra 10% of that, then this is an extra $200. It might not be a lot, but it’s effectively free money. With the ebook created, you no longer have to lift a finger!

What’s more, is that if you can attract the attention of 20 affiliates, then suddenly you’re earning an additional $4,000 per month! And if one of those affiliates is a superstar marketer, then you might be earning a whole lot more than that!

By offering higher commission on their products, product owners can attract more people to help them sell them. Thus, it is in their best interest to give away a big cut. This is a rare instance of a genuinely win/win scenario!

Advantages of Becoming an Affiliate Marketer

And it really can be a WIN with a capital W!

That’s because affiliate marketing removes many of the challenges and obstacles that you face when trying to sell something online. Some of these are obvious, others are not.

First of all, selling an affiliate product means you don’t need to create something new. This means that you can start earning money immediately. As soon as you are accepted as an affiliate, you can start making cash.

This is also very beneficial for anyone that is simply unable to make a product. Perhaps you have no idea how to make a course or an ebook, or maybe you just don’t have any valuable information to share. In this scenario, you could alternatively commission someone to make you a product, but that would potentially cost hundreds of dollars and months of waiting!

Of course, you would then get to keep 100% of the profit… but that wouldn’t necessarily translate to more cash! Why? Because when you keep 100% of $100, it’s less than keeping 90% of $150. In other words, you can simply find a product with a price and affiliate deal that suits your goals.

These benefits also mean that you could start promoting 20 different affiliate products in the time it would take you to sell just one of yours. The scalability is huge then, and this is something you really need to keep in mind when calculating the best business move.

But perhaps what’s even more beneficial about selling affiliate products, is that it allows you to sell products that have been proven. In other words, you can look and see which affiliate products are selling the best: how much have they made so far? How are they rated?

This way, you can now choose a product that is almost guaranteed to be a hit for you. You at least know that it has the potential to be a hit for you!

This is called “verifying the market” and it’s one of the best things you can do in ANY business.

Otherwise, you are effectively taking a punt on an idea that may or may not resonate with your audience. Imagine spending hundreds of dollars and months of your life to create a digital product, only to then find that no one wants it!

Shortcomings to Overcome With all that said…

It is not my job to try and sell you on affiliate marketing. You’re already reading this book, so my only goal now is to give you the honest and practical advice that can genuinely help you to make a killing.

Rather than continuing to tell you how amazing affiliate marketing is then, I’m instead going to do something far more helpful and tell you about the downsides – so you can understand how best to mitigate and avoid them.

The biggest issue is that this is not your product. For all that affiliate marketing has amazing benefits, you ultimately are selling someone else’s creation. And unlike selling a “PLR” package (private label rights), you won’t have the opportunity to change it or to make edits as you see fit.

This means that you will be selling something that isn’t necessarily a reflection or extension of your own personality, views or styles. This is then significantly more difficult to sell.

This might sound vague, but as we will learn over the course of this post, your ability to sell often comes down to your ability to speak to the value proposition – to build trust and authority with your audience and to establish yourself as a thought leader. That’s significantly easier to do when you believe in the product 1,000,000% and when you actually created the product. This way, people will want to buy the product because they want more of what you have to offer. This is one of the biggest hurdles that you will need to overcome if you’re going to be successful as an affiliate.

And of course, it’s something we’re going to discuss in depth in this book.

Well, that’s exactly where you find yourself now. If you get involved with live video streaming now, you can solidify yourself as a massive presence here before other marketers get on board.

But what is live video streaming? Just why does it hold so much promise? And how can you make sure that you’re doing it right? That’s what we’re going to find out, so hang onto your hats and get ready for an exciting ride into a brave new frontier in digital marketing!

Chapter 1: An Introduction to Periscope and Live Video Streaming

You’ll have noticed that this book is not titled ‘Live Video Streaming Excellence’ but rather, ‘Periscope Marketing Excellence’. So before we go any further, perhaps we should clear that up for the uninitiated among you. Just what is Periscope?

Well, simply put, Periscope is a platform for live video streaming. Just as Facebook is a platform for social media, Periscope is a platform for live video.

Why did we choose Periscope to focus on for this book? Simple: because it is the platform that is currently most likely to take off in the way Facebook has. At the moment, Facebook has the best shot at becoming the main provider for this new type of content and later on we’ll see why.

For now, let’s head back to the first question: what is Live Video Streaming? Why should you care?

An Introduction to the Concept of Live Streaming

Basically, live video streaming does what it says on the tin: it streams video live.

Now you might be thinking that’s nothing new. After all, isn’t Skype exactly the same thing? Isn’t Face Time? And both of those have been around for an age!

Well, simple, the answer is yes: that is live streaming too. But what’s different about Periscope is that it allows video to be streamed publically. That means that anyone can tune in and start watching at any time. Additionally, they allow people to comment live, allowing the person filming to view and respond to messages.

Live streaming is a little like having your own television channel then, except you’ll only need a phone with one of the live streaming apps (such as Periscope) installed. From here, you then just point the phone and start shooting and can thereby broadcast your message to as many people as are online to watch at that given time.

When you use Periscope, you’ll find that you’re presented with a ‘map’ of the world upon signing in. On this map are various points where you can see people who are currently streaming video. Simply click on the dot on the map and the name of the broadcaster and then you can tune in to start watching what they’re filming.
You can then comment on the video, ask questions, like it, follow the person or leave to watch something else. At this point, you may still be struggling to ‘get’ what it is about live streaming that’s so exciting or so different.

In that case, I highly recommend installing the app yourself. You can find it on the Google Play Store for Android or in the iOS App Store.

Once you do, click on a video. What you’ll find is that it provides an incredibly voyeuristic feeling of getting a ‘window’ into the lives of people from all corners of the globe. More amazing still is when you sign in and start watching a video and the person on camera actually greets you by name. It really feels as though technology is allowing you to transcend the limits of time and space and it’s at this point that you realize the potential and the excitement of live video streaming.

How People Are Using Periscope

So if you log into Periscope right now, what can you expect to see?

Really it’s quite a huge variety at the moment. Common videos include:

- People doing workouts while their phone films them
- People chatting over a cup of coffee or a mug of tea on a particular topic
- People lying in bed staring into the camera
- People cooking and talking through recipes
- People talking randomly
- People reading excerpts from books
- People not doing anything and just letting their viewers watch them go about their lives
- Television presenters using Periscope to add more productivity
- And more!

What you’ll also find quite a lot of, is people just using Periscope for experimental purposes. When you first get the app, one of the first things to do is to try streaming and a lot of people will therefore open their phones only for a moment, press the camera and then chicken out and stop filming!

The Future of Live Video Streaming

What’s really exciting about Live Video Streaming is the potential it offers for the future.

Right now, Periscope is the most popular streaming app but it still doesn’t have floods of content. If you sign in right now, you’ll likely find there are around 100-200 people recording content in the US. That might sound like a lot but it’s hardly much when you compare it to something like YouTube where there are thousands of hours of content being uploaded daily.

What’s exciting then is where Periscope will likely go as the technology progresses and the concept catches on.

Essentially, live video streaming allows you to truly have eyes everywhere and to transport yourself anywhere in the world. It allows you to transport yourself to anywhere and that means that you can see the world through the eyes of others.

If you don’t believe right now that live video marketing can get that big, then consider what would happen if there was a major world event right now. Imagine a huge riot in the streets that was being reported all over the news and which was simultaneously being live streamed through Periscope by multiple different people at multiple locations around the event. Can you imagine what a difference this would make to the reporting? If you could experience being there live and speak to the person holding the camera? Inevitably when this does happen, people will rush to the platform and it will boom in a huge way.

Meanwhile, live video streaming could be used to stream other events like concerts from multiple angles. Or it could be used more, as it already is being, to add an interactive element to television. You could watch something being filmed (like the news) and at the same time see it from your phone behind the scenes.

It can also be used in more intimate ways. For instance, imagine that you can’t attend a family gathering because you live in another country; using Periscope it would be possible for your family to ‘beam’ you in and you could even follow different family members around different rooms!

Likewise, for people who perhaps feel a little lonely, Periscope could be used to take part in group gatherings or even just for some background company.
In the future we can also expect technology to progress and drive this forward further. For instance, it may one day be possible to see previews of the footage right in the thumbnails – like hundreds of tiny windows to different parts of the world! Video fidelity will improve and so too will the options we have for capturing video. Imagine if something like Google Glass were to one day take off, allowing us to get a feed of exactly what someone else is seeing fed straight to us anywhere in the world!

Introduction

The internet is bombarded daily with new apps (app is the short term for application) that are geared towards new technology, new software systems, new process systems and new marketing tools. They are all focused on winning market share with their new apps. This focus is driven by one main objective which is to make money or to make even more money.

Mobile App Mantra

Chapter 1: What are the Key-Attributes of a Killer App?

Synopsis

The search for a killer app is an on-going process. A killer app is one that is accepted by most as the best in the market at that point of time.

List Of Attributes Of A Killer App

Facebook, Twitter, Google, Skype are some of the killer apps that took off from the beginning they were launched. They all have hundreds of millions of registered users logged on daily. With this kind of captive audience, their websites become marketeers dream domains. That is why their main income is from advertising space on their websites.

The following is a list of attributes that will benefit your app:

Most popular – widely accepted by everyone. Easy to use and configure. They are the chosen app by virtue of design, uniqueness and are usually free to encourage sign-ups.

No fees – sign-up or monthly. This is the only way to generate a user database for any new app. If there is any fee imposed, the failure rate of any new app is more than 99%. Most users can get free stuff on the internet so charging a fee would tantamount to suicide by accident. These apps do not sell any product on their website. Their objective is to accumulate as much registered users as they can. When they have a huge user base, they can then start selling advertising space on their website.
Use of minimum resources – the apps are usually simple and seldom use ‘real-time’ features except for video conferencing. This makes the apps easy to browse through.

Chapter 2: Analyze Your Competition

Synopsis

In any business industry, it is one of the planning stones to study and analyze your competitor’s products or business models. This analysis is important as it will dictate how you will position your own product or app against your competitor. It would be fool hardy to create an app that is similar to Skype and the app does not have a differential factor that is unique from Skype yet popular with users.

The Importance Of Analysis

The analysis is important as it will give you an insight into what you are up against. You have to analyze the same things about your own product or app as you do with your competitor.

You have to know what the app can do and what it cannot do. This is a simple comparison of your competitor against other apps in the market. There should be a rating checklist on features, content, design, functionality, user friendliness etc. This comparison will also tell you what you are lacking and need to improve on. It will also tell you that you may need to add new features that are popular and unique to others.

You have to rate it against your own and those in the market. This rating will tell you where you are against your competitor and what you need to do further to succeed.

You have to see how many USPs (unique selling points) they have and compare with your own and others in the market.

You have to compare against them based on design, functionality, user friendliness, robustness and web content and features. It is in these areas that most of your attention should be focused on as there may be a lot of re-modeling and designing to do to stand out from the crowd of competitors. It is time consuming but necessary.

Chapter 3: Identify Your Target Customers/Users

Synopsis

For any business to succeed, all marketing efforts must be geared towards the right target audience. That is to say that if you wanted to sell toys, then your marketing campaign is aimed at children and not adults. It is the children that will create the demand when they see what they want and ask their parents for it. This can be further segmented to their age group.

Chapter 1: Introduction

In 2021, if you have a product that you want to launch on the internet—because that’s where it is all happening today—this is the skeleton of the plan you need to build.

When Jeff Bezos started Amazon, they were dealing only with books.

Bezos and a small team were packing and delivering books from a garage. It’s a classic rags to riches story. It didn’t work out right away and many of the products the company tried to branch into over the next few years did not take off right away. In fact, they were branded as flops. Today, Amazon has surpassed Walmart to be the world’s largest retailer.

Let’s not forget the Macintosh. The story of Steve Jobs and Apple computers and the promise of selling a million units in the first 90 days. That most definitely did not happen and things went south to a point where Jobs clashed with the CEO he brought on board, John Scully, and got kicked out of his own company.

We’ve read the books and seen the movies. His dream came true only when he returned to the company fold years later and the iMac was launched. Today, anyone who has used an Apple product cannot even dream of going back to whatever it was they were using before that.

Jobs is often said to have had ideas before the world was ready for them. And he knew it too. But it never stopped him from dreaming and preparing for the opportune moment.

Today, the world is a lot smaller thanks to the internet. People and the market are a lot more receptive to new ideas. Otherwise, Facebook would’ve never happened as quickly as it did. Forget its many transgressions and you will see that the company was able to take off because it understood the pulse of the people and pitched exactly what it needed to and proceeded with excellent strategy.

So dig deep and find your inner Bob Dylan because:

If your time to you is worth savin'
And you better start swimmin'
Or you'll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin'

Whether it is the growth of technology or the pandemic speeding things up, more and more things are being accessed on the internet. Ecommerce has become more accessible and is providing exciting business opportunities. And every industry is spawning individuals who want to be their own bosses, decide their own working hours or just want to take advantage of this internet explosion.

Some are smart and some are inspired. Whichever category you fall into, you will be competing with all of them. Because make no mistake, they are all on the internet trying to get the guy on the street to buy their product. So, how do you make yourself unique? How do you rise above the white noise?

Now, it’s one thing to know what you want to sell but it’s a whole other thing to know how to launch and market the product successfully. And then, of course, you certainly want to make money out of the endeavor, don’t you? There is a lot to go through and in the coming nine chapters we will go through the journey of sifting through all your options and getting the job done from start to finish.

We will create a plan for the product launch. We will go through how to do it. We will go through each step in detail. And we will discuss the tools you will need to get your product to the finish line. The idea is to create a plan of action that will help you identify, locate and utilize your resources in the best possible way as you keep planning the next steps of your online business.

Part of that last step is going to be about marketing techniques that will help you source your product right to the point of running a store virtually and maybe physically if that’s on the cards. Let’s start by understanding the importance of a product launch.

Chapter 2: Why a Product Launch Works So Well

Before we jump into how to make a product launch successful, if you weren’t convinced already, let’s take a look at why these things work wonders.

There are many reasons to do a big bang product launch. The first one, of course, is to let your customers know that there is something up for grabs in the market. You also get to make some waves in the industry and get a little recognition for your brand.

Apart from that, prepping for a product launch also gives your organization a little structure to work around. And after the launch, of course, you get valuable information and feedback from the early users of the product. But there’s more to it. Let’s talk about that for a minute.

The idea of a product launch is not to nail it 100 percent. I mean, good if you can. But there will always be last minute changes that will topple the plan from just a little bit to entirely gone to the dumpster. The idea for you as a leader is to make sure that you get as close to the perfect launch as possible because this is a test of your organization’s ability to execute a plan.

Your launch tells you how well you can stick to a plan and the dynamic changes that happen in real time. It tests the flexibility and the adaptability of your team. Because sometimes, even though you have a great idea, the right technology and market conditions that back you up, the quality of execution of a plan can make or break the deal.

A product launch is a process where most, if not all, the departments in the organization will have to put their heads together. Sometimes, teams will differ on the fundamental ideas. The other times, you will see clashes on design specifications, organizing and investing ideas.

Now, for a launch to be successful you need a lot more than help your customers locate the product and the ‘Buy Now’ button under it.

It is a massive undertaking for the entire organization. It requires planning, effort and coordination. You also need time. You need to make sure that all the departments are on the same page. You need marketing, sales and support staff to have multiple run throughs.

And they must all be successful.

When those run throughs are successful, you increase your chances of having a successful product launch. Now that increases the chances of having a successful product in the market. It gives you momentum in a way that it resonates with the customers and announces to the industry that you have indeed arrived.

It is clear that a product launch is a key event because it gets your attention, right? How do you get started on that?

You need a press release with all the dates and details of the event.

You need to advertise it on your website and social media channels.

You need all these channels to come back to the landing page where everyone who is interested in the event, not just the product, can learn about the event and the product.

A product launch is also a great place for influencers and first users to try the product out. It’s an exclusive and must be pitched as one. It also helps you build trust and creates a discussion in the online community organically. In marketing terms, it is called the word-ofmouth strategy. Putting yourself out there also shows that you are confident of the quality of your product. That’s a big boost and makes for a good product launch story for anyone covering the event.

Influencers—this is a very 21st century concept and it’s a great one.

Make a list of those who are relevant to the marketing of your product and get them talking. For that, you need to make them entertaining. For that, you need to learn what captivates your target audience.

It is also important to understand the right timing for the launch. You don’t want it clashing with events that are more attractive to your target audience or influencers, unless, of course, you are Apple computers.

A product launch works because it gets your product noticed and creates a buzz about your brand in the industry. Make the event interactive since that keeps the audience engaged. Offering free samples is a textbook way of getting the influencers and the public interested. Keep the entertainment unlimited and the refreshment stands stocked.

Product launches are, without a doubt, a great way to expand your business because you fundamentally put yourself on the map. When you attract the attention of industry titans, you offer yourself up for tie-ups and joint ventures. This creates opportunity for future growth.

Now, some brands like to keep a little mystery alive. You’ve seen this with big brands that keep the actual product itself a secret. You know nothing about it till the actual launch. Now, that’s not always an easy thing to pull off and is a tricky decision. We all remember how the iPhone 4 leak story went. It also doesn’t always work for all products.

So, make a decision on that early on.

If you choose to go that way, you must tell the people as little as possible about the product before the release. The idea is for the mystery to drive interest. A lot of times, tech bloggers and websites like to make their own predictions. Make it interesting. Ask them to submit scenarios and give a reward for anyone who is able to get a detail right. And a bonus if they can work up a mock design, when it is applicable.

Now, all this sounds quite fun but it won’t be if you don’t plan it well.

And be original throughout because copycats don’t always succeed.

Although sometimes they do remarkably well.

So, if you are not good at copying an idea and tweaking it enough to make it look like your own (and even if you are), you need to plan out every single detail of these optional activities too. Plan the information you want to release carefully. Put a lid on the number of people who have the information and give the details out strategically.

Mastering Self Confidence PLR Ebook

Introduction

Everyone desires to be confident, yet very few have been able to develop it in all facets of their life. A lack of self-confidence can ultimately become the most significant hindrance to finding happiness, success, and fulfillment.

Unfortunately, too many people often are unable to see the effects low self-confidence has on their lives, blaming their failures on outside factors instead. They blame a tough dating scene for not finding the right partner.

They are desperate to find a better job but don't know where to start because the job market is so competitive. They wish they could follow their dreams but can't afford to fail. On the surface, these kinds of excuses seem like they are legitimate outside barriers, keeping us from finding true happiness.

However, when further examined, the justifications are all rooted in a lack of self-confidence. Past experiences have helped to develop your current mindset, and the past unknowingly plagues us as we grow into adults.

As adults, we often waste a ton of energy attempting to appear confident rather than developing real confidence. The importance society puts on outside appearances only reinforces the pressure to show false confidence.

This is just intensified with the popularity of reality television and social media. It has become the norm for our society to appear one way to everyone else, rather than focusing on making the changes internally that will allow us to alter our sense of self.

For example, many people will post photoshopped images to their social media profiles in the hope of garnering a ton of likes to help increase their shaky self-esteem. Hence, the façade of confidence trumps genuine, unwavering confidence.

So, many people are afraid to admit they lack confidence because it is seen as a personal weakness, while others wish they could have more confidence, but don’t know where to start.

If you suffer from a lack of confidence, it will continue to hold you back, even if you become adept at faking it. The great news is, you can be one of the few people that learn how to build an undeniable, persistent, and genuine level of self-confidence that won’t be affected by outside circumstances.

This guide will provide you with the tips and strategies to develop confidence in all areas of your life. You will also learn the ways you can develop a strong sense of self and unconditional self-love to get you through any challenges that you might face in your life.

The only difference between those who are successful and those who fail in life is the willingness to keep trying. Having confidence will provide you with the drive and the ability to work toward your goals without your limiting beliefs standing in your way.

Chapter 1 – All about Confidence and Self-Esteem

Self-esteem and confidence are often used interchangeably to describe an individual’s level of assurance, poise, self-respect, and security. While these two concepts are often related, they are not the same.

The main difference is that self-esteem is a constant, while confidence is something that fluctuates. It is vital that you are able to foster a strong sense of both. To do this, you must first understand the origins of both and how each can be affected and changed.

Confidence vs. Self Esteem

Confidence is a huge part of your overall well-being. Being confident will help with your career, relationships, self-image, interactions, and other aspects of your life.

It isn’t uncommon for someone to be extremely confident in one area of their life, yet insecure in another. Being fully confident and comfortable with yourself in every situation is truly invaluable.

When you foster a strong sense of self-esteem, it will help you become more confident in all areas of your life. While confidence varies between circumstances, your self-esteem is a continuous part of your self-concept.

The higher your self-esteem, the more likely you will be comfortable facing a variety of situations in your life. Self-esteem is an underlying trait that directly affects how you perceive yourself in all circumstances. Self-esteem can be tricky because a lack of self-esteem will manifest in a variety of ways.

Generalized self-doubt is one way that low self-esteem can manifest. If you have low self-esteem, you may automatically assume that you won't be good at a task and will either give up or subconsciously sabotage yourself into failing. This is your self-concept trying to prove why it has low self-esteem.

If you repeatedly fail in a variety of circumstances, your subconscious says, "I told you this would happen." During every situation that you face, negative self-talk will rear its ugly head, telling you that you will fail, you'll look stupid, you'll embarrass yourself, and that others will harshly judge you. This negative self-talk is not accurate, but instead it originates from low self-esteem.

Humans are social creatures, which gives us the ability to pick up on indicators of high or low self-esteem. It is these indicators that often affect how we respond to one another. Those who have high self-esteem are more likely to get a job, create social connections, strike up conversations, etc.

It isn't that most people are looking to hurt those with low self-esteem intentionally, it is just a natural tendency for us to be attracted to those who exhibit confidence. We are all self-serving beings, innately trying to get ahead and when someone exudes confidence, it indicates they can help us get ahead in life.

The way in which we present ourselves can be a clear indication to those around us of our levels of confidence and self-esteem. Physical cues like slouching, talking sheepishly, or a constant downcast gaze, all indicate low self-esteem.

During conversations, expressing doubt, frequent verbalization for a need for reassurance, or indecisiveness, are also clear signs of low self-esteem. It is relatively easy to see these kinds of signs in young children and teenagers; however, many adults have learned to hide their insecurities.

Many of us have all adopted the fake-it-until-you-make-it attitude. Unfortunately, we are so focused on faking it that we never work toward fixing the underlying issues.

Another way in which low self-esteem manifests itself is a confidence-contingent outlook. It displays itself when a person relies entirely on their accomplishments to feed their self-esteem.

This is far harder to spot in ourselves and other people.

This kind of low self-esteem makes us have the need to succeed at everything so that we can feel good about ourselves.

They may also feel the urge to put others down to feel superior, which feeds their confidence temporarily. The critical factor in these cases is always contingent on outside factors and is always temporary.

It results in the continuing need to feed the self-esteem monster in an attempt to escape your true feelings. It is a vicious and draining cycle that is incompatible with peace, happiness, and real self-esteem.

If you know how to build your confidence in any situation, it will help you to develop your overall self-esteem. Confidence in separate situations is a necessary building block to retrain your mind to think more confidently.

Introduction

In this book, you will venture on the main five C’s for change. As you discover the elements of change, you will learn how to become confident in your ability and capability to change. You will acknowledge that communication and cooperation contribute a massive amount to the aspect of change. You will gain the ability to take action by creating movements. You are currently at the bottom of your life-changing mountain. Please take a step forward and climb up. Your life changing experience awaits you.

If we look back at the history of the world in the last several centuries, we will discover the radical and abrupt changes in the knowledge and technology of humanity. A century ago, the Wright brothers were just trying to designing a scale model of their first airplane; yet a century after, men have been able to send spacecraft to the very edges of the solar system. These radical changes are so unprecedented in the history of humanity and the world, and we are always left in awe as to where these changes can lead us. It seems that “nothing on earth is impervious to these radical changes.”

In the ancient times, many wise men have seen the impermanence of everything and they came to the conclusion that the only phenomenon which is permanent is change. This idea is definitely true; likewise, it is apparent in the very nature of our existence. Each of us needs to face the fact that change is the only permanent thing in this world, and hence, each of us should be prepared for change. It is therefore wise to believe that change is inevitable and sooner or later each of us will undergo some forms of change. We can never avoid change for sooner or later, it will dawn on us, but we can somewhat delay it.

Faced with the prospect of its inevitability, we got no choice but to face the challenge of change. In this book, the concept of change is elaborated and guidelines on how to prepare oneself for the onset of changes are delineated. You have heard how people are reactive to change and remain fixated to their old habits and customs. This reaction is natural considering the law of inertia which says that “everything tends to remain at rest or in a continuous motion unless acted upon by an outside force.” However, this resistance to change should be overcome to achieve something substantial in life for the only way to achieve progress is through change.

There are ways to reduce the resistance to change and one way of reducing this resistance is by preparing the inner self for change. Once the inner resistance to change has been overcome, the external transition would become possible and easy. The internal change, like a paradigm shift, is necessary to achieve external change, because the only true change always comes from within.

Chapter 01 - The 1C: Confidence

A Radical Self-Assessment

There is no better way to start change in one’s being than to have a radical assessment of one’s personality. Yes, the best place to begin changes in one’s world is within oneself. The reason for this is the fact that the only organism in this world with which we have a total control is our very own self. If we still have the illusion that changing the outside world would radically change the inside, we are mistaken. Our very own self is the only platform of which we should have perfect control, and for this reason, the best possible change can only start from within.

Now, if we want to change something in ourselves we should know which aspect of ourselves need change. Henceforth, we need a radical self-assessment. What I mean is that we should discover the areas in our life which need to be changed. There are different aspects and areas of our life. I have learned from my college psychology class that there are five important aspects or areas in our life. First, there is the physical aspect which includes our very own body, our instincts, and our bones and muscles. Second, there is the emotional aspect of our life which includes the different emotions which we daily experience and the motivations which prod us to action. Third, there is the intellectual aspect of our life which includes our intellectual skills, our IQ, our logical perspective, and all the mental processes we indulge in every day. Fourth, there is the social aspect of our life which includes our interactions with our fellow human beings, our works, and even our relationship with our significant others, relatives, and friends. Lastly, there is the spiritual aspect of our life which includes our belief system and our relationship with the higher beings. If we want to make some substantial changes in our life, we need to make a thorough assessment of these five aspects and find out which are the dark and grey areas which need to be changed and developed. Only then could we say that we’ve made a radical assessment of our personality if we were able to assess objectively these five aspects of our life. We can do this assessment of ourselves by listing down the different areas of our lives which are veering towards the positive and the negative sides. A realistic assessment of these five areas can give us an objective view of which areas of our life necessitate change.

Be Self-satisfied And You’ll Stagnate

It is very easy to be smugly indulged in our present existence to a point that we resist change, thinking that there is no need for change because the present is definitely comfortable and working well. Yet, this kind of attitude may lead to self-stagnation while the rest of the world is making progress in great strides. We all know what happens if we stagnate, we fail to adapt to the ever-changing situation and we will be left out. A perfect example in nature of stagnation is the stagnant pond with no exit points. The water becomes full of silt that there comes a point that the pond exudes a fetid stench. Thus, if we want to revitalize a pond, we need to improvise an exit canal which will allow the water to move out of it, and new water to come in allowing the rejuvenation of the pond.

In the same way, our self is a like a pond which needs to be renewed and revitalized every once in a while. This need for change is very apparent not only in the grander scale of life but also in the minutiae of life. In the grander scale, a nation should improve its economy otherwise it will be left out by other economies. Likewise, superpowers should continue to improve their technologies so that other rising superpowers can never catch up with them in terms of weaponry. Empires sometimes implode from within because they become self-satisfied. In the smaller scale, a person should always recreate himself or herself by allowing some rooms for changes in one’s life, otherwise, one will risk the prospect of stagnation which is the most pathetic thing that could ever happen to a person. When we allow the cobwebs of pessimisms and lack of vitality to encroach into the very fibers of our being and we become resistant to change and development, we become defeated like a carcass left for the taking of the vultures.

Realize The Need For Change

Change and growth will not happen if a person is not open to change. How can the floods of innovation and creativity move into our very being if we shut off every exit point for change? Change can only happen if the seedbed for change is present. In psychology, there are developmental stages in our life which we got to undergo to achieve full maturity. Yet, there are instances wherein a person may get fixated at a certain stage, unable and unwilling to progress to the next stage. We call these disorders—psychological fixati ons. There are fully grown-up adults who are still so much fixated at the oral stage of their life. There are mothers who could never really let go of the image of their child as a kid and thus stunt the growth of their being and their child. There are also grown up adults who can’t seem to let go of their umbilical cord and still manifest strong dependency on their parents. Unless these guys realize their need for change and maturity, they will never be able to move to the higher stages of life.

Introduction

You’re reading this because you have two passions in life. First, you love taking photos. You probably carry your camera everywhere with you, just waiting for a chance to snap a candid shot that tells a little story. That’s the art of photography and, if you’re reading this, you have a passion for that art.

But then there’s your passion for money. Don’t worry, you’re not being judged. It’s good to be motivated by money. It’s what makes the world go ‘round, right? Or is that love? Point is, money may not bring happiness, but it sure makes life a whole lot easier to get through.

And anyone knows that the best way to make money is to take what you love and turn it into a business. Well, congratulations. You have taken the first step towards making money doing what you love: Taking digital photos.

Not many people know that you can make a good living just by selling photos over the Internet. But once you become aware of just how many photos we’re exposed to on a daily basis, the realization that you can make money taking great photos should be a no-brainer.

Photographs Everywhere You Look

You would have to live in a shack out in the woods like the Unabomber to not be exposed to literally hundreds of photographs per day. Think about your daily life. If you ate breakfast this morning, there was probably a picture of someone on the cereal box. If you made coffee, there might be a picture on the can, and that’s just in your kitchen.

There are photos on the billboards as you drive to work. There are photos in the magazines when you sit in your dentist’s waiting room, and you are bombarded with photos galore the moment you turn on your computer and start browsing the Internet.

The point is, every industry needs photographs. And while there are many experts out there who get paid very handsomely for the photographs they churn out (think major magazine photographers), amateurs are able to make great money doing what they love, too! That’s right. You don’t have to be a professional. You can go out right now, pick up a digital camera and you can theoretically start making money off of those photographs. And I’m going to show you how.

First, however, before you rush out thinking you’re the next Annie Leibovitz, you need to consider if you have what it takes to make money from your photos.

That can be a hard thing to ascertain, especially when you have a passion for something. Because the truth is, you could enthusiastically take loads and loads of pictures but there’s no guarantee that any of them will sell.

To fail at something you love to do can hurt deep down in your core. But you must remember that just because your photo doesn’t sell, doesn’t mean you’re no good. It could be for a number of reasons.

The point is to have patience, and make sure you learn how it’s done before you start selling your photos for money.

Once you’re done reading this, you’ll have all the tools you need to get started. Only then will you truly see the potential for making money that’s eluded you all this time because you never took the time to wonder where all the photos you’re surrounded with daily actually come from.

Do You Have What it Takes?

If you think it’s easy to sell digital photos online, you’re mistaken. Show me one person who’s made it big selling photos, and I’ll show you ten more just like him/her that don’t make squat. They could even be taking pictures of the same things. The difference between them is that the person who made it put time and effort into his/her photo business. So ask yourself, do you have what it takes to sell your digital photos online?

If you said yes, then you must commit yourself if you hope to make it.

Go back and read that sentence again. That’s the most important aspect of making money through digital photography. You must put in the required time and you must remain passionate about what you’re doing because that passion, or lack of it, will come out in your photos. And finally, you must be able to have patience until you’ve learned enough to actually know which photos will sell, and which ones won’t.

Time

The amount of money you make with your photos depends on how much time you invest in your business. On average, you should expect to work at least four hours per week, and more if you’re really ambitious. Four hours is nothing and it’s worth it when you consider you’re doing what you love.

Are You Creative?

This is a huge one. You can take a thousand pictures of your cat and it’s likely not one of them will sell for even a penny. That’s because cats have been done. You need to step out of your immediate surroundings, get out of your comfort zone, and you need to think outside the box. Carry your camera with you wherever you go and be on the lookout for an image that just screams, “Take my picture!”. This could be a shard of ice hanging from a lighthouse bridge. It could be a neighborhood dog catching a Frisbee, or it could be the way the sunset splashes vivid colors across the darkened sky.

Equipment

Obviously, if you’re going to sell digital photos, you’re going to need a digital camera. But to increase your chances of making a sale, you might want to invest in a few other things, as well.

The camera is number one. You must have a digital camera. There are many on the market these days and most of them produce excellent quality photographs. The prices are dropping on them all the time, so you should be able to get a decent one for cheap.

But what about editing software? Have you considered that you may want to doctor your photos so that they come out absolutely perfect? Do you know how to use that editing software to its fullest potential? Finally, do you even know how to take good photos?

These are all questions you really need to consider before you try your hand at this lucrative but competitive business.

There is a lot of money to be made, but there’s also beautiful photography to be made, as well. It really is a great way to earn a living. It’s fun, and there’s just something fulfilling knowing that others are willing to pay for the photos you’ve taken. However, you must also be ready to deal with rejection - because that can be the most difficult part of this whole business.

Rejection

You may find that you’re in love with your photos, but that you’re the only one who feels that way. It’s kind of like when someone brings along their dog and they go on and on about how cute and loveable their dog is, but everyone else doesn’t feel that way. Some people may be allergic to dogs. The dog may be lovable but that doesn’t mean they want to risk touching it so they’ll blow up like a balloon.

The point is, you can’t please everybody. If you take a beautiful photograph and nobody likes it, don’t let it get you down. Those people just don’t have good taste, that’s all. Or they don’t need that photograph for any particular reason.

See, most people buy photos because they’re looking for a particular one. They may need a butterfly photo for a website, or a doctor photo for a brochure. Part of this business is making sure your photos get seen by the right people, but we’ll get into that later.

You must be able to deal with rejection or else you’ll never make it in the photography business. If you don’t make any sales, just keep doing what you’re doing and give it time. You must have patience until your efforts begin to pay off.

Work day by day, little by little, and before you know it you’ll know what it takes to sell photos online and you’ll have done it from pure knowledge and hard work.

So if by now you’ve decided that you have what it takes to sell your digital photos online, let’s get started.

Choosing a Camera

If you don’t already have a camera, you know you need one. But you’re likely going to find a lot of choices out there. There are so many different types of cameras, brands and accessories that it can seem almost overwhelming. However, picking out a good camera isn’t that difficult at all.

Simply get online and start researching the cameras you come across based on a few criteria. You’ll want to be focused on the amount of megapixels the camera has, as well as the quality of the sensor. But of course price is going to be an issue, as well. So your job is to find a camera that offers the most for the least amount of money. That sounds obvious, but it’s not easy when you’re bombarded by so many different types of digital cameras.

However, there are a couple ways you can go about getting a camera that’s of good enough quality to take excellent photographs.

Experts

If you want to know something about a subject, you turn to an expert, right? In keeping with that same thinking, camera experts are who you should turn to when you’re trying to find the perfect camera for you. You can find experts online on consumer report websites, or you can read reviews by experts that are posted online. You can also ask clerks that work in the camera sections of your favorite stores. These employees spend all day looking at, talking about, and learning about digital cameras. Ask them plenty of questions and tell them what you’re trying to do.

Boosting Productivity PLR Ebook

Ask any successful business or individual out there, and I’m sure they will tell you higher levels of productivity are a crucial aspect in ensuring revenue growth and achieving success.

In fact, many individuals and corporations willingly invest large sums of money and effort in order to improve in this area. Higher levels of productivity in individuals (whether as part of an organization or alone) helps to bring them closer to their success targets within a shorter time period, and prevents needless wastage of time, money and effort.

The dictionary defines productivity as “the quality, state, or fact of being able to generate, create, enhance, or bring forth goods and services”. To explain it simply on a more individual level - it is just how much one can get done in a set period of time.

And when productivity is mentioned, time management is usually also brought up ; they go hand in hand. Both are strongly correlated - higher levels of productivity is usually the result of better time management.

All That You Know About Time Management Is Wrong

Yup, you got that right.

Your understanding of time management is very likely… wrong.

Time management is in fact, a misnomer. Time cannot be managed or influenced; it is something that is pretty much out of our control. All of us, despite our social or financial background, are allocated 24 hours in a day, no more or less. Once gone, there’s no way we can get it back.

Our day-to-day responsibilities - be it family or work, takes up a large portion of our time. Not only that, time is fleeting and so easily robbed from our hands. Unexpected things pop up all the time. Priorities change. Things go terribly wrong. You get sick, or tired.

You can only do so much - you’re only human, after all.

You can, however control YOU. And your CHOICES. Time management is more correctly, all about self-discipline and task management. It’s the management of expectations as well as interruptions. It is the ability to manage your actions, habits and priorities based on the time you are given. It is understanding what matters most, making a choice to make room for that in your life, and getting rid of the unnecessary, unimportant stuff that’s hogging up your valuable time.

Also, time management is not a one system fits all method. There is no perfect method. Different individuals have different styles - we’re all wired differently in terms of personality type, identity and individual life circumstances. Some may find that a to-do list works for them; others may find to-do lists hard to follow and demotivating. It’s all about finding your groove - different strokes for different folks.

Multitasking because you want to manage time better? Bad idea. Contrary to popular belief, faster and more is NOT always better. Multitasking is one way to destroy your productivity levels.

Sure… you seem to get more done this way.

However, you are probably more likely to make mistakes - which will result in you doing over things. Stick to focusing on one task at a time, and taking sufficient breaks whenever possible - you’ll stand to accomplish more this way. Now, we’ve mentioned that juggling multiple tasks at one time is counterproductive. However, striving to complete each task no matter how long it takes is also not a wise idea when it comes to time management - another common misconception regarding time management. Restrict your time spent on a task, and schedule accordingly.

As you can see, a lot of what we know regarding time management are in fact, myths. Many of us have skewed perceptions or are misinformed when it comes to time management. These myths, over time, through the people around us or the media we consume, become deeply ingrained within our mindsets; we eventually regard them as facts and hold on to them. As a result, we are prevented from becoming truly and fully productive in any aspect of our lives.

Chapter #1 - Why You Need a List

Before you dive deeper into this eBook, you should begin to embrace the fact that you, and any other person who is involved with Internet marketing, need a list. It is just that simple. You cannot have Internet marketing without list building, they go hand in hand!

Email lists are extremely vital to the success of a business, and when used properly, they become the heart and soul of your Internet marketing efforts. To be perfectly honest, if you do not have a list, you are only hurting yourself! Lists bring money, and without them, you are missing out on many opportunities to make money. However, you may still be questioning why you should invest time into building a list. Well, let’s briefly examine some truths about consumer behavior.

Consumer Behavior

Research has shown that potential customers may not become conversions through the first encounter with your brand. They may be interested in your products and/or services, but sometimes they are unable to finalize their purchasing decision at that exact moment.

This could be because they are not ready to purchase due to multiple factors such as:

1. Lack of money at time of exposure

2. Lack of product information

3. Trust in the brand

You must realize that customers who come into contact with your brand may be in different stages of the sales funnel, and that has an influence on whether or not they purchase.

Also, with so many products out there, people are often looking to compare offerings before they take action. However, that does not mean that they are out of the question for a sale in the future... that is unless you have no way to reach them again!

Without A List, You Are Losing Money

Lists allow you to acquire contact information from these prospective customers. By obtaining this contact information, you are essentially giving yourself a way to stay in touch with the people who have already expressed interests in your company. These people are often only one more interaction away from a sale!

Without a list, you are essentially allowing your competition to become more appealing as your prospects continue to browse the Internet. You DO NOT want to let your customers get so far away from your product that they ultimately dismiss your offerings when it is time to purchase. A list will give you the opportunity to stay in touch with those who have already expressed an interest in your product, thus allowing you to offer up a friendly follow up that will help move customers along towards making purchases.

What Lists Bring To Your Business

Lists also allow you to maintain a relationship with your existing customers. If you are on the mailing list for any company, think about how you personally interact with these brands through their mailing lists.

Here are three common things that companies use lists for:

1. They sometimes send you specialized offers based on your past purchases

2. They may remind you to purchase items that you left in your cart

3. They may ask if you are interested in attending an event Whatever the case may be, they are keeping the interaction going so that they remain top of mind. And if they do it well enough, you will purchase more items with them! Truth be told, marketing to repeat customers is often the best way that you can drive sales. There is money that you are missing if you have not chosen to implement a marketing strategy that involves using a list. However, if you are reading this part of this eBook, you have already taken an important step in ending this detrimental cycle. Now, let us get deeper into how to build a list.

Chapter #2 - Picking an Autoresponder

There was a point in time where building a list and maintaining it required a great deal of manual work. Before the autoresponder, people who wished to maintain a list were faced with the daunting task of adding contact information, crafting messages, sending messages, etc.

Companies would spend so much time maintaining communications with their customers that would take away from other aspects of their business. Thankfully, this is no longer the case. The autoresponder has streamlined this aspect of businesses.

When you set out to begin building a list, one of the most important things to have in place is an autoresponder.

An autoresponder allows you to acquire, store, and communicate with your leads. Once you capture a lead, your autoresponder will allow you to get the most out of your lists.

Why You Should Use a Professional Service

Before we get into what you should do with an autoresponder, here are some reasons why you should choose a professional autoresponder service: 1. Professional autoresponders offer many benefits. They ensure that your message is deliverable by offering spam filter checks that will alert you if your email is likely to be sent to your customer’s spam folder. Overall, it is the goal of the autoresponder service to ensure that your messages have maximized delivery. Without a professional autoresponder, you run the risk of failing to recognize potential errors.

2. Aside from automatically capturing leads for you, autoresponders will take care of any opt-out/unsubscribe requests, which will free up the time you may have spent trying to do this manually.

3. Professional autoresponders frequently backup your lists, which significantly decreases the chance that you will lose your list. After investing time in building your massive list, the last thing that you want is to lose your list to something unexpected.

4. As stated before, there are a number of advantages to using a professional autoresponder. If you plan on keeping track of your open rate, opt-out rate, response rate, and things of that sort (which you definitely should be doing to increase the effectiveness of your campaigns), a professional service will provide analytics for those areas.

Some of the most popular autoresponder services that are available are: Constant Contact, AWeber, MailChimp, OfficeAutoPilot, Infusionsoft and iContact.

If You Want To Host Your Own Autoresponder

The advantage of hosting your own autoresponder is that once you purchase the software, you own the program and you do not have to worry about additional fees. You do not have to pay a company to run this software and you will not incur monthly charges.

If you are interested in taking this route, check out these autoresponders:

1. Interspire

2. arpReach

Ultimately, keep in mind that this option will require more work on your part to ensure that you are maintaining your list. However, this may turn out to be an option for you.

Factors to Consider

When choosing an autoresponder, you should compare services and decide what is best for your situation. Some factors that you should compare are:

1. Usability: the interface should be simple enough for you to manage quickly and effectively.

2. Cost of service: make sure that the cost of the service is one that fits within your budget. Some services may even be free up to a certain amount of emails or may include trial periods.

3. Features: not all services provide identical features. For example, some give you the option to create your own email templates, others may be beneficial for split testing, some may have larger image storage, etc.

Whichever route you decide to go with your autoresponder, keep in mind that it is best to research different software and services thoroughly before making a decision. You do not want to lose time trying to transfer a large list to another system later on down the line. Choose the best option for your situation early on to avoid this pitfall.

Chapter #3 - Setting up an Opt-in Form

Now that we have discussed how to select an autoresponder, we can move on to setting up an opt-in form. An opt-in form is what you will use to capture your leads. You may have visited a site recently and noticed a pop-up form or even a form that has been strategically placed on the website encouraging visitors to join their mailing list. That form you encountered is the opt-in form.

When a user fills out your form and decides to opt-in, they are giving you permission to send emails to them. Some autoresponders will provide what is known as a double opt-in, in which a user will receive a confirmation email to make sure that you have the correct information. If the service you provided gives you the option to use double opt-in, it is good to use this as it will help you filter out unresponsive customers.

Complying With The CAN-SPAM Act

By using the opt-in form, you are also complying with the CAN-SPAM Act. There is some confusion about what the CAN-SPAM Act means, but all that is does it set guidelines for marketers to send emails in a legitimate manner.

The CAN-SPAM Act requires marketers to obtain permission for sending emails from users. It also requires that you provide a way for users to optout in each email that you send. The process for opting out should be easy for the user; one click should allow the user to be removed from your list.
