17 Ways To Use Your Autoresponder PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview

Introduction

When most people think about how to get more traffic and sales with their autoresponder, they have a handful of good methods come to mind. Turns out there are quite a few ways to use an autoresponder to grow your sale, and you’re about to discover 17 of these proven methods. Take a look…

1. Follow Up After The Sale

Whenever you get a new customer, you should add this person immediately to your customer mailing list. You can then send a series of follow up emails to promote related offers.

For example, if you sell a social media marketing report to a customer, then you might follow up with a series of emails that are designed to sell an in-depth Facebook marketing course.

2. Teach People How to Use What They Purchased Another good way to use your autoresponder is by sending out a series of emails that helps people make the most of the product they just purchased from you.

For example, let’s suppose you sell a meal-planning and fitnesstracking app to people who want to lose weight. You can then send out a series of emails which teach customers how to make the most out of the major features of your app, such as:

- How to use the app to count calories.
- How to use the app to balance macronutrient levels.
- How to use the app to calculate how many calories they’re burning with exercise.

And so on. Every email should teach them how to use a feature, and then encourage them to take action.

The reason for doing this is because when people take action and get good results, they’re naturally more satisfied with their purchase. This produces three benefits for you:

- Reduces product refunds.
- Makes it more likely the customer will buy something else from you.
- Makes it more likely the customer will tell his or her friends about your offer.

Next…

3. Distribute Ongoing Freemiums That Lead To Offers The idea here is to surprise subscribers with unannounced bonuses that will keep them opening your emails with anticipation. They never know when they’ll get the next freemium, so you can bet they’ll open all your emails.

Now here’s the key…

You’re not just delivering a bunch of freebies to people. Instead, you’re offering high-quality products that naturally lead to paid offers.

For example:

- You might offer the “lite” version of an app for free. If people like what they see, they’ll upgrade to the premium version.

- You might offer one video module out of a training series for free. Again, if people like it, then they’ll purchase the entire set of training videos.

Here’s another idea…

4. Drive Traffic To Your Blog

What you do here is direct your list to your most popular archived, evergreen articles.

Here’s why: if you can get people to get engaged on your blog, then you have a chance to put various links and calls to action in front of them. This may include:

- Links and calls to action embedded right in the articles themselves.
- “Feature product” ads in your sidebar.
- Product ads at the end of articles.

5. Do JV Swaps

The idea here is to do ad swaps in your respective newsletters with your marketing partners. Here are a few ideas:

- You promote each other’s lists. In other words, you encourage your subscribers to join your partner’s list, and your partner does the same for you.

- You encourage your subscribers to follow your partner on social media (and your partner returns the favor). - You promote your partner’s product, and they return the favor.

Next idea for making the most of your autoresponder…

6. Poll Your Audience

What you do here is use your newsletter to poll your audience and learn more about what they want. You can ask them questions to help uncover information such as:

- What are their biggest niche-related problems?
- What solutions have they tried?
- What are the shortcomings of these solutions?

The answers to these questions will help you send out content and offers that your newsletter readers really want, which will in turn increase conversions and sales.

7. Build Relationships

If you just blast your email list with one cut-and-paste promo after another, your conversion rate is likely to stagnate. That’s because your subscribers don’t know, like or trust you – all of which are essential to sales.

Point is, give your readers a chance to get to know you. You do this by:

- Sharing personal stories. It’s best if these are nicherelevant stories, but sometimes you may just drop in notes about what’s going on in your life, such as going on vacation or having a baby.

- Sharing case studies of what happened when you used a particular product or strategy. Be sure to share lots of data, but also share the personal side of the story, such as how you felt, which is inspirational and motivational.

- Allow real access. This means ask for feedback, and then answer your subscribers when they provide that feedback. You can also direct readers to a blog or social media platform to interact.

Next idea…

8. Train and Motivate Affiliates

This is a great way to use your autoresponder, but it’s something that a lot of affiliate vendors overlook. Check out these ideas for what to send in your autoresponder series:

- Send out a series of training emails that tell your affiliates exactly what to do to make money with your affiliate program.

- Showcase other successful affiliates to motivate inactive or inexperienced affiliates.

- Send out other motivational material to get inactive affiliates excited about promoting your products. Next up…

Chapter 1: An Introduction to Bing Ads

If you’re looking to promote your brand online, then the first place to look is to PPC campaigns. A PPC campaign is of course ‘Pay Per Click’ and that means that you pay each time a user actually clicks on one of your ads. There are several things that make this a fantastic way to generate traffic, which we’ll look at later.

For now though, suffice to say that PPC gives you the precise control that any advertising campaign needs and allows you to build a perfect business plan with a precise advertising spend, target demographic and profit margin.

But when it comes to PPC, only one word will often come to mind: Google AdWords. Google AdWords is by far the biggest PPC platform and the one that most new marketers will go to first.

But there are other options out there. And actually, focussing on only Google AdWords can be a big mistake for your campaign. We’ll look in more detail at why this is in the coming chapters but suffice to say that Google AdWords is actually more expensive, more competitive and less precise in many ways.

This is where Bing comes in. Bing can help you to reach an entirely different section of your market while avoiding direct competition with some of the bigger competitors in the field. As we’ll learn, Bing can offer you the perfect ‘back door’ and even help your rankings on Google. It’s the perfect starting point for the small, lean business and a very wise ‘backup’ source of traffic for ALL online businesses.

In this book, you’ll learn more about Bing and how it differs to Google. You’ll learn why it’s crucial to start paying attention to Bing and you’ll learn how to take advantage of all its unique features. At the same time, we’ll also be going in depth looking at the best practices for creating successful PPC advertising campaigns on Google OR Bing and we’ll see how this can be employed as part of a comprehensive business plan.

Chapter 2: Why It’s Time to Wake Up to Bing

Whether you’re interested in using Bing ads, or you’re just thinking about doing more search optimization for Bing, it’s time that you stopped forgetting this search engine and focussing entirely on Google. Let’s be honest – most of us don’t really practice SEO (Search Engine Optimization), we practice GO (Google Optimization). Google is the first and last word in internet marketing as far as a huge proportion of internet marketers and SEO agencies are concerned.

But it’s time to change that way of thinking. But why? Why break the habit of a lifetime? Well for starters, Bing has 20% market share. That woke you up, right?

Many of us think of the search engine industry as being a one-horse race but that’s really not the case. 20% is actually a pretty decent chunk of the market.

And when you consider that Yahoo! also makes up around 10% still – and that Yahoo is powered by Bing, that number goes up to 30%. This is a serious amount of web traffic! Now ask yourself: in what other scenario would you be happy to let 30% of a market walk? If I told you that you could get 30% more visitors to your highstreet store by changing your shop name, you would change it in a heartbeat!

30% of potential visitors means 30% of potential customers and 30% of potential profit! Instead of earning $50k a year from your website, you could be earning $65K a year just by paying attention to Bing. That’s a massive different (and a free holiday). And there are plenty more reasons to wake up to the reality of Bing as well.

For starters, Bing is integrated with Windows 11. Windows 11 is the latest iteration of Windows from Microsoft and it comes with Bing deeply ingrained into the system. What’s more, is that Microsoft says this is the ‘last version of Windows ever’. That is to say that future upgrades to Windows are going to be iterative rather than complete overhauls. So we can safely say that Bing is there to stay.

Not only is Bing the default search engine for the default ‘Edge Browser’ (which comes with some neat tricks up its sleeves) but it’s also the search engine used by Cortana. Cortana is a digital assistant like Siri that now lives on your desktop. If you want to find out the weather for instance, you can simply ask Cortana while you’re typing and she’ll pull results from Bing and tell you. Bing has also recently made the transition to Android and iOS and is found nicely

This means that even if someone should set Google as their default search engine, they’re still likely to be using Bing on their desktop without realizing it just by speaking with Cortana. If they ask ‘what does hypertrophy mean?’, Cortana will open up Bing and show the results in the browser. That could be your website.

And the same is true if they own an Xbox One. We don’t have the exact sales figures for Xbox One right now (Microsoft are remaining tight lipped about them) but we do know that they’re in excess of 25 million around the world. Xbox One comes with a lot of homeentertainment functions including a browser that you can use while playing games or chatting on Skype. And guess what search engine the Xbox One browser uses?

While the Xbox One isn’t quite the massive success that Microsoft hoped for (PS4 has the lead at the moment), the company is getting great reviews in all other departments and is generally considered to be firing on all cylinders at the moment. Examples of this can be seen with the success of Windows 10, the Microsoft Band and the Surface line of hardware. Then there’s the huge buzz surrounding the HoloLens. HoloLens is a piece of ‘Mixed Reality’ hardware that might well introduce the world to a new form of computing.

And guess what search engine it will use?

Anything could happen in the next few years to upset the apple cart and lead to Google losing market share. For example, Apple have repeatedly threatened to ditch Google as the default browser on iPhone and this could very easily lead to a seismic shift for the search landscape.

Then again it might never happen. But the question is: can you afford to take that risk? Are you happy knowing that all your eggs are in Google’s basket?

The Massive Opportunity You Can’t Afford to Miss

And one last thing to consider is that Bing offers a lot of opportunity for the savvy SEO/webmaster. Why is that? Simply because Bing is lesser known and there are fewer people trying to rank there. Likewise, there are fewer people paying for PPC. That means that you’ll pay less per click and you’ll find it much easier to get to the top of the SERPs. Specifically? You’ll pay around 33.5% less on Bing compared with Google AdWords. In real terms, that means 33.5% more traffic, for the same cost!

A lot of people never consider Bing SEO and they don’t know what the key to succeeding there is.

That means that the 30% of traffic to be found there is ripe for the taking. It means you can do a little background research and then just swoop right in to get to the top of the SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages). You’ll be in a smaller pond but it will be much easier to get the fish biting.

And what you also have to understand is that this can then lead to more knock-on effects for your Google Ranking too.

Think about it: if you get to the top of Bing, then that leads to a lot of exposure to 30% of the web. This in turn means that you end up landing more backlinks and getting discussed in more forums and more comments sections. The same goes for paying for ads on PPC. You can use this as your ‘way in’ to boost your position in Google’s SERPs as well as to generally increase your brand without directly challenging the biggest players in your niche.

And apart from anything else, if you completely rely on Google for all your traffic, you put yourself at risk of something going wrong when Google changes its policies (which it does all the time) or should something go wrong with Google.

Look, this is a book about Bing Ads but that doesn’t mean we have to be unrealistically biased toward Bing here. There are still plenty of good reasons to prioritize your Google AdWords campaign; the biggest being simply that Google AdWords lets you reach a bigger audience. But with that said, it makes a lot MORE sense to make sure you’re on both. The Googlepocalypse may never come but you should still have a contingency plan in case it does!

Finally, think about the kind of person that is likely to be deeply ingrained with the Microsoft ecosystem. Who is likely to use Microsoft software suites and hardware? Simple: businesses. That means executives, CTOs and managers. And that means they’re also likely to be looking at Bing. If that’s your target demographic, then you should strongly consider adding Bing ads to your campaign.

More Reasons That Bing Ads May be Better Than AdSense

There are more reasons that Bing might be the better choice for building an effective PPC campaign. For example, it is generally considered that Bing offers superior control over ad campaigns in some aspects. For example, Bing allows you to set different ad campaigns for different time zones, allowing for sophisticated ‘ad scheduling’ strategies. This can end up making an important difference to your success – as in comedy, timing is everything for marketing.

Likewise, Bing allows you to set things like location and language for each ad group, rather than for each campaign. Bing also allows more precise device targeting, letting you set different bids for different types of devices. It also lets you choose which search partners you want to work with and it makes it easier to leave out variations of your search terms in order to create a more focussed campaign.

And one little side note…

Oh and on one little side note? Bing is much better looking than Google. Those daily features images really give Bing a relaxing and modern feeling and the animated ones in particular can actually be reason enough in some cases to head on over to the site. Surely it’s worth showing Microsoft some love for that…

Chapter 3: How Bing Ads (And PPC) Work

At the most basic level, Bing Ads work like Google AdWords. So if you’re familiar with the concept of PPC in general, you can probably skip over some of this chapter.

Still here? Then let’s quickly recap.

Essentially, PPC ads are ‘Pay Per Click’ ads. That means that you will literally be paying per click – paying for each person who clicks on one of your adverts. The reason that this is such good news is that you will never pay anything for a campaign that was a complete failure. If you create an advertising campaign for Bing and not one person looks at it, then it will cost you literally nothing.

What this also means is that you can precisely calculate the cost of each visitor to your site. This is important because you can then use that information to calculate how much each customer is worth and thereby start making very accurate projections about your earnings/identifying the best ways to spend your money.

So the next logical question is how much you’re going to spend on each click. And the good news is that you get to choose this. You get to choose your maximum spend and you also get to choose your budget for the day.

First, you define your CPC or ‘Cost Per Click’ which is going to be the maximum amount of money you are willing to spend for each new visitor. You’ll probably want to keep this fairly low – the most that brands will generally tend to spend is up to $2 but even that is unusual. Generally though, you’ll want to set this a bit lower and your average will probably come in around 10-20cents.

The next thing to do is to set your daily budget. Once the accumulated clicks you’ve received reach this amount, they will then stop and you won’t spend any more money. So in theory, if you set your CPC to 20 cents and you set your daily spend to $20, that should mean you get 100 visits to your site for that amount.

But things get a little more complicated seeing as you don’t tend to spend the full amount of your CPC. That’s because there’s a bidding system that takes place which means you’ll offer spend a lot less.

20 Ways To Repurpose Your Blog Post Content PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview

Introduction

Have you been running a blog for some time? Then you have a lot of content. And the good news is, you can repurpose and reuse this content to quickly create additional content to sell, build your list and generate leads.

Check out these 20 ideas…

1. Create An Email Or Sequence

The key to this strategy is to choose your evergreen content, format them into emails, and then upload them to your autoresponder. Here are three different ways to do it:

- Take a series of blog posts and turn them into an autoresponder sequence. This works particularly well if you have a training series on your blog to turn into an ecourse.

- Turn a long blog post into a series of emails. For example, if you have a post that shares ten tips, then you can create ten separate emails out of this post.

- Turn one blog post into one email. When you run out of blog posts that you can use to create a series, then you can always turn any individual blog post into an email. Next…

2. Build a Lead Magnet

The idea here is to compile multiple blog posts to create a lead magnet report or other downloadable report. You can even create a “toolkit” with these pieces to distribute to prospects and customers.

For example:

- Compile a series of blog posts on the topic of writing a sales letter to create The Copywriter’s Toolkit. Then give this toolkit away as a lead magnet.

- Create a report and send it to your existing subscribers as a special surprise.

- Create an ultra-targeted report, and then use this report to segment your list.

Next…

3. Design a Slide-Share Video

All you have to do here is turn an article or set of articles into a slideshare video. You can use the text from the articles to create the slides (using software like PowerPoint™). If you have graphics with your articles to include on the slides, that’s even better. Then use a screenrecording software such as Camtasia to run your slide-share. You can narrate it yourself, or simply set it to music.

Here’s another idea…

4. Create a “Talking Head” Training Video For YouTube

This is an easy way to create new content, because all you have to do is turn the camera on yourself and use the article as the basis for a training video. You can even add a demo into the training video. For example, turn an article about weight training into a training video complete with a demo of two or three lifts.

Or turn an article about setting up a blog into a training video that includes a screen capture video that shows every step of the process.

Next…

5. Post the Content on Social Media

You can take a blog post and publish it directly on social media, such as Facebook. You can use a post to answer questions on sites such as LinkedIn questions or Quora. You can even excerpt out short tips and use them to create tweets for Twitter.

6. Create an Infographic

Take a blog post that’s heavy on data or other facts, and then use the content to create an infographic that you give away. For example:

- Give the infographic away to your newsletter readers.

- Distribute the infographic on social media and encourage your followers to share and retweet.

- Ask your joint venture partners to give the infographic away to their subscribers and followers.

You can even post this infographic on your blog.

Next…

7. Sell the Licensing Rights to Select Pieces

Here’s a quick way to make money from your content: sell the licensing rights to other marketers, bloggers and small business owners. Since you’ve already distributed this content for free, your best bet is to sell the PLR (private label rights), which gives license holders the freedom to modify the content and distribute it in whatever way they see fit.

Alternatively, you can compile your best content to create a report, and then offer resell rights to this new product. The benefit there is that your links remain intact, so you can reap the backend profits.

8. Turn the Content Into a Series of Podcasts

Get out a mic and audio recording software like Audacity, and you can turn an article into a podcast. If you have a set of related blog posts, then you can turn them into a series of podcasts. You can then distribute these podcasts on your blog, on social media, and even as a “guest post” on other peoples’ blogs.

9. Use the Content Inside Paid Products

The idea here is to use your blog content to bolster your paid products. For example, let’s suppose you’re writing a chapter in an ebook about housetraining a puppy. If you have a blog post with 17 tips for housetraining a puppy, you can insert that into your product. You can even include a note that says the article came from your blog, along with a link to the blog and a call to action to visit the blog.

10. Create Guest Posts for Other Peoples’ Blogs

Here’s a great way to turn your existing content into new traffic and leads: simply use it to create guest content for other blogs.

TIP: You can find other blogs that accept guest posts by running a Google search for your niche keywords alongside words such as “guest posts” or “submit article” or “guest author.” E.G., “dog training guest post.” Next…

11. Give the Content to Your Affiliates

In other words, stock your affiliate center with your blog content, and let your affiliates insert their affiliate links into the content and use it to promote your products.

Here are four ways to use existing content to stock the affiliate center: - Upload the content as-is and let people post it to their own blogs.

- Create emails and autoresponder sequences out of the content.

- Compile the content to create rebrandable reports.

- Excerpt out portions of the content to create short blurbs to post on social media.

Next…

12. Compile the Best Posts to Create a Tripwire Product The idea here is to create a low-cost tripwire product you sell for $7. Better yet, add some additional content to your report to add value to the product.

For example: “The Seven Secrets of Getting Ripped That Every Competitive Bodybuilder Ought to Know.”

TIP: Here’s another twist: turn this report into a Kindle ebook, and sell it in the Amazon marketplace.

Here’s something else…

13. Use Content As Handouts During Guest Speaking Gigs

Local speaking gigs are a great way to generate leads and build relationships in the community. If you’re looking at making sure people remember your talk later, then you need handouts. These handouts should also be used as tools to drive your listeners to your lead pages or sales pages.

So here’s a quick and easy way to create these handouts: just recycle a blog post.

For example, if you’re giving a talk to the local gardening club, you might hand out an article about getting rid of garden pests without harsh chemicals.

What You Need to Know About Online Dating… First!

Online dating is not all fun and games and there are a lot of things that a person has to know about online dating before one gets into the intricacies of it. Online dating may seem to be the simplest thing in the world but it is not. It should be viewed in all earnestness or things could go haywire. Every game has its rules and unless you know all the rules you just can’t become a good player and eventually a winner.

Tastes Differ

There are so many kinds of people around. Just look around you, how many people you know look the same?

Sizes, builds, shapes, features… they are all so different.

And that is just about the external appearances. And when it comes to character, it becomes a very different story altogether. Take a trip down memory lane, go back to your classrooms and take a look around.

A classroom is one place where we get to interact with a lot of different people on a very close basis. We get to rub shoulders and corners with very different people and we get to know them on a one to one basis. So how many of your classmates did you genuinely like?

I don’t mean like them as classmates but as people. Was it easy to get along with all of them? That is why we often end up with best friends or clichés in classrooms.
We do not and do not have to like every body. The tastes and interests of one person might match with ours while the tastes and interests of another person may be at complete loggerheads with ours.

So when it comes to dating, it is very much the same story. But over here there are some strings attached. Unlike in a classroom contact, most people go on dates with a more impressive purpose, and that is to find life mate. There are a hundred and one things that should match before two people decide to spend the rest of their lives with each other.

Many people are of the opinion that they do not need any help with dating. They may be right because no body knows a person’s tastes and likes better than the person himself or herself.

Maybe most of us do not need any help in making the right choice but isn’t it good to get a few pointers on the dating process as such, particularly on Online dating? It is with this objective that this matter was prepared so that the thousands who are now availing of Internet dating may get the best out of it.

Reading This E-Book

I understand that most of my readers are very busy people who do not have too much time to spend reading an instruction manual.

So I have come up with something that requires just a single glance to get the gist of it. At the most you might require 10-15 minutes to run your eyes along the entire length of this book. It’s that simple. But at the same time, do not let the simplicity mislead you. It is indeed a very comprehensive work that aims to leave no stones unturned.

You can either use this book as a general guideline to streamline your match-hunting venture, or you can keep coming back to it to make sure of every step before you actually put your foot forward. I can promise you that if you use this book to guide you, there is no need to fear at all…you just won’t stumble.

What Makes Online Dating So Different?

We, human beings have been in this world for so many thousands of years. And since the beginning people have been choosing partners. Cultures across the world are very different and we can come across so many different ways in which people choose their life mates.

But the concept of finding a life partner with the help of the Internet is a fairly recent concept when compared with the history of mankind as such. Of course the Internet and computers have influenced man’s life so much that it is no surprise that in the matters of finding a suitable partner too, the Internet has made its presence felt.

Online dating is, to put is very simply or flatly, finding a partner with the help of a machine namely the computer via the Internet. That itself makes the idea and the process a very novel one indeed, Hundreds of happy people across the globe have been successful in finding suitable partners by the means of online dating.
But to be frank with you, a lot of not-so-lucky persons have been goofed and jilted by the same process. So in order to make sure that you find a place in the first list let us go into the details of Online dating.

The Magic of the Internet

Everything that applies to the Internet, applies to Online dating as well. The Internet as we know allows for unlimited possibilities in communication, and it is this feature that has proved to be at the same time the biggest boon, as well as bane for Online dating.

People can start from scratch and get to know everything about each other before the actual meeting takes place. Tastes and preferences, likes and dislikes, interests and obsessions can be discussed on a one to one basis so that when the meeting actually takes place these two people are not in the least strangers to each other. Wonderful, isn’t it?

But at the same time this possibility for unlimited communication leaves a lot of space for guile as well. The human race is endowed with a remarkable ability to use, misuse and abuse the same thing. And naturally, Online dating too has been and is still being used for vile purposes.

The person who is misusing this facility may either be a practical joker or may be someone with more devious intentions who is out to get some victims. It is because of this reason that a little bit of homework is good before you actually hit the road.

But you do not have to worry, the home work has already been painstakingly done for you and all you have to do is run your eyes along the following lines and you will be all set to strike gold.

How Did Online Dating Become So Popular?

The reason is pretty simple. It is very much the same reason that the Internet itself became so popular. The Internet opens up a whole new world of communication and contact. And the reasons for this are given below.

• Speed

Try to picture what used to happen earlier in the days when people had to depend on the good ol’ postal system. During those days, a person had to wait for one or two days for a letter to get across to a person who lived in the same state itself. The second person in turn would take one or two days to respond and this letter would take on or two days to get back to the first person.

So in effect, a single correspondence would stretch over a week. But now it’s a totally different story. The time taken for the first letter and the response has been brought to an amazing 2 minutes!

Waiting may make the heart grow fonder but e-mail makes two people get close faster!

Growing Younger PLR Ebook

Introduction

The science of growing younger may seem like a fairy-tale or snake oil. The truth is that a growing body of research is pointing to the causes of aging. By knowing the causes, we can prevent the damage that these processes due to our body, and in some cases, even reverse it. By making smarter lifestyle choices, we can also preserve a youthful mind, body and spirit well into our senior years. Age really can become just a number once you’ve discovered the science of growing younger.

So, let’s start first with the main area of our body that can give away our chronological age if we don’t take proper care of it, our skin.

Chapter 1 - How to Look 45 At 60

The skin is the largest organ of your body. It protects our inner organs and musculoskeletal system from injury. It allows nutrients in and stops essential fluids from leaking out.

It’s easy to take our skin for granted-until something goes wrong with it. The most obvious example when we are young is acne. As we age, the big concern becomes wrinkles.

However, an even bigger concern is aging the skin through poor lifestyle choices, which in some cases can culminate in skin cancer. The most common type is melanoma.

Melanoma is caused primarily by the harmful effects UV rays of the sun. Those who spend a lot of time out in the sun without sunscreen or sunblock are at increased risk. So too are those who:

spend a lot of time at a beach or pool;
work on the water, where the sun’s rays are reflected;
go to tanning salons often
work outdoors and don’t cover up against the sun.

Any unprotected exposure to the sun carries risks. The most common location of melanoma is the left forearm in men. Researchers attribute this to men leaning their left elbows on the edge of their car doors as they are driving.

If you’ve ever seen the skin of people who spend a lot of time out in the elements, such as fishermen, you will notice their weather-beaten look. Sun, wind, salt, and sea spray dry the skin while the rays of the sun darken it, causing a craggy, darkened complexion.

As people age, they also develop ‘liver spots’ on their face and particularly their hands. Even if you are smart enough to use an SPF (Sun Protection Factor) sunscreen/moisturizer of 30 or more each day, do you also think to put it on the back of your hands? If not, it’s time to start.

What about your neck? As we age, it starts to look slack and pouch. So does the skin under our eyes. This is gravity at work, it is true, but it also signals a loss of skin tone and collagen that can be prevented with a good beauty routine and healthful diet.

The first thing people see when they meet us is our face. What does yours say about your age? If you look old beyond your years and want to appear younger without spending a fortune, the best place to start is your daily skin care routine.

Caring for your skin regularly

There are a few steps to this to keep it looking youthful, including washing, toning and moisturizing. Let’s look at the most important aspects of each.

Washing Your Face

You would think that most people would know how to wash their faces. After all, we do it every day. Cats make it look easy too, don’t they?

The truth is that especially if we live in a large city with a high-level of pollutants, it can be tricky to keep your face clean and blemish-free.

Every day, we get a build-up of impurities on our face that can clog the pores and give us a washed-out complexion, which makes us look older than we really are.

Some personal care products can make the situation worse. Studies have shown that women are exposed to up to 100 chemicals each day through the personal products they use. For men, the average is about 40. The first step, therefore, is to strip down your products to the basics, all-natural ones that can be used for a range of purposes.

The most basic is pure Castile soap and warm water. Soap is best in its liquid form because no chemicals have been added to turn it into a solid bar of soap. Castile or vegetable glycerine soaps are mild enough even for sensitive skin. Wash your face and neck, rinse well, and pat dry.

Toner

Many people choose a toner based on skin type. One good choice for a natural toner is pure witch hazel which is mainly alcohol-free. Some women use lemon juice, but it can cause photosensitivity, that is, sensitivity to sunlight, and make skin darker, sometimes permanently.

If your skin is very dry, add a couple of drops of a soothing essential oil such as myrrh to the pure witch hazel.

Toner removes impurities that soap alone can’t reach, and refines the pores, making your skin smooth. It helps keep down blackheads and whiteheads and lessens your risk of breakouts.

Moisturizer

Once you have toned, putting on moisturizer helps keep moisture in. Even people with oily skin need moisturizer. A daily moisturizer with an SPF of 30 will protect you from the aging effects of the sun. Look for one that is oil free.

At night, when applying before bed, SPF is not important, but you could use a heavier cream than you would use if you were going out in public, or applying before you put on your makeup if you are a woman.

If you are a man, moisturizer can help keep down the irritating effects of shaving and the raw look it can give around your face and neck. Shaving will, however, offer one benefit in addition to hair removal, and that is exfoliating.

Exfoliating

Exfoliating is the process of removing dead skin cells from the upper layer of your skin, the epidermis. Dead skin cells can make your complexion look dull and weathered instead of youthful and radiant. Soap and a washcloth will work well, Scrub lightly in small circles over every part of your face, taking care in the eye area.
A mild scrub made from ground almonds or apricot kernels can also help. A homemade sugar scrub can serve as a fruit peel as well. However, it can redden skin for up to 2 hours afterwards, so if you wish to use it, apply it only at night.

Exfoliating 1 to 2 times per week should be more than enough to keep the fresh young skin cells shining through.

Applying makeup

Use fresh, oil-free makeup and keep it only 6 months so it will go stale and harm your skin. Some foundation makeup will also have SPF, for double protection if you apply it over your moisturizer.

Removing makeup

To remove your makeup, use soap and water, or pure apricot kernel oil. Avoid any products with a lot of chemicals and fragrance. It is important that all traces of makeup are removed before you retire for the night, because sleeping with your makeup can clog your pores overnight and cause breakouts.

Introduction

The human brain might be one of the smallest organs in the body, but it is the most powerful and the most important. It’s like the CPU of a computer. It controls all the activities of the body. Once something goes wrong with it, it will affect every other body part. In fact, if something goes wrong in some parts of the brain, it can lead to complete paralysis of the limbs and even insanity. Therefore, it’s vital that you do your best to protect your brain and boost its functions.

It must matter to you that your brain is working at its optimum level because your life revolves around the effectiveness of this organ. The activities in your brain are the reason you form habits. They are also responsible for the effectiveness of medications. The reason medications work in your body is because there are receptors in your brain that binds to them. Therefore, you shouldn’t be passive about protecting your brain and enhancing its abilities.

In this short but educative book, we will explore the various ways you can boost the functioning of your brain. There are many benefits you stand to enjoy when your brain is functioning at its peak level. We’ll highlight them in one of the chapters. Ensure that you practice every tip you find in this material because they are based on research evidence. This journey promises to be life-changing. Therefore, ensure you have the right approach to it so that you can make the most out of it.

Chapter 1: Brain Power and Brain Heath 101

Since brain health and brain power are the main themes of this book, we’ll begin by exploring them. Like many similar concepts, brain power and brain health are often used interchangeably. However, they’re not the same. This chapter will explain the two ideas so that you can tell the difference. It’ll also help you know what exactly it is that you’re trying to improve when we start digging more into the subject matter.

What is Brain Health?

The crux of brain health is the ability of a person to function well when performing daily activities, including work. This includes functions such as making quality decisions, solving problems, enjoying emotional balance, and interacting successfully with others. All of these functions are based on the ability to remember, understand, learn new things, process information, think strategically, and being innovative when solving problems. Note that brain health is not the function. Rather, brain health is the fact that your brain is in a good state that enables it to carry out those functions.

So, when your brain isn’t healthy due to various reasons, which include an unhealthy lifestyle and accident, it’ll not be able to carry out its functions effectively. There are many changes taking place in the brain when you think, learn, imagine, and feel. Your habits also lead to changes in the way your brain functions and can affect its performance. Therefore, you have a role to play in ensuring that your brain health isn’t affected.

World Health Organization’s Take on Brain Health

According to the World Health Organization, brain health is an emerging and growing phenomenon that encompasses plasticity, functioning, and recovery across the life course. When you have good brain health, you’ll be able to realize your own abilities and maximize your emotional, psychological, behavioral, and cognitive functioning to cope with different life issues. Several interconnected biological and social determinants play a role in brain health and brain development from pre-conception through the end of life. These determinants are responsible for the way the brain develops, responds, and adapts to various situations.

They give ways to strategize in order to prevent issues and make progress across the life course. Brain health conditions are characterized by disruptions in normal brain growth and brain functioning. They emerge throughout the life course and may manifest as neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions. They include headache, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, neuroinfections, autism spectrum disorders, cerebrovascular disease, brain tumors, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, dementia, traumatic injury, and neurological disorders resulting from malnutrition.

Social and health care for these conditions often requires multisectoral and interdisciplinary collaborations with a holistic person-centered approach focused on prevention, promotion, treatment, and care. They also include rehabilitation over the lifespan and the active engagement of persons experiencing the conditions and their families and carers, as appropriate.

What is Brain Power?

Unlike brain health, brain power is all about the brain’s functions. It includes intelligence and the ability to think. So, what we admire about people isn’t their brain health but their brain power. People with fantastic brain power are capable of handling highly intelligent activities and perform at a high level. You cannot afford to have low brain power in the modern world due to the fact that we are increasingly moving away from the days when we depend more on our muscles and strength.

The most successful people in the modern world aren’t the most muscular but those that know how to maximize their brain power. These days, we are involved in many activities that require idea generation, business meetings, copywriting, and other endeavors that require you to be alert and focused. The pressure to perform at your optimum level is very high in the modern world. There are many people waiting in the queue to replace you if you cannot produce the goods. Therefore, it is vital that you’re deliberate about improving your cognitive ability.

When you have high brain power, it guarantees that you will be able to do more in a short time. Indeed, there are some people that are naturally super intelligent. Still, there are things that can be done to ensure that you can compete favorably with such people. Scientifically, brain power can be measured. It can be done by using the Brain Health Index (BHI). The BHI is a multi-faceted science-based snapshot that helps to measure the brain’s performance. You can subjectively detect when your brain performance is improving. However, tests like this can help you to track changes in your brain performance in an objective way.

Fun Facts About the Brain

As we conclude this section, we’ll highlight some fun facts about the brain as we prepare for further discussion regarding brain health and brain power in the next chapter. Below are some interesting facts about the brain that you will find intriguing:

Incredible Miles of Blood Vessels

The brain has more than one hundred thousand miles of blood vessels! This is striking because even the distance around the world at the equator isn’t up to that. The distance is 24,900 miles. This implies that if the blood vessels in the brain were stretched out as a journey, it would take days to complete it!

It’s Normal for Your Mind to Wander

It’s vital that you do all you can to stay focused. However, it’s not necessarily a sign of indiscipline to find your mind wandering once in a while. Research has proven that some parts of the brain are responsible for controlling activities such as daydreaming. Interestingly, these parts are always active when your brain is at rest.

Thinking Consumes a lot of Oxygen

Oxygen is the fuel of the brain. The more you think, the more it consumes. Serious and rigorous thinking, especially when you are anxious, can consume up to fifty percent. So, you should try as much as possible to cut off anxiety to preserve your brain health.

Size Doesn’t Matter

Some people assume that an individual will be more intelligent when he or she has a relatively larger brain. However, this isn’t true. There is no scientific evidence that supports the claim that a larger brain will make a person smarter.

Jelly-Like Texture

The average adult human brain weighs around three pounds. Interestingly, it has a texture that feels like firm jelly. Have you ever wondered what it feels like if you touch the human brain? There it is!

Introduction

What does it take to become one of the top respected brands on the web, in any niche?

It takes a LOT of hard work and grit – that’s for sure. But it also takes a lot more than that. It takes strategy, cunning and actually a big helping of luck! If you want to be one of the major players in your chosen niche, then you need to know exactly how to build an audience, gain their loyalty and keep them coming back to your site time and time again.

But there’s not just ‘one secret’ to this. In fact, there are countless little things that the very best do differently. These are the things that set apart those incredible brands and make them the huge household names they are today. Things like Bodybuilding.com, The Verge, Mashable, Tim Ferriss, Smart Passive Income, Engadget, Wired…

While these companies also have the advantage of having built up their name over countless years and huge amounts of investment to pour into their marketing and sales, it’s still really the strategy that is the big difference.

And this book is going to share that strategy and some of the most powerful tips that set the very best apart from the less special…You will learn…

- How to make the most of your online brand
- How to leverage the power of social media to gain shares, likes and followers
- How to integrate your social media with your website for better synergy
- The most important platforms you need to be on
- How to make your brand professional
- How to grab attention with great headlines
- How to deliver true value
- How to avoid losing followers
- How to become part of a community
- How to work with influencers

And much, much more… Provide Value

Here is the single most important thing you must know about thriving on social media: it is absolutely imperative that you always provide value. What does this mean? It means that you’re going to be offering something concrete and tangible to your audience and giving them something that they can benefit from. Think of your social media much like a product or a service in its own right and NOT just a means to get as many people to your blog as possible.

This simple paradigm shift is the absolute difference between a successful social media channel and an unsuccessful one. You need to give people a reason to follow you, a reason to share your content and a reason to keep checking back to your page. Don’t just expect people to follow you on Twitter because they ‘like your brand’!

So how does one go about providing value? In the case of social media, this can mean offering:

- Entertainment
- Information
- Discounts and offers
- Inspiration

A good example of this is any of the thousands of successful channels on Instagram that post pictures of healthy lifestyles. There are a lot of great Instagram accounts run by fitness experts and enthusiasts and that include images of people working hard in the gym, looking great topless on the beach or downing protein shakes. People find this inspiring in helping them move toward their goals and so if the images are well composed and they are well designed, then they are providing value in that way. People know that by following that account, they’ll get updated regularly with new inspiring pictures to help drive them further in their own training.

Another example might be to share links to informative posts on a Facebook account. If you have a blog about online business, then you can post links to news stories regarding SEO, to tips and ideas for creating content etc. Don’t only post your own content – find and share the kind of exciting content that your audience can benefit from! (Note that this is all much easier if you genuinely are passionate about the subject matter – as that way you can simply share the things you’re reading anyway!

But perhaps the best example of ‘social media as product’ would be one of the many Pinterest boards on Pinterest. These tend to act as collections of ideas for interior design, for weddings, for personal style etc.

Thus, many people will head to these pages whenever they need ideas and some brands that have come up with related boards have been able to garner huge followings that way.

How do you know if you’re doing this right? Ask yourself this simple question: if your social media channel were to shut down today would your followers be disappointed? We’re not asking if they would notice – we’re asking if they would genuinely feel that something they enjoyed had gone.

If the answer is yes, then congratulations! You are officially providing value.

Don’t Just Promote

That’s what you need to do then but just as important is what you need to avoid doing.

What is the polar opposite of providing value?

The answer is simply promoting your business. And this is what too many misguided small businesses actually use their social media to do. These tend to be the kinds of companies that feel a little stuffy and out of touch to the user. Local service businesses like plumbers and removal men, or more corporate operations like EPOS providers and time clock solutions/accountants.

These are the companies that will use their social media to post things like ‘Visit our site and see why we’re the best at what we do!’. Or, ‘Our software solutions are second to none!’.

This is literally just advertising and it completely misses the point of social media.

Don’t do it!

Post What YOU Would Want to Read So why is self-promoting wrong?

The answer is that it’s not offering any value. People do not want to go out of their way to be advertised to and they don’t want adverts showing up in their home feeds alongside posts from their friends and family! This will simply demonstrate a lack of understanding on your part (hurting your reputation) and it will frustrate your visitors likely motivating them to simply unsubscribe and leave.

And can you imagine anyone actually clicking on a post about why you’re the best accounting company in the [INSERT AREA] region? No, didn’t think so…

The best way to get a good idea of whether your posts are ticking the right boxes is simply to ask yourself: would you read it?

If this came up on your homefeed, how would you feel? If you’d be pleased and then go on to read it and possibly share it, then it’s an ideal choice for your own social media channel!

But if you’d ignore it, or worse yet feel frustrated, then that’s a sign you shouldn’t do the same.

Look at your own history on these sites and ask yourself why you clicked on the links you did and shared the things you did. What are the best posts you’ve seen in your niche lately? Why? What can you do to emulate their success?

The key here is to remember that your audience are real people who have the agency to follow whatever they want and leave when they want. Thus, you need to get inside their heads.

Often that just means putting yourself in their shoes but another option is to create your fictional ‘persona’. A persona is a buyer biography – an imaginary individual that you will consider to be your ideal customer. By getting inside their heads, you can know precisely what kind of content you should be creating/sharing and you can speak directly to that person with things that will interest them.

One way to do this is to think of someone in your own life who would be your ideal customer. I sell fitness products for instance and I have a few friends who always want to get into shape and are always asking for advice but who never put the time in to get the results they need. They are the ideal customer for a fitness ebook or a protein shake and so I keep them in mind whenever I create content for my social media pages – I write to them and write in a way that will get them interested and engaged!

Learn How to Create Titles That Grab Attention

Writing content and sharing posts that can do this is the crucial skill you need to develop if you’re going to build and grow your social media channels.

But there is nowhere where this is more important than in the titles of your posts. Your title is your first impression – it’s like wearing the right suit to an interview.

In this case, if you want people to read your content, then you need to make sure you are creating really great titles that will really stand out and sound fascinating, unique and exciting.

We can see this when we look at clickbait and that’s the reason that clickbait has become some popular.

In case you’ve been living under a rock, a clickbait title is a title that is designed to grab attention and encourage clicks. Often, it does this by piquing the interest of the reader with some kind of mystery or shocking statement. In other cases, the language might even be intentionally strange, such that people will be interested to click it and find out what’s going on.

Here are some examples:

“Fitness Trainers Hate Him! Find Out How This Man Has Been Overturning Centuries of Fitness Advice”

Or

“Try This One Weird Trick to Get Rid of Bodyfat!”

Or

“This Man Told Me His Secret to Making Money Online… What Happened Next Will Shock You”

Or

“10 Tricks to Look Sexier Instantly. Number Four Changed My Life!” In each case, there is some mystery. Who is this man who fitness trainers hate? What’s so special about number four? What’s the ‘weird trick’?

These titles invite clicks because they sound and look interesting and readers can’t help but want to know more. What’s more, is that the titles all allude to the fact that the information can somehow change their lives or at least be shocking and controversial. In either case, this information doesn’t sound boring – it sounds engaging and enticing and it’s very hard to keep on scrolling past. Especially if you combine it with an image of someone looking very attractive, or before and after pictures showing an incredible body transformation!

Understanding the ‘Value Proposition’ Something to understand as you’re doing all this is what your value proposition is.

Your value proposition should go beyond just your social media. This is rather the entire ethos behind your brand and it should be the reason your business exists: your ‘why’.

So what does all that mean? Essentially, it means that you should be aiming to sell more than just a product or a service, you should be selling a dream, an idea or something that can one way or another, improve people’s lives.

Introduction

The first goal of any search engine optimization strategy is to get your web pages indexed. But even before that can happen, you need to get the search engine crawlers to visit your website.

Depending on the search engine or directory and the overall circumstances (how you invite and solicit crawlers), that first visit could take days, weeks, or even months.

And while it’s true that the initial crawler visits can be somewhat unpredictable (or take a long time in coming), once the ice is broken, future visits can be controlled to some degree…

Basically, the more frequently you update your pages, the more frequently the crawlers will show up on your website doorstep.

Of course, that’s only half the battle. The other half is getting the search engines and directories to actually index your pages.

In order to do that, you need to start at the beginning. And the beginning in this particular instance is developing and enhancing pages in such a way that the search engine crawlers will be impressed.

The overall search process is simple…

All the text content that search engine crawlers gather is stored and indexed. People conduct searches based on certain phrases (keywords). Whatever content possesses the most relevancy with regard to any given keyword will be placed in the top positions of the search results.

And since the title of the page and the text content generally carry the most weight - at least with regard to what search engine crawlers deem most relevant during their visits - it stands to reason that improvement in page rank and/or search results listing can most often be attributed to having individual and specific keywords properly incorporated into those two prime areas.

Of course, if keywords were the only basis for which page rank and position in search results were determined, optimizing web pages would be pretty much cut and dried…

pick a keyword > use it in your title and throughout your content >
achieve high page rank and top position in search engine results

The problem is, there are so many variables that not only come into play but change on a regular basis, it can seem as though achieving solid and effective search engine optimization might never be possible.

Fortunately, it’s not only possible, it can be relatively painless as well. All you have to do is satisfy the top three requirements of pretty much all major search engines…

provide quality content

update content on a regular basis

get numerous top-ranking websites to link back to your site

And the search engines and directories you should be trying to impress the most are the top four contenders…

Google
http://www.google.com

Yahoo
http://www.yahoo.com

MSN Search
http://search.msn.com

DMOZ (Open Directory)
http://dmoz.org

Beyond that, there are countless other search engines and directories like AltaVista, Ask Jeeves, and AllTheWeb.

Should you optimize for those as well, or simply level your sites on the major players and bypass all the search engines and directories below them? Not necessarily. You still want your pages listed in as many locations as possible. You just shouldn’t try to satisfy every one of them with regard to optimization.

Satisfy the top four contenders. Then, if you have the time and ambition to broaden the scope of your SEO efforts, do it. If not, don’t worry about the hundreds (or even thousands) of other search engines and directories that exist.

You’re only human. And just meeting the optimization criteria of the top four is going to be challenging and energetic enough.

Of course, unless you plan to make search engine optimization your life‘s work, it’s not likely you’ll invest most of your energy in that one single area (even when restricted to the top four players). But you do need to invest a fair amount of quality effort.

And that basically equates to these two missions…

1. Get your pages indexed by major search engines.

2. Improve your page rank and position in search results.

In order to accomplish both of those, you need to carefully balance the line between good optimization techniques and the urge to take things a bit too far.

In other words, you need to make certain you carry out your two missions without stepping over the line into what’s commonly referred to as “black hat” search engine tactics.

That dark and evil territory would include things like…

Keyword Stuffing - repeating keywords over and over again for no logical or practical reason

Hidden Content - including keywords or text that’s the same color as the background for the purpose of manipulating search engine crawlers

Doorway Pages - not intended for viewers to see but rather to trick search engines into placing the website into a higher index position

Although these types of practices were once considered intelligent and effective methods of optimization, they can now result in having your website banned from search engines entirely.

In general, it’s better to concentrate on the most popular and most reasonable optimization techniques. By doing that, you’ll not only achieve the results you’re looking for, your efforts will have long lasting results.

And when you consider how much work is involved in getting any website to the top of search engine rank and position, it’s worth whatever effort it takes to get it right the first time.

Video Sales Formula PLR Ebook

1. The very first thing you need to have on your video is a strong headline which encourages people to watch the remaining video and stay for longer.

This is very important because you need to create interest and some curiosity from the very start and tap into the mind of your potential customer otherwise most people will not hang around for long and your conversions will suffer badly.

So…. It all starts with the headline in your video.

The headline I use for my sales video is:

“Who Else Wants to Create their own Highly Profitable List Building Machine that Sends you Hoards of $7 - $47 payments all on 99% auto-pilot?”

The type of traffic that I generate to this sales video are all interested in list building so when they see this main headline they are instantly curious and many people stick around to at least find out more.

If you were creating a sales video for something to do with losing belly fat it could read something like this:

“Who else wants to Lose Belly Fat, Build Muscle and Sculp the Body of Your Dreams in only 30 mins a Day?”

This sales video formula would work in any niche as long as you follow the fill in the blanks template below.

This is the script for my sales video:

Now I do realize that being able to generate hoards of $7 - $47 payments all on 99% auto-pilot may sound like a bunch of BS, without knowing the details of this technique I would be skeptical too but when you hear the details in just a moment you’re going to be pleasantly surprised at just how easy it can be to create your own highly profitable list building machine and start generating income in as little as 12 hrs.

As you probably know there’s nothing more profitable than having your own list unfortunately most people never end up building a list because they think it’s too difficult or too technical.

And usually they’re right.

Lots of people spend weeks, months even years trying to build a list and make money, in fact this is exactly what I went through when I first started trying to build my own profitable list.

Months of late nights, plenty of coffee and me racking my brains trying to figure out how the hell I was supposed to build a list and make money.

And yes I did end up building a list but for the amount of hours I was putting in and the amount of profits and money that I was making when I was building my list it was “pretty embarrassing” to say the least.

It became quite clear to me that dreams of the internet life style were going to be a distant fairy tale if I didn’t figure out how to build a list and make good money a whole lot faster.

Fast forward a year later and I have now discovered a simple formula for creating a highly profitable list building formula in record time.

Since discovering this simple list building formula I am now able to set up list build systems that generate $7 - $47 payments on demand while working on 99% auto-pilot.

I thought list building was supposed to be hard but little did I know that the most successful marketers online are keeping a few secrets in their back pocket for building highly profitable lists in record time, and I’ve discovered 7 of their secrets, 7 very powerful and profitable tactics that allow you to create an incredibly highly profitable list building system in record time and start making money in as little 12 hrs.

With your permission I would like to invite you to watch over my shoulder as I show you how to do the same.

I’ve been teaching my coaching students that pay me $127 per hour these exact same strategies

And they’ve been getting incredible results and I’m going to show you how to create your own highly profitable list building system that works on 99% auto-pilot.

But fortunately you’re NOT going to pay anywhere the price that my 1 on 1 coaching students are paying. I know that not everyone can afford to work with me personally so I’ve taken all of the information from my $127 per hour coaching program and put it into a video based interactive training program designed to turn YOU into a list building machine.

And I think the price will truly surprise you, we’ll get to that in just a moment.

But first I’m going to give you the details of exactly what you’re going to get when you claim your spot inside this interactive list building video series.

Introduction

No matter what your training goals may be, working out from home is almost certainly going to help you to get better results right away.

And in fact, if you’re overweight or generally very out of shape, then I would argue that training from home is the only way to build muscle. Likewise, if your aim is to get into incredible superhero shape, then training from home is probably the only chance you realistically have.

Let’s imagine for a moment that you’re very overweight and you really want to get into decent shape. In this scenario, you will most likely have tried numerous different strategies to get into shape and you will possibly have been let down with the various workouts and diets you’ve tried. This is the tried and true story that so many people experience – they buy into countless supplements, countless weight loss programs, diets, training regimes… and they get nowhere.

But the problem isn’t with the training programs. The problem isn’t that they are somehow ‘untrainable’ and unable to achieve the shape they want. Rather, the problem is that they can’t stick to the regimes and they don’t manage to get to the gym enough.

Why? Because people who are overweight are usually tired. They’re normally overweight because they’re not active enough and they’re not active enough because at the end of the day, when they get home from work, they have 3 hours before bed and they spend that crashed out on the couch. Small amounts of exertion make them sweaty and out of breath, meaning that they won’t exactly enjoy training. Sticking to any training regime in this scenario is going to be hard – but when you add in the need to drive to the gym, then train in front of countless strangers feeling very self-conscious… is it any wonder it doesn’t work out? Then you have to shower…

Compare this with training from home, which will allow you to slowly introduce small amounts of training into your regime, to increase your energy levels, your mood and your health. Everyone can fit 10 minutes into their day, especially when the equipment they need is right there and they can train in privacy. You see the difference?

But what about those real athlete types? These are the people with no problem generating the energy they need to train. People with no problem finding the will to train.

But with the best will in the world, even the top fitness fanatics on YouTube only have a finite amount of time in their day. There’s only so much time they can spend training. If they’re going to the gym every time they workout, then that means that they’re going to be spending time and energy getting there – meaning there’s less in the tank for their actual workouts!

Then there’s the fact that they have to wait for the equipment they want to train with to become free. Then there’s the fact that there are some things you just can’t do in the gym – some very basic things in fact.

No imagine that you take a different approach and you build a home gym in your garage. Even if this is just a bench press, this is now a bench press you can use every single day. And this is a bench press that you can use whenever you want to without having to drive there or queue. Or maybe you need something more specific? Like a set of monkey bars you can use to do your own home street workouts.

Being able to train whenever you need to, with no queue and no drive. That’s when you start to see truly incredible transformations. That’s when you truly never skip a day at the gym. So yes, training from home is the only way if you really want to smash your goals – no matter what they are. But of course there are some big challenges and some big questions that face those who want to start working out from home. Read on and let’s take a closer look at how you can go about building muscles from home with programs that are guaranteed to work – and in some case get incredible, unheard of results.

Chapter 1: The Challenges of Training From Home

So what are these challenges of training from home? Surely nothing could be easier than staying in shape when you have a bench press right there in your own home?

Unfortunately, it’s not that simple and there’s a good reason that most people will start out by hitting a gym. The first challenge is simply stocking your home up with the equipment you can need. It is possible to get into great shape using only bodyweight training and we’ll be discussing that in more detail later on. The thing is though, that in order to get fast muscle building results, training equipment does help. That then means dumbbells, pull up bars, bench presses, treadmills and all manner of others things – all of which cost a lot of money, take up a lot of space and require some basic knowledge to use.

That’s the other issue here too: knowledge. A lot of people simply don’t know how to train on their own from home and this makes it remarkably difficult for them to build big muscle without going to a gym where they can meet trainers and see other people working out.

Attempting a barbell on your own from the comfort of your own home can easily end up in a slipped disk or buckled knees! Fear is going to be immobilizing for a lot of people in this respect and prevent them from getting into shape.

And then there’s the issue that a lot of people will have with motivation. If you’re trying to get into shape in your front room, that means you have to try and avoid the distractions of TV and you need to stay motivated even though your bed is right there.

But even this isn’t the hardest part…

Pushing Yourself From Home

The problem, is that in order to build your strength or your fitness, you really need to be able to push yourself. If it’s muscle you’re trying to build, then that means you need to be able to create muscle tears and you need to pump your muscles with metabolites (more on this later!). This is much easier to do when you’re lifting big heavy weights and then dropping down each time you reach failure. It’s much easier when you have a trainer barking at you. And it’s much easier when you’re in a room filled with other people working hard, with no distractions and with a soft floor that you’re fine to sweat on.

The same also goes for losing weight. How do you lose weight? With lots of cardio. That cardio needs to be high volume, whether that is achieved through high intensity or long duration.

Whether you’re running for hours, or whether you’re doing intense HIIT workouts – either way, training requires you to push yourself.

And when you’re at home, you will often not know how to do this, nor be able to do it because you won’t have the right equipment or necessary space.

But this book is here to change all that. In these chapters, you’ll learn the secrets to training in such a way that you can break down muscle and transform your metabolism quickly and from the comfort of your home. Once you understand the logic, once you can crack the code, then you can go about building the power and health you’re looking for.

So let’s get started!

Chapter 2: Creating Your Awesome Home Gym

To start with, you’re going to need to create your own home gym. This means finding the right equipment and stocking up your home, whether that’s a spare room, your living room or even a garage (which is just ideal!).

The exact equipment you’re going to need is going to depend largely on the goals of your workouts and what you’re trying to achieve. The equipment you need to burn calories and lose weight for instance, is quite different from what you would use to build massive muscle.

As we’re going to learn later in this book though, building muscle is actually still one of the key ways to burn fat. The more muscle you build, the more you’ll drive up your metabolism.

What you’ll find then is that there are certain things and certain principles that will apply no matter what your aims are. And there are definitely some specific pieces of equipment that everyone should own. Read on and let’s take a look at what some of those are and how you should approach this process.

What Makes a Good Home Gym?

You are once again going to be faced with some unique challenges here when you begin building your own home gym. The first of these is the simple fact that your home gym shouldn’t cost too much. If you’re relatively new to the gym and if you don’t have any equipment yet, it can be tempting to stock yourself up with everything you think you might ever need and end up spending a small fortune.

Likewise, you need to think about how you’re going to store your equipment. If you have a room dedicated to being your gym, then this latter point will be easy enough. But if you do not, then you need to think about how you can make a gym that will be easy to take apart and put back together on cue, or one that is simply small enough and compact enough that it doesn’t matter too much.

Oh and you also need to make sure you aren’t going to smash any cabinets or go through any tables.

The best tip in this regard then is to start small and then build your way up. That means buying just a few items that you absolutely need to begin with but approaching them in a way that leaves you with the potential to expand and build upon that start.

Take dumbbells for example. Dumbbells are useful for practically every workout under the sun and can hit all manner of different body parts. But you’re going to need dumbbells that are heavy enough if you hope to really make an impact on your muscle growth. Of course ‘heavy enough’ depends not only on your current progress (which will change with time) but also on the move you’re doing. Lateral dumbbell raises are difficult to perform with anything above 10kg, even for a trained athlete. Conversely though, 10kg would be incredibly light for doing dumbbell presses.

So the way to approach this challenge is to start out with dumbbells that can be increased and decreased in size. This means you should be able to remove and add weights as the situation requires and as you build up. Normally, you can get dumbbell sets for around $30 that let you increase the weight up to 20kg. This is a great starting point, or you might want to buy two lots of dumbbells, which will then allow you to build up further still.

This is just one example of how you can approach your home gym in a modular and compact way if necessary, while at the same time saving money. Another example of something like this is the pull up bar. This is an incredibly unobtrusive item and one that will only cost you $10. You can even get pull up bars that don’t need drilling into the ground – they will simply fit over the door frame in order to fix into place!

The best piece of equipment to upgrade your pull up bar? Gymnastic rings! Gymnastic rings are simply plastic rings that attach to rope and can be looped over a pull up bar. These then allow you to perform ring dips, muscle ups, the iron cross, reverse push ups (pull ups from a lower height, with your legs touching the floor stretched out in front of you) and all manner of other things! The best thing about gymnastic rings is that they cost very little once again and they can be stored in A skipping rope meanwhile is a great alternative to a treadmill, while you can also do a surprising amount with a bull worker – a piece of metal that offers resistance when squeezed. As we’ll see later on in this book, there are likewise lots of things you can do with everyday items from around the home!

So think a little outside the box, use these tips and the principles behind these tips and build yourself a gym that does everything you need it to without taking up all the space in your home! The Basics You Should Invest In But for those looking for more specific instructions, the following is a good list of equipment that you can invest in over time to gradually build up your gym. Now note that none of these things are absolutely essential to get started except the pull up bar and possibly the dumbbells depending on your interests and goals.

Here is how to start…

Pull Up Bar: As mentioned, a pull up bar is the bear minimum you need to start training and building muscle. The reason for this is that the majority of muscles can be trained using bodyweight alone. By performing press ups you can train the chest and the shoulders, by performing sit ups you can train the abs etc.

However, the parts that are hardest to train without equipment are the biceps and lats. These are ‘pulling’ muscles meaning you need to be pulling something in order to work them. Seeing as you can’t pull the floor toward you, that means you either need to hang or curl.

Once you have a pull up bar, you can train your entire body – though it will be easier if you get a couple more items too.

Dumbbells: Dumbbells are incredibly versatile and are used for much more than just bicep curls. They can also be used for all manner of presses, for triceps, for rows that work the lats etc. You can also use them to add weight to your body while you train your legs.

Make sure to get dumbbells that can be increased in weight. Start with 20kg worth and buy two sets (giving you 40kg total) if you already have a good level of strength.

Bench: If you want to take your training to the next level, then look at invest in a bench. This will allow you to use your dumbbells in a much more efficient manner in order to do dumbbell presses, flyes and all manner of other moves. The best bench will be one that has an adjustable back, this will mean you can sit on it or lie on it and that will in turn mean you can do isolation curls and other moves with it as well.
