Chapter 1: What is Imposter Syndrome?

People who struggle with something known as imposter syndrome often believe that they do not deserve their achievements or the high esteem that many others may have of them. They may feel that people see them in the wrong light, or that they are given more praise and accolades than they deserve. This can cause anxiety because they often worry others will catch on and see them as an imposter, which is where the name comes from.

Someone with this disorder may feel that they are not as intelligent or competent as others may think they are. And they worry that soon enough, those around them will start to discover the truth. This is often unfounded. The person with the syndrome is usually bright and funny and does well with other people. They are not purposely trying to trick people. But when they get special recognition for something they worked hard on or did well, then they feel like they are deceiving others.

Due to this, it is common to find those who have imposter syndrome as someone who is well accomplished. Many of these individuals will have numerous academic degrees or hold a high office of some kind, often because they worked hard and deserved it, though this syndrome makes them think otherwise.

That brings up the question, why do people with this syndrome feel like they are frauds when there is a ton of evidence around them that point to their success. Instead of acknowledging their capabilities and the effort they put in, they will choose to attribute all their good accomplishments to external causes. For example, they may say that it was good timing or good luck that got them where they are.

It is often due to personality traits that someone will have imposter syndrome. Those who experience it will struggle with a few other problems, including neuroticism, perfectionism, and self-efficacy. Competitive environments are thought to lay some of the groundwork for this. You may find that those who deal with this syndrome had to deal with a lot of pressure about their grades and doing well in school from their parents.

The numbers of those with imposter syndrome is high for those who are high achievers. It is estimated that 25 to 30 percent of high achievers suffer from this. And to make it worse, studies have found that close to 70 percent of adults will experience impostorism at least once in their lifetime.

Each person will come to this in a different way. Often the biggest trigger is when the successes of the person with it are brought up to attention. This could happen in many situations including when the person gets an award, when they pass an exam, or they get that big promotion they deserve. When they are given attention for their hard work, they will feel like they are an imposter. Failure after having a string of successes can also cause someone to critique and question how smart or skilled they are.

While imposter syndrome is not an official thing that you can be diagnosed, it is something that you are able to overcome. You will need to work on changing some of your own personal mindset about your achievements and some of your own abilities, it is common for the person to feel like they do not belong much so being able to acknowledge that you do belong and to look at your own accomplishments and expertise will help you to remember that you earned a place in that environment.

Comparing yourself to another person can make this imposter syndrome worse. When you see that others are working hard and achieving great things and then you hear that you did something great, you may compare it to the others and feel like you are a fraud for being recognized. When we stop the comparison and focus on what it is that we work on so hard, it will make a difference.

What Imposter Syndrome Feels Like

These feelings of being an imposter will represent a big conflict between the way you perceive yourself and the way others perceive you as well. Even as others take the time to praise your talents, you will write them off, saying things just worked out because of good timing or good luck. Basically, you do not believe that it was your own merits that earned you the praise and you worry that others are going to realize this as well.

Introduction: Why Are You Fat?

Every time you look into the mirror, you might be wondering why people out there are having a nice summer body with full confidence while you are still struggling with your recent-up-sized t-shirt. You might even be wondering, are you going to be like them one day? Is there any chance for you to change? Of course there is. However, summer body doesn’t come with ease. Many work their butt off to attain their dream body. But, what is important is, you are healthy from the inside out.

When I say fat burn, the first thing that comes into your mind is exercise. Yes, of course you need to exercise to have a nice summer body. But, do you know that our eating habit affects our body the most? Have you ever heard that weight loss is 80% Diet, 20% Exercise? I beg to differ… Diet can actually make up as much as 90-99% of your weight loss journey. The MAIN reason why you’re fat is because of your lifestyle! Having an unhealthy lifestyle not only slows down your metabolism but also brings you chronic diseases. With a slow metabolic system, you can even gain weight by only drinking water! This is also the reason why some people slim down at a very slow rate but gain all the weight back in one night.

Slimming down is good, but slimming down healthily is the key point here. We want you to look into your health first instead of focusing on all the crazy diet plans and exercise regimes.

Fat Burn Secrets 1: Fat-shedding Diet Secret

Fat Facts

So what exactly is fat? Fat is made up of building blocks called fatty acids and these are classified as saturated, monounsaturated or polyunsaturated depending on their chemical structure. Fat is essential to human life, we all need fat in our diets.

For years, nutritionists and doctors have preached that a low-fat diet is the key to losing weight and preventing health problems. However, not all fat is the same.

Our body requires small amounts of 'good fat' to function and help prevent disease. However, most of the ‘modern’ food contains a lot more fat than the body needs. Too much fat, especially too much of the wrong type of fat could be detrimental to our health causing serious health problems such as higher blood pressure and cholesterol levels, obesity, which in turn lead to a greater risk of heart disease.

So, it is significant to know what types of fat should we be cutting back on.

Good Fats VS Bad Fats

We are constantly being told that “Fats are bad”, and many will spend lots of time and money to completely rid their diet of fat. The truth is, we need fats. Fats help in nerve transmission, nutrient absorption, maintaining cell 5 membrane integrity etc. Simply said, fat is actually necessary for you to lose weight. However, when consumed in excess amount, it can increase your risk for a number of health threats. The key is to replace bad fats with good fats in our diet.

Good fats

Good fat is sometimes called unsaturated fat. The types of potentially helpful dietary fat are mostly unsaturated. Unsaturated fat comes in two forms: monounsaturated and polyunsaturated.

Monounsaturated fats

This is a type of fat found in a variety of food and oils. You can get it from:

• Nuts including almonds, peanuts, cashew, macadamia, walnuts and pistachios
• Avocado
• Canola
• Olive oil

The most well-documented benefit of consuming monounsaturated fats is the potential for keeping your heart healthy. It improves blood cholesterol levels, which can decrease your risk of heart disease. Research also shows that these fatty acids may benefit insulin levels and blood sugar control, which can be especially helpful if you have type-2 diabetes.

Not just that, studies have also found that switching to monounsaturated fat from diets rich with trans fats and polyunsaturated fats results in significant weight loss. Yes, both consume SAME amount of fats in their diet, but end up with DIFFERENT results! The key here is the type of fats you’re consuming on daily basis.

Polyunsaturated fats

There are two types of polyunsaturated fat: omega-3 and omega-6. These are also known as essential fatty acids. Our body can’t produce essential fatty acids on it’s own, so we need to get them from food.

(i) Omega- 3

Omega-3 is a type of polyunsaturated fat. You can get it from:

Legumes
Soy food
Tuna, salmon and mackerel
Green leafy vegetables
Walnuts, other nuts and flaxseed
Babies can also get omega-3 from breastmilk.

It promotes brain health during pregnancy and early life. Omega-3 helps a baby’s brain and eye development in the womb and during the first six months of life. It has a great impact on children's As for adults, omega-3 can be good for rheumatoid arthritis, pain relief, morning stiffness and inflammation. It can also protect adults from heart disease.

learning and behavior.

(ii) Omega-6

Omega-6 is a type of polyunsaturated fat. You can get it from:

• Vegetable oils like sunflower
• Evening primrose oil
• Peanut
• Canola
• Cereals.

Omega 6 plays an important role in cell growth, and is thus essential for brain and muscle development. The omega-6 arachidonic acid (AA) is for this very reason added to most infant formulas.

Both brain development and muscle development are critical for infants. The growth benefits of omega 6 also explain the great interest that body builders and top athletes have in omega 6 consumption.

Omega-6, particularly gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), is linked to increased bone density and reduced bone loss and it helps to promote hair growth and supports skin health. Omega-6 has an anti-inflammatory affect on our skin, soothing irritated skin.

Introduction

The Net has indeed supplied individuals with infinite chances to be amused, be informed and first and foremost, to earn fast cash.

Due to the streaming lucrative opportunities one may find online, a call for the quickest ways to do so has swamped the minds of a lot of individuals.

This book provides you with the particular steps to bringing in fast bucks via the Net.

I'll teach you how you are able to become the boss of your own destiny as you work on your very own time and simply sit in front of your computer as you expect profits to roll in.

Chapter 1: Decide Your Niche

Synopsis

In picking out a niche, see to it that you opt for one that you're interested in. As what you might have experienced, it's absolutely unhelpful to work with something that you loathe. It's rather difficult to convince customers to buy your product or service when you yourself don't have the heart to take interest in it.

Choose

The opening move to selecting a niche that's correct for you is to consider the issues and subject matter that you're most passionate about! By being passionate about a certain matter, you'll be motivated to learn more about it, teach other people about it, and work in it on a daily basis. Among the basic issues when it bears on failure in online business efforts is that a individual selects a niche that they think other people will be interested in, but they plainly have no interest in it themselves. Prevent this downfall right from the beginning - make certain whatever content you pick is that which you have a great interest in!

While learning how to pick your niche, it's crucial to ensure that you've a great idea of your "target" audience. By discovering who's best suited as your audience, you'll be able to supply content that will meet the requirements that they have, and school them on items of their concern. It's equally crucial to guarantee that you're part of the audience that you're trying to draw in. This will guarantee that you cover every facet of your niche, and relate on a personal level with the other people that are in the same audience.

Next apply the use of content that's uniquely yours. Exclusive material that you write, or have composed by ghost writers who produce professional SEO content, helps to demonstrate you as an authority in your niche. Ensure that your material can't be located anyplace else on the Net! This will immediately drive traffic to your site as you'll be providing visitors something fresh and unique. There are a lot of companies out there nowadays that may offer you unparalleled content.

When you begin to put up material on your site, in article directories, or any additional location on the Net that's directly related to your niche, it's crucial to guarantee that you provide steady updates. This will keep your audience returning time and time again so that they might see the "newest" that you have to provide! This means provide fresh articles, keep your site maintained, and tailor your niche according to up to date trends.

It's utterly imperative to see to it that you narrow the content down as much as conceivable. For instance, if you run a site on computer game cheat codes, you'll want to incorporate "computer game cheat codes" into your material, but your niche should be specialized to the type of computer game cheat codes that you provide. A good niche would be "The Sims Cheat Codes" - this will help interested Net users discover the material that they require fast!

It's simple to learn how to pick your niche. The mystery to being successful is to pick a subject that you're passionate about, ascertain your audience, produce high quality, SEO content, update your material on a steady basis, and utilize keywords and keyword phrases that will reflect what your Net audience will look for.

Chapter 2: Select A High-In-Demand and Evergreen Niche

Synopsis

You are able to merely do this by checking a few article sites and a few other things. Study articles and how they're written so that you are able to have a great idea on how to market your niche.

Hot Topics

As an author, you've probably went through a lot of times when you just don't know what to write on. Maybe you've exhausted your common subjects and are looking for something different that will bring in the readers. This will give you hints for a few hot article topics. By applying these easy ideas, you'll be able to step-up your views, fascinate your audience, and ensure that your material brings in a constant stream of income.

Write on an approaching holiday. General audiences are commonly interested in info concerning to the holidays. If the content is well written and furnishes info that is other than basic knowledge, you should see a good amount of views. These will fizzle out after the holiday has blown over, but will recover momentum, once the holiday approaches, once again.

Research up to date events. If the matter is red-hot in the news, it will be red-hot to likely readers. Attempt to determine your own voice and present your data in a way that's unique to your audience.

Write a report about pets. There are a lot of pet devotees around the world that like reading about their furry champions. Pet care is a great place to begin.

Journal about our surroundings. Green is the up to date theme in news these days, and the chances are that it's here to stay. You are able to write about how persons may "green up" their lives, what fresh alternate fuels are being formulated, or how our environment is bearing upon wildlife. Any subject you decide to write on is likely to take in a powerful amount of readers.

Tell individuals how to save income. This is among the most red-hot topics around, and it consistently pulls in viewers. The great thing about this subject is that there are perpetual ways to save revenue, so you should not have a problem making your material unique.

Write on your passion. If you are profoundly interested in an issue, there is a great chance that other people are, as well.

Do not forget to make your article original. Do not overexploit info that is vastly available over the Net. Pick out an easy yet unique title that will rank high on search engines, and draw in fresh readers.

New Year Resolution Roadmap PLR Ebook

Foreword

For thousands of years and in many countries around the world at the end of the calendar year, people have reviewed areas of their lives and their own performances to ascertain sections that need improvement and have drawn up New Year resolutions. It is interesting that globally the end of the year is seen as linked with review and change. Fresh beginnings and improvements for the year to come are something to shoot for.

The New Year Resolution Roadmap

How to prevent resolution slumps and burnouts?

Chapter 01 - What are New Year Resolutions?

Resolutions are in fact promises that individuals make to themselves to work to a distinct goal or the reformation of a habit. A key element to a New Year resolution that sets it apart from other resolutions is that they begin in the New Year and they are to last for a year. People plan to commit themselves to work on the resolution for an entire year. The lifestyle changes that people commit to undergoing are generally interpreted as advantageous changes.

The Basics

There are a number of areas that people commonly choose to resolve to improve. Many people consider attempting to improve their health and many more try to focus on specific areas associated with their health such as eating, exercising, stress and altering habits such as smoking or drinking alcohol that they believe are having a negative effect on their health.

At the end of the year people typically review their career paths and jobs and resolve to alter those in some way or to undertake further training and improve their education.

Typically an examination might be made of individual’s finances and people they resolve to get out of debt or to spend less, or save more or even earn more.

Whilst throughout the world there will be billions of people resolving to change areas of their lives or facets of their person in some way, sadly statistics reveal that the failure rate for New Year resolutions is as high as 88%.

Chapter 02 - Making ‘Specific’ Resolutions

Synopsis

Statistics show that most people who make New Year resolutions fail to bring about the change that they resolved would happen. In fact 88% of people break their New Year resolutions. Given this negative fact, if a person wants to ensure the success of their resolve then they need to go about the formulations of their resolutions in the right way. Research has shown that there is a 22% higher chance of the resolutions being successful if people engage in goal setting.

Get Down To It

Psychologists believe that rather than having several resolutions we are more likely to keep our resolutions if we make just one and focus on it energetically.

New Year resolutions should be goal focused but for success it is important to choose a specific realistic goal.

Many individuals choose ambiguous goals when making their resolutions such as “lose weight” or “get in shape”. Whilst such resolutions are admirable they are likely to fail as there are no specific goals or objectives attached to them.

Rather than saying “lose weight” it is better to resolve to “lose 10 kg”.

The goal is then specific.

Once there is a specific goal it is then possible to plan to achieve the goal. There has to be a plan to tackle the necessary behavioral changes that will bring about success.

We should write down the goal and then make a list of the things that we might have to do to achieve the goal. The small steps or objectives that have to be undertaken to achieve the goal need to be tiny.

It is better to have the objective of losing half a kilo a week to achieve the 10 kg weight loss than having the objective of losing 10kg in two weeks.

Knowing exactly what you are aiming for and how to go about it in small steps it is much more likely that a resolution will be kept and not broken.

Chapter 03 - Having the Right Mindset

Synopsis

New Year resolutions are difficult to keep. Most resolutions require us to change a form of behavior or circumstance. Particular behaviors have been formed over many years and to bring about change in them will require a lot of patience, time and effort. Changes will not occur overnight but they will occur.

How You Look At It?

People have a much greater chance of keeping their resolutions if they have a positive mindset and are willing to be persistent. It is a good idea to focus on what the resolution will add to a person’s life rather than what it will take away.

For example it is better to have a positive mindset and think about eating more healthy foods rather than thinking about eating less unhealthy food.

Really wanting to bring about a change and focusing on one resolution is going to help an individual to succeed. Once the goal has been clearly formulated it is important to visualize the success and to try to remain thinking positively.

The goal should be written and reproduced and highly visible. It could be in an appointment diary, on the computer desk top, on post it notes on the fridge, and on banners around the room indeed, wherever it can be placed to remind the person of their goal.

Enlisting the help and support of family and friends and joining a group of like inspired persons will improve the chances of success. It is important to bear in mind that the resolution will be broken but that must not be seen as a failure. Instead any lapse should be reviewed as a learning opportunity.

Renewing motivation will be helpful too. When it gets hard for an individual to persist with their resolution they should remind themselves of the reason why they are endeavoring to change or improve. They must remind themselves of what they have to gain by achieving their goal.

Individuals with positive mindsets will succeed.

Chapter 04 - Having the Necessary Resources

Synopsis

To succeed in keeping a resolution it is absolutely essential that very careful planning is undertaken in advance of the resolution being made. As in all areas of life, if we want to succeed then we must plan for our success.

What Do You Need?

Firstly it is essential that there is a clearly defined, specific and realistic goal. Once the goal is known, it has to be broken down into steps or objectives.

The steps need to be tiny and achievable. Recording of all the objectives and the goal should be undertaken. It would be advisable to have a journal ready as well in which a person can record their successes and failures and their obstacles that they have had to overcome.

As well as the plan itself and the journal, there needs to be careful consideration to other resources that might be necessary. One of the most valuable resources a person could have available would be friends or family member who would be willing and able to support the behavior changes that the person is going to attempt to undertake.

So approaches for support need to be made to such people well in advance. Other support personnel could come in the form of club or organization members of like minded people, so it may be necessary to take out membership of a particular organization prior to attempting to institute the resolution.

Users Guide to: Bing Ads Marketing

What are Bing Ads/Microsoft Ads

Everyone has heard of Google Ads, but did you know that Bing has their own ad network as well? It’s called the Microsoft Search Network, and it racks up 7.3 billion searches each month. Users can be targeted not only on Bing, but on Yahoo and AOL as well (all part of the same network).

Officially the ad network is called the Microsoft Search Network and the platform is called Microsoft Advertising, but for the sake of this guide, we’ll be using the term Bing Ads, because that’s what most people know them as.

Just like with Google Ads, Bing Ads allow advertisers to create ads and bid on keywords. Ads can appear in several different places, such as the “Ads” section of search results pages. Whether you are trying to get people to sign up for more info, request a service, purchase goods, visit your website, or download your app, you can accomplish all these goals through Bing Ads marketing.

Here's an example of what Bing ads look like:

Why You Should Be Using Bing Ads

As mentioned above, the Microsoft Search Network sees more than 7 BILLION searches each month on its platforms. In total, Bing Ads command a full 33% of the total U.S. search market share, and even more than that when it comes to desktop searches. Pair that with the fact that Bing Ads reach 63 million users that can’t be reached with Google Ads, and the decision to use the Bing Ads platform is practically a no-brainer!

But in case you still aren’t sold on the idea, here are a few more facts about the benefits of using Bing Ads:
• More than 167 million unique users

• Users spend 26% more online than the average internet searcher
• More than 50% of searchers have an estimated income of $75,000 or more
• Users have higher household incomes and higher-level jobs than Google users
• Ads are up to 70% cheaper than Google Ads
• Bing/Yahoo/AOL searches account for more than 1/3 of all desktop searches
• Less competition on Bing than on Google
• Automated creation of ad variations based on network recommendations (optional)

Another big plus is that the Microsoft Advertising Network uses LinkedIn data to allow ad targeting based on info in professional profiles. This provides a HUGE advantage for B2B advertisers looking to reach individuals with specific job titles.

Ultimately, by leveraging Bing Ads and the expansive reach of the Microsoft Advertising Network, you’ll be able to get your business in front of new, higher-value audiences.

Microsoft Advertising Policies

Microsoft Advertising policies don’t just tell advertisers what they can and can’t do; they also help advertisers know and learn what makes a great ad. When you submit an ad for approval, it goes through an editorial review and quality check process to make sure it’s relevant, well-written, and follows style and content policies. Once your keywords and ads pass review, your ads will go live.

Ad Style Policies

Ad style is simply the way your ad appears and reads. Submitted ads are reviewed for appropriate capitalization, grammar, and punctuation, along with a few other things. Here’s a list of some of the main things Bing ad style policies include:

Capitalization – allowed for proper names, branded words, and legitimate acronyms. Capitalization of random words for emphasis is not allowed.

Approved: Purchase Cheddar cheese from England.

Disapproved: Find GREAT deals on soFTwaRe.

Phone numbers – can be added via Call Extensions or Location Extensions to ads in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Symbols/special characters – allowed for copyright, trademark, currency, model numbers, ISBNs, acronyms, and trademarks containing special characters. Superscripts, subscripts, and enhanced fonts (bold, italic, etc.) are not allowed.

Approved: Games & software at A*DATUM for $99.

Disapproved: Find great deals on software *restrictions apply

Punctuation – correct punctuation must be used within (and at the end of!) your ad. Multiple exclamation points or question marks are not allowed. Singular exclamation points can be used in the ad text but not in the title.

Approved: Great deals on software! 50% off all titles.

Disapproved: Great deals on software!!!! 50% off all titles!!!

Pricing – pricing and discount language must be accurate. Quotes can be included in the ad if they are also visible on the landing page. Basically, pricing in ads must be the same as the pricing listed on your website. No bait and switch!

Approved: Get cable for as low as $9.95 per month.

Introduction

Welcome to Shopify Secrets! Having your own ecommerce website is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling things that you can do in your life.

Knowing that you have the potential for unlimited income and that it all rests on how hard you work is very liberating and motivating. While having an online store is something that many people dream about, few actually follow through and build one, so you are in a unique class of individuals.

Of course, creating a store has never been easier either, thanks to Shopify. In fact, setting up and launching an ecommerce website is as simple as painless as creating a Wordpress or Blogger blog these days thanks to ecommerce platforms like Shopify.

What You Need to Start Your Own Ecommerce Website

There are some initial things that you should be bringing to the table if you plan to start your own ecommerce website, before you start configuring your store or even deciding what sort of products you are going to sell.

You should ask yourself if you have or are willing to cultivate the items on the list below to give yourself the best chance possible of having success at selling online. Here are a few things to consider if you are thinking of getting into the business.

- Are you able to devote the time involved into making your store successful- That may include several hours per week that you spend setting up your ecommerce website while still having to work a full-time job or assume your regular responsibilities. Even if you are able to be successful and work your store full-time you will have to spend time each week on order fulfillment, shipping, updating your store, communicating with customers and following the industry of products that you are selling.

- Do you have the ability to invest in your store while still meeting your financial responsibilities and possibly compromising the lifestyle that you are used to in order to have money to spend on setting up your store- Even if you take out a loan to start your store you are still assuming financial risk and you need to make sure that you are prepared financially.

- Can you work on your store for a year or more without seeing any sort of profit- The Small Business Administration estimates that the average small business won’t see a profit until the second or third year in business.

- Will you be able to keep yourself motivated even if you feel as if you aren’t having any success at running your store- You may end up having to work for a long period of time before you see any sort of success and most people would give up before they reached the point where things turned around for them. Are you able to make yourself accomplish the work that needs to be done daily, as well as live your regular life, including working at another job, all with what seems like to reward at any time in the near future.

- Are you prepared to accept potential defeat- You might put in the work, live simply or take out a loan to have money to invest in your business, purchase a great deal of inventory and do countless other things to make your website a success only to realize that it is never going to work the way that you have it currently set up. The competition is fierce and it not only takes skill and perseverance to run a successful e-store, it also takes luck. It is possible that you’ll never be able to get your business off of the ground and you have to be willing to take that risk.

Why You Should Start an Ecommerce Website

Even though it might sound like starting an ecommerce website is best left to people with a great deal of time on their hands and plenty of money to invest, there are some great reasons to take on the challenge. Yes, it is a difficult job, but there are also benefits that make up for the difficulty of the process. Here are some of the more positive aspects and results of starting your own ecommerce store.

- You get to be your own boss. That means that you have no one telling you what to do, and that any successes (or failures) are yours and yours alone. Many people dream of being their own boss and dislike their current job or supervisor, but few actually get the opportunity to do so. You’ll definitely be accomplishing something that lots of people dream about.

- You can work from home. That’s right; you don’t have to go into the office. You don’t have to leave your house at all. You can skip the shower if you want. You can work barefoot, in your underwear or however else you choose (with the shades down of course). Besides the comfort factor, you also have the ability to work whatever hours you choose and take time off whenever you want. If you decide you want to work for ten days and then take five off, no one will stop you. Of course, if you are shipping merchandise yourself, you might be limited by the needs of your customers but you’ll still have a great deal of freedom.

- You have the potential to make an unlimited amount of money. You know that in your regular job, no matter how hard you work, the most that you can look forward to is a series of raises. Even if you had the best luck in the world and worked harder than anyone else, you aren’t going to get rich from your paychecks. But with an e-store, the harder you work and the luckier you get, the more money you’ll make. Becoming a millionaire is within the realm of possibility when you are business for yourself.

- You’ll be prepared for the future. The fact is: brick-and-mortar stores are on their way out. If the technology is created to ship something and have it arrive at the customer’s home or business within hours, such as with Amazon’s drone shipping program or through the use of 3-D printers, brick-and-mortar stores will have no advantages and many disadvantages. Right now, the only thing they have going for them is that you get the item when you buy it. In the future, it is likely that any benefits to shopping in person will be outweighed by the benefits of online shopping and you will be right there, already prepared to fulfill the online shopping in your niche.

- You get numerous advantages over starting a retail store. There are many advantages that ecommerce has over the brick-and-mortar retail store for business owners, perhaps even more benefits than for customers. For example: you get to stay open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Can you imagine how much it would cost to run a physical retail store 24 hours- Also, you don’t have to pay rent, you don’t have to pay utilities and start-up costs are massively reduced.

Why You Should Start a Shopify Store

While there are some enormous benefits to starting an ecommerce website, there may be even more benefits to doing it with the Shopify platform. In fact, many of the risks and the potential problems mentioned in this introduction that come with having your own e-store are minimized or eliminated thanks to the Shopify platform. Whether or not you start an ecommerce business is up to you, but if you decide you are going to, you definitely need to do it using the Shopify platform. Here are just a few reasons.

1. Your store design costs normally would be thousands of dollars, for getting a website designer that not only has the skills to create a great looking website, but also to program all of the ecommerce functions you need including security. But with Shopify, there is no huge investment of thousands of dollars. You just pay one of four tiers of pricing and you get the perfect ecommerce website.

2. You get the benefit of the entire Shopify team. You aren’t just getting a website template with Shopify, you are getting a ready-made store that has already had all of the bugs worked out and has been re-designed and re-worked so that it functions perfectly and has just about every feature that you could possibly want.

3. The platform is so intuitive that you can start building your store right after logging in. You might have to look at the help pages to use some of the more advanced features but for adding products and customizing design as well as other basics, you can start doing it right away with almost no learning curve.

4. You have some incredible security. By law, an ecommerce website has to take certain steps to protect a customer’s financial information, but you don’t just get sufficient security with Shopify, you get some of the most highly rated security features of any ecommerce platform on the market today. You don’t have to worry about programming security protocols or making sure that your site is protected on all sides from thieves who want your customer’s credit card numbers. Shopify does all the work for you.

5. Shopify is designed to help you reach your SEO potential. If you were to pay a designer for a custom ecommerce site you would spend thousands of dollars or perhaps even tens of thousands of dollars and you wouldn’t get the features that you get with Shopify. One of those features is their search engine optimization. With Shopify, your e-store has the best chance possible to rank high in the search engines and bring you lots of organic traffic.

6. You get analytics that tell you exactly what is going on. With Shopify, you can see exactly where your customers are coming from, what keywords they are using to reach your site and where they go once they get there, not to mention how long they stay. All of this information has one primary purpose – to allow you to tweak your Shopify site and your marketing and promotion efforts to get as many people coming to your site as possible and then getting them to stay there once they arrive. You still have to offer great products, but Shopify helps you market your site much more effectively and gets customers to show up, which is half the battle when it comes to ecommerce.

Chapter 1: Introduction to #Hashtags

While #hashtags are a relatively new “buzz word” over the last decade its a word that a vast majority of us use daily in our own lives. So what exactly are #hashtags? Lets take a look at the official definition of a hashtag.

Definition:

nouna word or phrase preceded by a hash sign (#), used on social media sites such as Twitter to identify messages on a specific topic.

Lets be honest hashtags have become a part of modern culture, their place hasn't been restricted to appearing just on our social media accounts, #hashtagged phrases have been used on everything from t-shirts to mugs and cushions.

They have even found their way into general conversion with phrases such as “#sorrynotsorry!”

In terms of social media, #hashtags were first found on Twitter and slowly have found themselves used on all other social media channels. Facebook was the most recent social media site to get on board and add the # functionality.

Hashtags are great for both setting and finding the latest trends. They can be key to social media campaigns going viral.

The great thing about hashtags is that it's up to you, how you use them.

You can find the latest trends and use one of them or you can set your own.

When a user clicks on the hashtag it will bring up all the tweets, posts or images that have used that hashtag.

So now we have looked at what a hashtag is, lets move on and see how hashtags are relevant to your business!

Chapter 2: Hashtags for Your Business

Social media marketing is one of the top marketing methods for businesses right now. Which is why #hashtags should be playing a massive part in your business marketing strategy.

Capturing the latest trend or even setting your own can drive thousands of visitors to your website, products and services each and every day! What business can afford to ignore that sort of traffic?

There are various different ways of using #hashtags for your business across a number of different social media platforms.

You can use #hashtags on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest and they can bring great results on all these platforms.

However before you even consider using a #hashtag you really need to think about what it is that you are wanting to say.

You can't just throw any old #hashtag phrase out there, there are a few things you will want to consider to maximize the impact that your #hashtag will have.

Obviously you will want to use #hashtags that promote your offers or events, like webinars or sales. However that doesn't mean you want to go with a #hashtag as bland as #sales or #livewebinar.

One of the first things to consider is that you will want to create something unique, you will want to use #hashtags that stand out from the crowd, that are instantly recognizable and that promote what you have to offer. This might mean you have to get a little bit creative but it will be well worth it.

You could use the initials of the company in the #hashtag or perhaps some other part of your branding or marketing the choices really are endless. Just keep in mind you want your message to be clear and Unique!

The next thing you will want to consider is that what you decide to use as a hashtag should be easy to remember, remember if you have a specific #hashtag that is part of your overall marketing plan, then don't be afraid to put it on other marketing channels. Think how often you see a #hashtag that appears on the corner of your TV screen for the show you are watching, or if you buy a programme for an event you will often see the #hashtag within the pages telling you to check it out the next time you are online.

So always keep in mind what your marketing message is, then make sure your related #hashtag is clear and easy to understand and remember while also being unique enough to stand out.

Once you have you #hashtags in place remember to use the same ones across all the social media platforms that you use and then just wait for the traffic to start rolling in!

If you have are interested in digital marketing then you will probably have heard the term – “the money is in the list”. Some people think that this is a worn-out term that no longer applies to modern marketing methods. But they are wrong.

No matter how many times that you read about email marketing being dead it isn’t true. It is certainly more of a challenge these days because so many companies and individuals are doing it. But it is far from dead. The secret to success with email marketing these days is to stand out from the crowd.

Using email marketing to promote products as an affiliate is a good idea. But using the email swipes provided by product vendors is not. Most of the people that are promoting the same product will take a lazy approach and just copy and paste the email swipes and send these messages to their prospects.

People tend to be on a lot of email lists these days and if they see the same subject line from different people, it is very likely that they will ignore them all. You need to be different and use the email swipes for inspiration only. We will discuss this in more detail later on in this guide.

Let’s take a look at the main benefits of building your email list:

1. You can get your Visitors to Return

Every day, millions of new web pages are published on the Internet. When a visitor arrives at your website there is a very good chance that they will not purchase what you are offering. In fact, only around 1% or less will make a purchase the first time that they see an offer. When that visitor decides to leave your website and go and look at another one, what do you think the chances are of them returning to your site? The answer is very slim. You will be doing well if 3% of your visitors return. That’s a lot of people that will never come back.

If you are able to capture the email addresses of your visitors then you greatly increase the chances of them returning. By sending them emails, you can entice them back to your website. There is an old sales adage that it takes around 7 contacts to make a sale. This applies to digital marketing as well. When you get your visitors to return often you are more likely to sell them.

2. An Email List is an Asset

Every person that subscribes to your email list has a value. There are no exact figures for this, but you can assume that each subscriber is worth at least $1 a month to you. The reason for this is because if you do email marketing properly, you will be able to make sales of your own products or affiliate commissions from other people’s products.

So, your email list is a valuable asset. Not only to you but to other people in the same niche as well. A lot of marketers do not have an email list because they are too lazy to build one or they do not know how to do this properly. By reading and acting on the advice in this guide, you can build your list from scratch and create a valuable asset.

3. Email Marketing Works

As long as you don’t do the same thing that everyone else does, email marketing will work for you. It is a great way to reach your target audience. People will always look at their inbox for new messages. If your subject line is interesting to them then they are going to open your emails. It is predicted that by 2022 there will be over 4 billion email users. Research studies have shown that 91% of people that use email will look out for new messages in their inbox at least once a day. Email is simply the best way to communicate with your target market.

Yes, there are other ways to do this such as making posts on social media. But if you get the timing wrong with social media posts, or people cannot be bothered to check their accounts that day, your message just gets lost in a sea of other messages.

The fact that your message arrives directly in the inbox of an email user is very powerful. They are much more likely to see your message this way than by any other method. Stand out from the crowd and they will open your emails and start to trust you.

4. Email is a Personal thing

These days, many email marketers do not ask for the name of the person when they opt in to their email list. They believe that this is a barrier, an extra bit of work that the potential subscriber has to do, so they just ask for an email address. There is some truth in this, but in our opinion, they are missing the opportunity to get personal.

If you see an email in your inbox that has your name in the subject, are you more likely to open that email? Yes, you probably are – and so will everyone else be.

OK, you may lose a few potential subscribers because they are too lazy to type in their first name or do not want to provide it for some reason. But this is a price worth paying for the power of personalization.

When you personalize your emails, you can go from getting an average response to a great response. If you ignore personalization then you are literally leaving money on the table. You can use your autoresponder service to include the first name of your subscriber in your subject lines and the body of your emails (more on this later). This is really worth doing.

5. You are in Control with Email

What you do with your email list is totally within your control. You cannot say the same for social media profiles. Even if you have a huge following on social sites such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, these people do not belong to you. The social media organization owns them.

You can have your social media account suddenly terminated for no apparent reason. This has happened to many digital marketers and will continue to happen. We are not saying that you shouldn’t participate in social media marketing, but we do want to show you that you are not in control.

If your website is number one in the Google search results for great keywords that generate a ton of visitors for you, this can change very quickly. You do not own the search results – Google and the other search engines do.

Search engines are always trying to improve the results that they provide for their users and change their algorithms a lot. This means that one day you could be at the top of the search results, and the next day you are nowhere.

When you build an email list it is always yours. Some of your subscribers will unsubscribe from time to time, but unless you are doing something stupid this should always be a low percentage. You have control with an email list and nobody can take this away from you.

6. Email Marketing Builds Trust

By sending emails to your target audience on a regular basis you will build trust with them. When you provide your audience with value through your emails (which you must) then they will trust you even more. Do this right and your audience will actually look forward to receiving your emails.

7. Make Money on a Regular Basis

We saved the best until last. When you can get your email subscribers to like and trust you, they will be far more likely to purchase something that you recommend. This can be one of your own products or services or an affiliate offer where you make a commission.

There have been numerous studies about email marketing and the experts claim that the return on investment is somewhere around 4300%. Yes, you read that right! It is a very inexpensive and potentially profitable way to communicate with your target audience.

In the next chapter we will discuss getting setup for list building from scratch…

In order to build a great email list asset from scratch that has the potential to make you a lot of money, you need to be setup properly to do this. These days, it is very easy to put everything in place that you need to do this.

Slaying Depression PLR Ebook

Introduction

If you or someone you know has suddenly lost interest in the things they normally love, has trouble sleeping, or sleeps too much, there is a possibility that it’s depression.

Sometimes depression is subtle, and sometimes it can be in your face. The main thing to note is that if you’re feeling hopeless, sad, and empty for more than two weeks, you probably are suffering from depression.

Thankfully, depression is very treatable.

Major depression affects more than 7 percent of the US population. Sadly, most of the people suffering don’t know that they’re suffering and don’t seek the appropriate help.

Usually, the reasons for not getting help involve not having the right insurance, not being able to afford the care, or not accepting that they have a problem because it’s considered a made-up problem by their circle of family and friends.

Since depression is a treatable disorder, this is sad. If you do seek treatment, you’re a strong person who can recover.

Don’t allow the stigma or even money stand in your way. There are often places that can help you, regardless of your financial abilities. You’ll be glad you did.

Chapter 1:

The Major Difference between Low Mood and Depression

Everyone experiences stressful times and low mood occasionally. Usually, this is related to an event in life such as working too long hours, or a tragedy that you’re coping with.

But these types of low moods usually pass eventually. When a low mood doesn’t pass, usually within about two weeks, or you cannot identify why you’re feeling bad, then you may be suffering from depression.

In addition, there are other illnesses that you can have that manifest as low moods, such as thyroid disorders, low vitamin D3 levels in the blood, and even anxiety.
It’s imperative that you seek professional diagnosis to ensure that what you really have is depression before you try to treat your condition.

Remember that sadness like other feelings is a valid, human emotion. Everyone who feels low is not depressed.

When you’re sad, it’s likely that someone can still make you happy, or you can listen to happy music, or do your favorite hobby and feel better. But, when you are depressed you cannot find joy in even the things that used to give you joy, no matter what they are.

Depression may happen even at the happiest time of your life because it has nothing to do with outward events. While it’s true that sometimes depression can be triggered by a normal life event that you’re having trouble accepting and getting over, usually it just happens for what seems like no reason. It’s not different from getting another disease such as diabetes.

It has a physiological reason for happening even if we’re not totally sure yet what causes it, but it has a treatment that can help you manage it or cure it.
When you are depressed, you cannot just snap out of it.

You can’t just listen to a happy song, play with your kids, go for a walk, read positive things, or write a journal and expect it to magically go away.

Chapter 2:

Types of Depression

There are many different types of depression. If your symptoms have persisted for a long time, be honest with your doctor about them.

Don’t leave anything out. Even if you’re not sure it’s related to your disorder, you want to tell the truth and be honest so that you can be properly diagnosed and treated.

* Major Depression – Usually there is a combination of symptoms that have lasted for two weeks or longer.

These symptoms interfere with your ability to enjoy everyday life, even when you loved them before. You may feel empty, moody, hopeless, pessimistic, worthless and more. You may even have thoughts of suicide or have attempted suicide.

* Dysthymia – If someone has depression for more than two years without it lifting, it’s considered chronic.

It’s not different from major depression but you may have to be treated longer (if not for a lifetime) if you are diagnosed with dysthymia.

* Persistent Depressive Disorder - Some people are depressed for a long time, over two years, but it comes and goes.

Some days you’re able to be happy, but the depression comes back. This differs from bipolar in that you don’t have manic episodes, just times of normalcy.

* Bipolar Disorder – There are many types of bipolar disorder that also involve depression. But often it includes manic episodes where you feel on top of the world, and then you plunge into a depression that seems to have no end.

* Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) – This is depression that happens due to weather, specifically dreary weather that keeps you from the sun.

Some people find relief using light therapy but for some, this doesn’t work.

* Psychotic Depression – This is typical depression along with a separation from reality.

A person may suffer from delusions, false beliefs that are disturbing to others, and even hear voices and see things that aren’t there.

* Postpartum Depression – Some women end up with this type of depression after giving birth.

It is a hormonal imbalance. It can happen to 15 percent of women who give birth, and interferes with life and the joy in being a parent.

* Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder – Many women have worse premenstrual syndrome than others.

Often this can be a serious depressive illness that needs treatment to help them avoid doing things they will regret.

* Situational Depression – Most people are sad after someone they love dies, they lose a job, or something else major goes wrong.

But for some, they cannot shake it off and need extra help to do so.

* Comorbidities – Sometimes depression is brought on by medications, drug use, or illnesses that change the brain and cause major depression symptoms that should be treated to avoid them getting worse.

These types of depression can be diagnosed and treated by the right medical professional. Let’s look at a few of the causes, signs, and symptoms of depression next.
