Easy Online Profits PLR Ebook

It's hard isn't it? Knowing just where to begin when you're new to the whole online selling game. With so many others already earning money and touting the praises of their methods, where exactly do you begin?

Many "newbies" give up before they've really begun. That's due in part to the unrelenting maze of courses, ebooks, and other assorted sources available as soon as you log in! It's confusing. Who's right? Who's wrong? And who's in it just to make a quick buck from the inexperienced?

Well, hopefully, this guide will point you in the right direction! After all, that is the purpose of it :-)

Let's first discuss why people feel compelled to sell products online. . .

Why To Sell E-Z Money

Everyone wants to make money. That's a given. And the internet can present some pretty lucrative possibilities. But it can also create a breeding ground for scammers. Sometimes it's tough to know what is a scam and what isn't. No one can tell you in all honesty that they haven't, at some time in their online career, been taken at least once by a hyped up scam. You have to understand that there are some folks who are a constant source of helpful information, and those that are hanging out looking for the quick cash. While you can make some easy profits doing business on the internet, you still must be vigilant and careful when buying. The old adage still rings true, especially online: "Let The Buyer Beware".

Plus, when you sell products online, generally start up costs are much lower than that of a traditional "brick-and-mortar" store. In many cases your monthly costs would be less than going for a night out. So, turning a profit is much, much easier to accomplish.

Setting Your Own Hours

Who doesn't want to be their own boss?! Deciding when and if you work gives you such a sense of freedom. Well, not exactly. A common misconception about home-based business is that you will have much more time to do the things you want to, and less time spent working. You see it all the time if you've seen any type of "infomercial" when you're up late watching television. The fact of the matter is any business is still a business.

Meaning, you have to work at it to taste success. Many times, when running your own "stay at home business", there are more work hours put in, and less time for all the fun things that you thought you'd be doing. This is not meant to be discouraging, just a reality check. So be prepared for this ahead of time.

Limitless Opportunity

Earning money online is virtually limitless. Every single day, millions log on in search of something. Whether it be information, or a specific product. Shopping by internet is a time-saver. Collecting information online is a time-saver. Understand that most folks looking for information are prepared to pay for it. This is a fact. And absolutely anything that you can think up can be turned into an informative product. Remember, there are millions of internet visitors all across the world searching for information. The only "limits" involved with selling online are those you set for yourself.

Add to that the fact that with information selling, you can resell the same "packet" of materials over and over again to as many people who want it, and you have an unstoppable income force! However, it's important to remember that technology is an ever expanding field. So you will have to "change with the times" and be prepared to keep your information up to date. Change is a good thing.

Any "idea" can be cultivated into a product. Does it have to be a great idea? No. But, you do need to make sure that you are offering something that has a value. You can't just go and copy down some free information, change some of the wording, and then expect to make a profit. It doesn't work that way. You must put forth effort to get value from what you're creating. This way, if you value and believe in what you have made, then most likely others will too. Plus, eventually, you'll get caught and be labeled a "scammer". And that, my friend, is a reputation you do not want if you want to make your online business a success.

Where To Sell

The first thing you need to do is have a place to sell your products from. It doesn't matter what you're selling, but it does matter where you sell it from. Let me explain. When you plan to run an online business, treat it like one! You'll make much more money this way, believe me. Sure, you'll have some out of pocket expenses, but that's part of doing business. I cannot stress enough the importance of having your very own domain name and web site space.

There's a big difference between a department store and a yard sale. Think of your business as a specialized department store, and give it a place to "stand". If you try and do every single thing for free, you're business will suffer for it in the long run. You need complete control over your business. After all, you are the boss and not just the manager. That's why you need to steer clear of free web hosting sites.

Yeah, they give you your own sub-domain and a limited amount of space, but more importantly, these hosts hinder your earning ability with permanent banner ad placement and file upload limitations. Keeping everything as simple as possible will benefit you in the end and make your job a lot easier. Don't waste your time or energy. It's not worth it.

So, do yourself a big favor and pay for good web hosting. Let me add this, many web hosts are steering away from allowing certain files to be hosted on their servers. This includes .zip, .mp3, .exe, and in some cases .pdf files. Not good for an information business. Most of these web hosts who ban these types of files are offering "shared" hosting. Shared hosting is simply multiple web sites that share the same server. While this isn't a bad system, it still limits what you can do. But, if you are comfortable with that and have found a shared hosting plan that fits your specific needs with a good price, then go for it. But be sure to check their terms of service before you finalize your choice and pay.

Before you set up with a specific web host, you need a domain name. That is an easy enough task. Where you purchase your domain name is just as important as where you purchase your web space hosting. A good company to go with for domain name purchasing is GoDaddy. They've been around for a while and they have top notch customer service. Plus, their prices are affordable.

When selecting the right domain name it's a good idea for you to add at least one descriptive word pertaining to your online business. Say for instance you want to sell soccer equipment, you might choose www.waytogoalsoccer.com, or www.soccersupplier.com, or www.yoursoccersupplies.net, www.justsoccer.com, etc. The reason for adding "keyword" in your domain is that when people use search engines your site will come up more frequently. And that means more traffic, which means more sales. Plain and simple.

It doesn't matter where you buy your domain name, just that you buy one.

Now, if you're just beginning and don't really have the funds to purchase a domain name and website space, there is another way to begin if you are wishing to sell information products that can be automatically delivered by way of downloading. There is a site that does something quite unique. I know I said earlier that using a sub-domain isn't a good idea for serious online business. But, using a system like TradeBit is the exception to this.

And the reason is quite simple.

How To Set Up A Family Budget PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview

INTRODUCTION

"The average family exists only on paper and its average budget is a fiction, invented by statisticians for the convenience of statisticians."

Sylvia Porter

Unlike the quote provided above, seemingly reflective of general opinion on family budgets today, we will attempt to take a much more positive approach to budgeting, as a family oriented, user-friendly, financial management and planning tool and life-enabler.

However, when reflecting on family budgeting and inquiring as to why not more families are actually using it, it becomes self-evident that similar skepticism runs rampant and deep in reality and society, even globally so.

Once you start probing family budgets, expending time and energy researching the subject in-depth, it becomes quite clear, that most families are caught in a vicious, almost never-ending cycle of “What comes in must go out.”

Most families might feel that budgeting is a futile effort, unnecessarily burdening them with thoughts and ways, to go broke methodically and slowly, without the creature comforts and indulgences of our human modern-day society.

Others might voice that they feel as if they are merely throwing money away, in a never-ending and dizzying spiral of spend, spend, spend. People are getting deeper and deeper into debt, no matter how hard they try to get out of it. Questions are then raised: How do we stop these courses of action? How do we change the thinking around family fiscal discipline?

Put simply, in “How to set up a Family Budget”, we focus in on how to empower families to set up better, more realistic budgets, stick to them and celebrate their successes (and learn from their failures!)

Families eventually do have a monthly surplus, see their savings start to grow, consolidate their debt, set aside discretionary funds and personal allowances, build their wealth and become more aware of their pro-active involvement and responsibility regarding their lives and finances. This is when excitement builds and fundamental thought patters as well as spending attitudes are changed.

Budgeting is seen as an accurate measurement of success when significant behavioral transformation is taking place on the landscape of the family budget, spending habits and financial patterns we observe over time!

Do you ever feel that you do not have enough cash at the end of the month to pay bills, buy necessities of life? Are you barely making a dent in your credit card debt balance, no matter how hard you try?

Here is a reality check for all of us: if we choose to spend it, it is gone for good. We cannot spend it on anything else. Are you perhaps worried about a nest egg for your golden years or savings for early retirement? Then you have arrived at a source that can provide some prudent tips on how to start, finish, implement, stick to, revise and refine a family budget.

The family budget is a dynamic process, even more so than a mere static work-product, result, process-outcome or document. It will, can and should change over time. It becomes a barometer of a family?s fiscal circumstance, resources and health.

Maybe budgeting is not as much about reflecting on what you cannot have, but more about thoughts on how to stretch, invest and spend your earned dollars more wisely. In short, it is about making your money going further.

This quick-reference how-to guide was developed to assist you with setting up your own personal, household and family budget, to help you with all of the above and more!

A couple of general money-savings will also be provided in these pages. There are also thoughts and spending patterns that need to change, in order to become fiscally more disciplined and many techniques, attitudes, habitual behaviors that we need to un-earth, evaluate and possibly change, before you even start budgeting.

For example, being a bargain hunter looking for good buys, cutting down on careless spending, being on the lookout for careless credit card spending and letting the person who handles money best in your household actually take care of it, are all good examples of what we mean.

For most households, a budget is no more than a spending plan. Any spending plan can help you see where your money is going. It fits your spending to your income. It reflects how we get the things we want and need most, while being ready and prepared for bills we must pay every month.

For most families it is simply about making a budget you can live with and stick to easily. It is not a difficult exercise, but one most people fear, avoid or dread because of the unknown and perceived complexity of it (sometimes wrongfully so!).

Part of the goal of this guide is to demystify family budgeting and highlight an easy systematic process to setting up a quality family budget.

Many things actually drive our expenditure. We choose to spend our money on things we value, need, prefer or consciously choose. For some it is clothes, for others it might be something as simple as taking that yearly vacation.

Legally Improve Your Credit Score PLR Ebook

Introduction

There are many misconceptions about credit scores out there. There are customers who believe that they don’t have a credit score and many customers who think that their credit scores just don’t really matter. These sorts of misconceptions can hurt your chances at some jobs, at good interest rates, and even your chances of getting some apartments.

The truth is, of you have a bank account and bills, then you have a credit score, and your credit score matters more than you might think. Your credit score may be called many things, including a credit risk rating, a FICO score, a credit rating, a FICO rating, or a credit risk score. All these terms refer to the same thing: the three-digit number that lets lenders get an idea of how likely you are to repay your bills.

Every time you apply for credit, apply for a job that requires you to handle money, or even apply for some more exclusive types of apartment living, your credit score is checked.

In fact, your credit score can be checked by anyone with a legitimate business need to do so. Your credit score is based on your past financial responsibilities and past payments and credit, and it provides potential lenders with a quick snapshot of your current financial state and past repayment habits.

In other words, your credit score lets lenders know quickly how much of a credit risk you are. Based on this credit score, lenders decide whether to trust you financially - and give you better rates when you apply for a loan. Apartment managers can use your credit score to decide whether you can be trusted to pay your rent on time. Employers can use your credit score to decide whether you can be trusted in a high-responsibility job that requires you to handle money.

The problem with credit scores is that there is quite a bit of misinformation circulated about, especially through some less than scrupulous companies who claim they can help you with your credit report and credit score - for a cost, of course.

From advertisements and suspect claims, customers sometimes come away with the idea that in order to boost their credit score, they have to pay money to a company or leave credit repair in the hands of so-called “experts.” Nothing could be further from the truth. It is perfectly possible to pay down debts and boost your credit on your own, with no expensive help whatsoever.

In fact, the following 101 tips can get you well on your way to boosting your credit score and saving you money.

By the end of this ebook, you will be able to:

- Define a credit score, a credit report, and other key financial terms
- Develop a personalized credit repair plan that addresses your unique financial situation
- Find the resources and people who can help you repair your credit score
- Repair your credit effectively using the very techniques used by credit repair experts

Plus, unlike many other books on the subject, this ebook will show you how to deal with your everyday life while repairing your credit. Your credit repair does not happen in a vacuum.

This book will teach you the powerful strategies you need to build the financial habits that will help you to a keep a high credit risk rating. It really is that simple.

Start reading and be prepared to start taking small but powerful steps that can have a dramatic impact on your financial life!

The Basics

Before you start boosting your credit score, you need to know the basics. You need to know what a credit score is, how it is developed, and why it is important to you in your everyday life.

Lenders certainly know what sort of information they can get from a credit score, but knowing this information yourself can help you better see how your everyday financial decisions impact the financial picture lenders get of you through your credit score. A few simple tips are all you need to know to understand the basic principles:

Tip #1: Understand where credit scores come from.

If you are going to improve your credit score, then logic has it that you must understand what your credit score is and how it works. Without this information, you won’t be able to very effectively improve your score because you won’t understand how the things you do in daily life affect your score.

If you don’t understand how your credit score works, you will also be at the mercy of any company that tries to tell you how you can improve your score - on their terms and at their price.

In general, your credit score is a number that lets lenders know how much of a credit risk you are. The credit score is a number, usually between 300 and 850, that lets lenders know how well you are paying off your debts and how much of a credit risk you are.

In general, the higher your credit score, the better credit risk you make and the more likely you are to be given credit at great rates. Scores in the low 600s and below will often give you trouble in finding credit, while scores of 720 and above will generally give you the best interest rates out there. However, credit scores are a lot like GPAs or SAT scores from college days - while they give others a quick snapshot of how you are doing, they are interpreted by people in different ways. Some lenders put more emphasis on credit scores than others.

Some lenders will work with you if you have credit scores in the 600s, while others offer their best rates only to those creditors with very high scores indeed. Some lenders will look at your entire credit report while others will accept or reject your loan application based solely on your credit score.

The credit score is based on your credit report, which contains a history of your past debts and repayments. Credit bureaus use computers and mathematical calculations to arrive at a credit score from the information contained in your credit report.

Each credit bureau uses different methods to do this (which is why you will have different scores with different companies) but most credit bureaus use the FICO system. FICO is an acronym for the credit score calculating software offered by Fair Isaac Corporation company. This is by far the most used software since the Fair Isaac Corporation developed the credit score model used by many in the financial industry and is still considered one of the leaders in the field.

In fact, credit scores are sometimes called FICO scores or FICO ratings, although it is important to understand that your score may be tabulated using different software.

One other thing you may want to understand about the software and mathematics that goes into your credit score is the fact that the math used by the software is based on research and comparative mathematics. This is an important and simple concept that can help you understand how to boost your credit score. In simple terms, what this means is that your credit score is in a way calculated on the same principles as your insurance premiums.

We Have a Date!

Dear Readers,

Welcome to Personality Quadrants’ Dating Guide! This is a fun-filled, light-hearted guide on how to get a good date by understanding yourself as well as understanding how your date will behave based on his or her personality type!

As you might know, there are many variations of teachings regarding the personality quadrants out there all written by psychologists and experts in the field. This book is not a manual to self-enlightenment.

The information here covers two main points:

- Understand which personality quadrant you fall into
- Understand how to deal with your date or the person you want to date

When I first started dating, I didn?t know how to react to her – the object of my affections. I had no experience because I never went on a date before, and I thought that the way to win over my date?s affections was to please her. It sounded like a fantastic idea, but I made a big mistake: I saw her through the filter of my own personality quadrant and I made assumptions that what I like and what I need is what she likes and what she needs!

What happened afterwards was one disaster after another because I kept doing the things she didn?t like which I thought would be something which I did like. I learnt that I needed to adjust the way I communicate. Unfortunately, things got so bad that we broke up but the lesson taught me how to deal with people better from then on.
Enough about me! Let’s move on to the juicy stuff now.

The Secret to Success and Happiness

Different people have different definitions about success and happiness. But the one BIG factor to that lies here: OTHER PEOPLE.

You see, consider the fact that other people are:

- Quite similar to others in the ways they are
- Like no one else – unique!
- More like some people more than the others

Most self-improvement books and research actually show that men and women typically fall into one of four unique groups. As a matter of fact, those people tend to react in a rather predictable way when faced with circumstances and situations.

Each of these styles, which I will go into in the later chapter, has its own strengths and weaknesses. Although it is important to realize that no style is superior or inferior to others, we must take note of the fact that the other 75% of the people we encounter reacts differently from us.

If your date happens to be from a different quadrant, you have to adapt your communication style to match him or her if you want to please your date.

You do not need to go into a personality overhaul if you do not like something about yourself. The key point to remember is people who find success and happiness, are those who are flexible enough to relate to others through modifying their own predominant interpersonal style to meet the needs of others who have a different predominant style.

In other words, „my way or the highway’ just doesn?t work anymore.

In the next chapter, we will play a little game that will give you an idea which personality quadrant you will fall into.

Why I Wrote This Book

Welcome, my dear readers!

If you are feeling lonely as you are reading this, you are not alone. The reason why I put this book together is because I know what it is like. Loneliness is a topic that is very close to my heart because I have been through the depths of empty, meaningless feelings many times and I am not new to that kind of feeling.

I have felt every gripping moment of it. The long, long hours which seems like days, the lonely nights where I weep in silence, drenching my pillow salty with tears, the lack of desire to face the next day and the thought of wanting to end it all!

It doesn?t matter if you have a girlfriend/boyfriend, husband or wife. No matter how close you are with them, there are parts of you that they just don?t understand! The pain doesn?t fade after confiding with your best friend, your group of buddies, or even your counselor! Nobody seems to understand you yet you want them to feel your pain.

I empathize with you, my friend. I truly do.

But I have good news for all of us lonely hearts out there. I have survived through and I have a way to solve it if not ease the pain at least.

My stories and writings in this book aim to accomplish a few things:

- Understanding the theory behind loneliness to better understand yourself
- Understanding the feelings associated with loneliness
- Developing a healthy feeling of love to help you overcome problems
- Practical steps to break the lonely cycle
- Replace the feeling of loneliness with healthy thoughts

It is my sincere wish that after you read this book, you will be better equipped to cope with loneliness. Even if you don?t feel lonely, maybe you know someone who is. Use this information to help them and make their world a better place.

All Alone!

Everyone in the world has felt this emotion one time or another. Especially in these times rapid technological growth the feeling of loneliness is rapidly increasing.
Firstly, we must clarify what loneliness means.

Loneliness is an emotional state. This is a state where people experience a disconnection from people around them as well as a deep feeling of emptiness, which renders their present company around them meaningless.

That person could be in a big crowd or by him/herself, married or single, young or old. They basically find it very hard to connect with others and experiences emancipation from meaningful relationships.

This is not to be confused with being alone.

Being alone does not equate to being lonely because sometimes it is good for a person to be alone and at times it could be very refreshing as the person has the opportunity to refresh, recuperate and rediscover part of our lives.

What are the common symptoms of being alone, if you are reading this book? I bet you might be feeling one of these symptoms.

- You think your problems are so unique that other people do not understand
- As a result, you feel that other people in the world has friends and you don?t
- You feel extremely self-conscious in everything you do
- You feel that when you do something wrong, you get extremely embarrassed
- When you are in a crowd, you feel drowned by their voices
- You feel disconnected with the crowd even though you are with them
- Feeling shy and scared of others
- Experiencing low self-esteem
- Feeling angry, defensive and critical at everything even if it is not directed at you
- Afraid of strangers and refuse to talk to engage in a hearty conversation
- Being convinced there is something wrong with you
- Feeling anxious and sad believing no one knows how miserable/isolated you feel
- Losing your capacity to be assertive' feeling "invisible"
- Refusing to accept change and don?t want to try anything new
- Feeling as though nothing else matters and contemplating suicide

Crowded Yet Isolated

Ever had that feeling that your wife or husband doesn?t understand you? Your spouse or significant other is right beside you yet it doesn?t fill that gap.
You may be surrounded by many people, yet their company „drowns? you deeper into loneliness!

People feel that way because we are all unique and different. You see:

There is no one in the entire universe that will have the same personality, ideas, way of life and needs like you. NONE! Not even twins! How can anyone fulfill all those needs to cater every individual?

There us a quote from the bible that says if I try to remove the speck from my neighbor?s eye, I must first remove the plank from my OWN eye then I can see clearly before I attempt to remove his speck.

Down the Rabbit Hole

Welcome to ! Although this book is the second part of a 2 part series, the content here is designed to be stand-alone and each book is written with lessons applicable for every aspect in network marketing.

Let me just give you a few facts to ponder about:

Average network marketing companies today spend roughly a few hundred to a thousand dollars on Compensation or Marketing Plan Training in just hall/training room rental, speaker salaries and question and answer sessions! And to think that most people assume that plans are all about numbers only.

If you plan to recruit professional networkers (people who do network marketing for a living), and you hope to bring over their entire organization of maybe 50 - 2,000 people, your chances of sponsoring them is close to zero unless you are an influential leader yourself AND you know your company’s marketing plan even better than the company themselves!

These facts are definitely worth pondering. If I am running my own network marketing company, imagine how much money I would save.

On the other hand, if I were building a network, I wouldn’t want to lose my people to networkers in other companies because of lack of training! If I am not careful, I would lose up to tens of thousands of dollars!

In this book, we are taking a more in depth look at plan mechanics as well as practical steps to boost your career. Learn the tips and tricks how to:

- Avoid the various pitfalls of typical plans and how to use them to your advantage
- Stay in control in spite of quotas and use them to drive your team to success
- How to use products and create a cash flow generating machine
- Work with the right people and the right plan to become a networking juggernaut
- Learn other nifty secrets your upline might be too busy to teach you.

In the words of THE MATRIX:

Those of you, who are ready to take the red pill in network marketing to get to the truth behind the confusion, get ready to find out how far down the rabbit hole goes.

Mastering the Product Synergy, Downline Development Tactics, & Techniques to building the Best Network Marketing Company

NOTE: Just like the first book, the applications of each chapter will once again be split into 3 sections: Downline Building Strategies, Product Synergy, and Starting Your Own Network Marketing Company.

Mastering the Product Synergy, Downline Development Tactics, & Techniques to building the Best Network Marketing Company

Pros and Cons of Accumulation

What is accumulation?

In typical marketing plans, accumulation is a system of rewards that allows the distributor to save up purchase products and accumulate the point value to reach the next rank. For example: If I need 10,000 points to go from 5% to 10%, I can purchase 3,000 points in the first month, 2,000 in the second and the remainder 5,000 in the final month so I would achieve the rank.

Advantages of Accumulation

- It gives the distributor a longer time frame (sometimes no time frame) to move from one rank to another giving them less pressure and less stress

- Volume gained from sales in previous months doesn?t get flushed away.

Meaning, you can gather the volume, go away on a 3 month holiday, and you can start immediately again as though you haven’t left.

- Protected against the effects of demotion (see later chapters)

Disadvantages of Accumulation

- Encourages Front Loading and Buying Position (see later chapters)

- No time frame means no pressure. No pressure means no incentive to go out and look for sales so giving too much time frame also works both ways. - If there are no repeat sales in the business, you will have a hollow organization. Most people stop buying or recruiting once they hit a new level in an accumulation system. In other wards, since there are no quotas, you can have 10 Super Diamond Ambassadors in your organization who don?t buy anything.

Downline Building Strategies

To overcome the shortfalls of accumulation, educate your team to be good product

users. Emphasize on teaching them to buy stuff that has a high consumption and higher repeat sales (like vitamins or skin care products). This way, you will not only have income from recruiting opportunity seekers, when each downline has their own set of customers and are consumers themselves; they will generate more volume from their own purchases than from recruiting a new downline.

Remember: repeat sales are what keeps a business running long term.

Those Who Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail

Welcome to Show Me The Plan – Part 1! This book is the first part of an exciting 2 part series.

Why have I written this book? If you are familiar with the network marketing industry, you will have no surprise why the majority of new distributors or networkers spend a lot of time in network marketing training because they simply don’t understand how the compensation or marketing plan in their company works!

Every year, network marketing companies and teams spend thousands on marketing plan training because many people simply find marketing plans today too confusing or people just don’t take network marketing serious enough to be well equipped.

Isn’t this alarming? Consider this:

- Would you be in a profession if you don’t know your career path?
- Would you work in a job if you don’t know how much you are getting paid?
- Would you give away money for free?

We all know the answers to these questions, BUT, in network marketing, proper understanding of the marketing plan (not only yours but others in the industry) will not only save you lots of time, but will also determine the rest of your network marketing career! This is even more so for people who plan to start their own network marketing company offline or online.

When I first started out with my network marketing career, I was so clueless about my company’s plan that it was almost laughable. When my prospects ask me how much do I get paid at this level, I would call my upline in front of the prospect and ask him the questions. Towards the end of the prospecting session, I think I must have called my upline at least 4 times! (Thankfully the prospect signed up?)

I have also seen people lose thousands of dollars because of wrong placement of the downline causing massive residual income to be wasted due to poor planning and lack of understanding. You don’t need to be a mathematical genius to understand plans, just simple calculation and mechanics to master.

Dissecting Network Marketing’s Compensation System

To Maximize Profits & Even Start Your Own Company

After you are done with this book, you will learn how to:

- Differentiate between typical plans and how to make money there
- Choose a good network marketing company based on how good is their plan
- Develop confidence in front of your prospects
- Close the deal with other networkers by simply stressing the benefits of your plan over theirs and bring them into YOUR organization
- Develop a strategy to building your network for the long term
- Avoid costly mistakes by placing your new downlines under the right people to maximize your profits
- Start from scratch your own network marketing company the right way (whether it be online or offline) saving you heartache and disaster!

Now, let’s get ready to dissect the plan!

Dissecting Network Marketing’s Compensation System

To Maximize Profits & Even Start Your Own Company

Terminology and Jargon You Can’t Live Without

If you expect to start a successful network marketing company or build a very large network, you had better get familiarized with the terminology or jargon!

Builder

A builder is a distributor who is actively looking for downlines. A builder is not the same as a customer who only consumes the products or recommends them to friends.

Upline

You are in their organization. An upline usually earns commission from your group volume. You may have several uplines possibly up to 10-20 levels in depth. Normally, an upline is responsible for your success. An upline may not necessarily be an upline leader/mentor.

Upline Leader/Mentor

This is an upline that you actively seek counseling from on how to build your business. They are here to guide you and are here to mentor you and make sure you succeed in the business.

Sponsor

You are directly under him or her. Normally they are the one who introduced you to the company.

Downline

They are in your organization. Depending on the nature of the plan, your commission from their group usually is smaller the deeper they are in the organization. Sometimes, your downline’s downline could be many levels deep in your organization so you might not even know him personally.

And it certainly didn?t take long for direct response marketers to carry their offline practice into the online world.

Thus, you see the practice of one-page-long sales letters being used widely today by businesses of various sizes to sell and push their products and/or services into the Internet marketplace.

This is the case, because sales letters in this fashion have been proven to be all time-tested. As you probably know by now, sales letters are really just one LONG page with one person in mind: to help sell the product to the prospect.

It?s like an electronic salesperson on your behalf, and it certainly beats having you to prospect and sell to someone else face-to-face or gamble on sending out hard copy mails (that can span 5-20 pages long when printed) and face the chance of not covering your investment on printing back.

A sales letter is considered to produce a good decent conversion rate at 2 to 4 percent. You are doing better if your sales letter produces above 4 percent. Some marketers reportedly produce 6% and some as high as 20-30% to cold prospects!

Believe it or not, online sales letter consists of mainly the use of mostly words and then some images. And words are indeed powerful tools; you should consider them double-edged swords.

If used correctly, words can sell literally. If used improperly, not only would your sales letter suffer in conversion rate, it might just deliver the wrong message and the worse case scenario can be that of offending your prospects (besides not closing the sale).

I have a sneaky suspicion that your sales letters are currently not producing the kind of conversion rates you want. Or this is your first try at developing a life long asset or skill where marketing online is concerned.

Perhaps you want to seek all ways possible to offer your sales copies a boost without having to spend a fortune on expensive copywriters in the process because you don?t have the deep pockets for it at the moment.

Regardless of your current needs, I trust that you will find this guide useful and that when you apply these tips into your sales copies, you will see substantial results in your conversion rates.

Read on and discover how tips you can use to MAXIMIZE your conversion rates by making MINIMUM changes and additions to your current sales copies!

Headline & Sub-Headline

1. Color your headline red.

The color “red” usually symbolizes urgency or importance. Alternatively, you can use “black” or text with “yellow highlight in the background” if “red” won?t suit your sales copy?s color theme.

However, it is advisable to use “red” as the color of your headline plus this color can be used with almost any theme color suitably.

2. Your headline font must be larger than the standard font used for your sales letter.

The purpose of your headline is to grab your prospect?s attention to read and qualify him or her. Thus it?s important for your headline to stand out from the rest of your standard font.

Usually, the headline font is 1 or 2 times larger than your standard font.

3. Imply a benefit or a summary of your offer in the headline.

And the benefit should often refer to your prospect, not YOU or someone else. Even if you are using another character in the headline, make absolutely sure that it ultimately has to do with your prospect and why or how it could benefit him or her.

THE SHOCKING TRUTH!

If you are reading this book, let me first congratulate you if you are a newcomer to the world of MLM and allowing me to impart my experiences on the industry to help you in taking the first step into this fantastic industry.

My intentions of writing this book is to help and provide people generic information that would apply to any company regardless on their marketing/compensation plan, product, team, country or even offline or online!

It is indeed a shocking truth to find out that over 95% of network marketers or home based business owners are operating their business at a LOSS!

How scary if you are reading this for the first time.

Well thankfully if we all worshiped statistics fanatically, most people today will be afraid to drive cars or even go to school (e.g. the percentage of road accidents and how many students in a class „make it? in getting distinctions)

We all want to be smart people and rather be in the top 5% being the ones making the money now, don?t we? Of course we do.

It is sad that countless of poor victims join the industry, uninformed, and when they run into problems, they usually put the blame on the company, the team or even the industry itself!

That is why we hope to avoid such unfortunate circumstances.

Even if you have been involved, this information is invaluable because it might teach you things you have missed out or information to help your downline.

Let’s proceed…

Why Would You Be Choosing an MLM in The First Place

MLM survival. Let?s face it, the world out there is like a jungle. More particularly so in the MLM world. It would be easy to say, since it is that difficult, let?s just forget about the whole MLM or network marketing deal in the first place (then this book would not be necessary at all). That action would be self-defeating.
There is good news for all of us. So let us instead start from a positive note.

The purpose of this book is not just about teaching you to choose the right MLM Company but also how, by being properly educated about the industry, you will be able to receive benefits from every opportunity you invest your time and money in. The information here will be completely generic and neutral. I am not endorsing any company over the other as there is no such thing as the perfect MLM but rather choosing an MLM that is SUITABLE for YOU!

Whatever your reasons may be, let us make a few assumptions about it before we proceed (or else you wouldn?t pay for this E-book in the first place)

(1) Making money
(2) Saving money on products
(3) Meeting new people
(4) Growth and development
Making Money
(a) Looking for fast money
(b) Building a long term business with money coming in long after you have „retired?
(c) Investing in the product itself

For people looking for fast money, there are pros and cons to this kind of thinking.

Some people are WELL TRAINED salesmen. They have built the relationship with their clients, customers and all sorts of people. People trust what they say and will trust whatever they are selling. They may sell the product itself (sometimes, in large quantities), or they may sell the opportunity (the money making part of it) or both. Are YOU this kind of person?

Fast money is not impossible, but it COULD be for the short term only. Consider the facts that 80-90% of people in the world are NOT built for sales. If a salesman sponsors a non-salesman, would the non-salesman be able to do the same thing as his upline? Does that mean that I would spend most of my time looking for the 10-20% of sales types?

The next type of money is the long term type.

When I define long term, it does not have to mean that you might not see money right away. It differs from company to company. But as a general rule of thumb, it involves BUILDING A NETWORK OR AN ORGANISATION.

The key to building a large organization as quoted by Zig Ziglar, “You will get whatever you want in life if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” In other words, if you will help enough downlines get enough downlines, you are on the road to network marketing financial freedom. The key is to help others.

There is one more category of people who „invests? in network marketing companies, not to make money through retaining or networking, but rather investing in the product, position, or depending on the company, appreciation of their „assets?. A few examples would be investing in a product, so that in the future, its value will appreciate, so you can sell it to other people at a very high margin (sort of like old comic books.) Others might purchase the account or distributorship from you (depending on the compensation plan of the company) while some Internet companies actually pay you to „invest? in their company, sort of like buying a share of the company.

Saving Money on Products

Retailing of a product is very important to an MLM business. Lack of (or even non-existing) retailing could be harmful to the distributor or the company as certain states have outlawed „headhunting? and have their own policies.

Nevertheless, saving money on an MLM product is one of the most wonderful key features of joining an MLM company if recruiting is not your forte.

In certain compensation plans, repeat purchase of the products you buy from the company gives you more rebates or bonuses. In essence, the more you buy, the cheaper it becomes. This becomes an even greater pleasure if you are totally in love with the products or you have already set aside a budget for those products (which means you are now buying from the MLM company or your upline instead of buying from the supermarket, pharmacy, grocery store, etc)

You Need To Read THIS!

Welcome to the exciting follow-up book on Network Marketing. In the first book, we have explored on one of the most important yet least talked about, most overlooked aspect of network marketing or Multi-level Marketing (MLM) – Knowing how to CHOOSE a network marketing company and getting the most out of it.

Now what? Okay. I have chosen the right company. Will it really work for me? The truth would sound more like how can I make the company WORK in my favor?

Remember the staggering truth that 95% of people fail in MLM? I strongly believe that among the 95%, there are sincere, hardworking people who work hard to make the business work for them, but are spending most of their time and money DOING ALL THE WRONG THINGS!

This book once again is not a typical HOW TO guide. There are lots of HOW TO scattered throughout the Internet and many, many more HOW TO available from your upline and from MLM books all around the world. Yet strangely many people miss out the fact that it is EASIER NOT TO do the WRONG THINGS than learning to do the RIGHT THING.
Sounds simple?

Ironically, common sense is not common.

Avoiding the wrong things saves you the valuable TIME (some people in MLM do the wrong things for YEARS) so you can learn how to do the RIGHT things with the time you saved.

Is this practical stuff or just theory? Must I do the wrong things myself to prove that it is really wrong so I can feel it for REAL? Well, A mother doesn?t need to go on drugs in order to prove to her child that they should AVOID drugs now, don?t they?

Remember that in MLM, just like in real life that we must learn from the mistakes of others. We don?t all the time in the world to make all the mistakes ourselves!
With that thought in mind, let us proceed once again…

What Network Marketing is NOT

? It is NOT an INVESTMENT PROGRAM! Just because you bought a business opportunity, it will forever be a business „opportunity? and not a business if you sit and do nothing. This is not Unit Trust or Mutual funds or a Fixed Deposit Savings Account. The money doesn?t grow by you becoming a distributor. The more you invest doesn?t mean you will necessarily earn more.

? It is NOT a GET RICH QUICK SCHEME! Those who make it big in MLM within a short time are the EXCEPTION to the NORM. Do you have what they have? (The experience, built trusts, contacts, paid the price) Everyone who has made it had all paid the price.

? It is NOT totally a SALES RECRUITMENT PROGRAM. Some like to sell. Some are salespersons, being good in sales will not make you succeed in MLM.

? It is not MUSICAL CHAIRS. It is never about whom gets there first, sponsor a few people then sit down and watch the group build itself while the latecomers miss out on the opportunity forever. Remember that if the downline works harder, they will eventually earn more than their uplines.

? It is not a 9-5 JOB. In a 9-5 job, some people get away without doing any work sometimes (they still get their salary). But it is very obvious in Network Marketing that what you GIVE is what you GET.

? It is not a CLONING MACHINE. I am not down playing the need for uniformity and like-mind direction but remember that EVERYONE is DIFFERENT. Different people have a different personal touch when it comes to recruiting. Their relationships with their prospects vary from groups to groups.

? It is NOT a 100 METER DASH. It is a marathon. Business builders must pace themselves over a period of time. Going „all out? to the point of exhaustion is just bad because it is the quality of the work that counts, not the quantity. Don?t „close the back door? or jump into the deep end without a float.

? It is DEFINITELY not a RELIGION. Please never ever treat your business like it is the ONLY business worth getting into (friend, if you don?t get into MY MLM and if you join others, you are not my friend). They are NOT losers if they don’t join you! Please don?t ever, EVER do this. You will lose a lot of true friends.

Common Mistakes to Avoid For Newbies

Trying to understand everything

If you are new in your business and you sit down for days (some even take weeks before they make their first phone call) trying out the product, reading all the company brochures, understanding every single calculation about the compensation plan, memorizing all the names of the management in the company (I think we get the idea)…

This is a VERY SLOW way to get started in your business.

Your business is like riding a bike

(1) You don?t learn to ride by reading the best manual on riding
(2) You don?t learn until the moment you start peddling
(3) You learn by falling down
(4) You also learn how not to fall down after falling down the first time

Reading every single book in the industry

Most MLMs recommend a reading list and they are very helpful for new people especially if the information is factual and informative about the industry. Reading is also a very good habit to develop. But one of the major mistakes of new people is thinking that the more books they read, the more money they are going to make! Those books are mostly self-help books or network marketing self-improvement.
