How To Become Hyper-productive At Work Or Study PLR Ebook

Sample Content Preview

Introduction

Have you ever wondered how to become hyper-productive? If so, you're not alone. Many people struggle with being more effective and productive at work or school.

First, you need to understand the concept of productivity. Productivity is simply the amount of work that a person can produce in a given time period. It doesn't matter if the work is physical, intellectual, or emotional. If you can increase your productivity, you'll be able to achieve greater results in less time.

By understanding the basics of time management and productivity, you can start building habits that will help you get more done. In this report, we’ll share some tips and tricks to help you become hyper-productive.

What are some common misconceptions about productivity?

1. More hours worked are always better

First and foremost, misconceptions about productivity are often ingrained at an early age. It is often thought that more hours worked are always better when it comes to productivity. In reality, this is a common misconception that can have negative consequences. There are a number of reasons why more hours worked are not always the best strategy for improving productivity.

The most obvious reason is that employees can become burnt out. Depending on the workload and the individual, working more hours can lead to feeling overwhelmed and overwhelmed. This can lead to a decrease in productivity and an overall decrease in the quality of work.

Additionally, more hours worked can lead to a decrease in creativity and innovation. By working more hours, employees may imitate the work they see other employees doing. This can lead to a decrease in the quality of work and a decreased ability to come up with new ideas.

In the long run, more hours worked can also lead to decreased productivity. This is because when employees work more hours, they are less likely to take advantage of their time off. This can lead to a decreased ability to relax and rest, which can have a negative impact on the quality of work.

A Stanford University study talked about how doing less can make an individual be more productive. John Pencavel, an economics professor, conducted research that revealed a substantial fall in productivity per hour when a person works more than 50 hours per week. Work is so much less productive beyond 55 hours that adding any more would be worthless. Additionally, people who put in up to 70 hours a week only accomplish the same amount of work as those who work 55 hours. This isn’t the final word but it’s very compelling.

How To Drastically Improve Your Memory At Any Age PLR Ebook

Introduction

Improving your memory is one of the most important things you can do to improve your overall cognitive function and well-being. According to a study published in the journal “Current Neurology and Neuroscience Reports,” people with better Memory Function Status (MFS) have a reduced risk of developing Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia.

The study surveyed over 1,500 people who participated in the Third National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, conducted between 1988 and 1994. Participants were assessed on their Memory Function Status (MFS) using the Birnbaum Memory Scale and the Alzheimer’s Disease Evaluation Scale-Cognitive (ADES-Cog).

The study showed that people with an MFS score of at least 30 had a 64% reduced risk of developing Alzheimer’s Disease or any form of dementia. People with an MFS score of 18 had a 33% reduced risk of developing Alzheimer’s Disease or any form of dementia. The point is that improving your memory is extremely valuable.

There is a lot of information about improving your memory, but it can be hard to figure out which technique is right for you. This report provides plenty of information about improving memory at any age.

What are the most common causes of poor memory?

How do we remember things? Memory is essential for daily life. We use it to remember what we ate for breakfast, what we plan to do for the day and our favorite songs. But how do we remember all of the information we encounter every day?

Many people don’t know that there are many different types of memory, each with its strengths and weaknesses. Short-term memory is the type of memory that is responsible for recalling a few items we have just seen or heard. It can hold around three items at a time and only last for around fifteen minutes. Long-term memory is the type of memory responsible for recalling information we have seen or heard in the past. It can hold information for longer periods of time, but it may not be as accessible as short-term memory.

Therefore, there are several different causes of poor memory. Some of them are natural, while others are due to the environment and lifestyle we lead. Some of the most common causes of poor memory are:

1. Age

Age is a common cause of poor memory. According to the "Journal of the American Medical Association," as people age, the cognitive faculties, including short-term memory, focus and attention, and working memory decline.

The trouble begins as early as 40 for some people and can worsen significantly after the mid-70s. This is because as people age, the brain's natural production of antioxidant enzymes decreases, which could lead to poor memory function.

Oxidative stress is a well-known contributor to the development of age-related diseases like Alzheimer's, so it's important to maintain good cognitive health as you age.

While no single age is free from these problems, the elderly are especially prone to them. This is because the elderly are generally more fragile and have a greater number of health problems than younger people. These conditions can contribute to memory problems by making it harder for a person to focus and remember.

Everything Entrepreneurs Need To Know About Overcoming Brain Fog PLR Ebook

Introduction

Entrepreneurship is a unique and challenging road that often requires a great deal of determination and fortitude. For most people, the process of starting and running a business is often a taxing and time-consuming experience. However, for entrepreneurs, the stakes are even higher.

Brain fog is a common problem for entrepreneurs. It is a feeling of mental fatigue that can interfere with productivity. Brain fog is usually caused by a combination of stress, lack of sleep, and poor diet. It can make you feel dazed and confused. It can also make it difficult to think clearly.

The topic of overcoming brain fog is important for entrepreneurs because it can hold them back from achieving their goals. As an entrepreneur, it is essential that you have a clear mind and be able to focus on your business. But what can you do to combat brain fog and stay focused and productive throughout the day? This report explains the causes and triggers of brain fog in entrepreneurs as well as strategies to overcome it and stay productive.

What are some common triggers that cause brain fog in entrepreneurs?

Brain fog is a common issue for entrepreneurs. It is a general feeling of being mentally exhausted, scattered, and unable to focus. There are many potential causes of brain fog, but some of the most common is lack of sleep, stress and anxiety, and poor diet.

There are a few things that entrepreneurs can do to help improve their brain fog. First, they should get more sleep. Typically recommended amounts of sleep range from 7-9 hours per night, but entrepreneurs need even more shut-eye than the average person. If they are not getting enough sleep, their brain will start to feel foggy, and they will be less likely to be able to focus.

Stress and anxiety are also common causes of brain fog. So, reduce stress. If an entrepreneur is constantly feeling stressed, their body will produce cortisol, which is a hormone that can disrupt brain function. Additionally, constant worry can cause the brain to start processing information in an unreliable way, making it difficult to focus.

Finally, eat better food. A poor diet can also be a cause of brain fog. Many foods contain chemicals that can mess with the brain, including caffeine, sugar, processed foods, and food additives. If an entrepreneur eats a poor diet, their brain will start to feel foggy as a result. By taking these steps, entrepreneurs can help improve their brain fog and be more able to focus on their work.

Focus Mastery MRR Ebook

Chapter 1 “FOCUS” Defined

Focus is integral to accomplishment. It may actually fall in the same category as ambition, motivation, leadership and other driving forces behind becoming successful, but does not necessarily get the attention that it deserves. Often downplayed, the role of focus cannot be sabotaged in an individual’s ability to be productive.

What all this basically means is that you need to be focused in order to achieve something or become successful in your endeavors. But before we go into that, here is a look at what focus really means.

By definition, focus is a skill that allows people to start a task without procrastination and then keep up their attention and effort until the job is complete. It is an ability to not only pay attention to things that they are engaged in but also avoid distractions that will impede the work they are trying to do.

In fact, focus is so important to getting anything done that you can’t really think without focus. When you hear about things like perception, memory, learning, reasoning, decision making and problem solving, you know that none of these can be done successfully unless you focus.

On the contrary, a wandering mind will make you less effective in your work and your productivity will suffer. The same will also compromise the quality of work giving you less than optimal results. Not to forget that you will also be wasting time every instance your mind drifts off.

Why do people suffer from a lack of focus?

In some cases, a lack of focus may be a matter of interest. Take your everyday to-do list for instance. Not everything on the list might be interesting to work on, but needs to get done anyways for you to move ahead. In these instances you may find yourself stuck, trapped doing something that you couldn’t care less about.

Your only obligation may be the feeling that you need to get the job done to move on to other things. Not such a great motivator, but that’s reality; in the real world things need to get done to make way for other things.

It is only natural that your mind starts to drift off in these situations. You may end up finding excuses for not doing that particular thing, say by justifying that you don’t really need to do the job right then, or that it’s not really that important or even something like you’ve got better things to do than the job on hand. But any way you dress them up, they are all just excuses for procrastination.

Which brings us to another aspect of focus; procrastination.

Procrastination is perhaps the biggest hurdle in the way of attaining good focus. When you use procrastination to get out of things what you are really saying is that you don’t want to do a particular task, or that you are secretly hoping that it will just go away on its own, or that you will eventually feel motivated to do it.

With so much going on, it is no wonder that focus gets sidelined and never surfaces to the forefront.

And while a lot more can be said on procrastination, we will cross that bridge when we come to it (in a later chapter). For now, it is sufficient to say that procrastination, in fact, is the granddaddy of all excuses and will never let you focus properly on any given task.

How can you counter a lack of focus?

Moving on, while you may be well aware of what is stopping you from focusing (think procrastination), you may not know how to tackle this problem. So here’s some help:

Address WHAT needs to be done

To make focus work for you, you need to have a clear cut goal; call it a grounded purpose towards which all your efforts are directed. When you have this reference point in sight, you can apply all your skillset and decision making to get the job done right. But with this crucial factor missing, you may as well go on a roller coaster ride.

It is these clear cut goals that define what needs to get done.

Clear cut goals also stop you from derailing and prevent you from going places where you never intended to go. Pick out a typical day in your life and think of all the fifty or so things you need to do. With your mind divided and scattered trying to deal with all fifty at the same time, you are likely not going to get much done. On the flip side, you may actually neglect to do some of the more important ones as you keep thinking about everything else instead.

This is a point where focus can come save your day. Using focus, work by the process of elimination and prioritize your goals.

When you learn to prioritize your goals, you end up spending your time in a more meaningful way; the important stuff gets done first and the not-so-important later on.

Filtering out such time-eaters also help you regain control over chaos and you no longer feel that you are wasting time.

Address WHY something needs to be done

When clear cut goals are paired with a sense of purpose the dilemma starts to resolve itself fairly easily. This sense of purpose also verifies why something needs to be done.

People are naturally more motivated when they have a reason to do something. With that reason in mind, you will feel more inclined to perform better so you can get the results you seek. A sense of purpose will also fine tune your focus as you want to get the best results out of your efforts.

Also address WHEN something needs to be done This one ties in with prioritizing your goals so that important things get done first. Knowing when to do what can make everyday living so much easier to cope with.

Plus, giving yourself a timeframe to work within helps you stay on task i.e. stay focused so you can then have more time to do the other things you need to do.

Successful time management lets you take control of your life rather than follow others. Plus, you end up accomplishing more, performing better and becoming more successful at what you do.

Added perks include a sense of satisfaction and peace of mind.

But whether it is prioritizing goals, finding a sense of purpose or practicing time management skills, none of it can be achieved without good focus.

Types of focus

Having established that the ability to focus is a critical element for success in aspect of life, let us now take a look at the different types of focus you need to develop to achieve that success.

Inner focus

This is the most common of all types. Inner focus is an individual’s ability to block our distractions, focus on the present moment and task and stay calm under the pressure. This type of focus develops a person’s intuition, gut feeling and good decision making.

The benefit of establishing inner focus allows to stay focused in your goals and manage your own schedule.

Focusing on others

Not everyone masters this type of focus as it goes beyond what you are doing and demands that you attend to what others are doing and saying instead. This type of focus is especially important in workplace situations or teamwork scenarios where your output is affected by others’ input. However, this type of focus is not only restricted to professional settings, but is equally applicable to personal and social contexts as well.

Outer focus

Outer focus goes beyond paying attention to other people and demands paying attention to your surroundings instead. Outer focus is based on peripheral learning and allows a person to think strategically. It also allows for making adjustments to outer surroundings as circumstances around you change.

Chapter 2 Escaping the Busy Trap

Being overwhelmed results in burnout. This produces a condition where the individual feels mentally, emotionally and physically exhausted. The feeling occurs when you feel overwhelmed and aren’t able to keep up with demands. As a result chaos also factors into the equation and the missing element once again is focus.

The feeling of being persistently overwhelmed can easily cause you to lose interest as well as motivation and bring on a state that leaves you feeling powerless, helpless and extremely worn out. Once again, you may be trying to do too much- much more than it is realistic to handle.

When talking about burnout, remember that it is not mere exhaustion that you experience. It does not merely affect your performance but every aspect of life. For instance, work may become unbearable, but you will also lose interest in almost everything else that you do. Fun stops being fun while every insignificant thing starts to bother you.

In a state of burnout, this feeling does not go away but sticks around on a regular basis. In fact, staying in this forlorn condition will likely make you believe that there is no alternative or getting out of this mess.

So how do you get yourself out of this rut? You turn your attention to focus.

Remember what being focused taught you in the previous chapter? The WHAT, WHY and WHEN formula will come in very handy when you feel overwhelmed. Sort out issues by focusing on what’s important, figure out why it is so and when to deal with it.

Once you have the answers to these simple questions you can at least start to untangle the web of feeling overwhelmed.

Unraveling burnout

However, the problem with feeling overwhelmed is that it is not always possible to identify the burnout yourself. Experts recommend that when feeling distressed, seek out help from friends, family and others that you trust. They can not only give you an outside opinion but may also be able to help you out by citing examples of why they believe you may be burnt out.

Focus to undo the effects of the burnout

Once you have identified the trigger for your woes, be prepared to make some serious changes. This effort will take a lot of focus on your part as you will not only have to make serious changes but also stick with them for a while. The bright side to this entire episode is that once you start making the shift, you should also start to feel more motivated again. A good place to start is by focusing and working on some of the following:

Cut off the source of the burnout- Where possible, shun the trigger that is causing you to feel overwhelmed. Job related burnouts often happen from too many hours working and too little personal time.

Try to be healthy- Being overwhelmed can easily take a toll on health, so engage in some form of physical activity to give yourself a break. While taking a break may sound counterintuitive to focusing, the idea is to shift the focus from the cause of the burnout and redirect focus on taking care of yourself instead.

Eat well- Focus on taking care of yourself by eating a little better than before. Chances are that being in a burnt-out state, you also neglected your diet. After all, the first thing most people reach for when overwhelmed is an abundance of junk and convenience foods. Chuck these out and refocus on what will make you feel better both on the inside and out.

Sleep better- Last, but not least a burnout will bring forth long term exhaustion with it. The simple coping mechanism for this issue is to focus on getting both good quality and quantity of sleep.

When you want to get out of this despondent state, remember that focus is the one thing holding everything together. It is this ability to concentrate on your wellbeing that will allow you to remove all the negativity out of your life.

All-natural strategies are those that are not chemically modified and do not involve using any artificial products. They are also not reliant on artificial stimulants such as caffeine or synthetic hormones. All-natural strategies work by boosting the body's natural ability to endurance.

When it comes to increasing athletic endurance, one of the most important things you can do is to use all-natural strategies. However, it can be difficult to determine what strategy is best for you. Most endurance-boosting supplements on the market are either all-natural or have artificial ingredients. However, some supplements can be harmful if not used correctly.

When it comes to athletic endurance, no single all-natural strategy can guarantee success. However, a few general tips can help improve overall stamina and endurance. This report will outline the strategies you can try to incorporate into your routine and prevent the common mistakes and pitfalls that other athletes make when training.

What are the most effective all-natural strategies for increasing athletic endurance?

Many athletes understand the importance of staying hydrated, eating right, and getting exercise, but they may not be aware of how to do an all-natural strategy that can help them increase their athletic endurance. Endurance athletes must withstand long periods of continuous activity, such as running a marathon or cycling a tough course.

The following all-natural strategy can help athletes achieve longer-lasting endurance:

1. Drink plenty of water

If you want to be a successful athlete, you need to drink plenty of water. Drinking plenty of water increases your overall endurance because it helps your body to stay hydrated. When your body is dehydrated, it becomes harder for your muscles to work properly. This can lead to fatigue and decreased performance.

There are a few different ways to increase your water intake. The most effective way to drink more water is to drink it throughout the day. Drinking several glasses of water throughout the day will help keep you hydrated and minimize your chances of dehydration. Also, drinking water before and after workouts will help you stay hydrated.

There are also a few all-natural strategies that can help you to increase your water intake. One strategy is to drink lemon water. Lemon water is a great way to increase your hydration levels because it is filled with antioxidants. Additionally, drinking green tea can help to increase your water intake. Green tea contains catechins, which are antioxidants. Catechins can help to improve your cognitive performance and delay the aging process. Other all-natural strategies that can help you increase your water intake include drinking cucumber slices, ginger tea, and watermelon.

Drinks like watermelon and cucumber can help to increase your water intake because they are filled with water content.

WordPress Hacks Every Blogger Should Know Personal Use Ebook

INTRODUCTION

Your blog is key to connecting with your audience and can help you build brand awareness and reach your marketing goals. As a blogger, you want to ensure your site is functional, attractive, easy to navigate, and easy to maintain.

So, use the following WordPress hacks to achieve precisely that.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR HOMEPAGE

WordPress is designed to display your latest posts on your homepage and it’s not ideal since you are a blogger and want to use your blog to connect with your audience and market to them. But the great news is that you can change that.

Remove the latest posts from showing on your website’s homepage and create a ‘Home’ page instead. After that, add a new page and call it ‘Blog.’ This is where all your blog posts will go. This makes it easy for visitors to easily access your content, navigate your site, and find the information they need.

After creating your pages, go to your WordPress admin and click on ‘Settings’ then ‘Reading.’ Navigate to ‘Frontpage displays’ and choose ‘A static page.’ Select ‘Home’ for the front page and ‘Blog’ for the posts page.

Customize your posts page and control the number of posts that your page displays. Go back to your dashboard and click on ‘Posts’ then select your post to make any additional changes. For example, you can change the author name, add multiple authors, and so on.

PASSWORD PROTECT THE ADMIN DIRECTORY

Add an extra layer of security to your site to prevent unauthorized access and keep your website safe. Go to your WordPress admin directory and enable password protection. Login to your cPanel and scroll down to the ‘Security’ section. Select ‘Password protect directories.’ When prompted to choose the directories to protect select the /wp-admin/ folder. Next, add a username and a strong password. Save the changes.

Go to your wp-admin and try to access it to check if your changes have been implemented. You should be prompted for a username and password.

Note: if any of your installed plugins are using the Ajax functionality on your website’s front-end, adding a security layer to your admin directory will break the Ajax functionality and you will receive errors.

LIMIT LOGIN ATTEMPTS

By default, WordPress has an unlimited number of login attempts. Meaning a user can try to log into your site multiple times without having your login details and end up getting it right without being blocked. This is one of the most common cyber attacks that hackers use to get into your site and it is called Brute Force.
So, use the Login LockDown plugin to prevent it from happening.

Use it to limit the number of retries and protect your blog from hackers. Specify allowed entries and set the number of failed attempts that a user is allowed to make before their IP gets blocked.

Determine how long users are allowed to wait before trying to log in again and more.

USE CUSTOM PERMALINKS

By default, WordPress permalinks are set to ‘plain’ and this is not ideal for SEO because they often include dates or numbers at the end. So, customize your permalinks or use post names as your links instead.

Go to your WordPress admin dashboard and click on ‘Settings’ then ‘Permalinks.’ You will have several options to choose from. However, we recommend you choose ‘Post name’ and save your changes.

This allows browsers to rank your posts on the top of search engine results pages and is great for search engine optimization.

We know that your mind, more specifically, your thoughts, affects your perception and therefore, your interpretation of reality.

Happiness is more than a good feeling or a yellow, bright smiley face. It's the feeling of truly enjoying your life, and the desire to make the very best of it.

Happiness is the "secret sauce" that can help us be and do our best.

And this will help you to overcome the problems you have in your life.

So, Let’s Get Started!

I appiness is a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment that everybody wants to feel. But they are unable to feel because of their wrong perceptions about life, which needs to change. But before going onto such topics, we will discuss everything from scratch.

What is Happiness?

Happiness is a state of emotional well-being that a person experiences either in a narrow sense, when good things happen in a specific moment, or more broadly, as a positive evaluation of one’s life and accomplishments overall—that is, subjective well-being.

People from around the world tend to have a similar concept of happiness and can recognize happiness in others. As a result, the specific emotion of happiness is often included as one of a small number of basic emotions that cannot be broken down into more fundamental emotions and that may combine to form other, more complex emotions (in fact, it is sometimes the only positive emotion that is considered to be basic).

And in normal language, a people consider themselves happy when they feel that their conveniences are happening. But happiness is subjective. A happy life is about living in the present and taking care of your needs at that moment. Your goals and desires are more short-term, and it’s all about your feelings in that given time.

How Can Someone Be Happy?

Are you someone who is not grateful for what they have and always rant about the inconveniences in their life?

Well, There are many people on earth who don`t get to eat two meals a day. There are many people who don’t get to sleep like we do, in a home on a soft, comfy mattress. They don’t get a chance to get an education. So are those people not living happily?

Well, of course they are! Because they don’t refer happiness to money.

But a lot of people think that they can’t be happy or live a happy life without enough money. But a man’s desire is never going to end.

They say everything can be bought with money, even happiness and self-satisfaction. But this is not the case, if you are contented, you are happy no matter how much money you have. Money has nothing to do with being content. Contentedness is simplicity. Yes, you can buy happiness but for a short period of time until and unless you are contented, money won`t make a difference.

Instead, you should appreciate whatever you have, each and every little thing. If you appreciate every little thing you have, you will live peacefully and won`t be stressed out by wishing for things to be different.

Because you can see for yourself, that everybody want something. A person with curly hair desires to have straight hairs, and a person with straight hair desires to have curly hair. A chubby person desires to become slim, while skinny people desires to gain some weight. So, it is a never ending process.

What are the Principles to Live a Happy Life?
