INTERNET BIZ SYSTEMIZATION

Chapter 1: Introduction - The Benefits of Systemizing Your Business

The Internet has changed the way people think about companies, especially when it comes to owning a small business. Millions of people have tried to start an online business, with many of them finding success. While there are several reasons why one might fail to get their online business off the ground, one of the main reasons is because the owner was unable to systemize the company and utilize the available resources.

People who have found success with their online business know that they need a great idea, as well as the resources to cultivate a customer base for that great idea. They also understand that the same daily activities that are done in a brick and mortar business, also apply to an online business. They know that they will need to take the necessary steps to either learn those skills or outsource them to trusted and reliable sources.

Internet Biz Systemization is about combining the vision with the practicalities of the business world to become successful. The process of systemization is no great mystery. It is possible to learn how to effectively systemize your business and position yourself to run a successful online business that makes a profit on a consistent basis.

What is Systemization

Many online business owners, when they hear the word “systemization,” turn to the idea of an endless array of meetings that create a ton of action items that must be followed up on at the next meeting so even more action items can be created. In short, people believe that systemization is nothing more than an ongoing, convoluted series of processes that only make running a business more complicated. This couldn’t be further from the truth.

Having a systemized business doesn’t mean that you’ll be caught up in so many policies and procedures that you lose all ability to work on anything productive and it’s not about filling time or creating the illusion of being busy. Systemization is not about creating a machine and being dominated by that machine. Systemizing your business doesn’t have to be complicated.

True systemization is about creating a stable functioning procedure that knows what needs to be done, has a way to do it, and gets the job done. When you have a truly systemized business, you free up more of your time to focus on more important aspects of your business, like marketing, strategy, and product creation.

When your company is systemized correctly, the procedures make sense and always have a purpose. With systemization, everyone in the business knows what to do and when to do it. There are no endless meetings to deal with, no complicated policies to follow, and no time wasted with spinning the wheels.

This isn't to say that all the processes within an adequately systemized business are going to be fun. However, when organized properly, the tasks can be completed in a reasonable amount of time, leaving the rest of the day to work on something more interesting, like converting more prospects to buying customers, creating a new product line, or writing new sales copy. True business systemization, frees you, while a lack of systemization creates endless work and stifles your ability to succeed.

Why You Need to Systemize Your Online Business

There are many benefits that you can gain by systemizing your online business. With a sound system, people in your organization have a clear understanding of the work they need to perform and what is expected of them. Without policies, there are many unanswered questions, and quality and service can’t be guaranteed. Now that you understand why it's good to have a systemized business let's explore the benefits that you can gain.

Reduce Costs

Managing your email inbox or reading through piles of mail isn't the most efficient use of your time. As the business owner, your time would be better spent analyzing new business opportunities or developing new product lines. Delegating many of the days to day tasks that are required to run a business, can free up your time so you can focus your energy on the activities that will allow you to grow your business and increase revenues.

INTRODUCTION

How can you serve healthy meals on a limited budget? It takes some time and planning, but you and your family can eat better for less. This booklet can help you save money as you prepare healthy meals. It contains

• Tips for planning, shopping, and cooking healthy meals on a tight budget

• Sample menus for 2 weeks for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks

• Recipes for healthy, thrifty meals

• Lists of the foods needed for each weekly menu

TIPS FOR HEALTHY, THRIFTY MEALS

WHY PLAN MEALS?

To help you and your family be healthier. When you plan meals, you can make sure you include enough foods from each food group. Pay special attention to serving enough vegetables and fruits in family meals.

To help you balance meals. When you are serving a food with a lot of fat or salt, you can plan lowfat or low-salt foods to go with it. For example, ham is high in salt. If you have ham for dinner, you also can serve a salad or a vegetable that doesn’t need salt.

To save money. If you plan before you go food shopping, you will know what you have on hand and what you need. Also, shopping from a list helps you avoid expensive “impulse” purchases.

To save time and effort. When you plan meals, you have foods on hand and make fewer trips to the grocery store. Planning also helps you make good use of leftovers. This can cut your cooking time and food costs.

TIPS FOR PLANNING

Build the main part of your meal around rice, noodles, or other grains. Use small amounts of meat, poultry, fish, or eggs.

• For example, make a casserole by mixing rice, vegetables, and chicken. Or try Beef-Noodle Casserole (p. 22) or Stir-Fried Pork and Vegetables with Rice (p. 26).

Add variety to family meals. In addition to cooking family favorites, try new, low-cost recipes or food combinations.

• For example, if you usually serve mashed potatoes, try Baked Crispy Potatoes (p. 49) or Potato Salad (p. 58) for a change.

Make meals easier to prepare by trying new ways to cook foods.

• For example, try using a slow cooker or crock-pot to cook stews or soups. They cook foods without constant watching.

Use planned leftovers to save both time and money.

• For example, prepare a Beef Pot Roast (p. 21), serve half of it, and freeze the remaining half to use later. You also can freeze extra cooked meats and vegetables for soups or stews.

Do “batch cooking” when your food budget and time allow.

• For example, cook a large batch of Baked Meatballs (p. 20) or Turkey Chili (p. 39), divide it into family-size portions, and freeze some for meals later in the month.

Plan snacks that give your family the nutrients they need.

• For example, buy fresh fruits in season like apples or peaches. Dried fruits like raisins or prunes, raw vegetables, crackers, and whole wheat bread are also good ideas for snacks.

TIPS FOR SHOPPING

Before you go shopping

• Make a list of all the foods you need. Do this in your kitchen so you can check what you have on hand.

• Look for specials in the newspaper ads for the stores where you shop.

• Look for coupons for foods you plan to buy. But remember, coupons save money only if you need the product. Also, check if other brands are on sale, too. They may cost even less than the one with a coupon.

Eat For A Healthy Heart PLR Ebook

Eat for a Healthy Heart

Making healthy food choices is one important thing you can do to reduce your risk of heart disease— the leading cause of death of men and women in the United States.

According to the American Heart Association, about 80 million adults in the U.S. have at least one form of heart disease—disorders that prevent the heart from functioning normally— including coronary artery disease, heart rhythm problems, heart defects, infections, and cardiomyopathy (thickening or enlargement of the heart muscle).

Experts say you can reduce the risk of developing these problems with lifestyle changes that include eating a healthy diet. But with racks full of books and magazines about food and recipes, what is the best diet for a healthy heart?

Food and Drug Administration (FDA) nutrition exper t Barbara Schneeman says to follow these simple guidelines when preparing meals:

• Balance calories to manage body weight

• Eat at least 4.5 cups of fruits and vegetables a day, including a variety of dark-green, red, and orange vegetables, beans, and peas.

• Eat seafood (including oily fish) in place of some meat and poultry

• Eat whole grains—the equivalent of at least three 1-ounce servings a day

• Use oils to replace solid fats.

• Use fat-free or low-fat

The government’s newly released “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2010” also says Americans should reduce their sodium intake. The general recommendation is to eat less than 2,300 mg. of sodium a day. But Americans 51 or older, African-Americans of any age, and people with high blood pressure, diabetes, or chronic kidney disease should restrict their intake to 1,500 mg. The government estimates that about half the U.S. population is in one of those three categories.

Packaged and Restaurant Food Schneeman, who heads FDA’s Office of Nutrition, Labeling, and Dietary Supplements, says one way to make sure you’re adhering to healthy guidelines is by using the nutrition labels on the packaged foods you buy. “Product labels give consumers the power to compare foods quickly and easily so they can judge which products best fit into a heart healthy diet or meet other dietary needs,” Schneeman says. “Remember, when you see a percent DV (daily value of key nutrients) on the label, 5 percent or less is low and 20 percent or more is high.” Follow these guidelines when using processed foods or eating in restaurants:

All you have to do is just be open to learning and you must be willing to break out of your routines, habits and mindset.

Now, let’s head on over to Chapter 1-0 to get started on YOU.

Let’s do this thing!

Chapter 1: Defining Your 'Big Picture’ In Life

I woke up one morning asking myself, What I could do to improve my life and benefit the world. Have you ever heard the phrase:

“The purpose of life is a life of purpose”?

It’s both interesting and essential to understand that nothing in life can start until you get started. So what are we waiting for?

Let’s get started!

The fun in discovery comes from the excitement of exploring the unknown – the uncertainty and doubts faced when on a journey. Now imagine you’re an explorer looking for an uncharted land. You have no idea where you will go or what the outcome will be, yet you know that there is something out there for you…

Just be brave and journey on. When you do, you’ll notice what a great discovery it is! It’s not just the physical things you’ve found, but also what you have discovered about yourself during the journey.

From today onwards, let’s all make some discoveries about how beautiful the world is and finally discover more about ourselves!

Everything starts from nothing – that’s the creation process. From one dream, anything can be brought to life; the manifestation of one dream has the potential to create a whole new world for you.

This challenge for you is:

Do you believe that ONE dream can change your life?

Do you believe that ONE dream can change the world?

One man had a vision of a workstation running his software on every desk and, eventually, in every home.

That guy was none other than Bill Gates, the founder and CEO of Microsoft.

His simple dream was manifested in the form of an American multinational computer technology corporation, and today he is a billionaire because of it.

Here’s another example:

Two P.H.D students at Stanford University, Larry Page and Sergey Brin, began a research project in January 1996.

Their dream was to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful.

Together they produced the world’s first and best search engine on the Internet. Today, Google’s net worth is estimated to be 350 BILLION dollars.

Again, a simple dream not only changed the lives of two students, but revolutionized the internet’s usage around the world.

So what is your dream?

Your mind is free to create anything it wants to as long as it resonates with your heart.

How many of us have actually been giving thought to this and creating new ideas to make them come alive?

Discovering Your Why

You can have many goals in life – big goals, small goals, health goals, finance goals, etc.

But just having a goal is not enough. It doesn't guarantee that you will manage to achieve it.

You can try achieving your goals with will power, but that's not sustainable. What you really need is a

“Why?”

“Why?” so big that it gets you out of bed in the morning and keeps you up late at night.

A “Why?” is the reason behind the goal or dream.

Firstly,

What does it take for you to get excited about life?

How do you re-ignite the flame of passion, excitement, and joy?

What excites you?

What do you love to do? What do you find joy in doing?

Take about an hour off from the hustle and bustle of life.

Sit at your favorite, most comfortable spot with your journal in front of you and play some light music in the background.

If you had all of the money, time, and energy in the world, what would you do with it? Pen down your thoughts and let them flow. Keep dreaming and writing everything that comes to mind. Think bigger and bigger, without placing any boundaries in yourself. There are no limitations! Feel the joy in the moment and smile! Find the excitement of seeing yourself being, doing, and having anything you want!

Once you have a bunch of ideas written down, start looking for repeating themes and begin crafting the big dream for your life that you want to achieve.

Something powerful that would inspire you whenever you think about it.

Once you have your big “Why?”, you can start setting smaller goals to help you reach it.

Unleashing Your Creative Powers

Have you noticed that whenever humans are faced with a crisis, they always find a solution?

There is never a lack of resources, only a lack of creativity.

Today, we’re going to talk about your mind and the creative process.
