Introduction

“Vegan Warrior: Green Athletic Fitness Blueprint” contains proven steps and strategies on how to begin your own vegan diet, how to maintain and acquire the type of body you wish on a vegan diet and presents to you athletes and prominent individuals who debunk some of the greatest myths when it comes to the world of vegan eating.

Many individuals believe that a vegan lifestyle is not a lifestyle conducive to muscle building or psychological health. Many believe vegans cannot possibly obtain the protein sources they need in order to keep their bodies working efficiently, and others believe that a vegan lifestyle is not one that should be held for the long haul. Many people are under the assumption that, in order to live a healthy and productive life inside (and outside) of the gym that one has to consistently chug protein shakes and energy supplements in order to improve performance.

Well, we are here to let you know that none of these are true. This book will have real-life athletes who not only live a vegan lifestyle, but prove that performance and muscle-building are not simply based around the idea of laboratory-manufactured and animal-based protein sources. This book will talk about the true dietary needs of vegans and where they get their sources from, and it will compare the types of nutrients and proteins other dietary lifestyles obtain in order to show that vegans do not simply go without, they just choose to broaden their food-based horizons.

Not only that, but many people believe that a vegan lifestyle cannot possibly give someone the energy they need in order to go workout in a gym for two hours. Well, not only will this be yet another myth debunked within the pages of this book, but it will also be something we address in full. That is, we will outline various workout plans and routines that will benefit the vegan lifestyle you have chosen (or are, at least, curious about) in order to achieve the physical benefits you want for your own body.

Yes, it is possible to build muscle on a vegan diet, and yes, it is possible to keep up those cardio-based marathons on a vegan diet. In fact, you will be genuinely surprised as to how similar the workout routines are of those who “eat vegan” and those who do not.

Vegans are not individuals who shove their beliefs down someone’s throat. They are individuals who are merely passionate about abstaining from the use of animal products. They do not consume them and, in some individuals, they even attempt to not use them. Are there extremists? Yes, but there are extremists in every healthy lifestyle.

Within the pages of this book will be dietary outlines for those who are (or want to be) vegan, exercise guidelines for those eating this type of food lifestyle, and athletes that will be highlighted in order to show real-life examples as to how this works. Not only that, but these athletes will have their own personal testimonies as to why they began this lifestyle and how it has benefitted them in the long run.

And, as if that was not enough, all of those dreaded myths perpetuated about the vegan lifestyle will finally be debunked.

Welcome to the new and amazing world of the vegan warriors.

Chapter 1: The Vegan Journey For Health & Performance

Living a vegan lifestyle has many different benefits. Backed up by multiple prominent research studies, it has been proven that a vegan lifestyle can lower the risk of cardiac events, reduce the risk of developing certain cancers and lower an individual’s chance of type 2 diabetes. Not only that, but it helps with regulating one’s metabolism, weight and can stave off certain weight-induced phenomena, such as hypertension. A vegan lifestyle has also proven to reduce someone’s risk of stroke.
Why Go Vegan?

But, there are many different benefits to a vegan lifestyle that are not merely based on health. The UN recently released a report that stated a dire need for the world to migrate away from consistently consuming animal products. The impact from a majority of the world’s growing population consuming meat and animal products is the growing need for crops to feed those animals in order to breed them for food. Food is not like finding an alternative for fossil fuels. People are required to eat for their survival. However, as the current population stands, animals raised for the sole purpose of providing food to the general population consume over half of all the world’s crops.

There’s a saying about how everyone has abs. It is TRUE. We are all born with abs regardless of our body shape. Fat people who have bulging tummies indeed have their abs secretly lying right beneath those fats.

Are you fat, with tummy or love handles (fats on waist)? Or are you skinny, with visible bony figure or maybe flabby tummy?

Whichever body figure you are donning now, are you sick and tired of it? You might have tried plenty of ways from food diet to exercises but nothing seems to work very well for you? All you want is just to look great, feel good and be confident. Am I right?

Here’s the good news for you! You already have a wonderful set of killer washboard abs! It might just be hidden underneath your fats or is still underdeveloped. The one and simple way is to get rid of the flab above by shedding off your fats, and tadah! It’s really as simple as that!

This article will teach you the extremely easy abs workout that will help you build the to-die-for sexy washboard abs!

Cardiovascular Exercise

Washboard abs, getting lean and losing weight are all tied into a consistent cardiovascular workout program.

Cardiovascular workout is an endurance exercise that strengthens the circulatory system by increasing your metabolic rate. By doing it over long stretches of time, it makes your heart beat faster and pump more blood through your system, bringing nutrients and oxygen to every cell.

Cardio workout can be simply explained as physical exercise of low to high intensity that depends on the aerobic energy-generating process of the exercise you do. It’s any activity that gets your heart rate raised to 50 - 75% of your maximum heart rate. Calculate your maximum with the formula 220 minus your age. For example, if you’re 25 years old, 220 - 25 = 195.

Cardio workout burns calories in your body. Most people do cardio training to lose weight, gain body mass, train stamina, etc.

You should do 30-45 minutes of activities like walking, running, biking or swimming daily 4-5 times per week. It takes about four weeks before you start to see the physical benefits of your diet and exercise program. You should notice immediate results in your energy level, overall mental alertness when exercising daily. Start off slowly if you are a beginner in cardiovascular exercises. A good way to get started is to walk or run with the following six weeks program:

Week #1 - Walk/run - 1 mile a day for 5 days a week Week #2 - Walk/run - 2 miles a day for 5 days a week
Week #3 - Non-impact week - bike or swim for 20-30 minutes a day
Week #4 - Walk/run - 2 miles a day for 5 days a week
Week #5 - Walk/run - 3 miles a day for 4-5 days a week
Week #6 - Walk/run - 4 miles a day for 4-5 days a week

Note: week #3 is non-impact due to the possible number of strains/injuries that occur to legs (knees, shins, feet, hips) during the third week of beginning a walking or running program.

When you have shed off the layer of fats on the surface, it is time for the real game: Sculpturing The Dream Abs

Targeting The Regions

Our abdominal muscles consist of 3 major muscle groups and 4 distinct areas: the upper abs, lower abs, obliques and transverse abs.

Your body adapts to your current abdominal workout. It is important to change your ab workouts every few weeks to continue developing your core strength and stability.
Any complete ab workout works all of these abdominal muscle groups. The following basic ab workouts consist of multiple exercises that target distinct areas of your abdomen, while at the same time works multiple muscle groups as well.

How To Get And Stay Motivated

There are plenty of articles, books and blog posts on motivation that tell you how to become more motivated. Often, they give tips like „getting more sleep? and „introducing new habits slowly?.

These ideas are all useful to an extent but they ultimately fall short. If you struggle with motivation and can?t keep yourself focused on new tasks, then a tip like this isn?t going to transform your ability to focus overnight.

And if you struggle to motivate yourself, how are you expected to keep up the changes that lead to greater motivation? It?s something of a vicious circle don?t you think?

If you really want to see changes, then you need to look a little deeper. You need to focus on the actual neuroscience that underpins our ability to get and stay motivated. In this report, you?ll learn exactly how motivation actually works on a biologically level and more importantly, you?ll discover how you can manipulate that process to your own ends…

Introducing the Salience Network

What we?re interested in here is what neuroscientists and psychologists refer to as „attentional control? or „executive attention?. This describes the ability we have to direct our attention and hold it – the control we have over what we choose to focus on and what we choose to ignore.

So how does this work? It comes down to several frontal regions within the brain that control this function. Perhaps most notable is the anterior cingulate cortex which has been the result of a fair amount of research.

In fact though, attention is controlled by two separate networks of brain regions in the brain: areas that work together in order to get the desired result. Specifically, these networks are referred to as the „dorsal attention network? which includes brain regions that run along the top of the brain (dorsal means „top? in biology – hence „dorsal fin?) and the „ventral attention network? (which runs along the bottom).

Understanding these two different attention networks is key because they have different purposes that clue us in on how to get superior attention. The dorsal attention network is concerned with our intentional attention (bit of a tongue twister). In other words, when you decide that you want to focus on a book for a while, or you choose to check the time, you are using the dorsal network.

The ventral attention network meanwhile is used when our attention is directed beyond our control in a reflexive manner. In other words, when you hear a loud bang and you turn to look at it, that is your ventral attention network.

But your ventral attention network can also be distracted by a range of other biological clues. If you are hungry for instance, then your ventral attention network will begin to direct your attention toward getting food and if you are tired, then your ventral attention network will direct your attention that way.

So, if you?re trying to get work done and things keep stealing your attention away, then it is going to be hard for you to maintain your attention!

The next question we need to ask is how the brain knows what to pay attention to. The answer comes down to yet another neural network called the „salience network?. This network tells us what is important and what isn?t and it appears to be very closely connected to our ability to motivate ourselves.

In other words, those with the ability to tell their brain what is really important will be able to stay focussed on work, they?ll be able to run longer distances and they?re be able to stay intensely focussed during competition.

But if you weren?t born with a powerful salience network, then what can you do to fix the situation?

Taking Back Control

How does the salience network work? What does it deem as important?

The answer comes down to our evolutionary history. Every aspect of our psychology evolved the way it did in order to help us survive. Traits that proved conducive to our long-term survival would be passed on to our offspring and those that did not, would eventually die out.

Thus, the job of this network is to alert us to things that are important for our survival – which is based on biological signals from the body and our associations. If you see a lion, then your salience network will identify this as important, it will trigger the ventral attention network and this will direct your attention there.
The result will be that your parasympathetic nervous system kicks in and triggers a hormonal and neurochemical response: you?ll produce adrenaline, dopamine, cortisol and norepinephrine and these chemicals will raise the heartrate contract your muscles and narrow your attention to that one thing.

To a lesser extent, this happens if you?re hungry, too hot, too cold, or if you are stressed about something else whether that be debt, your relationship or anything else.

Introduction

Leadership is a skill that everyone should develop and cultivate. Being a leader does not necessarily have to mean being a manager or a politician – it could also mean being a thought leader, or even just being a great parent. The ability to inspire, command and guide others is something that is incredibly valuable and that can help you to accomplish more and even raises your confidence and self-worth.

In this guide, we’re going to examine what it takes to be a leader by looking at some of the most important traits that history’s greatest exhibit. Every leader is different and part of your journey to becoming one is going to be discovering your own ‘leadership style’. With that said though, there are still definitely some common traits that you can develop and some lessons we can learn from influential figures from history. And what you’ll find is that in some ways, the most
important aspects of being a great leader are not what you would expect.

I hope this guide will change the way you approach leadership and thereby help you to drastically improve your own results.

1. A Great Leader Does Not Need to be Liked

Should a great leader be feared or liked?

The answer is that it doesn’t really matter. What’s most important is that you focus less on trying to be everyone’s friend and more on getting results.

Ultimately, a leader is someone who is trying to accomplish a goal by leverage the power of their team. If your goal is to increase turnover, then you are a good leader if you increase turnover. It doesn’t matter if you are liked along the way.

And sometimes you will have to make hard decisions or break bad news. You need to be willing to do that and not to concerned with how it makes you ‘look’. For example, if your superiors tell you that you and your team are going to need to work late, then you need to pass on that information and not make excuses. The temptation here is to complain along with your staff, to whine about how unfair it is and to make rude comments about the capabilities of your higher-ups.

All this does is to make you look unprofessional, to damage the enthusiasm of your team and to make everyone question the rules they’re being asked to follow.

This is one of the biggest problems with politics too. In order to get re-elected, a leader needs to make positive change in a short space of time so that the electorate can see the results.

The problem is that some projects only yield results over a long period of time and might even hurt the economy in the short term. Making those decisions would be political suicide and so our country is only ever putting out fires, never growing! This is something that a few famous leaders have managed to break away from. Arnold Schwarzenegger most recently discussed this and the value of being willing to make hard decisions.

You don’t have to be unpleasant, but be willing to let your reputation take the hit when it needs to!

2. A Great Leader Takes Responsibility

The reason you need to care less about how others see you, is that this then allows you to take responsibility. You might be passing on orders but for all intents and purposes those are still your orders. Own them and don’t apologize.

Likewise, when things go wrong because your team was working too slowly, you need to take the flack with your superiors and take responsibility. You were leading them, so if they didn’t get the work done, that’s your fault. Throwing your colleagues under the bus will again only make you seem weak and like someone who makes excuses!

What’s more important, is that by taking responsibility for targets not being met and mistakes being made, you are creating a safe ‘buffer’ for those beneath you. They know that they can make decisions and do what they think needs to be done and not worry about the possible repercussions. You’re probably getting paid more than them, so it’s your job to occasionally get shouted at!

This extends even further to taking responsibility for your own actions and decisions. Leaders make decisions quickly and with confidence and that’s not because they always have the answers, but because they’re willing to take the flack if their decisions prove to be wrong.

The worst thing you can do as a leader is to force your team to make hard decisions. Looking to politics for an example again, we can consider the recent decision of David Cameron (England’s ex-prime minister) to vote on whether or not the country should leave the EU.

This was a decision that most analysts agree the country was ill-equipped to make. In this case, politicians were letting the general public do their jobs for them and the consequences may prove to be devastating. Meanwhile, leader of the opposition at the time (Jeremy Corbyn) was famously non-committal in his views on the subject, losing much of his party to lose faith in him. This is in stark contrast with Nicola Sturgeon – who most would agree is a much stronger leader – who has made her views on Scotland leaving the UK very clear.

An extensive range of glasses continues to be found in the procedure today. The form of mug used furthermore depends upon the kind of illness to become treated.

The Type of Jars:

There are a large variety of jars, the ones used most common clinically are listed below:

Bamboo Cup: It is a cup made out of a joined section of bamboo that is 6 to 10 cm in length and 3 to 5 cm in diameter. The rim of the cup should smooth and polished prior to usage.

The advantages of a bamboo cup are its length, economical, easily-made, and durable. The disadvantages are its fragile structure, which can cause leakage when exposed to dry conditions for a long time. Apart from normal daily usage, a bamboo cup can also be used for drug-cupping by boiling it in a medicinal liquid.

Pottery Jar: This kind of cup is made from pottery. The body of the pottery cup has a large belly, a slightly smaller mouth and the bottom is shaped like a drum. The advantage of the pottery cup is its ability to create a strong suction. However, it is heavy and easily breakable.

Glass Cup: The glass cup is different from the pottery jar, as it comes in a variety of sizes. The glass cup is unique in that it is transparent, and skin reactions can be easily observed and controlled. On the downside, it is delicate, which can be easily broken.

Piston Air-Sucking Cup: The piston air-sucking cup is made out of transparent plastic with a piston inside. The suction is created by moving the piston upwards to draw air into the cup. This type of cup is convenient as well as providing strong suction. It is also difficult to break or damage it.

Total Bodyweight Transformation

Do you want to get into the best shape of your life?

Have you tried and failed to get into great shape in the past?

Do you struggle with training programs that involve going to the gym 5 days a week for an hour at a time and starving yourself of carbs and other tasty foods?

Don’t worry, I’m not about to try and sell you something. Far from it! Rather, I’m recommending that it’s time you used something that you already own. And something that’s entirely free: your own body!

Bodyweight training is the perfect solution when it comes to building muscle, losing weight, getting fitter and improving health all round. This is the answer that has been staring you in the face all this time and it can work where so many other methods have failed in the past for a number of key reasons. Read on and we’ll see just why bodyweight is the very best tool for transforming your body and mind.

The first thing to recognize is that any training program that involves going to the gym several times a week is almost guaranteed to fail.

The way to look at it is like this: if you’re currently out of shape, then it’s probably because you aren’t being active enough and aren’t getting out of the house enough.

The question you need to ask yourself then, is why that might be. Could it be that you’re overly tired and don’t have the motivation after a heavy day at work to go and beast yourself at the gym for an hour?

Could it be that if you’re already tired and stressed, fitting 5 hours of intense exercise into your regime is going to be destined for failure?

And what’s more, is that going to the gym five times a week takes a lot more than five hours. Rather, going to the gym five times a week is much more likely to take you a good 8-10 hours.

That’s because there’s a lot more involved in going to the gym.

First, you get home and you have to pack your gym kit. You then have to get in the car and drive/find a parking spot, or cycle/walk when it might be cold and wet. You get to the gym, get changed and then start working out. After your 45 minutes of training (and chatting to the trainers and other gym goers), you then have to go and have a shower. We’re now probably at 1.5 hours easily and you’ve yet to get changed and get home yet!

Then you have to fit cooking dinner around all of that and you have to wash all the extra washing you made by getting sweaty and working out. This all takes work and it all takes energy.

And your energy is finite. You’ve just added 8-10 hours of exertion to your tired week, as well as more washing, more expense… it’s a huge amount to ask!

Okay then, here’s an alternative: why not just create a home gym?

Sure, you could do that. But here’s how that goes:

You need space to store all of your stuff

You need to get everything out each time you want to train and put it all away

You need to spend lots of money on equipment

It takes time to build up a big decent collection

You need to make sure you’re not in anyone’s way and you need to debate with your other half about spending that much money on equipment

That’s assuming you don’t live in a small flat where creating a home gym will be completely out of the question!

So in short, this takes a lot of time and effort too and it’s not something you can easily just ‘dive into’.

Minimalist Living: When Less is More

In this day and age, many of us are under the impression that ‘more is more’. Western society has led us to believe that the secret to happiness is to have more stuff and even to feel inadequate when comparing what we have to what our neighbors have, or what people on television have.

So what is the answer? To get more and more ‘stuff’ and constantly feel like that next purchase is going to be what changes everything? Or perhaps to try and ‘let go’ of that need for stuff and to find ourselves feeling more at ease as a result?

As you might have guess from the title of this short report, the answer lies with the latter. But the key is how you go about achieving this mindset. How do you stop yourself from constantly wanting the ‘next big thing’ and how precisely does this make you a happier person? Let’s take a look…

Are You Stuck in a Loop?

What many of us don’t realize is that we’re stuck in a kind of loop or a ‘vicious cycle’ that may be preventing us from ever being completely happy. The reason for this, is that we are so fixated on material possessions, that we’re willing to sacrifice all of the other things we need to be happy.

Think about it: if you’re like many people, then there’s a good chance that you currently feel over worked, stressed, exhausted and perhaps that you don’t spend enough time with your family, or enough time doing the things that you really enjoy. You get home late after working until 7pm and then you have to cook, eat, get washed and tidy the house all before bed time. It doesn’t leave much space for spending time with your family, or for pursuing hobbies and things that interest you.

Which is why, when you see that flashy new suit or dress, or that stunning new car… you feel tempted to buy it. You need a ‘win’. You need something to feel good. And so you go ahead and you make the purchase.

But that often means that you had to pay on credit card, which might mean that you’re now in debt. Or perhaps it means that you had to take out a small loan even. That then creates more stress and so the only way to make it go away is to work harder.

How Did This Happen?

What doesn’t help is that many of us equate success with career success. A successful person is someone who has a flash car, who wears nice suits, who has a Rolex and who is in a position of power and importance in their workplace. Nevermind whether they’re actually happy.

Advertising reinforces this view. Models on the covers of magazines look beautiful thanks to all of the expensive health products they use. To smell like Jonny Depp (and thus find love), you need to spend $50 on cologne. And to feel like you’ve accomplished anything in life, you need a TV that’s at least 34” wide. Nevermind if you actually get time to watch it.

Without meaning to sound like a conspiracy theorist, this is a status quo that greatly benefits the government and that benefits any capitalist economy. The more you feel dissatisfied with what you have, the more you work and the more you spend. That means you’re channeling more money into the economy.

It also doesn’t help that everyone else subscribes to pretty much the same view. Take a look at your neighbor and you’ll likely find that they’ve bought into the same notion. They too probably have a massive flat screen TV, nice car and important sounding job. Their home is probably filled with expensive trinkets from their travels. Nevermind if they only get to travel for one week out of 52!

This is partly down to simple human nature. ‘Social comparison theory’ states that we look to others in order to more accurately evaluate ourselves. In other words, you feel successful based not on how much money you have but on how much more money you have compared with your neighbor. And with the models wearing the Rolexes on TV…

Studies show that if you compare yourself to someone who has less than you, then you will be happier. If you compare yourself to someone who has more, then you will become dissatisfied. The irony is that it doesn’t matter how much you actually have, as long as you come out well during the the comparison!

It’s All an Illusion – Time to Break Free

Stop and ask yourself if this is really what you originally wanted. You might be feeling great that you’ve reached a position of responsibility in your job and that you’re now able to afford expensive clothes… but was that ever your ambition to begin with? Or did the pressures of living force you into that position?

Is being the head of a stapler company really that exciting an achievement?

More likely, you probably started out wanting to be a rock star (to make music), wanting to create computer games, wanting to be an athlete (to play sports), or wanting to travel and see the world.

Maybe you’ve always dreamed of having a beautiful home.

The 7 Step Blueprint To Rewiring Your Mind For Success

Consider the world’s most successful people. Or better yet, consider the people in your own life who you consider to be successful.

What do they have in common?

There are lots of things but a few points that may be coming to mind are:

- Drive, passion and determination

- Charisma, confidence – possibly looks

- Presence and swagger

- Courage and determination

- Creativity and inventiveness

- Positivity

These are the people who come into your workplace, looking fantastic and knocking it out the park every single day. The guys are dressed in fantastic-looking suits that fit them perfectly of course. The women are in pencil skirts with amazing heels that no one else would be able to walk in.

They look immaculate and they charm themselves up the corporate ladder. Maybe you’ve been around their house and seen that it is completely pristine and beautifully decorated. Maybe you’ve introduced them to your friends and they’ve been completely charming and magnetic.

You would hate these people… if only they weren’t so decent and great to be around! Which of course just makes it all the more frustrating…

But instead of being frustrated, you should instead try to be inspired. What is it that they have that you don’t? How can you go about accomplishing the same things for yourself? How can you be ‘one of those people’?

This 7-step blueprint will show you how…

Step 1: Know What You Want

The first step to success is to know exactly what you want. You have to know your passions and your dreams and you need to know what motivates you. It might sound simplistic but it’s something that all too many people are completely unaware of. Ask someone what their dream is and they might tell you ‘to make senior management’. That’s not exactly a very inspiring goal…

But what if you aren’t one of those people who has always had a singular dream? Who has always known exactly what they wanted? What can you do then to accomplish your goals?

To solve this problem, a good strategy is to think in terms of ‘visions’ rather than goals. What is your ‘vision’ for the future? Picture your perfect future and picture what life would be like if you had everything go exactly your way.

There will be some abstract concepts and some tangibles but either way, you can start to break it down into things that you can actually accomplish.

Another tip? Ask yourself when in your life you have been happiest. And what was it about that time that made you so happy?

Step 2: Break it Down Into Small Goals

Next, you need to break down that abstract vision into smaller goals that you can move toward. That means that you stop thinking in the long term and stop thinking about grand visions – instead you think about small steps you can take every day, or that you can take every week, that will help you to get to the point that you need to be at.

For example, if your vision involves being in incredible physical shape, then your daily steps might involve working out for 15 minutes a day, or perhaps eating 1,800 calories a day. If your goal is to be a best-selling novelist, then your small steps will involve writing a page every night.

Instead of daydreaming, it’s time to get realistic and to actually start implementing realistic steps to getting what you want. No more excuses!

Step 3: Keep Your Vision in Mind

While performing these small steps though, you must always keep that overarching vision in mind. This is what will have the emotional hook for you and it’s what is going to give you the impetus to keep going even when you’re tired.

And this is also why it’s so important that your vision be true to who you are – that this is really want you want from life and not what you think you should want – or what other people want for you.

Too often we chase after goals that we associate with ‘success’ only because that is what we have been taught. If your goal is to become CEO for example, then there’s a good chance that this is actually just your idea of what success should look like – rather than what you really want.

Goal Setting To Live A Life Of Freedom

The 7 Step Blueprint To Rewiring Your Mind For Success

Is it true that you can really achieve anything you want to in life? Of course the answer is ‘yes to a degree’. There are limitations on what we can accomplish sure but for the most part, we can definitely surprise ourselves when it comes to just what we can manage and that’s why it is so important to shoot for the stars. That’s why it’s so important to have a goal, to have a vision and to really go for it. Don’t let anyone tell you know and don’t give up when the going gets a little tough.

These are all nice platitudes. But what if you don’t know what it is that you want to achieve?

What if you have lots of goals?

Or what if your goal really is unachievable? It’s no good wishing that you were an astronaut if you’re in your 40s – that ship has sailed.

There are answers to all these problems though and it starts with knowing how to write goals. Once you know how to choose your battles, once you learn to know what you want and what your passion is, then you can start to actually make those things happen.

And once you know how to write goals properly, you’ll find that it’s much easier to execute on your goals and to follow them through to completion.

In short, writing goals correctly is the key that can unlock all of life’s riches. The good news? This is something that you can learn yourself. So, let’s dive in and see how you go about writing goals and then making them really happen…

It just takes 7 steps…

Step 1: Learn Your Passions

The first thing to do, is to learn where your passions lie. When we have a passion, it brings us to live. It animates us, it makes us more charismatic, more inspiring, more exciting to be around. Passionate people are leaders and they are innovators. Passionate people lead the charge while everyone else just follows behind.

So your first goal is to find that passion and that means you need to think hard about what makes you come alive.

Discard all the things you think that you’re supposed to like. Forget all the things you were told to go after in your life. And instead, ask yourself when you were last happiest. Ask yourself what you would spend your money on if you had a billion dollars. Ask yourself what you would do right now if you had nowhere you needed to be and no limitations.

Ask yourself when the last time you worked on a project was that really got you inspired. Ask yourself when you last felt enraged at the state of things and driven to fix them.

If you pick a goal that doesn’t speak to your passions, you won’t have the strength to go through with it. And if you do, then you’ll be disappointed with the outcome. This part is essential.

Step 2: Create a Vision

A vision is not the same thing as a goal but it’s a great foundation that you can use to build your goals on top of. So what is a vision?

Essentially, this is an abstract idea – an image of what you want your life to be like. You haven’t ironed out the details but you’re instead just picturing in your mind’s eye what life might be like in a perfect world.

Like I alluded to in the last paragraph, everyone is different. Some people are going to want to live in a massive house and be incredibly rich. Other people will see themselves as the author of a best-selling novel. Others will just want a quiet space to spend time with their family. These are all perfectly valid visions, so just sit down, close your eyes and then imagine what you want your life to be like from now. No expectation, no rules, just an image of what your perfect reality would look like.

Step 3: Write a Mission Statement

Now you’re going to take that vision and knowledge of your passions and use this to write a mission statement. This is a commitment that you are making to a certain type of lifestyle and a certain set of goals.

Companies have mission statements and these are distinct from their products or what they ‘do’. A mission statement should incorporate both what a company intends to do and also why it intends to do it.

So, a technology company might make computers but this is not the mission statement. The mission statement is the driving force behind that determination and the unifying set of principles that connect all their products.

A mission statement might therefore be something along the lines of ‘creating technology that allows people to create more and be more productive’. This is actually very similar to Microsoft’s mission statement.

Or the mission statement might be ‘to create beautiful, desirable technology that fits your personal style’.

Both these two mission statements work for technology companies but they paint a very different picture of the type of technology they produce and the reasons why they produce it. Moreover, you can imagine that the guiding principles in designing those products would be very different for the two companies.

Introduction

Email marketing has the potential to be the single most powerful marketing tool in your arsenal. Don’t take my word for it: if you check the blogs of any of the biggest ‘make money’ experts on the web, they will almost unanimously advise that email marketing should be front and center as part of your marketing and that it is more profitable than many other kinds combined!

But the fact remains that a lot of people aren’t going about their email marketing in the right way. Unfortunately, they have been misguided or they simply got the wrong end of the stick. As a result, they will spend an awful lot of time treading water and not making any progress. This is frustrating and it leads a lot of marketers to give up on this aspect of their marketing strategy.

This report is here to change that for you. Herein, you will find 21 incredibly powerful hacks that can instantly increase your engagement, your deliverability, your conversions and more. Are you ready? Let’s go!

1. Warm Up Your List

To avoid getting a bad ‘sender reputation’, it’s very important to avoid letting emails bounce or get delivered with very poor open rates. A good way to protect yourself from this fate is to first ‘warm up’ your IP address and mailing list. That means sending some emails from your account to only your most engaged members – maybe even friends and family. This will get you off to a good start which could stand you in good stead if things take a turn later on.

2. Keep Your Friends and Relatives On There

For this same reason, you should keep friends and relatives on your mailing list. They will (hopefully) always open them, which can help just a little in keeping your sender rep positive.

3. Send Emails Consistently

Don’t go long periods without sending emails and likewise, don’t go through phases of bombarding your audience. Let your recipients know what to expect and they’ll be less likely to complain or get frustrated with you.

4. Tease the Next Email

Once you have a consistent schedule, you can use this to your advantage by getting your recipients to eagerly await each new instalment! Do this by teasing what’s coming up and making it sound highly exciting.

5. Use Split Testing

Split testing means that you are going to send out two very similar emails, perhaps with subtly different subject headings, and then see which performs best. This will teach you the best practices to adopt and thus help you to optimize your process.

6. Use a Landing Page Builder

Something like Lead Pages or Thrive will help you to create more professional looking landing pages which will in turn help you to get more conversions.

7. Calculate How Much You Can Spend on PPC

Once you have a landing page, you can then use PPC (pay per click) advertising to direct traffic there. You now know how much you are paying (maximum) for each visitor. If you know what your conversion rate is and you can calculate the average number of purchases each subscriber makes (and how much profit comes from each one), you can choose the perfect budget for your ads and guarantee that you’ll stay in profit! Almost…

8. Offer a Good Incentive

A good incentive or magnet is something like a free ebook or a report. This can help to encourage people to part with their email address when they might otherwise have been on the fence and it will hopefully mean you buy some good will in the process!

9. But Not Too Good!

While it’s a good idea to offer an incentive, you don’t want to make this something too amazing. In fact, a report is almost always better than a free ebook.

There are several reasons for this. Firstly, if your incentive is too good then you will risk attracting people to your mailing list who are in fact not interested in whatever you’re talking about. They will sign up purely to get your free gift and they might then never read any of your emails or even unsubscribe as soon as they have what they want! This skews your data and of course damages your sender reputation, so you want to avoid it.
