If you think that you are performing at a substandard level in any area of your life, it's very easy to just blow it off! It really is! It's very easy to think of it as another bad day or a series of bad days. It's tempting to think that you're just going to get out from the under, whatever it is that's holding you back and things will go back to normal.

Unfortunately, your definition of ‘normal’ starts to slide and can you end up settling for less than optimal existence.

You get used to frustration. It's easy to get accustomed to a lot of disappointments.

Sooner, rather than later you let go of your earlier ideals and you just settle for a life that's really not worth living! That's really quite far from the kind of life you'd like for yourself.

Sadly, by that point, you feel like you really can't do much of anything.

You need a reboot.

You need to know when to perform a personal reboot, so you can get your life back on track. Otherwise, it's too easy for this pattern to play out in your life, and you end up frustrated, stressed out and powerless at some level or another.

You deserve so much more!

Here are the 10 signs that you need a personal reboot.

If you find yourself thinking about just one person or just one issue in your life, over and over again, it means that there's something wrong. This means that a lot of your mental and emotional energy are being drained by that one element in your life.

You're definitely not living a balanced life, this is a clear indication of that. You need to make certain changes to ensure that your focus goes to balancing your life's needs.

If it doesn't take much for you to react in a very negative or overly emotional way, you might want to sit up and pay attention. You might be possessing the worlds stimuli in all too personal way, it's very easy for you to put yourself in the middle of something that you see her touch, smell and taste.

This is a serious problem because we all know that the world is not about us, it definitely doesn't revolve around us!

Unfortunately, if you feel that everything is about you and you respond emotionally to a lot of things and it doesn't take much for you to go off on the deep end as far as your emotions go, this may be your assumptions. You may have assumed at the deepest level that the world is all about you, that's why you're reacting so emotionally.

According to research studies, behavioral psychologist found out that people actually make most of their decisions impulsively. Only when they are asked to explain their decision, they'll come up with seemingly rational or reasonable explanations for doing so.

Pay attention to your decisions, are you active and conscientiously weighing a lot of factors before you make a call?

Or are you making these decisions based on how you feel? If that's the case, then ask yourself, if you are emotionally overreacting or have a tough time by keeping your emotions under control. If this is the case, then it may well turn out that a lot of your decisions are impulsive and emotional in nature. This may lead to you regretting, a higher than normal amount of those decisions.

This doesn't seem like any kind of memory or concern that enters your mind is enough to get the better of your emotions. You find yourself feeling sad, overly concerned or upset easily when you think about certain things. If this happens pretty much across the board, you may want to view this as a red flag.

In the span of a day, how many things on your "to do list", have you actually completed? Pay attention to your "to do list" over the course of several months, because it seems like you're able to achieve less with each passing day. Is your attention span getting shorter and shorter? This doesn't mean that you're lazy, this doesn't mean that you're not putting time and effort. Assuming that's the case, you still see this pattern. If you see this pattern, then this is a serious red flag.

Do you watch videos or movies and it doesn't take much for you to get really sad? Do you think back to certain things that happened in your past and you can't help but feel sad, victimized, or pressed or otherwise abused. Even if something good happened to you, you tend to focus on what's missing, do you focus on how things could have improved, or could have been better?

Do you find that when you keep thinking about how things could be so much better, then you start getting sadder and sadder?

If you get easily depressed, then this means something is off balanced in your life. You're not seeing the big picture. You're not looking at things from the right perspective. It doesn't seem like you see a healthy connection between a lot of things that's depressing you and other things that could actually make you happy.

Instead, you just focus on the things that are bad and you only see the negative, you don't see the context. If this is the case, you might want to start unwinding. You might want to adapt a personal routine that will enable you to head off depression. It's very easy to assume the very worst. It's definitely very easy to feel the things are the worst that they could be.

The good news is, it's all a choice, you do have a lot of say in the matter.

I know that you're feeling sad, I know that you feel that your life has, somehow, someway spiraled out of control at some level or another. But please understand that you have a lot more choice than you give yourself a credit for. You don't necessarily have to automatically feel upset, sad or angry when you remember certain things or when you see certain things or people say stuff to you. You can choose to respond differently, you don't have to react with automatic depression, sadness, rage or insecurity. To learn how to retake your control over your mental and emotional resources and processes, click here.

Do you oftentimes stop and look at the great things that's happening in your life, but somehow, someway can't quite feel 100% positive about what's going on. Because it seems like, regardless of how awesome things are going for you in many areas of your life, you feel that it's about to end or the best days are behind you.

Do you think that if you allow yourself to celebrate or feel really good about the good times that they will somehow be cut short? Have you often warn yourself that you don't want to "jinx" your good fortune?

Let’s face it. If you're not achieving the kind of results you had hoped to get with your life, maybe the reason doesn't lie with other people. Put simply, you cannot blame other people for your lack of success. Maybe it's not a situation out of your control. Maybe it's not the fact that you weren't born with advantages, maybe it has nothing to do with with any of the common reasons you give yourself. Instead, it may have everything to do with the excuses you choose to believe in.

You have to understand that you are always in control of your life. The only person who is truly responsible for your life is yourself. Stop giving yourself any of the common excuses below. If you want to live a more consequential and yes, effective life.

People who think this way believe that the world, and all the goodness in it, is like a giant pie. For a person's slice to get bigger, somebody's slice has to necessarily get smaller. You have to remember that if you want to achieve the best, ‘the best’ is largely defined by you. The outcome that you get out of any effort is ultimately going to be judged by you.

When you say that the best is already taken by others you're just giving yourself an excuse not to try.

You are assuming that there's only a fixed amount of "the best things in life." That's not true.

You may come in third place and still think you did your best. That is good enough.

Stop robbing yourself of opportunities for victory by refusing to even try. Ultimately, whether you came in first place or not, what matters most, at the end of the day, all boils down to whether you selected a vision for yourself and did everything you could to achieve that vision.

That's going to be the measure that you're going to have to live with. That's how you determine ‘the best.’ Sadly, thinking that ‘the best’ has already been taken is just an excuse to not even try.

When you constantly compare yourself to other people, don't be surprised if you come out looking like a loser most of the time. This happens quite a bit. Why? You compare all the best things they have going for themselves with the worst things in your life.

Otherwise, you wouldn't be comparing.

If you feel that you're in any way lacking or inadequate in a certain part of your life, you wouldn't be comparing that part of yourself with other people. There would not be any need to.

This is why it's a bad idea to think of ultimate outcomes in terms of comparison. Instead, you should run a race with yourself. You should ask yourself, "Did I try hard enough? Did I believe in something badly enough to get off my ass and make something out of myself?”

Those are the things that you should be asking instead of constantly comparing yourself to others. If you keep comparing yourself to others, then most things that you do wouldn't matter because you always come out on the losing end.

Part of what makes life fun and exciting is the fact that there are no guaranteed outcomes. There is no assurance of victory. If everything was guaranteed and success was dished out on a silver tray to anybody who showed up, there would be no point to life. There wouldn't be life at all as we currently define it.

What gives life value, excitement, and beauty is the fact that there is nothing you can take for granted.

Everything is up in the air. Everything is up for negotiation and everything can unfold at any time.

That's why when you think that you should be guaranteed success for you to try, you're just fooling yourself.

It doesn’t make any logical sense: if life success can be guaranteed, then it wouldn't matter whether you tried or not. It will be delivered to you anyway. You see how this ‘logic’ works? Stop giving yourself this excuse for failure and mediocrity.

Your past does not define you. Just because you've failed 100 times before doesn't necessarily mean that you are doomed to fail today. You have to understand that there are a lot of very successful people who have failed many times before they made it big.

Andy Grove, the genius behind Intel semiconductor chips, started a lot of businesses and ultimately all went belly up. But ultimately, he came up with Intel and the rest, as they say, is history. Similarly, ‘Colonel’ Harlan Sanders of KFC fame failed with almost all the projects he tried in life. Later in life he started a chicken restaurant and once again, like they say, the rest is history.

Just because you have experienced disappointment and setbacks in the past doesn't mean that they have to define you. The only way to lose is to quit. If you keep trying to keep springing back up and you give it your best, you are still in the game. You can still turn things around and achieve your dreams.

A lot of people are under the impression that they have to cheat for them to become rich. Many of them believe the poisonous idea that they have to somehow become perverted or degraded for them to achieve victory in their lives. These people have a very dismal view of victory. They think that becoming rich, powerful, and respected, all involve dirty tricks.

A lot of these people are under the impression that there's only so much wealth in the world and all of this is basically inherited or pass from one generation to the other. If you were to disturb this process or come up with something new, it's because you somehow someway cheated. Well, not so fast.

When you look at most of today's billionaires, the vast majority of them are self-made. Most of them came up with companies that produce solutions that didn't exist before. They earned their money. To think that you will somehow have to become somebody worse so you can become successful is really giving the whole idea of success a black eye. Because if you think that way then you automatically cast a negative light on everybody else was able to achieve natural success.

I'm talking about people who didn't cheat their way to the top. They didn't hurt other people to get what they wanted. Please understand that you can remain true to yourself even if you achieve success. In fact, if you develop integrity and make it your life’s focus, this makes success all the more probable.

Introduction

Yoga, it’s the magic word, which has guided humans all over the world towards better health, peace of mind and even prosperity. Yoga has the power to transform one’s life and takes the person to an amazing feeling of serenity and calmness. Not many are aware of the powers of yoga and the asana recommended by this unique therapeutic science.

There are also many who don’t even know what yoga is and have their own notions about it based on what they have heard or seen. Before you start practicing yoga, it’s important to understand what it means and its basic facts. This will make sure you imbibe the goodness of yoga into your soul and are able to practice this science in the perfect way so as to gain maximum benefits.

What comes to your mind when you hear the word “Yoga”? Well, you may think of some images of women in a few seemingly impossible poses. If this is what you think yoga is all about, then you may just have an inkling of this amazing science. And yes, that's it - just inkling. You got to go a long way before fully understanding Yoga.

This book will focus on the following:

- Reasons you should practice yoga
- Benefits derived
- Yoga poses and the mistakes to avoid

It’s my firm belief that it will provide you with all the answers to your questions.

Yoga and Your Life

There are seven primary forms of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Ashtanga, Bikram, and Iyengar yoga. Hatha is the most common and easiest form of yoga. It combines breathing techniques and basic movements. Vinyasa yoga combines multiple poses that smoothly transition into one another.

Power yoga is an intense form, designed to build muscles quickly. Ashtanga is similar to Vinyasa yoga in that it combines multiple poses that smoothly transition into one another; it is unique in that the poses include special breathing techniques. Bikram is a collection of 26 yoga poses designed to be performed in very hot temperatures. Finally, Iyengar yoga utilizes objects like blocks or chairs to align the body in the proper position. In this book, we will focus primarily on the first form, Hatha Yoga.

If you are already a committed practitioner of yoga, you probably will use established routines and will have successfully worked yoga into your life.

Yoga For Any Lifestyle

Is yoga the right type of workout for you? I would assert that yoga can accommodate any lifestyle. There are aspects of yoga that can be implemented in the office, on a plane, at your desk, pretty much anywhere. Because yoga doesn’t require special equipment, it is easy to maintain your daily yoga practice when you travel. Even if your life is hectic, you can (and should) introduce yoga into your daily routine, if only for five minutes at a time.

If you already have a solid workout routine, all the better; Yoga can easily be tacked on to either end of your workout. You can regularly practice yoga whether you have a set schedule or one that varies wildly. It makes no difference whether you live in the mountains, on the beachfront, or in between. Whether you live in a studio apartment or a 20-bedroom mansion, you can still find space for yoga! In other words, there’s really no excuse not to include yoga as part of your life. It’s so beneficial, why not give it a shot?

When and Where

If you already have a regular workout routine, you can easily introduce a single yoga position into your cool-down. Use a single pose for several days, before moving on to anything else. This gives your body time to adjust to the new positioning and truly learn its process, which can be more challenging than it appears on the surface.

The “when” and “where” of yoga don’t matter as long as it’s consistent. The consistent practice of yoga is what makes it effective. Many people find that waking up a half-hour earlier than usual to incorporate a yoga routine into their lives produces noticeable results.

Yoga is a great way to get your day started. Other people rely on yoga in the evening, claiming it helps them fall asleep easier. Don’t have time to wake up a half hour early? You can also practice yoga at work if your environment allows. Many of the poses can be performed while sitting on a chair. You can execute others while standing or waiting in line. The only restriction: do not practice yoga within a couple hours of eating.

To make it easier to practice yoga whenever and wherever opportunity presents itself, I recommend keeping a yoga mat and a set of comfortable workout clothes in your car. You never know when it’ll come in handy.

Even though you can do yoga everywhere and anywhere, I recommend that you set aside a comfortable space in your home just for yoga. One of my friends was fortunate enough to have an extra room in her home that she set apart for yoga. Dubbed “The Yoga Room”, it was carpeted, the walls were uncluttered, and the room contained only the items she needed for her yoga work. I found it clean, open, refreshing, and relaxing – the perfect place for yoga. If you don’t have the space to devote a whole room to yoga, you can at least clear a portion of a room – preferably with a wall, as it will come in handy for occasional support.

Your Yoga Plan

The next step is to establish a plan. If you are just beginning to explore yoga, it is important that you enter the practice gently. Your body needs time to ease into the changes you are introducing to it. At the same time, your body needs to experience yoga on a regular basis, so you can begin to discover its benefits in your body, your mind, and your spirit.

A gentle introduction to yoga would be to give yourself five minutes a day to enter into one or two of the poses. Yes, five minutes is all you need at first. Tack it onto one of your existing routines. For example, if you have a set routine you follow for the start of your day, five minutes of yoga added on can help you clear your mind and rev up your body, preparing for action. On the other hand, if you have a series of activities you normally follow before you go to bed (and if you do not, I highly recommend you start), five minutes of yoga can help you relax and can prepare your mind and body for a good night’s rest.

7 Best Motivational Apps To Nail Your Resolutions MRR Ebook With Audio

Introduction

Motivation is the key to conquering your resolutions. With a sufficient amount of motivation in any task or plan, you’ll find your missions complete in no time. The first problem to cover though is, where are you going to get the motivation from?

Some people find that reminders are the best way to keep themselves motivated. Others like to have a helping hand pat them on the back once in a while when they feel low. So why not combine the two for an ultimate motivator?

The latest trend is to have a motivational app installed on your phone there to support you and your resolutions. Motivational apps keep track of the goals you make and encourage, remind, and reward you when you complete them.

Phones have now become daily carry, so it’s better to make use of their 24-hour convenience by turning them into your motivation system. Here are seven sensational motivational apps to get you started:

App 1 - ThinkUp: Positive Affirmations

ThinkUp touches your motivation on a more personal level. When you use ThinkUp, you create your own affirmations or choose from the provided list. Whichever you choose, you record your own voice reassuring this affirmation. After recording, play and listen to your voice as you remind yourself why you need to pursue your goals.

Add preferred music to your affirmations and listen to your own motivated self, telling you why you need to endure through to the end. Sociologists promise this is a great way to motivate yourself in tough situations since the brain trusts its own voice the most.

With this app, you help yourself in achieving your goals, remind yourself whenever you need it. You can feel better knowing that you’re the one enduring to strive for more, rather than have someone else tell you so.

Pros

This app helps you on a very personal level. Since you select your own goals, they relate to your exact situation. Hearing your own voice reminds you that there’s really no one forcing you to act. You’re acting on your own free will because nobody wants anything that’s not good for themselves, only the best.

There’s also much due research going in behind this project. Many social experts have contributed to making this app the best it can be, perfect for each individual.

The choice of selecting as many affirmations as you require is a nice touch since some people feel they should do more at once. There’s variety between making your own affirmations or deciding from the already made ones given in the app.

The reminders and scheduled notifications cover you through a busy schedule, making sure that there’s always time for a positive note.

Cons

Though this app likes to speak to users on a more personal note, some people may not receive the desired effect from hearing their own voice over and over. Instead, it may give the opposite effect that nothing has changed though you’ve attempted accomplishing what you want.

It may not be the case for every person, but there’s no assurance this is the technique for you. This app calls for a lot of initiative on your behalf to keep updating your goals and achieve them after hearing your recordings.

Initiative is sometimes the issue for people and why they look to these kinds of applications. With this app, establishing yourself takes time and much effort. Additionally, the reward you receive isn’t highly noticeable with this app.

Without a doubt, this app has an elegantly high success rate, but not everyone seems to be satisfied with how it helps. Instead, some people find it a nuisance never seeing any results after listening to themselves over and over.

Verdict

For an independent person looking for confidence when in need, this is the right app. It helps establish daily goals and a steadier, more positive attitude. Listening to your own reassuring voice convinces you why you can achieve the impossible and making dreams a reality, really isn’t as crazy as it may sound.

With the help of your ThinkUp app, plans will seem closer at hand than they used to be. If you feel sad, disheartened or distraught, ThinkUp keeps your better half remind you why you can do great things, not the other way around.

When considering a motivational app for your device, ThinkUp is definitely one to try out. It’s easy, consoling and has been proven effective multiple times by many people. It’s an app that can help you through very tough times.

App 2 - Motivate: Daily Motivation

Motivate lives up to its name for motivation is all it has to offer. With readymade videos filled to the brim with confidence, playlists to alleviate your spirit, and notifications to keep you up to date, this is the app for any busy life.

Motivate offers videos to keep you upright and lifted, ensuring that you stay positive and certain with your choices. These videos are from professionals who work to make you more motivated. With a video fit for as many situations as possible, you can find the perfect way to kick start your engine.

Playlists are also available for people who’d rather listen than watch. With spiriting music and strong-willed voices, you’ll be running with a crowd cheering behind you all the time. You can schedule notifications to remind of all your daily tasks so nothing gets left behind while you work through the day.

5 Surprisingly Simple Ways To Be Happy MRR Ebook With Audio

Introduction

Happiness is a choice. You can take measures to make yourself happy, or you can choose to remain in the status quo and continue being unhappy. It’s probably safe to say those with sound mind are going to choose happiness over unhappiness. It’s common sense, isn’t it?

But what most people don’t know is that they don’t need to think of overly grandiose schemes to finally end up happy. In this short report, I’m going to share with you five surprisingly simple ways you can be happy.

Tip #1: Get enough sleep each night

How do you feel when you don’t get enough sleep at night? Grumpy, probably. When you go about your day, you'll find yourself dozing off or just staring blankly into space. Your energy levels are going to be so low; you’ll find it hard to keep up with everything that’s happening around you.

When you lack sleep, you’ll be less productive at work. If you drink coffee, you’ll probably be drinking several cups just to get your energy levels up. As you probably know, consuming too much caffeine will have adverse effects on your health. Additionally, when you consistently lack sleep, you’ll eventually weaken your immune system thus making you more prone to sickness and disease.

On the other hand, when you get a good night’s sleep, you wake up in a much better mood. You’re more alert, you can think quickly on your feet, you’re not going to fall asleep in your desk, or worse, in your car. You’ll feel less stressed, and you'll have so much more energy to last you throughout the day.

But how do you get good enough sleep at night?

Well, there are quite a few ways. For one, you can go to bed early at night especially if you know you’re going to be up early the next day. Aim for at least 6-8 hours of sleep. Instead of watching television or scrolling social media on your phone, head straight to bed. You’ll need to have plenty of self-discipline, however, to make sure this gets done. It’s so easy to ignore this advice and continue watching TV late at night.

Another technique you can use is to reduce blue light exposure at night. Your computer screen and your phone emit large amounts of blue light. You can dim the screen brightness or use apps to filter out the blue light; this puts less strain on your eyes.

Make your bedroom easy to sleep in as well. Turn down the temperature and if possible, remove all gadgets from the room. This means no TV, computers, and phones inside your bedroom. Try to implement this tip and experience a much better quality of sleep. When you consistently get a good night’s sleep, your happiness levels will also rise.

Tip #2: Exercise regularly

You probably already know the benefits of exercise. Whether you’re trying to lose or gain weight, exercise and proper diet is your best friend. Exercise gives you an incredible boost of energy you’re not going to find anywhere else.

While you may think it’s counterintuitive to exercise when you’re already physically tired, it’s actually a pretty good idea. No matter how tired or sluggish you feel, once you exercise you’d feel all these melt away, only to be replaced by a fountain of energy.

Here’s why:

When you exercise, a chemical known as ‘dopamine’ is released into the bloodstream. Instead of making you feel stressed, dopamine does the exact opposite and make you feel better after you exercise. Now the thing is, dopamine isn’t in tablet or capsule form, so it’s not something you can take when you feel like it.

If you want the rush dopamine gives you, then you need to start moving and work out!

In addition to boosting your energy levels, exercise also reduces anxiety and lessens stress. It also helps you improve your fitness which leads to more confidence. Because of these, people who exercise are generally happier than those who don’t.

If you’re wondering when the best time to exercise is, it’s really up to you. Some people prefer morning right before they head to work while others prefer nighttime to tire them out and make them fall asleep faster. Try exercising in the morning and at night and see which schedule works best for you.

Tip #3: Surround yourself with happy people

As the saying goes, “Tell me who your friends are and I’ll tell you who you are.” If we follow this logic, then it means that if your friends are happy people, then you’re also a happy person.

On the other hand, if you’re surrounded by Negative Nancy’s and Debbie Downer’s, then who’s to say you’re not like them? As they say, misery loves company. Instead of wanting other’s to succeed, these negative people want to drag others down to their depths. They get jealous of others’ happiness. Obviously, if you want to be happy, these aren’t the kind of people you should be surrounding yourself with.

But how do you go about attracting happy people over to your side? They’re not exactly going to be flocking over if you’re a negative sort of person. Therefore, if you want happy people to give you the time of day, you’d need to reinvent yourself.

To begin with, learn to smile naturally and laugh easily. Be more appreciative of what you do have in life – don’t take anything for granted. Write down all the things you’re thankful for.

For instance, be thankful you’re healthy. You have family and friends who care about you. You have a good job that pays you good money and is not driving you to an early grave, and so much more. Doing this will help you realize how very fortunate you are – you have a thousand and one reasons to be happy!

5 Zen Principles For A Better Life MRR Ebook With Audio

Introduction

Today’s busy life constantly comes with packages of stress, anxiety, and apprehension; all of which are not invited to a healthy happy life. To cope, people search for therapies and guidance on how to limit or eradicate these things from daily schedules. However, the answer may be much simpler than that. If anything, it is to calm down and take everything slowly; the definition of Zen.

What is Zen?

Now when some people think of the word Zen, they immediately relate it to a Buddhist somewhere off in the mountains, peacefully sitting in the utter silence of nature, ignoring the ongoings of modern society. It’s certainly something that not everyone is adaptable to. But while it is true that Zen originates from the tranquil practices of Buddhism, it doesn’t mean that you have to be on that level of Zen practices to achieve a peaceful life.

Quite the contrary, the general idea of achieving Zen or peace in life is to simplify and tone down the excitement that goes on every day.

This works on both a mental and physical level. It is considerably easier to change your habits on a daily spectrum, but the mental challenges can prove tedious.

Here’s a good starter for understanding the principles of acquiring a Zen life you can apply to your everyday routine. With practice and punctuality, you’ll soon find that adapting Zen habits can fill your life with peace and prosperity and is much easier to maintain than you may have thought previously.

Here are five very basic yet effective Zen habits to adapt to a calmer, more relaxed lifestyle.

Zen Habit #1

Adopt a Positive Mindset

Simplicity is the key to a happy life, but it isn’t that simple to achieve. To start yourself off on the journey to peacefulness, you need to start thinking about your mindset.

Identify and Accept Your Way of Thinking

Everybody has a separate way of viewing the world. Some see it with the eyes of an optimist, others are pessimistic about what lies ahead. And yet others like to think that they are realists, always looking to the facts and statistics to determine whether or not their day will proceed well.

It doesn’t matter what you believe you are, what matters is that you accept this. Acknowledge your ups and downs in the way you think and act. If you fail to see them, then ask somebody about what they believe you are like. You can get some very helpful pointers from a third perspective. Sometimes they may see something blind to your eye.

Nobody can really instruct you to a happy thinking pattern, because everyone is unique in this way. But what you can do to help yourself think positively on a daily basis is surround yourself with practical, beneficial people, places and things.

Realizing the Problem

The first step to improving your thinking patterns is by realizing where you become negative. You may not always have a pessimistic opinion on matters. It may only be when you encounter a new or unexpected situation where you suddenly propose the worse possibilities.

Sometimes, a certain place or person that holds significant bad memories or influence can immediately turn on your negative perspective. Once you are able to distinguish what makes you feel upset or causes an uprising of unsettling emotions, you can take the necessary steps to overcome this and relax your conscious state.

Rethink Your Solution

All the time your mind is in constant action, thinking about something. When you find yourself in a situation that you are uneasy in or that stresses you, your mind will jump to the quickest solution it comes up with. Your first resort may not always be the best one.

In a tense situation, your mind might tell you to run away while in a frustrating one, your mind may direct you to resort to verbal abuse to minimize the frustration. But before you do anything, think about the impact it will not only have on you, but on those surrounding you.

Will running away really solve anything? Will shouting angrily really get you the help you need? Or is there a better way to go through with the situation? Perhaps the Zen way!

Here’s a case scenario for those who need a picture in mind. You find that the copier machine at work has stopped working. You have the choice to ignore this and walk away, get angry about the fact that it has stopped, or try to solve the problem for both yourself and others. The best solution is to solve the problem.

Instead of copying the document, reprint it until you’ve got enough copies. Tell your director that the copier isn’t working which is an inconvenience in the office. Say it nicely so they don’t take it as an accusation.

The best thing about adopting a Zen lifestyle is that it’s simple steps like these that can help you find a happier place to be in, and they can be taken every day in the most insignificant places. Without all of the aggression and disturbance, go about your problems nicely, and always remember to let go.

How You Can Build Muscle Fast In 30 Days

You can’t just expect to build solid muscles with just a few hours in the gym and increasing your calorie intake. Here’s a look at how you should go about it:

Increase Your Calorie Intake

Once you have decided your aim is to build muscle and lose fat, you have to start paying attention to what you eat. Make sure to read food labels to get a rough idea of how many calories you are consuming. You need to eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight every day. It is important to understand if you lower your protein intake, you will lose a lot of muscle.

Make sure you consume foods which contain high quality proteins, such as egg, poultry, lean red meat and fish. Protein shakes are a great way to give your body an additional protein fix. If you have a fast metabolism that digests and burns calories quickly, you just have to keep up with your metabolism by eating high calorie meals every few hours.

Instead of eating 2 to 3 high-calorie meals a day, eat 5 to 6 separate meals after a two-hour interval so your body has enough time to digest and metabolize the food.

Limit Cardio

While cardio improves muscle recovery, it is evident excessive cardio exercises can cause extreme muscle loss. Cardio exercises have the tendency of reducing your caloric surplus. This, in turn, causes you to over train. While normal cardio sessions do not burn up a lot of calories, intense cardio sessions can cause damage to the calories you are consuming.

Let Go Of Supplements

You need to stop relying on supplements. Supplements cannot make up for all those hours you spent sulking at home when you ought to be at the gym and supplements won’t work if you do not follow a strict diet and eat tiny portions when you should be boosting your calorie intake. Most of the supplements which you will find in the market are marketed to hard gainers who simply want to gain weight.

These supplements only help you gain weight by increasing your water weight. In time, when you stop taking those supplements, your weight will drop dramatically and you lose the water weight. The only supplement that will actually prove helpful is protein powder.

Change Your Rep Range Every Few Days

It is important you change your rep range after every few days so you can avoid plateaus. Plateaus occur when your body gets used to a certain exercise or regime so much that it no longer responds to it. Changing the range of reps allows your body to get used to a new kind of stress. Alternating workouts and exercises also helps you lose weight and gain muscles more effectively.

Don’t Overwork Yourself

It is important you pay attention to your physical and mental wellbeing instead of just worrying about building muscles. Do not overwork yourself. Stick to 12 reps per muscle group instead for aiming for 15 or 20. Your workout routine last, at most, 45 minutes. Keep your workouts short and intense instead of dragging it for two hours.

Allow your body enough time to recover your muscles and make sure you get a good night’s sleep so you are energized and rejuvenated the next day.

Bulking and Cutting

Whether you are planning on building muscle or losing fat, you must be familiar with the terms “bulking” and “cutting.”

What is Bulking and Cutting?

Many people describe these terms as simply gaining muscle and losing fat, but that is not all.

Bulking: It is a time period in which you focus primarily on building muscle, gaining weight and increasing your stamina. During this time period, you increase your calorie intake to create a caloric surplus.

Cutting: It is a time period in which you primarily focus on losing weight, fat and becoming leaner. During this time period, you decrease your calorie intake while increasing your calorie expenditure.

The key to building muscles and achieving your ideal body shape is alternating between these two cycles.

How to Bulk the Right Way in 30 Days?

If you want to build muscles, you need to bulk up and gain weight. Now the problem is gaining weight without putting on fat. If you want to bulk up in 30 days, it is important you consume at least 4000 to 5000 calories a day during your bulk cycle.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to gain weight without putting on fat. This is why you need to focus on consuming ‘clean calories.’ Munching on pizza and cheeseburgers is the easiest way to put on weight but it will also get you a double chin so understand stuffing yourself with junk food is not the answer.

Most diets on the internet are unhealthy and wreak havoc on your health. Sure, you will be able to climb the scale quickly but will also be at the risk of suffering from health problems associated with your poor diet.

If you detect any of these thought patterns, you are suffering from irrational fear. There's really no other way to say it. You're afraid that something bad will happen that will cut off the good times.

The question that needs to be asked is, whether this is a rational fear? Does it make sense? Is there evidence to back it up? Are there good reasons why you should be in fear? Because you have to confront this issue, otherwise you won't be able to live a full emotional life.

You’ll always be holding back, you can't feel fully content, you can't express full appreciation of the great things that's happening in your life. Somehow, someway you have to pull back otherwise the situation that you fear the most will happen so you hold back. You have to be completely honest with yourself to determine if this is how you see things.

If you take an honest look at the many different areas of your life, you should come to the conclusion that at least one area is doing well. You may not be enjoying the best results compared to everybody else but you're not enjoying the worst either. When you compare that one particular area of your life to other aspects of your life, you're doing well there.

Introduction

Positive thinking is a state of mind that naturally expects a positive outcome to events. Not all of us were born to be positive thinkers. The good news is that this mindset is a habit that can be developed and enhanced. The benefits are greater happiness and the increased likelihood that you will be able to achieve whatever goals you create for yourself. Positive thinking knows no limits, while negative thoughts only create limitations.

Is positive thinking a guarantee to success? No, it is not. Life has a way of throwing us unexpected curves. But a positive mindset will help you deal with the setbacks and move on. It prevents you from being a victim of circumstances.

Successful people rarely get to their destination because life looked upon them with specific favor. They created their success by believing that personal and professional success can happen if they remain in control of their thoughts and actions. Positive thinking is reactive, which negative thinking is passive.

A positive mindset involves more than simply telling yourself, “Think more positively!” It’s going deep down and understanding ourselves well enough to become confident of a successful outcome. We need to genuinely believe that we can make it happen. Equally as important, we’ll discuss how a positive mindset can create a state of preparedness. Positive thinking provides us with the power to think ahead and anticipate the challenges that life keep tossing at us.

Positive thinking is anything but luck. When we change a negative mind of state, we open ourselves up to greater opportunities and possibilities. When life looks bleak, it’s remarkably easy to become negative. This book will give you a few tips on how to change negativity into positivity until it becomes a natural lifestyle.
In addition to greater success in life, positive thinking decreases stress, increases our health, helps us gain confidence, and helps us live longer due to our ability to handle stress and adversity.

Seven Ways to Boost a Positive Mindset

We are frequently taught caution and negativity early in life by those who love us the most – our parents. Parental concern can convince us that it’s a dangerous, dog-eat-dog world out there, and we are at its mercy. Even well-meaning moms and dads can douse our dreams with what they believe is some cold reality.

“Just find a job with a nice pension, dear.” “Don’t ask that pretty girl out. She’ll turn you into mincemeat. Invite the secretary next door. She’s bound to be grateful.” “No one ever supported himself as a struggling artist. Get a job.”

And these are the helpful parents! They can ensure we always expect the worse. And we wake up at the age of 40 and wonder why we are miserable.

It’s never too late to change years of negative thinking. Here are a few of the best ways to ensure you see the sun instead of the smog.

Use Words that are Positive

We’re sure you’ve heard, “whether you think you can or think you cannot, you are right.”

Our choice of words matters. If you tell yourself you’re stupid, unattractive, or boring, that’s exactly what you will be. Life has a way of making our thoughts come true. It’s a self-fulfilling prophecy. When confronting a problem, use positive words, such as “I can,” or “I will.”

Think of words as building blocks. We use them to build (or make) conversation, ideas, and thoughts. These building blocks determine our relationship with others. Two people can be in the exact same situation and think about it very differently. “The people at this party are so boring.” “This party may be a good opportunity to build my social skills.” Same party – two attitudes. Which attitude will be more successful? We invariably get more out of any situation when we make a choice and look for a positive. Thinking positively is always a choice.

Keep a Notebook

Think of the things in your life that have you feeling negative. Write them down. For example, “I haven’t had a good date in months.” Below it, rewrite that thought in a positive way. “If I join a gym or book club, I might meet some interesting people.”

Do this exercise regularly. Don’t deny the negative thought. State it, then turn it into a positive. This is an excellent habit to get into. Review the notebook periodically and check out your progress.

Listen to Others

People love to complain. As you listen, keep track how often people emphasize the negative. Don’t correct them (that would be rude), but this type of active listening will reveal just how widespread negative thinking can be. And it will help you monitor your own negative thoughts.

Podcast Profits MRR Ebook With Audio

Millions of people tune in to hundreds of thousands of podcasts every single month. And this number is expected to grow year on year. If you want to get your fair share of profits from podcasting, then this short report is for you.

Today, you’re going to learn about the top 5 methods you can follow to generate income from your podcast.

A Quick Disclaimer On Podcasting

Before you start thinking podcasting is a get-rich-quick kind of scheme, stop. The people who make a good amount of income each month with their podcasts did not get there overnight.

The truth is podcasting is hard work. You need to produce valuable content on a consistent basis, and you need to build your audience before you can even start thinking about monetizing your show. If you’re a newcomer and you immediately start selling to people, then you’re going to scare people off. That’s the harsh reality.

If you’re looking for some quick cash, then podcasting isn’t it. There are other ways to make money easily. Blogging, YouTube marketing, freelance writing, etc. are relatively easier and faster ways to make some money.

Many podcasts don’t even get to the point of making a profit. For many podcasters, they do their shows because they love it. They love the idea of building relationships with their audience or networking with like-minded professionals. They use their podcast as a means to grow their knowledge and to engage with people in their industry.

So, how long would it take before your podcast becomes profitable?

Many podcasters were able to realize some profits once their audience grew to a respectable size (around 5,000 to 10,000 subscribers). However, this isn’t a guarantee that you too will make some money when you reach the same number.

The Right Audience Matters

In podcasting, you want the right people tuning in to your show because they’re the ones who are going to be benefiting the most from your recommendations. They’re your “fans.” The more engaged your audience, the higher your conversion rates for whatever product or service you’re going to put in front of them eventually!

But how do you capture the right audience?

The answer to this may surprise you: you need a podcast that talks about a specific niche. The more specific your niche, the more you’re able to target the right kind of people you want to help.

The most successful podcasts are those which cover a specific niche. The hosts of these shows know their niche inside and out. Thus they’re able to provide tons of value to their listeners. Over time, as more and more people tune in to their show, they eventually become known as THE podcast in their niche, or at least one of the popular ones.

Let me give you an example. If you want to make it in the Internet Marketing niche, then you need to create a podcast that talks about this topic. Your podcast is not going to be known as a top Internet Marketing podcast if you also talk about how to take care of animals, how to make pottery, how to become a good parent, and so on, in your shows! In short, you don’t want your podcast to talk about everything and nothing!

Now, Internet Marketing is a very broad subject area. There are many different sub-niches, so you can niche down and talk about these different sub-niches. Just remember, you don’t want to be trapped in a too-small niche where the possibility of running out of things to talk about is high.

The Top 5 Ways To Make Your Podcast Turn A Profit

Alright, so now you’ve arrived at the meat of this article. If you’ve just scanned this report to get to this section, then know that there are two essential components if you want to maximize your conversion rates and your profits. These are (1) choose the right niche, and (2) target the right audience.

With that said, here are the top 5 ways to monetize your podcast:

1. Affiliate marketing

Affiliate marketing isn’t all that complicated at all. If you’ve ever searched for product reviews on the Internet, clicked on a link and found yourself on Amazon, then chances are you clicked on an affiliate link. This means that if you bought anything on Amazon, then the website which published that product review got a commission from your purchase!

So, how does affiliate marketing work?

In a nutshell, you simply need to sign up as an affiliate for the product you want to promote. If you want to promote Amazon products, then you need to sign up for Amazon Associates.

If you want to sell Udemy courses, then you can sign up to be a Udemy affiliate. There are thousands, if not millions, of affiliate products and programs you can join.
Now that you know affiliate marketing is relatively easy, it’s important not to be trigger-happy and sign up for every affiliate network you can think of. Put yourself in your audience’s shoes.

How would you feel if you were listening to a bass fishing podcast and the host suddenly recommends you check out a toy for toddlers? You’d probably scratch your head and think, “What on earth did he just say?”
