Breaking Bad Habits MRR Ebook With Audio

Everyone has bad habits. Some of these are obvious such as smoking, drinking too much alcohol, eating junk food and so on. But there are some bad habits that you have formed over the years that you may not even realize are causing you harm.

Some bad habits can prevent you from getting what you really want in your life. If you procrastinate a lot then this can really hold you back for example. Maybe you have some bad habits which are limiting your social skills or preventing you from getting that promotion at work that you desire.

In this powerful report we will show you how you can identify your bad habits and then give you 5 proven ways to get rid of your bad habits for good. It will take time, effort and determination on your part to eradicate your bad habits but you can do it. It will truly set you free.

What are your Bad Habits?

If you don’t know what all of your bad habits are (it is likely that you will know some of them) then the best way to identify them is to ask yourself what they are. You may think that this sounds too simple to be effective but it really does work.

Your habits are stored in your subconscious mind. If you want to know what is going on in your subconscious then the most effective way of doing this is to ask yourself the right questions.

Your subconscious will be compelled to answer these questions for you.

So get yourself a pen and paper and go to an area where you will not face any distractions. If the TV is on then turn it off. Put your phone into silent mode so that you are not totally out of contact with the world. This is the most important question to ask yourself:

“What are my bad habits?”

Surely it is not that simple? Yes it is! You need to be committed to want to identify your bad habits. That is all your subconscious mind needs to provide you with the answers. Don’t do this in a half hearted manner as you will not get the answers. You need to be determined to identify your bad habits so that you can break them.

It doesn’t matter what answers you receive, write them all down. If you have a long list of bad habits then don’t worry you can break them all. Not receiving answers to the question is more concerning. Just focus on the question and keep asking yourself. Something will definitely turn up!

The Process of Eliminating Bad Habits

Every person has a number of bad habits and good habits. You are more likely to know what most of your bad habits are as opposed to your good habits. If you followed our advice in the last section then you should have identified your bad habits.

So what do you do now?

There are many people that admit that they want to stop all of their bad habits but the problem is they don’t really know how to go about this in the most effective way. They try different methods and find it to be a real struggle to rid themselves of their bad habits. If they make any progress it doesn’t last long and the bad habit returns.

The first step to ridding yourself of a bad habit is to know what a habit really is. In the most simple terms, a habit is a behavior routine that you repeat often that is triggered in your subconscious mind.

Because your bad habits (and good ones) are rooted in your subconscious it makes it difficult for you to identify them. This is why the questioning technique for identifying your bad habits is so powerful.

You are the sum total of your habits good and bad. To really eliminate your bad habits it is necessary for you to have some insight into how they originated. This is not as difficult as it may seem.

The formation of any habit is a process. There are 4 parts to the habit formation process which are:

1. The trigger

2. The craving

3. The response

4. The reward

When you are able to break down your habits into these four parts it becomes a lot easier for you to understand how habits work. In turn this provides you with a way to break a habit. The psychologists call this 4 step process the “habit loop”. It makes sense doesn’t it – something triggers your habit and then you have a craving to indulge in it.

The craving for the habit is so strong that it elicits a response from you which is a behavior or action. While you are indulging in this behavior you will send pleasure signals to your brain which will reinforce the habit.

Here is an example. You have had a stressful afternoon at work. This triggers the craving for a drink.

Instead of going home after work you go to the bar just down the street where everyone knows you.

You spend all night in the bar which sends pleasure signals to your brain.

The 4 elements in the habit formation process form a neurological loop which enables you to create new habits and put them on autopilot. As soon as the habit is triggered you will follow the routine automatically. It is not really automatic, but because it happens so fast it certainly feels like it is. The good news is that there are a number of effective ways that you can eliminate the bad habits from your life. Some of these are going to be more effective for you than others. This is because we are all different and have certain inclinations and unique circumstances.

So let’s take a look at the five most common ways of eliminating bad habits:

This is a classic way of eliminating a bad habit that has been around for a very long time. It is probably the hardest method out there and takes an incredible amount of willpower. A lot of people that experience a certain amount of success with the cold turkey method report that the bad habit returns after a while.

What is cold turkey?

Well it means that you just decide to stop the bad habit from this point forward. So if you smoke cigarettes you can just stop smoking them. Cold turkey is used a lot to wean people off of a hard drug addiction. You may have seen documentaries on TV about this. It can be a very tough road to shake off an addiction.

Eliminating bad habits using any method is not going to be easy. The reason is because all of our habits are deeply ingrained within us. Bad habits often trigger repeats and when this happens the old bad behavior quickly comes to the surface.

Unfortunately it is this triggering that makes cold turkey the most ineffective of the methods that we will share with you in this report. If you go cold turkey and you are unable to sustain the breaking of your bad habit then this can leave you feeling resentful and that you wasted your time. This can be a crushing blow for your self esteem. You tried and you failed. It wasn’t possible for you to pull it off. You do not have the resolve or the stomach for a fight like this. Can you see how this can happen?

That doesn’t mean that cold turkey never works though. A lot of people have quit smoking and other bad habits using cold turkey. They had to endure a lot of pain and anguish to achieve this but the reward for giving up smoking was so great for them that they pulled it off.

Breaking a bad habit with the cold turkey approach is very good for you as a person. It demonstrates that once you put your mind to something you are going to follow through with it. This sends powerful signals to your subconscious mind which will help you to persevere with other tough challenges in the future.

There have been a number of studies that have shown that the brain stores habits in a different way than it does other memories. With a habit, there is an emotion within you that creates a trigger which in turn creates a strong urge for you to behave in a certain way or take a specific action. So what does this mean?

Well one school of thought is that habits are hardwired into your brain meaning that there is no way you can remove them. So after you have formed a bad habit it will remain there for the rest of your days. This would explain why a lot of drug addicts return to their bad ways after rehab. But it doesn’t explain why some do not.

How To Create A Killer Linkedln Profile MRR Ebook With Audio

Introduction

It doesn’t matter if you are using LinkedIn to look for a job, network with other members in your industry, or gathering leads for your business, have a professional and attractive LinkedIn profile is the best way for you and your business to ensure that you are being found by the right people, at the right time.

When you create a LinkedIn profile, it is important to remember that if you want to get noticed by the right people, you have to write for your audience, as opposed to writing for yourself. Your profile should not be focused on boosting your ego, but rather on showing your expertise in a way that will get your target audience to say to you, “I’d like to know more about who you are and what you do.” Ultimately, your LinkedIn profile is about your personal and professional branding.

Your company profile on LinkedIn is the basis on which all your communication and interactions on the networking platform are built, as well as being the foundation of your personal brand. When all is said and done, your LinkedIn profile should provide you with some quick wins, and an ample number of opportunities to build many long-term business relationships.

If you’ve been on LinkedIn for a while and aren’t seeing the results that you’d hoped for, or if you are new to LinkedIn, here are 11 steps for creating a killer LinkedIn profile to get you noticed.

Add a Cover Photo to Your Profile

LinkedIn now provides members the ability to add a background or banner picture to the top card section of your page, which can significantly increase the professional look and feel of your company profile. Adding a background or cover photo to your business page can also help your profile stand out from the more than 500 million profiles. You want to use this opportunity to personalize your profile to represent both you and your business.

A picture is worth a thousand words and your cover picture can and will talk for you. You can use this profile picture to showcase your company by adding a photo of the products or services you sell. Whatever you do, make sure that you don’t leave it as the generic background that comes with your LinkedIn membership.

Get Serious About Your Profile Photo

Too many people spend countless hours trying to create a great LinkedIn profile, only to destroy their branding by either neglecting to include a profile picture or having an image that reflects poorly on them. Research shows that most people take less than a tenth of a second before formulating an opinion and drawing a conclusion about you. This means that when they visit your LinkedIn profile, the picture you’ve chosen as your profile picture instantly tells them a story about you.

You need to include a professional picture of yourself if you want to convey a professional message to your followers. If you are going to add a picture of yourself, it should be either a shot of your head and shoulders or one that shows your head to waist in the frame. Make sure that you are dressed professionally and that it matches your message and role. Photos, where you make eye contact and smile, will attract the most attention. When you look the part, those who view your profile will believe you are the part.

Optimize Your First and Last Name

LinkedIn is a platform that is highly searchable, which includes the name section on your profile. When you are adding your name to your profile, you need to determine what prospective clients might write in the search function within the platform. For example, you are a business client, and a potential customer is searching for someone who is a business consultant in the Denver area, would your name appear in their search and what impression would it give them, what about if they did a Google search?

Ultimately, it's your profile, and short of using anything illegal or abusive, you can use any form of address that you wish. However, it is essential for you to remember that people buy from those that they know, trust, and like. So, you have to make sure you think about what you do here, just don't include your degrees or qualifications, and never include emojis or favicons. Just make sure that what you put is searchable, and that it represents who you are in the best possible light.

Optimize Your Headline

LinkedIn gives you 120 characters to convey a message about who you are and what you do, and how you can solve your target audience’s problems. Your headline is where you get to begin telling your story and should be in sync with the story that you share with your network.

LinkedIn will automatically default to the title of your current role. This is usually pretty bland and conveys very little about who you are. Remember, LinkedIn is searchable so you should be using this opportunity not only to tell your story, but include as many keywords that you can that are relevant to your industry. Don't be boring. You may be tempted to use your headline to show off your qualifications, but this says very little about what you can do to solve the real issues of your prospective clients. Use your headline to create interest and demand a reaction from your words.

Introduction

The ketogenic diet or as like some people prefer to call it; the Keto diet or low carb diet is about consuming a lot of protein and fats but fewer carbs. This diet makes the body send the fats that we consume to the liver, which the latter transform it into energy to keep the body strong and active for a long time without feeling tired quickly.

The word ketogenic is derived from the word “ketosis” which means the state of the body when it doesn’t have enough glucose in it to turn it into energy, so it generates ketones that work as an amazing source of energy for both the body and the brain which makes it a great option for losing weight in a short term.

The keto diet prevents you from consuming the lot for carbs that are the main reason of gaining weight because the sugar makes you hungry most of the time. When you consume carbs with small portions and focus more on protein and fat; your body doesn’t push you most of the time to eat; instead, it uses those fats to satisfy your hunger and keep you active.

If you are looking for a diet that will help you lose weight in a very short term, the ketogenic diet is the perfect diet for you because it not only helps you achieve great lean body; but also provides immense health benefits.

The Benefits of The Ketogenic Diet

So far, there are a lot of great benefits of the keto diet, but no negative effects have appeared yet at all; which makes it the delicious diet that fits everybody. Here are other health benefits of keto diet:

1. Increases the level of HDL: One of the best aspects of the ketogenic diet is that it increases the level of HDL in the body, which is the good cholesterol that helps in lowering the risk of heart diseases.

2. Helps in Alleviating Diabetes Type 2: By removing carbs from your daily meals, you say goodbye to sugar and insulin because your body already has what it needs, and you won’t have to be worried about what you eat.

3. Lowers Blood Pressure: High blood pressure is a catastrophe because it might lead to kidney failure, heart diseases, strokes...

With this diet, you can say goodbye to all those worries and live a healthy life away from all those malignant diseases that threaten your life.

4. Gum Disease:

Gum disease is one of the worst and most painful diseases which is commonly caused by the consumption of too much sugar. When you eliminate sugar from your daily meals, you can avoid gum diseases and toothaches.

While on the keto diet, most of your diet will consist of foods high in fats coupled with a measured intake of proteins and low carbohydrate intake. Some of the food categories allowed in this diet include:

1. Proteins

Poultry: Free-range Cornish hen, quail, goose, pheasant, chicken, duck, and turkey.

Fish and Seafood: Cod, tuna, scrod, anchovies, mackerel, flounder, catfish, trout, mahi-mahi, halibut, sole, sardines, salmon, halibut, snapper, and calamari. Always opt for wild caught fish to avoid toxins present in commercially reared fish.

Grass-fed Meat: These include beef, venison, goat, and lamb. Meat from wild animals are also acceptable; however, avoid sausages and meats that come with sugary sauces and those covered in breadcrumbs. Choose the chunks of meat with more fat since they contain less protein and more fat.

Pork: Boston butt, pork chops, ham pork, and loin. When choosing ham, be on the lookout for added sugar.

Bacon and Sausages: Preferably, you should buy these at specialty health food stores. If this is not possible, always read the labels to avoid those which contain fillers such as soy or sugars.

Canned Tuna and Salmon: Canned tuna and salmon are okay to consume while you are on the keto diet. However, avoid seafood rich in fillers, breaded seafood, and fried seafood.

Vegetable Protein Powders: Protein supplements such as whey protein, hemp protein, pea, and rice are acceptable.

Whole Eggs: This includes chicken eggs, and quail eggs which you can prepare through any mean desired; fried, soft or hard boiled, deviled, scrambled, or omelet style.

Shellfish: Oyster, mussels, lobster, shrimp, crab (not imitation crab that contains additives), clams, scallops, and squid.

2. Fats and Oils

Because these are your main sources of energy while you are on this diet, go for the types of fats and oils you enjoy. These may include:

* Omega 3 fatty acids from fish such as tuna, shellfish, and salmon
* Fish supplements or krill
* Monounsaturated fats such as egg yolks, avocado, and butter
* Vegetable oils such as olive oil, coconut oil
* Non-hydrogenated beef tallow, ghee, and lard.
* Duck and chicken fat

In order to make it easier to stick to this diet, be aware of which types of fat your body can tolerate. Many people seem to have zero or very low tolerance of vegetable oils and mayo. This may be a good thing because most of these oils are rich in omega 6 fatty acids - the kind that is bad for your body’s cholesterol levels.

In this case, work with the listed monounsaturated fats to reduce the inflammatory effect brought about by polyunsaturated fats. Nevertheless, work to balance both fats because you cannot survive on monounsaturated fats alone (You need a lot of fats and oils). Even then, avoid hydrogenated fats such as margarine to reduce the amount of trans-fats you eat.

Please understand that this is not s theory nor is it speculation nor is it a series anecdotal stories. This happens all the time. In fact as millennials start becoming adults and increasingly becoming disenchanted with the corporate world you can expect the number of people voluntarily working from home to explode.

Regardless of what generation you were born in, whether you are a baby boomer, a Gen X-er, a millennial, or zoomer or Gen Y, you can benefit from this shift. You can say goodbye to the hassle of having to commute to work. You don't have to worry about spending an arm and a leg on a lunch budget or meals at work. You don't have with hassle office politics and deal with co workers with obnoxious personalities. You can be yourself at home, you can do what you love and most importantly you can work base on your own schedule and on your own terms.

What's not to love?

Well, just like with anything else on the Internet, its very easy to get confused. Please understand that there's a lot of hypesters and hacksters out there. These are people who make a big deal about how easy it is to make money online. They basically try to sell you on a dream. Its not unusual for senior citizen to fall for this hyped up claims only to add up with very little.

Please understand that people can and do make money online but you have to have the right information. You have to have a plan. As a senior citizen, you already know how to set goals. You already know how to pursue a strategy until it yield success. If you're still on defense regarding online income and whether it's a real thing or not, here are 5 key facts that you need to know about. With these facts in mind you are more likely to make a truly informed decisions as to your next step.

Please understand that there lot of opportunities online but there are also a lot of dangers so you need to make informed decisions.

Lets compare a typical Internet business to a restaurant. If you've ever gone to a restaurant in your neighborhood you would know full well that you need a brick and mortar location. Generally, in the United States this translates to several thousand dollars in rent month after month. In addition to the monthly rent, you have to pay for advance costs, set up costs, you also have to worry about permits.

You have to of course buy equipment and other initial starter costs.

After that all that has settled, the typical restaurant business costs north of a hundred fifty thousand dollars depending on where its located in the united states.

That's a whole lot of money. And here's the clincher. Even if you are able to set up your restaurant properly and you have the resources to do so, its initial survival and success is far from guarantee.

In fact the failure rate of businesses in many parts in the United States is over 50% in the first 5 years. This is higher in other areas and lower in other areas but by enlarge, 1 in 2 restaurant businesses that open, end up closing. Some shut down sooner rather than later. Still, you have to confront this really scary statistic.

Internet businesses on the other hand can be set up with absolutely zero money. I know, stop rubbing your eyes. This is definitely not a lie. If you don't believe me, go to places like medium.com, wordpress.com or blogger.com.

You can put up a blog for absolutely no money. You don't need to spend money or domain name. You don't have to spring for hosting fees. As long as you know how to write and as long as you know how to drive traffic, everything you earn from that blog go straight into your bank account.

Which would you rather have? A hundred fifty thousand dollars to set up a restaurant that has a 1 and 2 chance of failing or a blog that only costs you a few hours of writing time. And can possibly make you thousand of dollars in add revenues, sponsorship and product sales every single month. Which would you rather choose?

The great thing about online businesses is that your primary input is your time. It's not you money. It's not like your stock training where you basically buy stock and you buy low and sell high, or you borrow stocks and sell high only to buy it back again when it crashes and you keep the difference.

It is not as capital intensive ways of making money. You still have to invest though, the main input is your attention and your time. Since most people do have a lot of time, specially senior citizens who have already retired, this should be right up your ally, instead of wasting your time playing bingo or doing stuff online that just basically wastes your time.

You can do something that you're passionate about. Maybe you're doing arts and crafts for your etsy store, maybe you're picking out products in China at Aliexpress or dropshipping. Maybe you are writing a blog based on your long professional experience or your personal opinion.

Whatever the case maybe, as long as you have time you can turn it into cold hard US dollars. How awesome is that?

In the normal business world you need capital to start a business. You have to go to the small business administration and get a loan or you can get a private bank loan. Whatever the case it may be, cash is king. You need capital.

As you probably already know, to make money, you have to have a customer.

Whatever it is, you're offering has to offer enough value to them so they would spend their hard earned dollars on what you are selling. Pretty straightforward, this is market economics 101.

Now as you know, if you don't have much buyers in your particular city, town, or municipal area in the united states, you're pretty much out of luck. Unless you are located near in some sort of interstate, or where you have a mail order business, your business market size is restricted to the local population or if you set it up properly, the regional market.

But there are hard limits to how many people you can sell to. This is not the case when you're selling stuff on the Internet. For example, you can set up a dropshipping business where you buy stuff from China and you sell it to people from the United States.

1. Make your goals measurable and with a timeline.

Once you’ve identified your personal feelings, and you have your general goals set, we’re going to tighten everything up and make it all super-specific.

There are two ways you can do this, depending on what the goal is.

A) Super-specific outcome goals.

These goals tend to be more popular with people. They’re goals where you have very tightly defined aims and deadlines, such as:

• Be earning $5k in passive income every month by next year
• Sign up ten clients in 60 days
• Make $1000 with my new Kindle book
• Lose 10 pounds in 45 days
• These goals add a little more pressure on you.

You might use them in a back-against-the-wall situation, where you need to earn a degree of money in a particular time or fit into a dress by your high school reunion.

The disadvantage to this type of goal is that it often puts people in a “take every possible action and see what sticks” mindset, versus making long-term, lasting change.

Also, the goals are often arbitrary numbers. And if they’re not reached, people feel like failures - no matter how hard they worked or if external circumstances got in their way.

For example, you might have a goal to earn $5k in a month, but then a death in the family details you for a week. Or maybe you have a goal to lose 10 pounds, but no matter how hard you work, your body just won’t release the weight.

The best way to use this type of goal is if you have plenty of time to create great habits AND course correct if things aren’t working. For example, if you want to be making $5k a month by a year from now, you can spend a majority of the time building up the right habits for yourself. But if you find yourself in month 6 and you aren’t where you planned you’d be (which we’ll cover more in-depth later on in this book), you can course correct and try something else.

B) “Take-the-right-action” goals.

These are goals where you’re taking steps to get to where you ultimately desire to be. For example:

• Eat greens with at least 50 meals this month
• Drink 80 oz of water each day
• Post on Twitter 2 times a day all month
• Write two books in a year
• Go for a walk three times a week
• Write a love letter to my partner once a month

When to make these kinds of goals: These are the goals to concentrate on when you want to build up healthy habits. For example, let’s say you want to feel healthier. We all know that when you make sure you get in enough greens and water, you start becoming healthier. And so creating goals around getting more of both on a constant basis helps ensure you feel better. These are goals that are a bit more spacious. You’re trusting that the right habits will accrue results over time, and so you’re making lifestyle goals instead of short-term crash diet plans such as “lose 10 pounds in a month.”

It is also for goals that you can’t make specific guidelines around. For example, you can’t say “I want to improve my marriage by 500%”. You can say, though, that you want your marriage to get better - and then create specific things you can do with them, such as write love letters, plan out romantic dates, or do the laundry three times a month because your partner appreciates it. I prefer these types of goals most of the time. Building up the right kinds of habits gives you a long-term edge and creates a more solid foundation for who you want to become.

Before you move on from this section, choose a goal or two from your list if you haven’t already, and set clear timelines as appropriate. Ensure you’ve worded your goals, so they are distinct and MEASURABLE. I want you to know exactly what you’re working towards and the timeline in which you’re going to be doing it.

Remember this isn’t about setting your deadlines in stone, but rather about being specific. You’ll be able to course correct if you find you are not making the progress you’d like.

Choose a timeline that feels like a stretch, but you know it can happen. Creating $500k or losing 100 pounds in a month is tough. Sure, there might be exceptions like winning the lottery or getting some surgery, but for most people, it’s not going to happen. With those goals, you’d be best off choosing a year timeline.

When in doubt and creating a super-specific goal, give yourself a little more time - especially if you’re embarking on something new for you. You can always make the goals happen faster. For now, pick your targets and deadlines and have them ready to work with as we continue with this process.

Don’t worry about the HOW you’re going to make anything happen just yet. That’s coming next. In fact, we’re going to go over an example using all the steps right now.

Example

Step #1: Earn $5000 a Month By a Year From Now.

Let’s kick this off with a money goal.

Let’s say that after you had gone through You knew that you wanted to be earning $5k a month by this time next year. That’s great! Now we can move onto the next step:

Step #2: Brainstorm how you can get there.

Here’s where we’re going to ask ourselves, “How can I make this happen?”

Your mind is a brilliant thing. And when you ask it the right questions, you’ll be amazed at the answers you can come up with. So here’s where you’re going to be very creative. List out all the ways that you can make your $5k/month goal happen (or whatever your goal is). Don’t censor yourself. Just let it all out, no matter how crazy or wild your ideas seem. If you’re too busy judging your thoughts, you’ll block your creativity.

Write out for a solid 5-20 minutes and come up with at least 15 different ideas. For the $5k example, some ideas of things you might find:

• Have a membership website where 250 people pay me $20 a month
• Have five people pay me $1,000 a month for coaching
• Create a $50 product and sell 100 copies a day
• Sell 500 t-shirts a month (I’ve seen this happen!)
• Flip cars
• Offer a writing service
• Create a piece of software and sell it
• Look for a sales job where I get paid on commissions
• Fill out 5000 surveys a month (they’re only worth a dollar?)
• Find a generous person to take pity on me
• Sell everything I own and reinvest the profits into lottery tickets
• Recycle scrap metal
• Buy a few homes and rent them out

As you can see, the ideas are varied. That’s the point. It is all about letting your brain expand, think out of the box, and come up with potential ideas before we get to the next step.

I also want to point out that I know some of these numbers might sound huge to you. $5k/month can sound crazyunattainable.

But all of these things are possible – and more.

I've seen these things happen time and time again when people stretch their minds.

Step #3: Break it down, so it all happens on your terms.

Now we’re going to use that big list and use the process of elimination to cross off what you don’t want to do.

Our stated intention was for you to feel pumped, happy, alive, enriched during the process, so as you’re going through your list, keep in mind the feelings you’d like to be feeling when you’ll be working towards, and achieving, your goals. Cross out anything that contradicts those feelings.

For example, if your favorite feeling is “pride,” you probably won’t want to find a rich person to take pity on you. If your favorite feeling is “secure,” you might not want a commissionbased job.

You’ll also want to cross out anything that seems completely unrealistic but be careful, as what you’ve been thinking of as ‘realistic’ hasn’t got you where you wanted to go…so think twice before crossing something out. Doesn’t fit at all in your personality or skill set (keeping in mind that you can learn new skills – but don't choose, say, coaching, if you hate having a schedule), that you’re totally turned off by, or that just doesn’t seem anywhere as significant as other options.

We’re going to narrow this down to the best business model for you. So go through your list again and look for what fits in most with your desired feelings, what works best for your skill set, what excites you the most, what you have the most to offer with, and what you feel the most comfortable with.

If you’re not sure how much a particular action step fits in with your personal feelings, consider how you’ll feel as you do certain activities. Will you feel excited? Joyful? Happy?

After you whittle down, you may end up having a few options to choose from. And that’s ok! The reality is, it’s possible that you could take one of MANY routes and still end up achieving your desired result.

So if you have a list of a few things that fit in with the feelings you want to feel and your skill set, just make a decision. Use your gut as the tie breaker.

For example, here, let’s say that we decide we want to have a membership site where we have 250 people pay us $20 a month. Now we can move on to the next step.

I know this planning stuff might not be a barrel of fun at this moment, but keep at it. You're going to thank yourself so much later on as you gain clarity and get your feet firmly planted on the right path for yourself.

Generate Leads Through Content Marketing MRR Ebook With Audio

Sample Content Preview

Lead generation is an important aspect of content marketing. Without lead generation, you’re basically just publishing and promoting content, hoping that people are going to buy or sign up for your products!

While this sometimes happens in real life, that is, some people will buy things on the spot, the truth is the majority won’t.

You need to have a lead capture system in place, so you can continue reminding your target audience that your brand exists. You can get in touch with them later on to share your news and updates, and to persuade them to move down your content marketing funnel.

The Content Marketing Funnel

Before I discuss the top 5 lead generation methods, let me share with you first what a content marketing funnel is, and why it’s so important in the overall scheme of your content marketing strategy.

Generally, a content marketing funnel has three broad levels:

Awareness stage - this is when your target audience first becomes aware of your brand. They become your leads.

Evaluation stage – this is where your lead evaluates whether your product or service is good for them or not. At this point, your lead turns into a prospect.

Purchase stage - this is when your prospect decides to subscribe to your service or product. Your prospect finally becomes a customer.

When you plan out your content marketing strategy, your end goal is basically to put your brand in front of people who’ve no idea who you are and turn them into customers. Sounds like a pretty tall order, right? That’s because it really is, but it’s very much doable.

Content marketing is basically a numbers game. You want to get your brand in front of as many people as possible (belonging to your target audience, of course). This is because only a small percentage of your leads will turn into prospects, and an even smaller number of prospects will turn into customers.

Top 5 Ways To Generate Leads Quickly

So, here are the top techniques you can apply to help you generate leads quickly.

Offer lead magnets

Lead magnets are one of the best ways to get people to sign up to your mailing list. You’ll often hear this mentioned in the online marketing community, “The money is in the list.” Many successful marketers stand by this saying. So, if you want people to subscribe to your list, you’re going to learn how to use lead magnets.

Now, technically lead magnets are ‘bribes.’ This is because you’re basically ‘bribing’ people to give up their contact details, such as their email addresses or phone numbers, in exchange for your lead magnet.

You can, of course, just put up a sign on your website asking people to enter their name and email address or any other info you want. However, people are going to ask, “Why should I give you my details?” or “What’s in it for me?”

And this is where the magic of lead magnets come in. When you offer people a ‘bribe’ they can’t resist, something so valuable and so useful to them, they’re going to be so much more willing to give up their contact info.

They’ll tell themselves, “I really, really need this eBook or this guide. The information is really useful. I can’t believe they’re only asking for my email address in exchange for this life-changing information!”

Do you see what happened there? People are more easily convinced to follow your call to action if you give them what they want!

There are many kinds of lead magnets you can use. The most common ones you’d see on the Internet are downloadable PDF eBooks, reports, white papers, checklists, etc. You’ll also see some brands offering email courses or video courses in exchange for people’s email addresses!

To find out what the best lead magnet is for your brand, you may need to do some split testing. The important thing to note is that the best lead magnets answer people’s pain points. Ideally, it shouldn’t be something they can easily Google the answer to.

Go all out on your lead magnets. Make it valuable and rewarding enough, so that your audience will feel like they really have no choice but to give up their contact details!

Guest blogging

Guest blogging is a popular way of getting new people to learn more about your brand and your business. You’re essentially publishing your content on someone else’s website. You get instant exposure to highly targeted traffic, and you’re able to immediately expand your network (basically widening your content marketing funnel!).
Now, guest blogging may sound easy. But there’s a ton of work that happens behind the scenes. For instance, not all your target sites may accept guest posts. You would need to look for sites that are highly relevant to your own industry.

You need to have a good track record, too. This means you’re not going to get accepted as a guest blogger if no one knows who you are. So, you need to have published some valuable blog posts on your own site (or others) to even make other webmasters consider your request.

You can easily point them to your portfolio. From there, they can see for themselves if you got what it takes to contribute to their website.

When pitching your request to webmasters, you need to do your research. You should check if they have content guidelines. You also need to know what kind of content their audience likes. Think of yourself as someone who regularly writes for that site and cares for their audience.

Getting your guest post request approved is the hardest part. You’re probably not going to hear back from most of the sites you reach out to. But, once you get over that hump, and you start working on your content, then that’s where the real fun begins!

Some sites have strict editorial guides you need to follow. For instance, you can only use one link all throughout the post, or that it needs to have a certain number of words, or you can only link to your site via the author box.

You’d need to take all these into consideration, and figure out how you can write your content in such a way that people will be curious enough to want to know more about you. This will make people want to head on over to your site and become part of your community.

Target long-tail keywords

One of the foundations of a successful content marketing strategy is blogging. And when it comes to blogging, the longer and more valuable the content, the better it will be for your content’s SEO. When your content is SEO optimized, then you’ve got better chances of ranking high up on search engines.

It’s important to mention that keywords aren’t created equal. There are short keywords and long keywords. Short keywords are 1-2 words in length while long keywords have 3+ words.

As you can imagine, there are tons of competition for short-tail keywords. Normally, the sites that appear on the first page of Google search results are well-established sites with hundreds or thousands of other sites linking to them!

How do you think you can dethrone these authority sites when you’ve only been around for a few months or a few years, and you’ve only got a few backlinks to your site?
This is where long-tail keywords come in. When you target long keywords, you’re essentially going after keywords with lower search volumes but with far less competition, too.

5 Ways To Develop The Mindset For Success MRR Ebook With Audio

Introduction

Many people dream of being successful, yet they never achieve it. At times we have all failed. There are many reasons why you may feel like a failure or that you will never be a success. These are some of the reasons you might recognize for your own failures:

1. Procrastination

It's normal to procrastinate a little, but often we put off doing difficult or unpleasant tasks that we have to do and end up sabotaging ourselves. Procrastination is the number one thing to fix if you want to be successful. Your mindset will suffer when you procrastinate because you're not thinking about being productive or about moving towards your goals; in fact you're doing the opposite by avoiding that.

2. Fear

Fear of failure and fear of success can both stop you from achieving high level success. Success means change, setting new goals, and a defined line between before and after. This fear is what prevents your mind from being in the right mindset for success. Sometimes we're even guilty of sabotaging ourselves (through procrastination or other means) so that we “prove” our fears right by not being successful.

A fear mindset is one where everything is seen as too risky or too dangerous which means you'll never move forwards. Conquering the fear mindset is the hardest thing for many people who are not naturally optimistic or courageous.

3. Being Unrealistic

Part of dreaming about being successful is that it hasn't happened yet. When we imagine things it can be both good or bad. Those dreams can drive us to achieve further or they can always be just out of reach so we eventually give up because we never achieve them.

Setting the right goals and being able to motivate yourself is important in being successful because if you set unrealistic goals you'll always feel like a failure. There's a very good analogy about teaching fish to climb trees which illustrates this. If you think you're always a failure then maybe it's because you're setting the wrong goals.

4. Being unsure of your path

Part of success is knowing where you're going. You might have a vision of where you want to be but no real understanding of how to get there. Without having an idea of your route you may freeze up, instead choosing to stay in a “safe” and known place rather than risk the change that may come with success or the shame of taking yourself down a failed pathway.

If you're not sure about the next step are you sure you've even taken one? Many people struggle to even start their journey or get bogged down without realizing how close to the finish they are. Imagine you were chipping away at a wall, you've been chipping forever and don't feel like you will ever make it through so you quit. What you didn't know is that with only 5 more chips you would have made it. How sad.

If you want to be successful then you need a success mindset and you have to tackle these behaviours and more if you want that to happen. Change can be difficult, it can be hard, but by changing these behaviours using these simple ways you can start cultivating the right mindset to be successful.

Be Willing to Change

There is nothing more threatening to a success mindset than not being able to change. If you cannot change you cannot be anything more than what you already are and therefore cannot be successful.

To be successful you have to be able to embrace change but you also have to be able to accept things as they come. On your journey there will be failures, there will be successes, there will be change and there will be surprises or things you didn't plan for. To have a success mindset you need to cultivate your ability to adapt to change and to be more accepting which will help stop you being afraid of success.

Step 1: Embrace Opportunities

Imagine you're home alone and your friends are busy. You have the opportunity to go out and see your favourite band, but you'll be on your own. Do you take it?

Many of us have more opportunities than we realize but we don't take them because of fear. We're afraid of being ridiculed, of people assuming something in our actions, or we're simply afraid that the opportunities we see aren't real. Many times what we imagine in our on heads doesn't live up to the reality and that can be a scary thing.

If you want to develop the right mindset for success you have to start confronting your fears and jumping at every opportunity, even if it might mean failure.

Step 2: Accept Everything, even Failure

We all fail. Failure sucks. We feel miserable, people laugh at us, and it's something we want to avoid because we don't like that feeling. The sooner you can accept that sometimes failure is inevitable and even necessary the easier it is to accept change and stop being afraid of success.

Acceptance is not resignation. Acceptance means that you know no matter what your actions and their outcomes are moving you constantly forwards. Any action that does that is bringing you closer to success.

Imagine success as a road you're walking down. The road has obstacles, tree branches or maybe worse. You may fall, you may be able to step over them, or you may have to walk around because the road is blocked and find another way. Every step you take, even if it's to go around one of those obstacles still brings you one step closer to your destination.

The only time this stops being true is when you give up or turn back because you're choosing to move away from success and choosing to fail. That doesn't mean that sometimes the road doesn't take you backwards. Sometimes you have to step backwards to get to a different route but it's the keeping going which will make the difference between ultimately being successful or not.

Step 3: Conquer Fear

By no longer being afraid you will not see change as something to be scared of or avoided. When you procrastinate because you're not sure you want the change success brings you can't ever succeed so you simply have to choose to conquer your fear.

Start by understanding what it is that is making you afraid. Are you afraid of the change? Are you afraid of failure? By understanding what the obstacle is you'll be better prepared to work around it because it has a name.

Practice getting around that. You can imagine the situation in your head and role play with yourself through it. You can even roleplay how you would handle failure to reassure yourself. The worst thing you can do is let the fear win by doing nothing. The first way to change if you're going to be successful is to actually be willing to change and embrace that change when it happens. You can do it!

See Failure As Success

The great Chinese General Sun Tsu wrote a book on war tactics. While you may not be waging a battle, much of his advice can be applied to life situations. One of his most powerful pieces was to see failures as a form of success.

5 Steps To Starting A Side Hustle MRR Ebook With Audio

If you’ve been looking for ways to start a side hustle while still working a full-time job, then you’re reading the right article. In this short report, I’m going to lay out the groundwork to help you choose and start the perfect side hustle in just 5 easy steps!

Step 1. Define Your “Why”

Your “why” is basically the reason you want to take up a side hustle. Perhaps you’re no longer happy with your job? Or you’ve got a growing family, and your salary can barely support your family’s needs? Or how about you need to have some sort of distraction or maybe an outlet for your creativity?

Having a side hustle doesn’t necessarily mean you’re looking to quit your job. But if that’s what you eventually want to do, then that could also be your “why.”

But, why is it important to know your “why?”

Well, your “why” is going to light a fire under you. It’s what’s going to drive you to succeed at your side hustle. It’s what’s going to push you out of your comfort zone and explore the opportunities that await you outside!

When you’ve got your “why” figured out, don’t you ever forget it. It’s best to have a physical representation of your “why” to remind you of why you’re working so hard.

For instance, if you’re doing your side hustle for your family, then put up a picture of your family on your work desk. When you lose focus or motivation, look at that photo. Close your eyes and imagine what’s going to happen if you don’t succeed. Will you make your family proud of you or will they be disappointed? Remember why you’re doing what you’re doing, and do everything in your power to achieve your goals.

When you’re new to the side hustling world, you’re bound to meet failure. Your “why” will guide you through the days and weeks when you’ll feel overwhelmed by so many obstacles. Just keep your chin up and keep on fighting until you succeed!

Step 2. Do You Have What It Takes To Succeed?

To succeed at side hustling, you need to have a strong mental psyche as well as solid people skills. You need to be mentally ready to take a giant leap of faith and explore the unknown when you venture into side hustling. You’ll be leaving the comfort of your day job, and for the most part, you’ll be a one-person team working on your hustle.

Here are a few characteristics you need to have if you want to succeed at your hustle:

Passion

Passion is so important when it comes to side hustles. While there are plenty of side hustles you can choose from, it’s best to choose something you’re truly passionate about, something you really want to do.

Without your passion, you’d easily lose motivation. You’ll go jumping from one side hustle to another until you eventually give up and say side hustling isn’t for you!
But, if you’re passionate about whatever it is you’re doing, then it becomes so much easier to stand your ground whenever obstacles and challenges come your way (there’ll be plenty of those in your side hustling journey).

Drive

If you’ve got the drive to succeed, then you’d want to see your side hustle pan out. You’re not going to take failure sitting down. Instead, you’re going to fight with every ounce of strength you’ve got left. Your drive and your passion will motivate you to succeed far beyond everyone’s expectations!

Self-confidence

You need to trust that you can succeed at whatever you put your mind to do. In times of doubt, your self-confidence will ultimately power you through. When people doubt whether or not you’ve got what it takes to succeed, let your self-confidence show. Assure potential clients that you have what it takes to help them!

Optimism

Optimism or having a positive outlook in life is important for success. If you’re pessimistic and you let your negative thoughts get the best of you, then you’re really not going to get very far with your side hustle. However, if you’re optimistic, you’ll see opportunity where others may only see hardships and difficulties. And when it comes to side hustling, you need all the optimism you can get!

Integrity

As the saying goes, honesty is the best policy. If you want to scale your side hustle someday and turn it into a full-time business, then you need to start practicing integrity. It’s going to be associated with your brand.

If you can’t deliver on your promises, tell them the truth. Your clients will appreciate your honesty. Don’t tell lies – you’re only going to ruin your reputation. Remember, the more trustworthy you are, the easier it will be to persuade people to do business with you!

Patience

Your side hustle business is most probably not going to become famous overnight. Unless, of course, you happen to do something super out of the box and it goes viral on social media. But these are few and far in between!

In real life, side hustles take a long time to grow or scale. Longer, in fact, if you’re extremely busy at work and you’re too tired to work on your side hustle when you get home! The key is to stay focused and to have a lot of patience. Miracles do happen but don’t expect it to happen to you. If it does, well, be thankful!

Step 3. Pick A Side Hustle

Picking a side hustle is easier said than done. There are so many you can choose from. If you do a Google search right now for possible side hustles you can engage in, you’ll find hundreds of ideas.

Make Money On Fiverr MRR Ebook With Audio

Let’s get one thing clear. For the most part, selling gigs on Fiverr means you trade your time and effort for money. A lot of people have no reservations about this. Most people don’t have a problem doing this.

If you think about it hard enough, this is a problem. How come? First of all, there are only so many hours in a day. Also, there’s only one of you. If you are not careful, you might end offering services that everybody can pretty much do.

What do you think happens in that situation? That’s right. The price keeps dropping. The customers that you get expect a lot more for the $5 that they are willing to pay. In fact, a lot of people, believe it or not, expect a Ferrari while paying only the price of a beat up Toyota. It’s crazy!

It gets old quickly and it’s no surprise that a lot of people who offer gigs on Fiverr end up quitting. It’s only a matter of time. Even if you make decent money by doing volume work, you get burnt out quickly. This is not a surprise. In fact, it’s completely predictable.

The good news is there are at least 5 ways you can make real money from Fiverr without trading your time for money. Here are brief overviews of these 5 different methods.

Resell the services of others

If you have access to buyers of analytical work, Wordpress, theme installations or writing for SEO and other purposes, you may want to try reselling the services of people who provide these types of work. You save time and money. You’re just the middle man.

Basically, you find buyers and you charge them a lot more money than what you’re paying Fiverr service providers. Sounds awesome, right? Here’s the drawback. You can’t use this buy low and sell high strategy for certain types of services.

For instance, Fiverr does automatically watermarks drafts of graphics works. If somebody’s doing a logo for you and they send in a draft, when you download that draft, it will say “Fiverr” right in the middle. Fiverr does this because in the past, people would resell graphics services to their clients.

Their clients would ask for revision after revision then after all this process and waste of time, the customer demands a refund. Everybody loses. Fiverr caught wind of this and effectively discourages graphic work reselling.

Also, this watermarking system prevents customers on Fiverr itself from ripping off service providers. As long as you can find buyers, there’s a wide range of services you can resell.

Just make sure that you’re not going to run a file of the watermark system.

Bundle services and sell newly build online assets

Believe it or not, there are quite a number of people who would buy websites that do not contain anything. These are website shells also called turnkey or starter sites. These websites generally either have very little content or have only “starter content” or absolutely no content.

All of these are in demand as turnkey websites. The idea is for somebody to buy them and just pump traffic to them and make money off the ads or their mailing list. The reason why people buy this type of asset is because they simply do not have the time or expertise to create a new website from scratch.

When you place orders with different Fiverr service providers for website development or Wordpress installation, you tap into different sources of talents of the different sources that you need to put together a turnkey website.

You then spend very little money putting together this turnkey website and then you sell it right after you have put in enough content, or in many cases, no content at all. This is actually quite lucrative if you know where to sell.

If you want to figure out the secret of how to make money off Fiverr using this technique, click here.

Bundle services and sell sites with traffic

This technique basically builds on the previous technique. You contact many different cheap service providers to develop a turnkey site. You got somebody to design the banners and the headers. You get somebody to install the Wordpress theme. You get another person to write the content. You get another person to modify the theme.

You then put everything together and you stock it with content. There are plenty of writers and video producers and audio developers on Fiverr. If you’re looking for content, Fiverr is the place to go. This is especially true if you’re looking for affordable custom content.

Once you have stocked your turnkey site with content, the next step is to go to the traffic providers on Fiverr and hire them to work their magic. All told, expect to spend less that $200 to $300 on this project. If everything goes well and your turnkey website actually generates a little bit of cash, you can flip that website to sell for possibly hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

It all, of course, depends on your niche, target audience as well as the overall quality, traffic volume and conversion ability of the turnkey asset you have built. If you want a blueprint on how to do this right so as to actually make a profit, click here.

5 Quick Ways To Speed Up Your WordPress Website

WordPress is highly versatile and extremely powerful. It’s a great choice for building practically any kind of website – single page websites, blogs, forums, online stores, coupon sites, social networking sites, news websites, and so much more.

Even complete beginners can make great looking websites in a short span of time!

WordPress powers over a third of all websites on the world wide web. It’s the most popular content management system (CMS) right now. It’s easy to use, and there are tons of options for however you want to customize your site.

When it comes to themes and plugins, there are thousands you can choose from. You can make your WordPress site as simple or as complex as you like.

While building sites on WordPress is relatively easy, it’s not all fun. Especially when your site starts becoming slow. You may not notice it at first, but when you start adding tons of content to your site and adding new features, your site will eventually slow down. And this is something you should avoid at all cost!

A slow website will turn off your visitors, and search engines like Google and Bing. If you don’t do anything about it, you could lose all your hard work and your once successful website will be a thing of the past.

The good news is it’s not all that hard to breathe new life into your WordPress site. There are many different ways you can speed up your website, and you don’t even need to know how to code. Simply follow the tips we’ve prepared in this report, and your site will be back to loading at blazing-fast speeds!

Method #1: Use A Lightweight And Well-Coded WordPress Theme

There are thousands of free and premium WordPress themes. Some are fast and lightweight, while some are slow and bloated. You need to know which is which. If your theme hasn’t been updated in years, then you probably should look at getting a new one.

Also, some ‘free’ WordPress themes – especially those not listed in the official WordPress theme repository – are badly coded. Some even include spyware and viruses which can slow down and do major damage to your site.

If you want to check which WordPress themes are fast, you can install and activate a theme you like and then run your site on a page speed tool like Pingdom (https://tools.pingdom.com) or GTMetrix (https://gtmetrix.com).

If you find that theme to be slow, you can try another theme and run it through the same speed test. You can repeat this process until you find a theme that’s fast enough to get high marks on various page speed tools.

Another important thing you need to remember is that WordPress gets frequently updated. As such, many developers continuously update their themes to keep up with the latest versions of WordPress.

Since WordPress is open-source and you’re pretty much in charge of your website (unless you have an I.T. guy on your team), then it’s up to you to make sure your version of WordPress as well as all your themes and plugins are always updated to the latest versions.

When you fail to update your core WordPress files, you’re essentially making your site vulnerable to bugs, hackers and bots which can definitely affect your site’s performance.

If your site gets hacked, an individual or a network of computers can control your site and your web server. They will steal your content and your bandwidth, slow down your server and cause many problems to your site.

Method #2: Use A Caching Plugin

Using a good caching plugin is a must if you want to speed up your WordPress site. Without caching, your web server will use up a lot of resources serving (and re-serving) all of your website files to all your site visitors.

Unlike static HTML sites which are created using HTML, CSS and JavaScript, WordPress sites mainly use PHP. If your site doesn’t use a caching plugin, your web server will dynamically generate the HTML version from your site’s PHP scripts. If you’ve only got one visitor at a time, then your server can easily handle this task.

But what happens when you’ve got hundreds of people browsing your site at the same time? Your server will be ‘overworked’ from generating the HTML version of your site every single time someone lands on it! Your site will slow down, and people will be leaving your site in droves.

With caching, you’ll essentially be easing the load on your web server.

When people visit your site, your server will serve a cached HTML version of your website instead of generating an HTML version each time.

The cached copy is lighter and faster to send to browsers. This is especially helpful when your site gets a spike in traffic and when you get repeat visitors who not only visit the original page they visited, but also check out your other pages, too.

There are many high-quality caching plugins out there. However, two of the top ones are W3 Total Cache (https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache) and WP Super Cache (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache).

Both plugins are free, have a 4.3/5 star rating and are installed on millions of WordPress sites. Choosing which plugins to install will greatly depend on your caching needs.

If you want easy setup, then WP Super Cache is for you. However, if you want
