DEFINITION OF A HAPPY AND SUCCESSFUL LIFE

We all have formed our own definitions of happiness right from childhood. A lot of these perceptions are because of conditioned development i.e. they are a part of our habits due to repetitive inculcation by parents, teachers and the society in general. That is why, none of us has actually pondered about what exactly makes us feel happy! This feeling has been left to our sub-conscience and we simply feel the happiness according to the situation we are in.

A lot of small things can give happiness to us. For instance, just the thought of shopping or spending money tends to excite us and makes us feel happy. Opportunities and new ideas also have a similar effect on us. This excited state makes us imagine things related to these incidents. For example: the perspective of going on vacation while getting an office bonus would not only make us excited, but also make us plan and imagine the holiday. In fact, we would feel the bliss without actually being on the vacation itself! However, when being on the actual vacation, the excitement tends to settle down as one begins to feel contented.

Same is the case with objects. We are quite crazy to purchase the latest cell phone, laptop, I-pod or the new car. But once we own that stuff, the excitement settles down and the appeal doesn’t stay the same. The cycle of excitement begins again when another new product is launched. Let’s pause for a second here and seriously think about our domain of happiness. Is it pertained to acquiring latest objects only? Does it end at wishes being fulfilled? Is our domain of happiness limited to spending good time with family or friends only? We are so involved in this cycle of wishes that we actually forget to see what real happiness is and how it can be achieved.

The domain or definition of happiness varies for every individual as they have their own individual needs. For some people, achieving a good career path provides happiness. For some, it is their fulfill-ment of goals and objectives where as bringing happiness on the face of the deprived can give some people happiness.

However, everybody doesn’t have it easy in this world. Our income, education, family, environment, society and friends all affect our domain of happiness. We might not always have the desired income needed to fulfill the wishes or may be the career isn’t going as smooth as we had planned. So what does it do to us? Does it burst our balloon of hope and excitement or does it renew our hopes, makes us clear our visions and set ahead for the future with new motivation? How do you react when things don’t turn out as you had planned? Most importantly, is your reaction appropriate or do you need to change your attitude and perception?

This book is all about ‘you’ and how you can change dimensions in order to look ahead to a better future. The upcoming chapters are a complete guide so that you can set yourself in a new direction. After all, success is all about having the right paradigm shift!

SELF IMPROVEMENT THROUGH MOTIVATION

I n order to be happy and satisfied, one needs to be motivated.

Motivation basically gives us the hope to look ahead and dream higher.

It is the force that propels us to go ahead. But why do we need to change? People change for various reasons. Some change because they don’t want to face the pain in their lives. Some change because they are sick of their failures. For instance: poor grades can make us realize the importance of hard work while studying and can motivate us to change. Similarly, debts can makes us look for other jobs or to do more than one job.

This world is full of negativity and regardless of whatever people say, we need to face this negativity and try to get over it. But it is you who has to decide. Who is in charge of your life, you or your surroundings? Once, you decide that you are in charge of whatever happens to you, you will put your foot down and get over whatever negativity surrounds you.

It is easy for us to remain is the shelter of our comfort zone, but have your ever tried stepping out of your comfort zone and take a sneak peek into what lies beyond? What exactly prevents you from doing so? Failure? Fears? Shame?

The basic thing that you need to improve yourself is first, to have a goal and set some objectives. Once, you know where you are headed towards, you will easily maintain your focus and not be strayed away by anything that hinders your path.

Next is to set some concrete plans which can enable you to go for your goals. While planning, don’t just think within your comfort zone. Step out of the box in order to discover a newer you. Identify your problems and limitations and use techniques to get over them. Make sure that you know what your weaknesses are and correct them while being in the domain of the ethical values that you cherish.

Execute your plan and don’t worry whether you have succeeded or not. Failures would not break you, but rather would strengthen you. Re work your plans if they fail, identify loopholes and use methods which help you overcome these loopholes. Every failure teaches you what to avoid and ends in giving you a big lesson. Learn from these lessons so that you can strengthen the newer you.

Try to avoid negative thoughts and people. Such thoughts and words tend to self limit your potential and make you go weak. If you believe in your plans, you focus on your direction and make changes only if you wish to, regardless of what others say. This approach would make you jump over the limitations that block your way. Lastly, you need to enjoy life and take things as they come. When you are happy and content, your mind would work faster and success will come your way. So hold on hard to your dreams, take control of your life and set ahead to enjoy the journey with a newer you.

GOAL SETTING

Goal setting is an important aspect for anyone to be successful. Goal setting enables you to achieve your tasks in an organized fashion and within the limited time frame.

Therefore, it is important that goals are set very carefully. Proper planning is needed for goal setting otherwise one can lost their focus and get side tracked. When you have set your goals, you would not only feel confident about the work you are doing, but you would also prioritize what needs are to be fulfilled first. These raise your motiva-tion and self esteem and you have a positive outlook towards the work that you are doing.

Make no mistake, anxiety site is one of those personal topics that are very sensitive to a whole lot of people. In fact, many people would fight you tooth and nail to deny that they are suffering from any kind of anxiety and they will tell you to your face, “What the hell are you talking about?” if the conversation somehow some way veers into something that is too close for comfort.

Unfortunately, no matter how you deny it, if you are suffering from anxiety, your life will suffer overall. In fact, you may reach a point where the only person you are fooling is yourself.

Imagine that! You're walking around talking to people, living your life yet everybody knows that you've seen better days. Everybody knows that you're not having a good time but throughout it all, you think that you are putting on a good show and everybody's none the wiser. Pretty sad situation, right? It's like wearing clown makeup and everybody looking at you trying not to laugh and you thinking that everything is fine.

Let's not mince any words. Anxiety is a mental and emotional rot that destroys you from within. It’s only a matter of time until the rest of your life falls into shambles. At the very least, your ability to enjoy life and everything that it brings to the table is severely damaged by anxiety.

It's always a good idea to get a handle on it but for that to happen, you must first understand that you have it. Here are ten of the many signs that somebody is struggling with anxiety.

If you exhibit a few of these signs, it’s time to own up to it. Stop sweeping it under the rug. Look at it straight in the eyes. Get professional help.

If you are taking care of the children at home then this can be a full time endeavor. To succeed with an online business you will need to dedicate time to it. So the first thing that you need to do is to work out how you can find chunks of time to learn all that you need to know about online business and take action to make it happen.

You really do need the support of your family and friends here. If you have a partner then sit down with them and tell them that you really want to start a successful online business and that you will need to work on it every day. This means that they will need to help you around the home and in the care of the children.

What about your parents and your partner’s parents? Do they live close by? Would they be willing to look after your children for a few hours while you work at your online business? A lot of grandparents say that they don’t see enough of their grandchildren –– well this is a perfect opportunity for them to see more of them and help you out at the same time.

How about siblings, friends and neighbors? Some of these are likely to want to help you out. If you have older children then explain to them what you are doing and ask them to help out more around the home. They can wash dishes, clean up after themselves, go to the store for groceries and even do the laundry. Use incentives here if you need to.

There are lots of success stories of moms with babies creating successful online businesses. If you need help with child care then investigate this as an option. Babies will sleep a lot so you should have some time during the day and the evening to devote to your computer. Nobody is saying that it will be easy.

Stay at home moms can get really tired doing all of the things that they need to do. Sometimes the thought of sitting at the computer and learning something or performing some Internet marketing tasks will not be that appealing. So you need to be highly motivated to run your online business.

Before you start your online business you need to set some goals for it. Think about what you want to achieve in the first 6 months and then the first year and write these down as realistic goals. Be specific here and add monetary values (the income your business will generate) and specific milestones you want to achieve.

Create long term goals as well. Where do you want to be with your online business in 5 years? How many different businesses will you have? How many websites will you have making you money on autopilot every day?

The other thing that we strongly recommend that you do right at the beginning is to create a strong WHY statement. This is your reason or reasons for starting an online business while you are looking after your children and taking care of things at home.

You need to make your WHY statement as strong as you can and write it down. Have your WHY statement easily accessible wherever you are. Make copies of it if that helps. When you are writing your WHY statement think about the things that you want your online business to provide for you. Some examples could be:

- To purchase a larger home for your family
- To purchase a better car
- To send your kids to college
- To have wonderful vacations with your family

These are personal things to you. Write down some ideas and then as you read each one notice how they makes you feel. A WHY statement needs to stir up strong emotions within you and motivate you to persevere with your online business no matter how tired you are feeling or what other things are going on in your life.

If you don’t write down your short and long term goals you will have no direction. Without a strong WHY statement you are going to find it really hard to keep your motivation levels high every day. There are many advantages to running a business from home such as being there for your family. But one of the disadvantages is that you have no boss to answer to. You need to be accountable to yourself and your family. If you have had very little sleep because your baby kept you awake during the night then you will need the highest possible motivation to work on your online business. Nobody said it was going to be easy but goals and a strong WHY statement will always help.

The cost of getting started with an online business is low. Some people start with nothing and are successful. If you wanted to open a shop in your location then you would have to invest a lot of money. You need to rent or buy a property in the right location, purchase stock, employ people, invest in security and a lot of other things.

How To Be Organized MRR Ebook

HOW TO BE ORGANIZED

WHY GET ORGANIZED?

I f you are like most people today, you feel that you have too little time and too much to do. As a result, you often end up not getting the things done that are needed to be done. And even little things grow into a mountain of work that you feel you can never climb.

I used to be very unorganized. On all of my report cards that I received as a kid, the teacher always made that cute little comment “needs to get organized.” I had a desk that was a mess at school and a room that was a mess at home. One day, the teacher dumped out everything in my desk on the floor in front of the class and told me to pick it up. I can still feel the sting of that humiliation.

My mother was not as cruel. She would clean my room so that the Board of Health didn’t come in and condemn our house. Both of these people tried to help me get organized, but neither one of them really helped me at all. My teacher used drastic and humiliating tactics that didn’t work but just made me upset, and my mother did the work for me instead of making me do it myself. It wasn’t until I was an adult that I realized how to get organized, why it was so important and how to teach my own children how they could stay organized as well.

AMANDA WELLS

The purpose of this book is not just to tell you how to clean your home or desk so that everything is where you can find it, but also how to organize your life so that it is easy to manage and you do not feel overwhelmed. Although I eventually realized that it was much easier to have my important papers at a place that I could find them and the value of having a home that didn’t look like a pigsty, my mind was unorganized throughout much of my life. My kids were forever joining activities and I was forever driving them around to different events after school while trying to maintain a job as well as my home. I often felt like a hamster on a wheel. It wasn’t until much later when I learned not only how to organize my home and work place, but also my mind.

This book will teach you how to organize every aspect of your life

- from your home, your work and even your life. It will also teach you some valuable tips and teaching secrets that you can pass on to your children so that they can learn the value of organization as well. You will learn valuable lessons on organization that you can use to keep your life in order and avoid feeling overwhelmed all of the time as well as read some anecdotes that perhaps you can relate to.

It will also teach you how you can stay organized even when things occur that throw you off your routine. We are not robots, we’re humans. And as everyone knows, we have things that come up that are unpredictable that can throw us off our kilter.

You want to be organized, but you do not want to be so rigid in that you cannot handle a break in the routine without, as the kids nowadays say “tweeking out.” Organization is essential for you to live a healthier life in both mind and body. When you feel as though you are well organized, you also feel as though you have more control in your every day life. It makes those around you more comfortable and also lends to harmony in the family. Why get a little organization in your life? The answer is simple - to retain your sanity, make you more efficient and to also give some sort of structure to your life and those around you.

No matter how unorganized you are, you can become the epitome of organization by taking the tips from this book. The first step is to realize that you did not get overwhelmed at once, it took months, years or even a lifetime for you to get to the state you are in now. However, even if your house is a total wreck, your kids are sapping all of your energy, your dog is constantly having accidents in the house and your work life is a mess because you keep skipping from one project to another, you can get it all back on track. It is important to know the first step in the process is to take it one small step at a time.

Trying to get organized can be daunting if you look at the entire picture. Therefore, you have to remember the old adage that my father always uses when it comes to getting organized: “How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.”

So sit back and enjoy reading this book. Remember that you have to take your organization skills “one bite at a time” and start with small goals that will eventually lead up to the big goal, which is having organization in your life, work and home. Trust me, if I can do this, so can you.

HOW TO GET RID OF CLUTTER

There are good ways to get rid of clutter and bad ways. The bad way is the route you usually take when you get disgusted with the fact that you have too many things all over the place and decide to get rid of everything. I know this because during a time when I was in the mindset to get rid of all the “clutter” part of it turned out to be my high school yearbook and my mother’s wedding dress that I was holding. Things that cannot be replaced and are gone forever. But such was my zeal to get rid of clutter that I discarded these items without realizing what I was doing. Like every-thing else, clutter has to be evaluated before you get rid of it. And you should also make sure to bear in mind things that other people can use, even if you no longer want them.

Another example of how I got rid of clutter was when I moved from my home to a smaller apartment and had a ton of kids toys that my kids no longer used. I ended up with a heap of toys in my driveway ready for the garbage truck. These could have been donated to a number of different charities, but I was so overwhelmed that I just wanted them gone. The good news about this is that my neigh-bours had a field day picking through the garbage and getting them-selves some free goods. It was particularly gratifying to see those who did not want to attend my estate sale in that upscale neighbourhood because they did not want to be seen buying used goods actually climbing the trash heap to get what I now considered to be trash. But that is not the point - the point is that the toys should have been donated and could have been had I been a bit more organized when getting rid of clutter.

Coping With Stress MRR Ebook With Audio

Coping with stress is one of the most difficult things for many of us. No matter who we are, the realities of stress and the issues that arise from it are some of the most inhibiting things that we deal with. Not only that, but stress can be a dangerous enemy. They say that stress kills, and this can be taken quite literally. All of us deal with stress at one point in our lives or another, but it can be very easy for us to get overwhelmed by the stresses of daily life the older we get.

Sometimes we are able to manage our stress in unhealthy ways by developing coping mechanisms that are less than ideal. Maybe we go out and have a cigarette or a few beers once in a while as a way to “unwind” and “de-stress.” Unfortunately, these types of coping mechanisms can easily turn into addictions that make it even more difficult for us to deal with the stresses that we encounter in our daily lives.

For example, how is it going to be helpful to have a bad day and then dose yourself with alcohol, a thing that can actually cause your mood to be worsened over time? How is it going to help your financial struggles to get addicted to smoking cigarettes, then potentially developing illnesses due to this very addiction that can be costly and energetically and emotionally consuming? These unhealthy coping mechanisms are not solutions for stress, and in fact will ultimately contribute to your problems over time.

Learning how to cope with stress in a healthy and responsible way is one of the surest ways to becoming the person that you want to be the most. We can all slip up sometimes and find ourselves indulging in things we shouldn’t because it is rewarding in the moment. However, many of us fail to see how these behaviors will affect us in the long run and this can be very detrimental. To avoid making your stress and situation worse by dealing with stress in an unhealthy way, Coping With Stress will guide you by giving helpful advice on how you can deal with your stress in a way that will help you to become more productive and confident as a result!

We all have the capability to cope with stress. Some of us may need more help than others if something like clinical depression arises, however, even those with clinical depression can benefit from this guide. The strategies discussed in this book will help to equip anyone with the tools they need to become stronger and more independent people who are able to look their stressors in the face and discover that they are capable of taming the beasts that once made them feel helpless in their own lives.

Many of us have heard about stress since we were children. Most of us have experienced it in some form or another, whether it is physical, mental, or emotional. Stress can make or break a person, and those who learn to cope with it in a healthy way are far better off than those who are easily overwhelmed by their circumstances and emotions.

Stress can be one of the most dangerous things in the world. It can cause us to have physical ailments, lower our life expectancy and decrease the effectiveness of our immune systems. It can also leave us vulnerable to people who may be manipulative and who find it easy to prey upon people’s emotions when they are under times of duress. Anyone can feel stressed out. We can all shoulder heavy burdens that can sometimes seem to weigh us down far more than we feel is fair.

Stress is the weight of those burdens culminating into our bodies in an often physical way. It is the pain in our chests we feel when we are stricken by how heavy the weight we have to carry is. It is the sharp pain in your head you feel when you are having a conversation that you just don’t feel heard in. It is the tightening of your muscles that you don’t even notice when you find that things just are not going the way you wish they might.

Stress can affect us in many ways, and it does. There is no denying how stressful it can be to have many demands placed upon you when sometimes you just don’t know if you can or will be up to the task of performing in a way that proves successful. Many people are defeated by their stress. Many people become physically ill from their stress and are never able to find a way around it. Some people are even triggered into mental illness through their stress, because they may have a predisposition to the illness but being overwhelmed by their burdens is more than they can handle on an emotional, and sometimes physical, level.

Stress affects us all because we all have goals in mind and obstacles that arise to prevent us from achieving those goals. We all have to try to think outside the box and find unconventional solutions to issues that we don’t always anticipate facing. Most of us are comfortable and often expect that comfort to last, so when something goes wrong it really throws us for a loop. Others of us have been forced to work hard from day one and are never secure in the things that they have accumulated, and so the insecurity of knowing that the things they work for may not last can cause significant strain. Whatever type of stress you may be more prone to, there are solutions for you. You don’t have to resort to negative coping mechanisms or things that will ultimately make it more difficult for you to achieve your goals. Coping With Stress will help to guide you away from these negative coping mechanisms so you might be able to start your life anew with solutions to issues you may not have even known you have!

Biologically speaking, stress is a response that we inherited from our ancient ancestors. Stress is something that was a call to action. If we found ourselves in a situation that could result in either life or death, a stress response would be triggered and we would either fight or run away. Sometimes though, there is also the deer in headlights response. Sometimes, the stress is overwhelming and a decision can’t be reached right away.

In that timespan, things freeze up. We find ourselves locking in an effort to figure out the best course of action to take next. People who are unable to reach a decision in time ultimately find that they are losing out because of it. The stress response can either save us or destroy us. And in today’s day and age where our threats are far more modern and require us to be on the ball at all times, ultimately, stress is far more often our destroyer.

Clear The Mind With Meditation MRR Ebook With Audio

Introduction

How to Meditate to Clear Your Mind

Meditation is a topic that many people don't fully understand and that has a lot of mixed views surrounding it. Some people view meditation as an almost 'occult' practice focussed on achieving a state above that of normal people and transcending onto another 'plane' of existence. Other people see it as being a great therapeutic technique for healing, and others still don't give it much thought and write it off as a waste of time.

Meditation certainly isn't a waste of time, and nor is it necessarily spiritual or magical. It is very different things to different people. There is not really one form of meditation but rather several and each has different goals and purposes.

What meditation has in common across the board though, is that it is extremely useful, very powerful, and one of the best tools for clearing your mind and for feeling better about yourself. This is a fantastic way to approach any problem with a fresh mind, and without the usual hang-ups, biases, and issues that prevent us from performing our best, living in the moment, or truly expressing ourselves.

Meditation can be used to help you achieve a kind of “mind reset” both in the short term, and in the long term.

Types of Meditation

There are many different forms of meditation that have different goals. The best-known form of meditation is probably transcendental meditation, which involves sitting and then focussing on a mantra. This might be the word “om” repeated over and over, or it might be a humming sound. Either way, the aim is to focus on this sound or word such that you are able to completely eliminate all other distracting thoughts.

Religious meditation often involves focussing on a particular passage from a religious text, or perhaps a prayer. This may seem very different to transcendental meditation and indeed it has very different origins and goals. But what is the same, is that the aim is to focus intently on one thing in order to remove other distracting thoughts.

The same goes for moving meditation, that includes the likes of Tai Chi and that has you focussing on your own body as it moves through space.

The thing that ties all these different uses together is the simple fact that you are trying to actively control your thoughts rather than letting them be led and controlled by outside factors. It is about focus. Whether you are meditating on the answer to a question, trying to understand yourself better or just taking a “time out” this is a useful skill to develop and has been shown to help produce calming brain waves and lower blood pressure.

Imagine that any time you find yourself feeling stressed, anxious, or worried about something, you have the option to return to a place where you will feel calm and collected.

Loving Kindness and Gratitude

The key to many forms of meditation then is focus. By learning to choose what you want to pay attention to, you can opt not to focus on the negative or the things that make you stressed. You’ll therefore feel better more of the time, and be less affected by things that would otherwise hurt you.

But what if you choose to focus on something that will actively make you extremely happy? This is the idea behind both “loving kindness meditation” AND “gratitude meditation”.

In the first example (loving kindness), your objective is to meditate specifically on feelings of warmth, self-love, and kindness. In other words, you will think about things that make you happy, think about people who love you, focus on feelings of love, and focus on the things you love about yourself.

Your objective is to cultivate this emotion and then hang on to it – to keep it fresh in your mind and to let it take up the entirety of your focus for a while.

By doing this repeatedly, you will be able to not only enjoy that sense of peace and love in any given moment… but also to let it become your default emotion – such that you always feel that way.

The other option is gratitude. This is very similar to loving kindness motivation, but the goal this time is to focus on the things that make you feel grateful.
What is Enlightenment?

Perhaps you have heard of meditation in the context of enlightenment? Maybe you thought you could use meditation to achieve a higher plane of thought? It’s certainly something many people believe, but if meditation is just about focus, how can this be the case?

What's all that about? Remember that when you practice transcendental meditation (the kind associated with enlightenment) you use a 'mantra' which is used to try and take your mind off of your usual ruminations (by focussing on the sounds you're making).

What happens here is that because you aren't using the areas of your brain that you normally would, these areas can shut down as they would in sleep but with you still awake. Key regions of the brain that usually help us to understand the world around us shut down: such as the region responsible for detecting contrast, or the area associated with identifying edges in the world around us. You even lose the ability to recognize where your own body is in space.

Low Content Publishing PLR Ebook

Introduction

Have you been looking for a way to generate passive income without having to spend a lot of time building your products or creating a system that funnels in buyers every single day?

If so, then you’ll want to read every word of this special report because I’m about to reveal one of the easiest ways to make money with one of the biggest platforms online: Amazon.

I’m talking about creating low content books that sell like hotcakes!

Low content books include all the following:

Journals
Calendars
Coloring Books
Planners
Sketch Books
Composition Books
Notepads
Prayer Books
Trackers
Printables

And just about anything else that involves very little-to-no content.

In fact, with low content books you can create one interior template and use it again and again (though you should vary the interiors to cater to specific niches.)

Here’s the beauty of publishing low-content books:

Low content publishing doesn’t take a lot of time. Once you’ve created your initial inventory of products, you can easily expand on your offers or outsource everything!

It doesn’t require any previous experience. You can use existing templates that come with commercial-use rights and sell them as your own.

It doesn’t cost a lot of money to get started. In fact, you may already own everything you need and if not, you can sign up for a free Amazon KDP account.

It doesn’t require any writing skills whatsoever. Since these are low content books, they are based on lined journal styles rather than any text or graphics.

You could literally outsource everything and set it on autopilot. How’s that for passive income?

The truth is, with low content publishing, you can get started in less than a couple hours. The learning curve is minimal and once you’ve cut your teeth on the process you can quickly expand your inventory by creating hundreds of additional journals and notebooks.

In fact, you can literally publish low content books in a matter of minutes.

Are you ready to create a profitable business selling low content books that are always in demand?

Let’s begin!

Getting Started

The easiest way to show you what you’ll be creating is to send you over to Amazon so you can see a couple of profitable low content books in action.

Click the “Look Inside” button so you can see what the interior templates look like. Then quickly scan the book description as well.

Here are a few to check out:

Title: My Bible Study Journal
URL: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1546564276
Estimated Monthly Revenue: $2,489.89

Title: The One-Minute Gratitude Journal
URL: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1523242701
Estimated Monthly Revenue: $4, 217.36

Title: Meal Planner: Track & Plan Your Meals
URL: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1974561798
Estimated Monthly Revenue: $2,828.10

Notice how simple those journals are? They feature an attractive cover and a basic interior. Low content books can be as detailed or as simple as you want them to be.

In fact, you could create one lined-journal template and upload it again and again with different covers!

And in my examples above, every single one of these low content books are selling for thousands of dollars a month!

This is exactly what you’re going to be doing:

Create 100-150-page low-content books using pre-made templates. You can find these on shops like https://shop.nicheraiders.com

These packages come with private label rights so you can rebrand as your own and sell at your own price point.

Note: I don’t recommend publishing books that are greater than 150 pages as it makes it hard for your customers to write in once they get to the middle due to the type of binding. Amazon currently doesn’t offer spiral-bound books.

You should aim to publish at least 25-50 low-content books in 30 days. No worries, if this is too much for you to do right away, please feel free to set your own goals.

That’s the key: set a realistic goal and then set aside some time each day to work towards meeting it.

Consistency is key. Even if you only publish 1 low-content book a day, that’s 30 books by the end of your first month!

Create attractive, attention-grabbing covers that target specific niche markets, along with high-quality, professional interiors/templates. Your covers won’t always be pretty or even polished, but they will instantly stand out to a segment of your niche.

Note: Uploading simple lined journals is a great way to start, but if you really want to boost your income you’ll want to invest in professional interiors that provide customizable layouts.

Write keyword-centric blurbs for every book you publish. These will be filled with relevant and targeted keywords that will pull in traffic and help you connect with the right audience of buyers.

Once you’ve seen a few sales, identify your bestsellers and focus on creating more of them. Build a brand around a “series” of themed low content books and maximize your income!

Now, when it comes to making the most money possible on Amazon, you’ll want to focus on just 3 main things:

1: Finding hot niche markets. This is the most important step when it comes to making money with low-content books. You want to cater to die-hard fans in scorching hot markets who will buy anything that features images or phrases about their hobbies and interests.

2: Creating unique and attractive covers. Notice that I didn’t say pretty? That’s because a bunch of pretty covers won’t likely make you a lot of money. Instead, you want to gear your covers towards what people in that niche are instantly attracted to.

Introduction

Your immune system is an amazing machine. It’s responsible for keeping your body safe from outside invaders like viruses, bacteria, fungi, and toxins.

There are two main parts of your immune system: the part you were born with (innate or non-specific system) and the part you develop from exposure to the environment (adaptive acquired, or specific system).

Your immune system is made of various organs, cells, and proteins – skin cells, blood, bone marrow, tissues and organs like the thymus and lymph glands.

A strong immune system is your best defense against illness and infection. Without it, you would have no way of fighting off harmful substances or changes within the body.

Your immune system has three main tasks:

To fight pathogens (disease-causing “germs”) like viruses, bacteria, fungi or parasites and get them out of your body
To recognize and neutralize harmful substances from the environment
To fight disease-causing changes in the body, like cancer cells

Your immune system is activated by antigens – things the body doesn’t recognize as belonging there. These are proteins on the surfaces of bacteria, viruses and fungi.

When the immune system cells come into contact with these antigens, a whole series of processes is stimulated in your immune system.

The good news is that once your immune system comes in contact with a germ, it will recognize that germ if it sees it again. This is why vaccines work to protect you against certain diseases.

In this special report, we’ll take a look at the top all-natural and safe immune boosters that everyone can take advantage of to strengthen your immune response, increase your resistance to disease and infection, and help you recover more quickly if you do become ill.

Let’s begin!

Get Plenty of Sleep

Not getting enough sleep can lower your immune response and leave you more likely to succumb to infection.

In a study of 164 adults, the ones who slept less than six hours a night proved more likely to catch a cold than those who slept longer.

When you’re sleep-deprived, your body makes stress hormones like cortisol to keep you awake and alert – and that can suppress your immune system.

And you may also take longer to recover if you’re sleep-deprived. That’s because your body can’t make enough antibodies to fight off disease if you’re not rested.

Your body also releases special proteins (cytokines) that help your immune system – but they only do that while you’re asleep. Your body does a lot of healing and regenerating while you’re asleep.

Typical adults should try to get seven or more hours of sleep daily to function properly.

Teens need eight to ten hours a night and younger children and infants need to get up to 14 hours of sleep to be at their best.

People who got a full eight hours of sleep had higher levels of T-cells than those who slept less, according to a 2019 study. And a 2015 study found that those who get seven hours of sleep are four times less likely to come down with a cold than those who were sleep-deprived.

Most modern people don’t get enough sleep, which is a shame because it’s an easy fix to a common problem.

Some tips to getting a good night’s sleep include limiting your screen time starting two to three hours before your bedtime. The blue light from the TV, computer screen or cellphone has been shown to disrupt your body’s natural sleep cycle (circadian rhythm) so shut them all down.

Another thing to limit is caffeine use. If you’re having a tough time getting to sleep, try skipping caffeine after noon. Even if you think your body is used to it, a little caffeine can go a long way.

You can also try sleeping in a totally dark room that is cooler than the rest of your home, as your body cools down when it’s ready to sleep.

Avoid highly stimulating books or conversations right before bed, too. They get your adrenaline levels up and you’ll have more trouble calming back down.

Go to bed at the same time every night, even on your days off and have a set sleep schedule you follow before getting into bed.

If you’re still having trouble with your sleep, talk to your doctor.

Getting a good night’s sleep is essential to a healthy immune system, as well as many other of your body’s systems. You can’t perform at your best if you’re sleep-deprived.

Stay Active

Prolonged intense exercise has been shown to lower your immune response – however, moderate exercise actually boosts that response. Studies show that even one session of moderate exercise can increase vaccine effectiveness in those with compromised immune systems.

“Working out is a powerful way to boost your immune system,” says Mark Moyad, MD, MPH, Jenkins/Pokempner director of preventative and alternative medicine at the University of Michigan Medical Center.

Exercise circulates your antibodies and white blood cells more rapidly, which helps them detect germs more quickly. “Being active this way also lowers stress hormones, which reduces your chances of getting sick,” Moyad adds.

According to a recent study of over 1,000 people, those who exercised at least five days a week had almost half the risk of coming down with the common cold than the more sedentary folks.

Regular moderate exercise can reduce inflammation, too, and that is known to improve your immune system. Exercise can also help your immune cells to regenerate regularly.

Examples of moderate exercise include 30 to 60 minutes of brisk walking, jogging, swimming, steady bicycling, and light hiking three to five times a week.

Notice that most of these are associated with the outdoors. There’s a good reason for taking your exercise outside.

Sunlight can stimulate your T-cells, special parts of your immune system that help fight off infection. And being outside brings you into contact with phytoncides and other plant products that can boost your immune function. It also boosts Vitamin D levels in your body, which help your immune system further.

You should also be doing strength training exercises twice a week to stay at your healthiest. The CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) recommends two and one-half hours of moderate-intensity exercise every week as well as one hour and fifteen minutes of high-intensity aerobic exercise.

So, you should exercise regularly and get enough sunlight to boost your immune system and increase your overall health.

Living Paleo can seem like a difficult challenge if you don’t know much about it. Like the Ketogenic diet or any other diet trend that has taken the world by storm, it can be difficult to differentiate it from the rest. However, there is one distinct and important difference between going Keto and living Paleo. One is a diet that can actually kill you if you are on it too long because it physically alters your body and puts you into starvation mode, while the other is a very beneficial way to reframe your life so that you are focusing on doing things as naturally as possible to emulate the lifestyle our Paleolithic ancestors might have had if they had more advanced technology.

A lot of people are intimidated by the sound of going Paleo. It is a strong word. It refers to our ancestors and can bring to mind very powerful images. But going Paleo means more than just hunting and fishing, though eating lean meats and fish is a huge part of the lifestyle. Living a Paleo lifestyle means making sure that you are taking care of your body and treating it the way it was meant to be treated by nature. Our bodies are theoretically designed to follow this diet. Right down to the way our jaws and teeth are designed.

We are meant to be eating these types of foods biologically, and introducing grains and dairy and other types of processed foods and refined sugars has actually caused us quite a lot of harm over the years. There are scientific studies, in fact, that show how hormonal changes have caused young women, and sometimes even men, to develop breasts prematurely because they have been eating too many hormones that would never have been present in their food in the Paleolithic era.

Those types of findings are very disturbing. It is time that we start to take accountability. We need to know exactly what we are putting into our bodies and be brave enough to look society in the eye and reject the status quo. Just because it is convenient and it is making things simple, it doesn’t mean that it is the best way to do things. we do not need to be feeding chickens growth hormones that are affecting children as young as eleven years old. We do not need to be eating foods that are harmful and can contribute to diseases such as cancer and Alzheimer’s later in life.

No matter where you may find yourself on the spectrum of living Paleo, one thing is common to us all. We deserve to be healthy and live the best lives we possibly can. And doing so begins with a choice that we make to put the healthiest possible foods into our bodies as fuel and prepare ourselves for the journey that lies ahead.
The Paleolithic diet was developed in the 1970s by a scientist who was hoping to encourage the people around him to pay more attention to their health. He was hoping that the Paleolithic man could serve as an example to us all of the way we should be eating and drinking and staying active in order to best serve our bodies and minds.

This idea was taken a step further later on, when another man determined that our bodies are biologically suited for the Paleolithic diet and lifestyle. Our teeth and digestive system find it easier to thrive when eating lean meats, natural vegetables and fruits, nuts and seeds, and drinking a lot of water. Refined sugars and complex carbs were never an issue back in the Paleolithic era. But the more human kind begins to tamper with what was once a natural thing, the more dangerous to our bodies it becomes. Our bodies are a complex system that works together to make sure we get all the nutrients we need in order to thrive.

If that isn’t happening, as it often doesn’t when we are living on the Standard American Diet, then we begin to slow our functioning. We get dull and foggy in the mind, our limbs and reflexes may be slower, and often we sink into anxiety or depression because our bodies are stressed out a lot more easily without the proper nutrition. It is incredibly important to make sure we are eating right and exercising, and in following a Paleo lifestyle, we cut out the bad things like fast food and fatty things and focus exclusively on only the foods that will help us to thrive. That is what the Paleo lifestyle is all about.

Introduction

Thinking of becoming an internet marketer and creating your own online business? Great! You absolutely should.

Why? Only because it’s a simple way to make money that is highly rewarding, extremely profitable, and potentially infinitely scalable! But if you don’t believe me, then read on and in this report we’ll dive deeper into why this is SUCH a great move.

1. It’s Rewarding

One of the best reasons to become an internet marketer, is that it is extremely rewarding. Internet marketing gives you a way to build your own business from scratch, and then to employ your own smart thinking in order to turn it into something highly successful.

Have you ever been to a party when people start asking what everyone does for a living? Most people will immediately get passed over when they say that they’re a lawyer/a teacher/an accountant/a HR manager.

But when you say that you are an internet entrepreneur… people listen. And they want to know more. As an internet marketer you are a pioneer – you are running the type of business that simply wouldn’t have been possible even a couple of decades ago.

And because you built this with your own hands, you have only yourself to credit with its success. You didn’t get a lucky promotion, and you didn’t get promoting thanks to nepotism, or politics. No: you built this yourself, and you are now a self-made man or woman. And that’s an incredibly rewarding feeling. One that you won’t really know until you’re watching the money roll in on the screen and thinking “I can’t believe I did this!”

You know what else is rewarding? Becoming a thought-leader whose opinion actually matters! When you create a successful blog or website with a strong brand and message, you will have a legion of engaged followers and fans.

2. It’s Profitable

Another very good reason to start an online business is simply that it is profitable.

And not only that, but it’s profitable in a highly different way. That’s because running a business online lets you earn passive income. There’s a chance that people reading this already know what that means, but for those who don’t: passive income is income that rolls in even when you aren’t working. That means that you are no longer exchanging time for money, and instead you’re earning cash even when you sleep.

You’ll put in the hard work up front, sure. You’ll spend time writing blog posts, filling them with advertising, getting links, and otherwise doing the leg work. But from then on, you’ll have built a digital empire that grows and grows, and that generates more revenue the longer it runs. You can be off doing whatever, and meanwhile people will be discovering your website, enjoying your content, and buying your digital products/clicking on your ads.

This means that when someone calls you to do something in the middle of the day, you’ll be able to go! There’s no boss shouting at you to get back to work.

It also means that once your business is self-sustaining and profitable, you can repeat the process and have two websites. Or launch another digital product. Or launch a YouTube channel.

In other words, with these skills, you’ll be able to endlessly continue to grow your profits. There’s really no upper limit!

3. Getting Started is Really Easy

So, I mentioned that starting your own business online is highly rewarding. That’s true. But it’s also true that starting a business of any sort is rewarding. The same goes for the profitable aspect. Anyone can earn money from selling product for instance. And this would be equally rewarding.

So why run an online business in particular?

Well, one very good argument is that it is so easier. Tools like WordPress make it easier than ever for someone to get set up with a website. And because you’ll only pay for hosting, it hardly costs anything either.

Making a WordPress website is a very simple and straightforward process, which is precisely what makes it so useful. With WordPress anyone can start their own business and there are no longer obstacles to worry about like programming skills or the complication involving uploading articles and code to a server. With WordPress everything is right there for you and all you have to do is to use the helpful UI in order to select pictures, type your content and set the design and style.

To demonstrate, here are the very basic steps you’ll need to take to get started.
