What are the secrets to building an ultra-successful network marketing business? If you were to ask 30 top distributors and industry leaders, you’d get 30 different answers with many areas of commonality. Each would also possess some totally unique insights into what it takes derived from their own field experiences that would not necessarily be shared by the others.

For more than 50 years, throughout the great profession of network marketing, the gift of a life-changing income, the opportunity to take part in fun and fulfilling work, and the chance to forever impact the lives of countless others has been shared by many top leaders and expert trainers in their own ways. Each of these extraordinary individuals has been successful in conveying the essential principles that have allowed their students (downline) to go out and touch the lives of countless others, creating wealth and with it, personal freedom in the process.

All of these experts, in building their personal fortunes through the vehicle of network marketing, have developed their own insights into what this process requires. And each has acquired some very special success distinctions that have supported their teams to duplicate their achievements to some degree. That is the very special gift that network marketing embodies: Those who reach top levels of accomplishment must have done so by supporting several others to duplicate their success and build networking dynasties of their own. No other profession better rewards its members for the exact levels of success they are able to convey to others. Networkers truly earn what they are worth!

Chapter 1: Why Online MLM

MLM survival. Let’s face it, the world out there is like a jungle. More particularly so in the MLM world. It would be easy to say, since it is that difficult, let’s just forget about the whole MLM or network marketing deal in the first place. The basis of network marketing is building networks of people who buy and sell products. What better place to build a network of people than on the ultimate worldwide network--the internet? According to Internet World Stats, as of 2016, there were more than 1 billion people online worldwide. It's no wonder that the internet is the place to go to build a network marketing business.

The benefits to building your business online are extensive--you can work in shorts and a T-shirt, you only talk with people who are highly interested, your business is working for you 24/7, your maintenance costs are low, and it's easy to expand internationally. Most important, anyone can do it--you don't have to be a computer genius to find success.

Passive Income

First of all, it gives you passive income. What does passive income stand for? Passive income is an income received on a regular basis, with little effort required to maintain it. It is closely related to the concept of "unearned income". This is one of the few most viable methods to earning a residual income for effort you invest in. Unlike other residual income vehicles like providing a service or membership sites, you don’t have to have your own product!

Same Effort But Better

Secondly, network marketing takes almost the same effort as affiliate marketing only better. Contrary to popular opinion, doing online Network Marketing takes about the same effort as promoting affiliate programs. However, unlike typical affiliate programs however, you get paid over and over again! Plus, you can ride on multi-tier commissions generated from your downlines!

Beats Traditional Network Marketing

The best part about online network marketing is it beats traditional network marketing. Most conventional Network Marketing companies are marketed the traditional way which is meet prospects face to face. But, with the Internet, you can find prospect without leaving home! Just by sitting in front of your computer with a nice cup of coffee, you are earning! How awesome is that! Furthermore, it is easier to automate and scale your online network marketing business. Everything is digitalize, you can save your effort, time and money all at the same time!

Chapter 2: Nine Things For Achieving Network Marketing Success

Capital in your network marketing business isn’t what matters. It isn’t the money that buys you a future; it’s your skills that buy you a future. Money and no skills, I’m telling you, you are still poor. Money and no ambition, where are you? Money and no courage, you’re broke. A little bit of money and a whole lot of courage is all we need. By selling and buying you are simply sharing from your own excitement and belief about the product and the opportunity. Once the customer says yes, ask for the money and then go get the product. After doing this three or four times, you will be able to buy and sell, but never let money keep you from an opportunity when you have in its place true ambition, faith, and courage.

So, let’s recap and break it down a bit further. When starting any enterprise or business, whether it is full-time or part-time, we all know the value of having plenty of capital (money). But I bet we both know or at least have heard of people who started with no capital who went on to make fortunes. This is particularly true in the network marketing profession. I believe there are actually some things that are more valuable than capital that can lead to your entrepreneurial success in building a thriving network marketing business. Let me give you the list.

Time

Time is more valuable than capital. The time you set aside not to be wasted, not to be given away. Time you set aside to be invested in an enterprise that brings value to the marketplace with the hope of making a profit. Now we have capital time. How valuable is time? Time properly invested is worth a fortune. Time wasted can be devastation. Time invested can perform miracles, so you invest your time.

Desperation

I have a friend named Lydia whose first major investment in her new network marketing business was desperation. She said, “My kids are hungry, I’ve got to make this work. If this doesn’t work, what will I do?” So she invested $1 in her enterprise selling a product she believed in. The $1 was to buy a few flyers so she could make a sale at retail, collect the money, and then buy the product wholesale to deliver back to the customer.

Determination

Determination says “I will.” First Lydia said, “I must find a customer.” Desperation. Second, she said, “I will find someone before this first day is over.” Sure enough, she found someone. She said, “If it works once, it will work again.” But then the next person said no. Now what must you invest?

Courage

Courage is more valuable than capital. If you’ve got only $1 and a lot of courage, I’m telling you, you’ve got a good future ahead of you. Courage in spite of the circumstances. Humans can do the most incredible things no matter what happens. Haven’t we heard the stories? There are some recent ones from Afghanistan and Iraq that some of the most classic, unbelievable stories of being in the depths of hell and finally making it out. You can’t sell humans short. Courage in spite of, not because of, but in spite of. Now once Lydia has made three or four sales and gotten going, here’s what now takes over.

Introduction

What is an Amazon affiliate website?

Amazon, the world’s largest e-commerce site has a well-established affiliate marketing program called Amazon Associates that allows you to earn up to 12 per cent of the total sales value of a transaction originating from your referral website. That’s a pretty decent figure you earn for a successful referral.

E-commerce companies nowadays are trying to outdo each other in terms of sales and they are investing on every marketing channel available. Affiliate marketing is where they are interested mainly for the returns it can guarantee.

Let’s start with the basics by getting a general idea of what an Amazon affiliate website is. If you are looking to make some money, then becoming an Amazon affiliate is a great idea, but you need to do more than just becoming an affiliate. You need to promote the products you think will earn you some cash on a regular basis.

How does it work? It is really simple.

Once you open your Amazon account, you can insert plenty of Amazon HTML links into your articles or blog posts, which are based on the products you choose to promote on your blog.

These customized links will direct readers that click to the item on Amazon’s page, and if they buy the product, you get a commission. Best thing is that these links will remain on your blog forever as long as you leave them there, meaning you can be paid commissions for an endless period of time whenever someone make a purchase through your referred link.

There is a fee structure within Amazon that will help guide you to the products

where you will earn more money. For example, electronics only earn 4% commission while mp3 downloads will earn 10% commission.

Lucky for you, the more products you sell, the more commission you will earn as your percentage will go up. In regards to electronics, if you sell more than six products in a month your percentage commission jumps to 6% and then will go up again after you sell more than 30 products in a month.

The greatest percentage that you can earn in a month is 8.5%.

Now that we know the basics of the Amazon affiliate program, what is an Amazon affiliate website?

An Amazon affiliate website is a website that promotes products from Amazon and uses affiliate links to sell these products. Typically, these types of websites will have a theme, such as cameras. There are product posts, reviews and other things to create interest about a certain product to send the reader to Amazon to purchase that product.

One of the absolute best things about the Amazon affiliate program is if a reader clicks to go to Amazon through one of your affiliate links, it stores your affiliate code and anything that they buy will earn you commission. Therefore, they don’t have to buy the product you suggested for you to earn commission - they can buy anything off of Amazon and you will earn commission.

Chapter 1: Why Should You Be An Amazon Affiliate?

It’s free to join and easy to use. And it makes money.

There’s plenty of reasons why the Amazon Associates Program is one of the best existing affiliate program.

One of the great things about the Amazon affiliate program is if a reader clicks to go to Amazon through one of your affiliate links, it stores your affiliate code and anything that they buy will earn you commission.

I repeat, ANYTHING.

This simply means that they don’t necessarily need to buy that product you recommended in order for you to earn commission - they can buy literally anything from Amazon and you will earn commission, as long as they are directed to Amazon through your website’s affiliate link.

It’s really common for people to buy more than one item. Regardless of whether people make purchase of the product you recommended or not, statistics have found that a significant crowd of people usually went on to buy all manner of products (other books, electronics, cosmetics etc) – where you will get a commission on each one of them – this is passive income.

You earn a commission on anything that a person buys within 24 hours of you directing them to Amazon.

Amazon is one of the most widely trusted brand on the internet. The traffic for Amazon has been proven to be one of the most popular shopping destinations online. Readers know Amazon and are familiar with it – they trust it and do spend significant amount of money there.

Tens of thousands of Amazon customers have already set up an account and specifically have a credit card stored on file for speedy checkouts. Proving that these pool of trusting loyal customers usually will not have second thought on making a purchase.

The amount of products on Amazon is what makes it attractive. The wide arrays of products selling on the site allows you to narrow down your options. Amazon has such a variety of products, bloggers with narrow niche generally get to avoid facing the common difficulty to find the right product that matches their blog’s focus. For example, certain blog that only focus or specialize in reviewing a specific product that affordable affiliate program do not offer. Many bloggers don’t have the luxury of being able to choose high paying affiliate programs that have narrow niche because they simply don’t relate to their topics. Therefore Amazon is a great option to bloggers.

Your earnings might come in slower than you can wait but trust me on this, it will build up as time goes and when it is established, it will be your constant snowballing income source. The next best thing is the effort needed for this program is pretty minimal. Just by doing reviews, blog posts, adding links to your posts over time. Create as much doorways you can to direct customers into the Amazon store. Each time you do, you are increasing the chances of people making purchase and you will get your share of commission. That is literally all you need to do. Attract, direct, earn.

And just like any shopping center, the sales during holidays season on Amazon bloom rapidly too. There is a significant bloom in sales whenever it hits holidays season so the key to making profit as an Amazon affiliate is to aim for times like this. Plan ahead, line up your links and posts a couple of months before, and run specific posts leading up to the holiday rush (like Christmas or New Year). You’ll be sure to earn extra commission during the holiday season.

Joining an affiliate program can be a rewarding experience. But it can also be challenging when you have to deal with choosing what affiliate program is best for you. There are plenty, like Amazon, Ebay, Clickbank, Microsoft, Avangate and more.

The question here is which one should you choose?

Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. It also greatly depends on your current situation, as well as your own personal preferences and expertise when having to create related posts to advertise a product.

Of course, you have a choice to promote more than one affiliate site. However, to increase your chances of success, it is highly recommended to focus your marketing efforts on only one affiliate program first.
Especially if you are a beginner.

Once you have successfully established a strong loyal traffic and constant income through one affiliate program, perhaps that’s the time you can promote the other program.

So if you find yourself struggling in choosing between different affiliate programs to work with, you have just landed at the right place. Whether you are new to affiliate marketing or been around for some time, you will be ready to maximize your income with the right affiliate program.

Introduction

For your blog posts, you can offer content upgrades of what visitors are reading, so make sure to customize these leads magnets for posts with details that can be extended in any way. Especially if it is a high traffic post! As you can see, there are various ways you can use lead magnets, and it is best you combine the materials that you are offering with the kind of sign up form that you’ll be using to offer them to get good results!

Putting up the Lead Capture Page

There are 3 diverse ways you can build your lead capture pages. Something important for you to know is that this page is known by several names. Three of the most used are: Lead Capture Page, Landing Page and Squeeze Page.

WordPress Plugins

There is an outstanding arsenal of landing page (lead capture, squeeze page or whatever you want to call it) plugins that you can use to effortlessly capture and even track your list building and email marketing activities. Some of them are paid, some of them are free, and some have different levels of memberships.

You'll see an overwhelming list of high quality lead capture page builders you can use without having any coding knowledge. The “Free Landing Pages Builder by Wishpond” is a really amazing plugin. It doesn’t matter how simple it is, what matters most is how useful it is. If experienced marketers are using simple squeeze pages like this, don’t you think it would work awesome for you? There are all kinds of remarkable editing tools you can use, you can drag and drop sections and several types of content.

HTML Templates

If you are not fond of to having fun playing around with WordPress Plugins, you can always look for finished html templates which are ready for you to upload to your server and use. However, for this you might need to learn how to edit it. You can search for templates like that in Google.com. You'll be astonished by all the amazing choices you can find. Once you find something of interest, you'll want to upload it to your server. Once there, get into the editor and modify anything you desire, and you'll be able to see it instantaneously. You could also hire someone to do everything for you.

Auto responder Popup Windows

Within your email marketing service, you may have the capacity to add popup opt in forms to your site by just adding in a code. This is the case for AWeber. You can design it to look like a really pleasant looking lead capture page. You can add a header, resize it, change the submit button, and use the footer for adding some more stuff. It is best that if you change your form here in AWeber, you won't have to insert the code on your website again. Another a good thing with this type of lead capture popup is that it is also responsive, which means it works great on Mobile Devices.

Setting up email automation

Now comes a very significant part which is setting up email marketing automation, which is something known as the autoresponder. You can’t just upload your landing page and start sending traffic without connecting the opt in form into your autoresponder service.

Setting up your autoresponder service

First of all, you need to build a list in order to construct an email database. It is best that you produce a list for every topic you plan to construct an email database for. Take for instance, if you plan to build a muscle building related email database, you should create a list called Muscle Building Subscribers.

Then, present the name of your company, company website, which address you would like to include at the bottom of your emails, and what sender name and email address should appear with your emails. Name your list and briefly describe the emails your subscribers are going to receive.

This is the confirmation email your new subscribers will receive and will have to confirm after they submit their email, before they start receiving your emails. This is a good utility, because this is a method to make sure interested people are trying to get into your email list. You have the option of disabling this function, so your subscribers can get into your list right away and start receiving your emails.

Firstly, you need to set up a welcome email, which will be the first email your subscribers will receive right after they submit their email via your sign up form and click on the confirmation email. There are several vital things you need to be alert of in this part. Depending on the method you use, there won’t be much designing to do on the sign up form, because that design is already created on the template you decide to use.

Take for example, if you used the WordPress Plugin option, and you used the Wishpond WordPress Plugin, you don’t have to design anything, because the design will already be produced. You will need to incorporate your autoresponder into your Wishpond WordPress Plugin. If you used the HTML Templates, the majority of them come with their own sign up form design, so you'll need to incorporate your autoresponder sign up form into the code of your html template, and that will require coding skills.

If you used the Autoresponder Popup Window option, then you'll need to customize a Sign up Form, because that is what will be shown on your site once your subscribers visit.

Setting up the Tracking Strategy

You can have a great lead generating page on your website, it may have a appealing design and you may also be offering some interesting piece of content upgrade as your lead magnet, but you are still not seeing the millions of subscribers that should be on your list. That is happening because you still don’t know how to accurately convert your leads into subscribers.

First, you should understand that what some of these tracking tools will show is something called “click through rate”, which is the number of times a visitor clicked on your site in relation to an object inside of it. In this case, that object is your opt in form used to capture email addresses. What you really need is to have your opt in form clicked by leads that are going to subscribe. You also need to know how many visitors are clicking outside the opt in form, and how many of them are closing it instead of subscribing!

Tracking leads around your page

The most fundamental way to track where your leads come from is by tracking from which part of your page or from which of your websites a lead came from. This can be done with the auto responder that you are already using, like AWeber. With AWeber, you'll just need to set up notification emails to tell you where subscribers click to get to your lead generating page. When someone subscribes to your mailing list, a notification email telling you where it came from will be sent to you.

MailChimp can be integrated with Google analytics to track leads inside your page. Once you set up Google analytics to work within your MailChimp account, you'll be able to track your email campaign stats from its dashboard. Clicktale is also a viable tool to integrate with MailChimp. It will give you insights about how leads and subscribers interact with email related content in your site. It will track your email campaigns inside and outside your website.

It is also very straightforward to integrate Google analytics with GetResponse to track where mailing list sign ups come from. This will give you a full set of tools and functions that you can use to get very valuable information about what subscribers do before they join your list. That includes a traffic sources segment to check where your subscribers come from and which social media platforms are giving you greater conversion rates, which is the number of people that visit your site and subscribing, instead of leaving!

You can even use it to check what keywords your prospects typed moments before subscribing to your list! It can also illustrate to you what traffic sources convert better on your site and what kind of content drives more conversion to your mailing list! If you want to use a dedicated and powerful tool to track traffic on your lead generating page, you should use optinmonster, because it has a dedicated dashboard where you'll locate a number of huge features to get your tracking strategy set.

From here, you'll find how many visitors each section of your site gets, which is useful for determining where to place your opt in forms, or where could be the best place to generate leads on your site. Another great lead tracking tool is opentracker. It is an event tracker and analytics tool that will assist you track unique visitors by searching all of their data on your website, to label them for email marketing campaigns. One more tool to insert to your arsenal should be a web service called similarweb. Similarweb is a website that will help you to improve your lead generating method by reverse engineering your competition.

This is a very useful service, because if there’s a larger website around working within a similar niche as yours, and doing well, it would be the perfect time to start paying attention to it and boost conversions to your mailing list by reverse engineering it! It will reveal your competitor’s website traffic statistics, letting you benchmark your website against theirs and see what you can integrate to your lead generating efforts.

Chapter 1: Building Your FACEBOOK Authority

There are various ways that you can catch the attention of people to your website or blog, but a lot of of these ways are beyond your control, except for social media. Search Engine Optimization is obviously significant, but it is a game of chance as you never really are familiar with how or when the search engines will move slowly to your site. Word of mouth is a great way to gain exposure, but it is not something within your control. Social media can be controlled if you are all set to put in some time and a little bit of effort, it is possible to build a large social media presence in a short amount of time. Throughout this eBook you will discover various strategies that you can use within the most popular social media networks in order to develop your social media authority and presence.

What Countless People Do Not Familiarize With Social Media

When it comes to social media there are no new fancy tricks to learn, social media is all about engendering communication. Using social media is about compelling people constantly to interact with you and then share your content. This is the main function of social media and it applies across every network. There is no secret formula needed in order to become a social media success story, all you need is compelling human interaction.

What does compelling human interaction mean? The exact definition depends on your website or blog, but generally speaking it means that you want to engage people in a conversation that is associated to your subject. It is really nothing more complex than this. The key to social media is being social. By exact definition, social media should be a two way communication. If someone is commenting on your posts, take the time to comment back. You should be having conversations with the people who are following you.

Numerous social media enthusiasts are simply infatuated with the number of followers or likes that they get on their posts as much as they are with the amount of traffic their website or blog receives. In actual fact, these numbers do not have much to do with the true value of being successful. Instead of emphasizing only on the number of fresh likes that you get, you should focus on the number of people who are commenting on and then sharing your content. This is the true measure of engagement. When more people are engaging with your content the more likely they are to share it, which will increase your exposure.

Knowing What to Post

It is essential to attempt new things all the time. Once you settle on what posts are gaining high volumes of interaction and engagement you can repeat them. The key is to always be trying and noting the things that work best. You can read all sorts of information about what has worked for others, but you would really be missing the point of social media because in reality social media offers a personal way of communicating with your audience and what works for another business or blogger may not work for you and what works for your audience may not work for them.

No matter how much insight you read about engaging your users, it will pale in comparison to the value of doing what you think is right for your readers, measuring how impactful it is and then adjusting your methods accordingly.

What is the Purpose of Social Media?

Majority of the people end up wasting a lot of energy on social media and they will try to drive their readers and consumers to their social media profiles, which is the opposite of what you want. The main goal of a social media profile is to drive people from them to your website or blog and not the other way around. Social media profiles should be used as outposts for attracting people to your website or blog. Your website or blog should not focus on sending individuals to the outposts. Social media profiles need to stand firmly on their own.

Making Your Social Media Profiles

As stated before, and as will be discussed in further detail in later chapters, the best way to build your social media profile is to develop compelling content on a regular basis. However, this is not going to build an audience. If no one is reading the content that you write then no one is going to be sharing them. To get the best leverage through social media you will need to get to the point where the number of followers that you have is sufficient to provide you with development through sharing. That being said getting to this point is easier said than done.

Directing people from your email list to your social media sites is vital. Nevertheless, if you are not getting a large number of new email subscribers every day, this is not going to help you gain more than a few new fans and followers. If you have had an email list for quite a while, take the time to ask existing subscribers to join you on your social media sites. Beyond this you will need to tap into the current social media networks in order to get new subscribers and followers.

Benefits of Social Media

You may be a bit hesitant of getting into social media for your business. That’s understandable. Anything new and different can be a bit frightening. It is a technological world, however, and if you want to keep up with the times, you need to begin using social media networking for your business. If you are deciding whether or not to do it, you should look at a few of the benefits you would get from using social media marketing that you may not have considered. Here are a few of the benefit.

1. Brand-Building Tool

This is a powerful way to use social media. Brand recognition allows you to use social media to determine how you want your company to be positioned, and what you tell people about what your business does. You can build a good brand reputation if you use a little effort and have great content which shows your company’s benefits, advantages, and values.

2. Cultivating a Community

Social media is all about relationships, and it is a great way for your business to cultivate a community. You obtain instant access to your followers who become members of your community. Through social media, you can find out what they like about what your company has to offer, and what they don’t like. You can also find out what it is that your customers need. This communication with your customers can be more valuable than market research you would spend a lot of money for.

3. Exposure

It has been said that before a customer decides to buy from you, they need to be exposed to you six to eight times. Through social media, you can get a lot of repeat exposure. You can shorten your sales cycle by being able to let the customer know over and over what your company has to offer them. Each time you do, you’ll be increasing your exposure. Not only that, but they may decide to share the information with their friends. If they do, then the exposure could increase by double, triple, or even more

4. Establishing Authority

If you want to establish that you are an authority in any given area or on any subject, social media can be a great way to help you do it. It works well if you

are a coach, consultant, author, speaker, and other service-based business. Through social media networking, you can let your audience know that you are the “go-to” resource for whatever it is you’re offering. You can build a strong fan base. People will know to come to you if you have good content, answer questions, and give your audience what they need.

5. Growth of Influence

Your influence will grow as the number of your followers you get on your social media sites grows. You can attract new customers, have media interview you, and create Joint Venture partnerships, etc. if you have a substantial social media audience. Think about how people are when they see an accident on the side of the road. It’s the same way when you see a fire. The crowd seems to be drawn to it and gathers around it. It’s the same affect you can have on your social media sites. When you begin to build a big audience, people will want to see what’s going on. They’ll be drawn to your pages, and get to know you and your business. If they like what they see, they’ll return again and again. When they’re looking for what you offer, chances are, they’ll get it from you.

6. Traffic Generator

Social media can increase your traffic to your website. Social media consists of sharing information. You give visitors a reason to want to visit your site when you share things such as: blogs posts, videos, or other content. When you get them to your site, you have a chance to make them want to take action such as join your mailing list, buying something you have to offer, retain you for their services, etc. It won’t happen overnight, but you will be able to see that social media generates traffic if you commit yourself to your efforts. Once the traffic gets to your site, you can convert that traffic into business if you give them a clear call to action.

It’s time to hit this problem head on. Listen in while I show you exactly why the above is true and how, when you come to launching your products you can have massively improved success potential with just a few little known smart moves.

Understand the value of this. What I’m about to show you isn’t something that you can just use once. It isn’t something that’s going to stop working any time soon either (in fact it’s been working since the first online businesses hit the net). This elevates your chance of a successful product launch immensely now, and far into the future of your business’ life.

Now I’m also going to show you that it is very possible and I must add – humanly possible—for anyone or any ordinary individual to pull off a massive product launch on a huge scale and achieve extraordinary income within a short period of time.

I want to make a disclaimer before I continue. This does not imply that this is a get-rich- quick scheme because you have to put in a lot of effort and that is undeniable. This will be a step by step guide to a successful 6-figure product launch. You have to put in a lot of effort into launching a product successfully and all the steps must be done in a correct co-ordination otherwise even if you do implement a lot of effort into launching your product, it could actually fail if you don’t follow the steps correctly or reach out to your market in a way that has mass appeal.

Chapter 1: Getting Started

In this chapter, we're going to be drawing out the full picture for your product launches, mainly on your two week promotion timeline. I will be touching on every relevant subject in such a way that will leave you with a clear picture of how to launch your products, whether now or in the future, with a successful 6-figure big bang! In short, this is a step by step report on what and when to do that will guide you through your successful product launch.

Now if we haven't met before, it's likely that I don't know you, your products and how far down the line you are with your marketing career. This is why we're going to start right at the beginning, and pull all our knowledge and resources together, and put a promotion timetable up at the end that you can follow with quick reference (So that you don't have to read thirty pages of text every time you want to launch a product). Whether it's your first or tenth product, the following will apply to you.

What you'll find here is a lot of reference to base marketing knowledge that may require additional research if you don’t have that already. This is intended for those that do, and are ready to launch their products. With that in mind though, if you've launched products before and had trouble making a profit, you should start to recognize where your gaps were, the gaps through which your money making ability was falling through previously, as things start to click into place and make sense.

Before launching into this, I want you to know that this will not make you rich overnight. That's not my excuse for why this doesn't work (because it does, and real well too, better than most of the other tat floating around) but if you're going to seriously follow this, you'll need to understand beforehand that the nature of this technique, that rests upon the building of your own resources, will take a few product launches to build up. With every product that you launch using this method, the faster, more efficient and the more profitable this will become.

Chapter 2: Promotion Preparation

Ok, so let’s get started. We're starting two weeks before any of your promotion begins, and we'll end two weeks after your main promotion drive goes ahead. This may seem like a long while for a single products launch, but really once you get down to it, it's not.

Mainly because the first two weeks consist of planning, checking, planning and checking again and again to make sure everything is perfectly in place. The reason we're doing this is because everything that goes on from your first ever product to your last ever product is a big linked chain of events.

If part of this doesn't work and your chain is broken, you're going to lose out badly, which is definitely not what we want.

This is the reason that we see so many people around with gaps in their marketing. Either they don't have a big list, they don't have any affiliates, they've never pulled off a joint venture or they have no customers and so on.

As I'm about to demonstrate it's not just one problem that people have to solve, if they want to make cash, it's many. (Feel free to follow this by the way. This is the exact promotion plan that we used to get this very report in yours and hundreds of other pairs of hands).

They say that in war no plan survives first contact with the enemy. A good plan, however, will make things far easier to change and adapt as times change and provide solutions to any new problems that may arise.

For that reason we're going to spend a whole two weeks in the planning stages before any of your promotion goes out at all. I'm going to give you a checklist of things that you must have up and running ready to go before anyone at all hears about your new product or service.

Chapter 3: Kickstarting Your Checklist

In the following checklist, there is only one single thing that I'd suggest you purchase that will cost you anything, and that's an affiliate system, as this forms a large part of your promotion.

After you own one, you never have to buy one again, and can modify it to suit your own needs. That's just it. (Unless of course your hosting package already provides one for your use, or you already own one). I won't tell you to spend any money on promotion, or spend your hard earned cash on e-zine ads or anything like that. Instead we're going to use your resources to build each other and make the future of your business a bright one.

If you don't have one of the resources we mention when you start out, you sure will after you launch your first product. Beforehand you're severely limited, not to worry though, read it all because you'll find that by the time you start promoting your large product, you'll have everything you need anyway through the promotion. That's the beauty of this system. It works no matter how many products you have or haven't launched in the past.

The Structure

The first thing I want to do is touch on the structure. Remember your goals and keep them solidly in mind when designing you own product launch promotion drive. Your overall aim isn't to make millions through one product it's to use these products to build your resources so that you can make your money with future products. The bigger you build, the more you'll make. For reference, here's the chart I use in all my marketing courses that clearly shows the 5 big resources you should be building to ensure your online success.

The All Powerful Resource Snowball

No matter how odd or unrelated one of them may seem, I guarantee you it can be tied into another resources and build two at a time. Never ever start again, and if you're not sure how to do something, or it's been a long day and you're not in the mood, take a break and make sure you do this properly.

It's imperative that you don't miss any out. Each one you miss will limit your money making capability by 20% in the present, and as that snowballs in the future, we're going to be looking at an incalculable amount, and that's not the kind of money we want to be losing. We’ll take a final look at these diagrams once your promotions start to go out and you have the space to begin managing your resources in such a way that they build each other.

Note: This isn’t a cheap excuse for me to make things seem complicated, or revolutionary. Nothing like that. These diagrams simply represent each resource building the others, which in effect leaves you with an almost never ending crowd to promote for you, to strike deals with, to promote to and to make a hefty profit from.

So here comes the goal list. This is the list that I use every single time I launch a product, and something you should use too. This is when we pool everything that we’ve learned so far and put them together to become a complete marketing system that builds itself. The business end if you will.

Now aside from the affiliate systems that you'll need to set up, nothing else costs. If you're reading the following list and find yourself saying to yourself that you can't afford it or don't have the time to do it, we've got our wires crossed somewhere, because nothing else should cost you anything, ever.

Chapter 1: What Is Email Marketing?

Email marketing, it is a business tool that enables you to communicate with your staff, your suppliers and your customers by sending out emails. When considering a definition for email marketing, there are a number of ways to define it from the broad to the specific. Here are some key components to what a successful email marketing campaign does:

Direct Email – Emails that are directly to current and potential customers
Retention Email – Frequent and regular emails are sent to current customers
Email Placed Ads – Marketing ads are placed within emails sent by others

Let’s look further at each of these components.

Direct Emails

It is a call to action on the part of the customer. Let’s say you receive an email from a business. You may or may not have heard of them, and you may have never signed up for any of their email lists. Business can obtain these lists by buying them. Either way, the business sees you as a potential customer and wants to entice you with a good deal. You may even have done business with them before and they want to do business once more by offering something you might be interested or a better deal than before. The purpose of direct emails is to be promotional. They might offer you a product or service, or they ask you to sign up for something. Potential customers are more likely to get these types of emails.

Retention Emails

Retention emails are the equivalent of printed newsletters. While still promotional in nature, retention emails attempt to retain customer loyalty by offering the customer something. This could range anywhere from coupons to up-to-date news on the latest products. These types of emails are sent out on a regular basis. It could be a weekly or monthly basis, but usually the business tries to send out emails weekly to retain customer interest.

Email Placed Ads

Another way to do email marketing is to get some advertisement space within another email. Many times, business that send out retention emails reserve space for other business to place their advertisement. This can be beneficial for you as a business, especially if you have studied the demographic that you are marketing to and the potential customers you could gain. Knowing what other types of businesses you potential customers go to and listen to, is a great advantage because it allows you to strategically place your ads in emails and to get clicks. It is also a benefit for the business with which you have an ad placed because they will know that their emails are being read and they can also do a bit analytics work to determine where their customers are clicking.

Does Email Marketing Works?

Simply out, yes, email marketing works. Of course, there is the stigma of SPAM that keeps people wondering whether or not email marketing is still effective. Email marketing, just like other forms of Internet marketing such as social media marketing, it is fast paced and must be adapted.

As you can see, many companies put quite an investment in their email marketing campaigns. They are willing to spend the money because they have seen the return on their investment. Your email marketing campaign can also be monitored once you have sent out emails to customers, both current and potential. The data can be analysed in a number of ways, including web analytics, downloads, search inquiries and visits to promotional events and offline stores.

Chapter 2: Why Email Marketing?

Even though this book is on email marketing, you need to come to terms with some truths about it. For one, email marketing is not as effective as it used to be. To be more exact, email marketing started to lose the effectiveness it used to have prior to Facebook’s popularity.

As of this time of writing, more Internet users spend more time checking their Facebook and Twitter account daily. Slightly more than half of the global Internet users have a Facebook account and people aged 20 and below prefer to check their Facebook account for messages than their email! You can say the same for Twitter in spite of its 140 character limitations per direct messaging.

And get this: Gmail, one of the leading email providers, had recently implemented the ‘priority markers’ feature allowing their users to mark selected emails as important and thus change the ways people prioritize their emails for reading consumption every time they check their Inbox. And let’s be honest: promotional emails rarely ever reach PRIORITY status!

Then they a smart system that detects and filters spam emails and it gets tweaked frequently, therefore making even legit email marketing harder.

In the recent past, email marketing quickly became the preferred method of contact for businesses looking to cut expenses, connect with buyers and increase profits. However, as the dynamic world of marketing has progressed, analysts are have encountered some disadvantages to e-mail marketing that have made other alternatives like direct marketing campaigns or text campaigns look more appealing. The advantages are as below:

Most Of What You Invest, You Get

Recent research shows that for every dollar invested in E-mail marketing, you can expect that according to the Direct Marketing Association, E-mail marketing in 2009, acquired for $ 43.52. So E-mail Marketing has the highest return on investment than other marketing methods.

It Is Very Meaningful

You can customize messages for different customers and provide contents and promotions that are consistent with their profile. Finally, your customers acquire what they want and thus they obtain better view about what each section of current business will respond. So you can continue to send more relevant emails.

Measurability

By email marketing, you can easily find the number of E-mails sent, number of E-mails that have been opened and that those who have opened up, the number of people who are not registered, and click rate (which includes the link been effective and who clicked on it)

It Is Easy

Creating a marketing message via E-mail is almost as easy as writing an email.

It Is Automatic

Email marketing has a tool called an “autoresponder”. For example, if you want to send a campaign message to your recipients on special days you just create the messages and schedule it.

It Is Fast And Efficient

Timing is everything, so it can be said: this is a quick and efficient way. Offers promotions through E-mail with a clear call to action, can have tremendous impact on earnings. Channels cannot provide any possibility for you in a short period of time so as to obtain the customer directly.

E-mail marketing is known as a permission marketing and it is one of its advantages because it allows customers to decide whether they want to be reached via email. Mass customization are enabled by E-mail marketing so each message is unique to each customer, it helps marketers to inform the success of their promotions easily and quickly, it provides a major insights into the recipient’s actions through measurable events such as message open, hyperlinks clicked.

The great news is that all the most recent changes have made Facebook an even better marketing resource for your business and marketers are seeing amazing results from FACEBOOK Ad campaigns.

Chapter 1: Building Your Business With FACEBOOK

Integrating FACEBOOK Advertising into Your Business

An estimated 50 percent of active FACEBOOK users take the time to log into FACEBOOK each day. That’s some 500 million people coming to this site daily. The total amount of time people spend on FACEBOOK means there is an advertising goldmine waiting for you. Just imagine of all the new people you could expose your brand to with very minimal effort. FACEBOOK isn’t a site that people login to and log off right away.

If it’s your plan to market to global customers, FACEBOOK is the right place to turn for assistance. This site has 70 diverse translations available for just about each country on the map. In fact, an estimated 70 percent of the site’s users are living outside of the United States. This means FACEBOOK advertisers can target people living just about anywhere in the world or they can try to reach them all with a broad-based campaign.

FACEBOOK’s overall monthly usage figure makes it one of the largest players on the Internet today. If you’re ready to give up on Adwords, FACEBOOK has the exposure your advertising needs to gain attention, siphon traffic in your path and help you realize your sales goals.

Although the numbers evidently address for themselves, there are other factors that make this site eye-catching to online marketers. The social aspect of the site can work as influential force through the advertisers’ favor. Plus, the targeting potential bores down deeper than a search engine could potentially pull off.

You’ve been working hard to establish your business to as many potential target customers as possible – the ones who will discover your products appealing, and willingly spend money. You’ve done it through SEO, social networking, press releases, article marketing and perhaps even a pay-per-click campaign like Google AdWords. Basically, you’ve tried all the traditional methods that help online business catch on like a gust of wind.

But have you thought about FACEBOOK advertising yet? If not, you may not be aware of this relatively latest source of targeted customers – the kind who you may not be able to reach by traditional way.
Just what is FACEBOOK advertising, and why should you consider it?

You’ve seen them yourself, most likely… those ads running down the right-hand side of your FACEBOOK pages and most of them about interests you mainly enjoy. You are not seeing the similar ads as everyone else accessing FACEBOOK at that moment. These ones are specially targeted to data FACEBOOK has gleaned from your preferences and other sources. FACEBOOK ads are straightforward but powerful. Each one consists of a title, text block and graphic or photo of your choice – all within an 110px X 80px “box”, to fit that vertical, right-hand FACEBOOK sidebar. If you think of them as a mix between a Twitter tweet and a banner ad, you’ve just about getting the right picture in mind!

And yes – they absolutely can be advertised:

Product
Services
Contest
Cause
Links
Photos
Videos
Business USP
Business Event

As well as integrating:

Your offline promotions with your online
Real-time information for your “consumers”

FACEBOOK Advertising Helps

SEO vs. Social Trends

FACEBOOK’s main advantage is its most obvious. It operates through social networking and trending rather than pure SEO – the most recent trend of this brand new decade. It allows readers to view your ads on their mobile phones – and mobile devices now outnumber personal computers, 4 to 1!

It is also cheaper than Google AdWords, and while the latter is still a brilliant method to kick-start a campaign, AdWords can be risky for new marketers, as costs per click can skyrocket faster than your sales.
Will it substitute AdWords entirely? That shouldn’t be your aim! Plan further down the line to do what the big players do: Kick-start each campaign with well-optimized and researched AdWords.

FACEBOOK vs. Adwords Costs

But whether you utilize Adwords (SEO based) or FACEBOOK ads (social networking based), FACEBOOK ads these days are a “necessity” – mainly with the not-so- delicate switch over to mobile devices! Except it’s great for new marketers because at the moment, it’s considerably less expensive to advertise on FACEBOOK than with PPC!

Graphics Capability

Its other major benefit is that you can bring in a graphic element or photo into what is essentially just a minor text ad! Since FACEBOOK is “tuned” to graphic elements, and curiosity has been shown to hit the highest point when graphics are displayed, it wins hands-down over AdWords worn-out, annoying banner ads (traditionally low converters for over a decade).

(You could simplify it like this: Want a text ad only? – Use AdWords. Plan to use a graphic? – Use FACEBOOK Ads.)

Text Capability

You have 75 words to state what you want to say in Google AdWords (that’s less than half a tweet!) FACEBOOK ads not only allocate you a 25-character headline, but 135 words of body text, too. (That’s over double Google AdWords’ capacity – but note; spaces count.)

Killer Copy Secrets MRR Ebook With Video

Introduction

“A copywriter is a salesperson behind a typewriter.”

A quote comes from Judith Charles, president of her own retail advertising agency, Judith K. Charles Creative Communication. And it’s the best definition of the word copywriter I’ve ever heard. The biggest mistake you can make as a copywriter is to judge advertising as laypeople judge it. If you do, you’ll end up as an artist or an entertainer—but not as a salesperson. And your copy will be wasting your client’s time and money.

When ordinary folks talk about advertising, they talk about the ads or commercials that are the funniest, the most entertaining, or the most unusual or provocative. Geico commercials with the talking lizard, Budweiser’s “real men of genius” radio spots, and the annual creative TV commercial extravaganza broadcast during the Super Bowl are the ads people point to and say, “I really like that!”

But the goal of advertising is not to be liked, to entertain, or to win advertising awards; it is to sell products. The advertiser, if he is smart, doesn’t care whether people like his commercials or are entertained or amused by them. If they are, fine. But commercials are a means to an end, and the end is increased sales—and profits—for the advertiser.

This is a simple and obvious thing, but the majority of copywriters and advertising professionals seem to ignore it. They produce artful ads, stunningly beautiful catalogues, and commercials whose artistic quality rivals the finest feature films. However, just because an ad is pretty and pleasant to read doesn’t necessarily mean it is persuading people to buy the product. Sometimes cheaply produced ads, written simply and directly without a lot of fluff, do the best job of selling.

Chapter 1: Headlines

Headlines are so important that a single word can impact a campaign dramatically. We’ve seen e-mail subject lines where a one word change increased click-throughs by 46%.

Open rates were nearly identical and the e-mail creative was exactly the same for both versions, but click-throughs went up by 46% in the second. If the ad was sent to 2,000,000 e-mails, the winning version would lead to 17,000+ more clicks, all from changing a single word. That’s a measurable difference that significantly impacts the bottom line.

So why are headlines so important? It’s because they’re the first lines of your copy that customers read. They create an initial impression that either draws readers in or pushes them away. Even if the rest of the copy is amazing and would convince 3 out of 10 people to buy, if the headline puts them to sleep, only a fraction of the customers who would have bought something will read your copy and make a purchase. The headline alone can make or break an ad, homepage, or e-mail subject line. It sets the tone for the rest of the copy. If the headline pulls readers in, you’ll make more sales; if not, you’ll be left wondering what happened.

And that’s why we’re devoting an entire chapter to headlines. By following the points in this chapter, you’ll learn how to write attention-grabbing headlines that convert readers into buyers.

How To Write Attention Grabbing Headlines That Convert

If you hang around copywriting circles long enough, you’re sure to read this rule at one point or another because most copywriter’s view getting potential customers to continue reading as the number rule of headline writing. Convincing your customers to keep reading means the time or money you invest in your copy won’t go to waste. So first, focus on writing a headline that pulls your customers in and compels them to read the first sentence.

Your Headline Should Be Unique

The first thing you want to consider is how to make your headline unique. If yours is just like everyone else’s, then your company won’t stand out. Your customers won’t have any reason to think you’re different than your competitors, which means they won’t have any reason to buy from you than from someone else.

Today’s consumers are savvier than customers of the past. They’re used to being bombarded with commercial after commercial that says the same thing. We can all remember watching a commercial with lines like, “Buy now with three low payments of $24.95. That’s right. Only $24.95 per month. If you buy today, you’ll get a free carrot peeler valued at $19.95.”

Businesses use commercials like this because they work, at least on a subset of customers, but many people are turned off by commercial wording they’ve heard over and over again. As soon as they hear, “Three equal payments of $24.95,” they tune out waiting for something that seems more credible.

If you sound the same as everyone else, you’re automatically going to put customers to sleep, but if you do something different, you’ll stand out, your message will be refreshing, and you may delight your customers enough to get them to buy from you.

Your Headline Should Be Ultra Specific

In addition to being unique, your headline should be ultra-specific. It should provide enough information to let customers know whether or not the offer you're presenting is interesting to them. If your headline isn’t specific enough, customers won’t know whether or not what you’re selling is something they’re interested in.

Here’s an example:

A while ago I visited a blog with this headline: “You’ll Be Missed.” I had no idea what it was about. Did the owner lose a family member? Did her dog pass away? Did something else terrible happen? I felt bad for her, but I had no idea what was going on.

When I clicked through, I found out it was a post about Steve Jobs. He had just passed away in the past couple of days, and the author was writing about how she would miss Mr. Jobs. It ended up being a well-written post, but as a reader, I had no idea what it was about until I clicked through to read.

In cases like this, it’s much better to provide enough specific information to compel readers to continue reading than to write something “clever” that doesn’t give readers adequate information to decide whether or not they’re interested.

Your Headline Should Conveys A Sense Of Urgency

When possible, your headline should convey a sense of urgency. It should include something that compels readers to continue reading so they don’t miss out. This isn’t a rule that can always be used, but when it can, it works really well.

Here’s an example:

This post ended up doing well on the KISSmetrics blog. It’s titled “Are You Losing Sales by Giving Customers Too Many Choices?” So why was it so successful?

One of the reasons is that it conveys a sense of urgency. When business owners read it, automatically they think, “Hmmm... maybe I am losing sales. I need to read this article to find out.” And then they click through to read. The urgency of losing sales compels them to read the post.

Whenever possible, it’s good to write headlines that convey a sense of urgency to convince people to continue reading.

Your Headline Should Be Useful

This may be the most important tip of all. If your headline isn’t useful and doesn’t convey a benefit, then it may not give people a reason to continue on past the headline. People want to know what benefit they’ll receive from reading what you’ve written.

This also happens to be one of the rules that companies break the most. They end up writing something clever because for some reason most people think that’s the point of writing a headline. In doing so they fail to communicate a benefit and fail to give readers a reason to continue reading. Eventually, they end up with disappointing sales because no one pays attention to their copy. That’s a mistake you don’t want to make.

Introduction

Content is King. It’s a common saying in the business world, but it’s true. With all the changes Google has made in the last few years, the quality and length of the content you post online is more important than ever.

Even if you don’t depend on Google for traffic, the next best source of traffic (actually, it’s probably even more important than Google for most people) is viral traffic, and people don’t share crappy content. If you want to get traffic from social media without paying for it, you must be posting great content.

But creating killer content takes a lot of time and effort. Or… it can take a lot of time and effort. Fortunately, there are actually ways to reduce the time it takes to create great content. There are even ways to cut out the need to write content altogether, although you can’t get away with having no written content on your site unless it’s already an authority site or is getting a lot of traffic from social media. Google really needs to see some written content on a site.

In this guide, you’re going to learn how to create content without having to write all day every day. You’ll learn about different types of post that lessen the need to write, and different types of media that Google and your visitors will enjoy.

So let’s begin.

What Is Quality Content?

Alright, before we get started, we need to define what quality content actually is. You might think that quality content simply means being grammatically correct and having accurate information, but there are actually several different elements to creating quality content.

Let’s take a look at the elements of quality content:

1. Interesting – Even the most useful content needs to be presented in an interesting way. Content that is boring isn’t going to be read to the end, nor is it going to encourage readers to view any of your other content.

2. Entertaining – Not all content has to be extremely entertaining, but if it’s not useful, it should at least be funny or exciting.

3. Useful – Unless your content is really interesting or entertaining in some way, it needs to be useful. Useful content like tutorials and educational material is quite popular both with readers and with search engines.

4. Well Researched – Your content needs to be well researched, ideally from multiple sources.

5. Factually Accurate – Obviously, your content must be factually accurate. If your site gets the reputation for distributing false information, people won’t come back.

6. Grammatically Correct – Not only should your content be grammatically correct for readers, but also for search engines.

Google can tell if your content is grammatically correct, so it’s more important than ever to ensure your spelling, grammar, and punctuation are all correct.

7. Long – Unfortunately, these days, Google wants long content. This change basically came about to combat all those spammy websites that were putting up 150 to 300-word articles that were very basic and didn’t really offer anything of value other than repeating keywords often for search engine rankings. These days, Google likes to see articles that are at least 1,000 words, and up to 3,000. There’s one way to avoid writing long content, and that leads us to the last element of great content.

8. Mixed Media – Having other media is not only great for your visitors, but Google loves it, too. You do need to have some written content on your site, but having other forms of media is great for Google, great for visitors, and great for you!

Now that we have a basic idea of the type of content we should be creating, we’re going to look at some ways to make content creation much easier.

Easy Ways to Write Content

Written content is still an important part of the overall content creation process, and there’s really no way to get out of writing it unless you just outsource it or have solely user-generated content on your site, especially if you want to get Google traffic.

But there are ways to make the process easier, which we are going to talk about right now.

Quotes

Collections of quotes on particular topics are one easy way to create content, and you can add some unique content to them by writing your take on the topic.

For example, if you create a list of motivational quotes for entrepreneurs, you can let people know your personal favorite quotes and why you like each one, along with your interpretation of each.

Roundups

Roundups are a very popular type of blog post these days. Readers love them, because they get to discover a lot of information about a single topic in one place, and content creators love them because they don’t really have to write a lot of original content themselves other than descriptions of each item they are linking to.

In case you haven’t seen roundup posts, the basic process of creating one is something like this:

1. Pick a topic.

2. Find several different pieces of content online that fit the topic. It could be articles, videos, audio, or images, but ideally they should all be the same type of media. A good number for most purposes is between 5 and 20 items.

3. Create an article that links to each item, along with a description of each. Your description of each link is the unique content that will attract search engine traffic and make your article interesting to readers.

Roundup posts do still require quite a bit of work to create, but they don’t require the same level of in-depth research that articles typically do, because you’re just writing descriptions of other people’s content. This is a great time saver.

Interviews

Interviews are great content, because you only have to write some questions, and the person you’re interviewing does most of the writing work. You just email the questions to your subject, and they email you their answers back.

You can interview pretty much anyone who knows anything about your topic, but ideally you want to interview someone who is fairly well known in your industry and has a following with the hopes that when the interview is posted on your site, they will tell their own followers about it and get you some additional traffic.

Re-Blogging

Re-bogging is taking someone else’s blog post or article and publishing it to your own site—with permission, of course. Sometimes people will allow you to post their content in its entirety, but a lot of the time they won’t want to risk the dreaded “duplicate content” issue, so they may ask you to post only excerpts.

But that’s actually a good thing, because you won’t have to worry about duplicate content, either.

Guest Posts

Guest posts are a great way to get free content written for you, but it’s tricky to find people to do guest posts unless you have a relatively popular website.

People generally want to write guest posts when they believe it will get them more traffic. In this case, you’ll have to convince people that a guest post on your site will be beneficial to them in some way.

Perhaps it will be because you do have significant traffic or social media followers, or it might be because your site has a high domain authority or page authority. Just make sure they understand there is value in writing for your site.
