No thank you, take me to the site"

After signing up, It should lead them back to the original site. If they click the bottom link, they will still be brought to the site.

But I don't own a squeeze page or have an email autoresponder? Do I have to invest in a website? It's too expensive.

So this isn't a set this up and let it go system. It does require some work on your part to maintain business with the client, but with the extra cash you get each month, it's quite a great way to make a lot of cash.

Let the business know that you will only send out an email to the clients a maximum of two times a week, but once a week is better to not avoid losing customers.

If you create small coupons, you can actually design a few for the clients and then give these to clients through the emails, so these are special deals only for them. Talk to the business owner first to find out what other deals they are willing to offer through your services.
