And from there they will interact with you through the comments, leading to a relationship. Simply put, treat your visitors well.
You're in it for the long haul and to have money coming in daily, not just to make a quick buck and fold your blog after a month. Furthermore, Google loves unique content and over time your blog will gain popularity and drive itself further up the rankings for your keywords through longevity and consistent posting. You ever notice how it's usually the oldest sites that are at the top of the Google listings? It takes time and effort to get to the top of Google. Quantity and quality is key! Good content, lots of content and you'll be rewarded with more traffic. More traffic means more interested visitors who care about your opinions which means more potential to make money!
