Your risk of developing heart disease, cancer, diabetes and a host of other life-threatening conditions is vastly increased if you are obese and heightened if you are even just a little bit overweight.
If that’s not enough to convince you then you need to make this more personal. Yes, I agree that death is very personal but you would be surprised how many people shrug and say: ‘Gotta go somehow,’ and carry on shovelling in that fatty food.
